Games master Zoey requested I post this issue on the forums.
I was a beta tester for Guildwars2 but because of account issues linking my GW1 account to my GW2 my beta account was forfeit & removed to my knowledge.
I ask the Guildwars2 Games masters if it would be possible to have my beta perks on my account that I am using instead please?
Yours sinisterly Shiney.
I assume that with game master you mean an arenanet employee. As far as I know the only way to get in touch with GM’s is through a support ticket.
So I would advise to update your post with your 12 digit support ticket number. The most common reason for a GM or support agent to advise this is cause they can’t help you and you still disagree with the solution. This means you can ask an arenanet official for a second opinion. With the 12 digit support ticket number the official can read the entire ticket, but it would be very helpfull if you sumerize it here from the start and also explain why you want a second opinion. I personally don’t have a clue what you are talking bout, so it is likely the arenanet official doesn’t have a clue either.
Good luck

Indeed support is your best option. Keep in mind that support does not get involved with ‘guild-drama’ and it is not normal to refund a server transfer (you are basically asking for that so so you can transfer back). In some specific cases support might decide to do so, but that would be an exception and not the normal procedure. (I know this sounds harsh, but just want to make sure you have the right expectations).
Astral’s suggestion would be a good suggestion if you don’t get a free servertransfer and you don’t have funding for one either.

Hi cribbage,
I disagree with you bout the insert. I have played all GW-games and it always has been an insert or even plastic cards (cc-format). The insert is very clear thick paper. It is saying Guild Wars 2 Serial code in big prints on the front size (and nothing else except the gw2-logo. it actually holds one of the cd’s with the original game installation files and the back has the serial code very clear printed on it.
The alternative of the old gw1 creditcards means that they kept falling out of the box when you opened it. The last way would be imprinted on the cover, but this has 3 big disadvantages.
a: it is possible to get the code without breaking the seal, e.g. in the store your buying the box.
b: the code is very visable for people just holding the box and as you said is an important verification method. So it is unsecure for the player.
c: you need to get the cover out of the box and back in to unscratch it wich is rather difficult. besides that it is very expensive for the distributor to do this.
If your friend has lost it he has been very sloppy and I think it is not right to put any blame on arenanet.
Customer support will help you. It will take them max 72 hours to react. I expect your friend allready has a first reply. This will consist off a big bunch of questions he has to answer. Make sure he answers as much as he possibly can. The more questions answered, the easier it is for support to verify that he is the owner.

Lets just review what you are missing.
a: 10 hours of +50% experience form kill’s. Lets asume a level cost 1 hour. but you only gain 35% from kill’s. This means 3 level’s you get easier with a new character or 3 skillpoints on a level 80.
b: a bag that cost 2-3 gold, that is bout 1 round of chaos clockwork
c: a fancy look from the start (keep in mind, new players need transmutation stones and 6 transmutations gems to keep the look at new armor while they level).
My point is that it isn’t a big deal. Most of us started 1 year ago when we where all the same. New people joining now have the disadvantage that they don’t look nice (yet), dont have money for big bag’s (yet) and can’t do end game content (yet). I don’t envy them for getting this boost.

Hi Gaile, recently you closed a post after talking to your marketing dept. The question was if owners off the original digital deluxe edition get the items for free. The answer was obvious no and I totally understand why. However you said that all items can be purchased ingame.
That is also very true. What I’m worried bout is the pricing.
If someone owns the old digital edition they can upgrade to deluxe for 1600 gems (current sale-offer, normally 2000 gems). They will recieve all items that comes with the heroic edition (according to the in game description), AND all the extra things like mistfire wolf and mini rytlock.
Someone who has the old digital deluxe edition can’t upgrade to the new edition.
So they have to buy the items manually.
a: one of the armor skins: 500 gems
b: 10 experience boosters: 2×550 gems = 1100 gems
c: Mitril box (no gemstore item, but TP price: 2g45s
This means in my opinion an unfair advantage for those who bought the cheaper digital edition. People who bought the digital deluxe edition paid 20 euro/usdollar more. Now they have to pay that again (ignoring the mithril box).
So I’m asking you to (or actually the marketing team) to reconsider. My personal suggestion would be to add a heroic upgrade to the gemstore. I think 1000 gems is a reasonable price. Basicly this package will give you the armor, the 10 experience boosters and the mithril box.
Sorry to re-open this discussion, but hope you understand.

Friendly donations among friends is off course perfectly allowed, as long as you don’t trade it is still allowed that your friend donate money to you and you donate money to your friend. But make sure it is a donation. Even asking for transfer rates means your heading into the direction of trading.
You could also say that for money. I donated 100 gold to my friend, shortly after that friend donated 30 dollars to me.
Could also be said for certain ladies of the night. She donated 1 hour of her time to me in that hotel, shortly after I donated $50 to her.
My point being is it could still easily be considered wrong.
That is indeed my point. Trying to find an exchange rate is clearly doing a trade, even among friends thats not allowed and wrong.
If you would are my friend and do something friendly for me, and I would feel obliged to do something for you in return (even without you asking for something), I would use my own judgement to think of a fitting return thank you.

Primarily because we see jotun architecture in GW2, and it looks nothing like the Hall of Monuments. The assumption here is that each race had a single architectural style. It’s an assumption, not proven fact, but we’ve been shown no evidence to the contrary.
Examples of OLD Jotun architecture please? We only see modern, crappy Jotun huts as far as I know.
It’s not really architecture but:
http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Jotun_Worship_Stone
Im not 100% sure but they do look a bit simular to the places where the jotun spirits are found in arah explorable mode – jotun path (if I remember correctly).

A more important question could be why we defeated Zhaitan first and why now. He was the third to wake up. In the personal story it is told that we fight him first cause he was striking against Lion’s Arch. So why did he think he was ready for the fight before the others.
We can only guess, but my idea would be that with the dead orrian’s he could corupt to be risen, he felt ready for the battle before Primordus or Jormag where.
So I think the other ED’s are still building their influence up on the world

Contrary to your claims, Konig’s arguments are certainly based on a logical progression of steps:
….
(I didn’t quote you fully cause of message lenght, so the quote is just a reference to your full original post)
I’m not against discussion or talking bout whether or not there will be Tengu or not. I have an issue with the way how Konig is disrespectful to people who think differently and how he goes with stretched feet into every debate. That is the reason he got suspended on the wiki in the first place (and he was suspended longer cause of trying to circumstance his suspension).
The problem I have is how he tries to force his opinion on to others. He does whatever he can to step on peoples toes when they think differently.
It is my opinion that in the announcement are many sings this has something to do with the Tengu (and I have never claimed that the dominion of winds will open up, that is how Konig is twisting my words like usual). I will be very dissapointed in the lore writers at arenanet behind this project if the four winds has nothing to do with the Tengu.
My problem with Konig is that he tries to learn me things while I never asked for that. How he steps on my toes and how he disrupts my pleasure. This would be totally ok if the forum has a block option, but they don’t. Still he has the most fun of irritating me over an over by misquoting and twisting my things against me instead of just respectfully leaving me alone like I asked him over and over.
This is exactly the reason he got banned on the wiki, not knowing when to leave a fellow member of the community alone and continuing to bug that person. I’m not here to defend that person in the wiki case, but I’m using it to show he has a very bad character.
I had a lot of fun of theorycrafting when this release came by until Konig decided it was time to annoy me badly like he always does. So thanks to him for destroying that.

Glad to hear about the engineer goggles. Unfortunately I don’t currently have an open character slot, but I’ll be sure to snag a pair as soon as I get one (whenever a new race is added to the game). Thanks for the answers. Much obliged.
Just a small warning. You are making assumptions that there will be a race added. This is not certain that it will ever happen. If it happens it happens when there is an expansion. Even an expansion hasnt been officially announced. In gw1 with additional campaigns you got an extra slot with the start of the campaign, but it is unsure if thats going to be the case in gw2 expansions.
I’m not saying there will not be expansions with new playbale races and characterslots (I would love that and gladly pay money for them) but just that there is nothing concrete to expect.
Arise, opressed of Tyria!
Thanks bout the remark bout Imperial sanctum, I edited it. Somehow I always and ever mix these two names up in my head.
Konig doesn’t use logic and is in my experience a very mean person who guides things to his own direction and wont give up on fighting people who just love to discuss the game.
This has resulted in a good portion of people who hate him and has resulted in a 6 months old ban. I asked him several time to not go into discussion with me but even that is refused. He misquotes all the time bending truths in his direction and is in my opinion a very bad person
If the forum had a simple block user function he would have ended up there a long time ago.
Arise, opressed of Tyria!
If you really think about it…
If it was tengu related, ArenaNet would tell us in the preview. Why? Because so many people love the tengu, and telling us beforehand “hey, we got tengu stuff coming!” would excite people to the nth degree, bring players who have taken a break back, or have folks anticipating the content more than without saying such.
Because of this, I doubt it’s tengu related.
Konig,
Again as always you are saying so much bullkitten top prove your point.
First off all I am not saying it is bout Tengu or not, I’m pointing out some important simularity’s.
Izu is not a weaponsmith he is a crafter asked to make weapons for the pact. In war all tools are considered weapons, so do the airship. But it looks like you bend the facts to your own conclusion.
Sanctum Cay did have clifs, tidal waves could have changed it to what it is now.
So again you are bending facts. I will ask you again to leave me alone. You lost all credit to me in the narrow minded way you argue. If there was a block function I would have used it. So leave me alone!!!
Do not argue with me, do not quote me (specially as false as you always does). do not try to talk with me but get lost!

I’m under the impression there are three sizes used. One stops above the knee, one stops at the same level of the knee and one stops below the knee, but there are still a dozen skins that stop under the knee and I don’t see any difference. But feel free to try for yourself.

I want to trade with a trusted friend my GW2 gold for his GW1 gold.
Problem is, how much is it worth?
I would assume because of supply and demand gold farmed in GW2 is worth much more than gold farmed in GW1 with the same time investment, but I really don’t know by how much.
Could any economists here help us work out how much 1G in GW2 is worth in GW1 platinum? Thanks!
I would strongly advise against doing this. It is against the rules to trade ingame currency to anything valuable outside the game. This include with things valuable in a different game.
From this it is a small step to trade gw2 currency to WoW currency. From thakittens again a small step to trade gw2 currency to real life currency. It is against the user agreement of both games and both games are considered different games. So basicly don’t.
Friendly donations among friends is off course perfectly allowed, as long as you don’t trade it is still allowed that your friend donate money to you and you donate money to your friend. But make sure it is a donation. Even asking for transfer rates means your heading into the direction of trading.
If you are donating your friend an x amount of gw2 gold and he is donating you an x amount of gw1 gold that is perfectly ok. It is with donations up to each party to decide how thankfull you are. Maybe consider how long you had to play to calculate the value of your friends gift??
Arise, opressed of Tyria!
a lot of people are blindly assuming we go to Cantha or Elona for expansions just cause the gw1 capaigns (not expansions) where there. This is however just an assumption. I personally don’t think we go there yet. There are still many area’s in Tyria uncovered (Elon river, crystal dessert, Deldrimor front, Far shiverpeaks, char homeland, Maguuma Waste, Magus falls, etc.)
I think it is to be expected that we go there first. Specially in the direction of the crystal dessert there are indications that they have plans (the gates at ebonhawk, the presence of an elder dragon there) to let us visit that.
But an expansion means there will be new maps to explore and new storylines to discover.
There are also people hoping on a new class or a new playable race. I expect that they put a new race in and not a new class. The reason is that they are allready covering all desirable playstyles and there is a reasonable good balance between the classes. Adding one would only be more of the same. A playable race is more likely.
Bottom line however is that it is all speculation. There are officially no plans for an expansion. Even though NCsoft (the publisher) leaked some information (second half of this year) the official arenanet response is not changed. They are looking into possible future expansions, but there are no concrete plans. From there on it’s just making assumptions and speculations.
Arise, opressed of Tyria!
It is indeed a chain attack. In this case the number 1 skill wich alternates through three different attacks.
Sometimes it is a finisher, doing a final attack and letting the skill go into a cooldown.-
A good example is the guardian gs skill 5: Binding blade.
When you use the skill it throws chains to foes around you damaging them over time during 10 seconds. In those 10 seconds the skill is replaced by the skill pull. It ends the 10 seconds damage prematurely but pulls foes around you to you.
The pull effect is a nice effect to get multiple ranged foes into melee range, but you always have to ask yourself if you can handle so many enemy’s around you cause it can overwhelm you. Besides that when e.g. fighting most champions, they can’t be pulled (constant stability) and your just ending you damage early and wasting your skill.
bottom line, in your case its just a spammable chain, but in many other cases its good to know what each step in the chain does.

As being said, the TP has been placed in game to cancel out scammers.
If you are going to trade through mail with another player you don’t know then make sure you ask that person to sent item/money first. They initiated the request so they show they can be trusted.
To make a safe traid you should always use the trade post.
You can use the /report function to report the player. This way when enough people report a GM might see it and take actions against him. Goodluck!

So, the Tengu have an airship? This Zephyr Sanctum? I’m guessing at least by the name. I thought those were relatively new inventions by the Pact…
Even if they are totally different make and model, still kinda weird if the Tengu had an airship first.
First off all, the living story is playing later in history then the main story.
Second off all, during the forging of the pact we meet Izu Steelshrike
Izu is a Tengu who is asked to work for the pact cause he (she??) is one of the finest smiths and crafters in all of Tyria. It wouldnt surprise me if Izu is asked for this just for the skills of making airships.
Off course if the next installment is bout Tengu off course.

I totally disagree with this. In my guild we have some (specially older) people who can’t do jumping puzzles. We are a very social guild that help each other with everything. This includes with doing jumping puzzles.
GW2 is a social game that encourage helping each other. There is nothing wrong with a portal and wanting to get rid of them in puzzles is in my opinion very selfish and anti-social.

If someone found a krytan letters on the outside of the Eye in gw2 he/she has to have done it through glitching or any other way. We are not supposed to get there so what currently is there is in my book nothing related to lore.
As for the portal. There is actually no answering portal like they normally have. Instead there is a stone. This makes this portal rather special. I personally think that Kimmes have made it after the events in eye of the north. It would make sense that the ebon vanguard would get asura’s to place a portal there. After the recall, they destroyed the answering portal and created the portal stone so access to the hall would not be lost forever. Kimmes then made sure that the portal stone would end up by a decendant of the GW1 hero so he could forefill his destiny.
On the otherhand, we are basicly talking bout a mechanic, often mechanics cant be explained by lore.

As stated many times allready, The bug is still up but it won’t get you banned anymore. There is no auto-banning system and all suspensions are done by GM’s. The GM’s are aware of this bug and know not to suspend you for this.
So it is perfectly safe to do the jumping puzzle.

no no no, your suggestion is absolutly not good enough and will leave many other guardians still with issues. I Think a skill ‘power of the divine gods’ is needed.

To prevent misuse this skill will have a cooldown of 5 seconds.

Hit the ‘crossed swords’ icon near the top of the GUI. This will take you to PVP. You can quickly run to an asuran gate that will take you to Lion’s Arch. (This is helpful to use ANY where in the game to get back to LA)
From Lion’s Arch, take one of the asuran gates to another city. Then do another level 1-15 zone. One is right next to every major city.
Hi Rasputin,
These players are really fresh and I know your trick. but for new players it doesn’t work like this. They end up on the pvp tutorial isle and have to find their way through to the real heart of the mists. though its an awesome way for experienced players to get there, for the purpose of helping these people i would suggest the more conventional route.
To get to lion’s arch got to your home town (divinity’s reach). In the center is a portal to lion’sarch. you will end up at the portal island. each portal takes you to a different starter town, from each starter town you can go to a different starter area.
This technique helps great to get above level so you don’t have to worry where your going. Off course it takes some time to get above level. but the leleving system is really great so you will get an advantage to take the safer and less dangerous route.
Arise, opressed of Tyria!
Sorry, I have to disagree with ya, Squirrel. Like you said, if you leave your guild in that position then it’s poor planning and so someone else needs to clean up the mess.
You also said that a good leader will appoint a 2nd in command with all the privileges. If that’s the case then no action is needed and I agree, no action should happen. Everything will remain as it is and the 2nd will fulfill all the guild responsibilities. However if you decide to take a 180 day break from the game and leave the guild stranded with no one with permissions then what are they supposed to do? In this case, I think the game should take action. You can retain your leader rank with all it’s permissions, but I believe the most senior officer should then be promoted to Co-leader and given all of your permissions except that he cannot kick you or take away your permissions.
We had a milder version happen to us one evening. When the guild missions were first released we took a week to build them and planned a special guild event for the evening when the builds would be done. There was about 40 or 50 of us online and eager to start the first boss bounty when we discovered that no one except the leader had permission to kick off a mission, and he was offline for the evening. We were stuck. Fortunately, a few of the senior officers had his cell number and they called and told him to get in here and bump up our permissions.
I disagree with you Scarlet.
I am a member of a two person guild in gw2, I have paid for allmost all upgrades and my other member has access to the guildstash for extra storage. I don’t want to worry bout getting back in time if i want to take a break from the game. Even if I’m out of town for a long time, I still have invested a lot of money and want to stay the leader. In GW1 the replacement system is needed, but in GW2 the founder can appoint a secondary leader.
The permission system is very clear, and while a guildleader can make a msitake by not giving officers or co-leaders the proper permissions, that is in my opinion part of learning the system.
My other guild (the one I’m just an officer in) has done everything to fill in the loopholes and to be honest it is rather easy.
Anyways, this thread is derailing. the OP’s answer has been answered. The mechanic is clear as well as some good suggestions how to organise your guild. If you want the system to be different feel free to post a suggestion, but for this specific case I have to say case closed

After significant investigation, we were able to determine that a bug in the jumping puzzle itself was causing players to fall out of the intended boundaries of the puzzle. Due to this bug, there was an unintended side effect that caused false positives on an element of our malicious activity detection system.
This draws concern for me. Sunday night our guild had our Monthly Karma event (to burn karma, throw on buffs, and run around and zerg events), and we chose Malchors Leap. After going into the water on the far northwest end we unintentionally found a hole in the boundries of the wall and (curiosity taken hold of us, and the mindless minions following my Commander tag) we began to explore the boundaries of the map not normally available.
I haven’t attempted to log back in since, and haven’t heard about anyone being banned, but does this type of activity need to be avoided in fear of that result? Was there something specific this JP was looking for that rules out all the other nooks and crannies in the game that bug people inside areas they are not normally supposed to go?
One of my favorite things to do in games is to explore, getting on tops of mountains and buildings that are not easily/normally accessible. Should I not be doing that?
This bug has nothing to do with it cause it is a bug in the teleportation system of a jumping puzzle.
If you end up on top or below the map boundry’s you need to understand if you are just having fun with the moment or using the bug to get an unfair advantage.
Capping a waypoint on accident isn’t a problem, but mis-using the location to get many waypoints and poi’s is exploiting.

One way of getting orange gear is by doing doing dungeons (explorable mode).
As far as I know there are some reports of lesser active servers. But having seen the amount of reports bout servers in GW2 and that of in other games (e.g. lotro) I must say that it seems to be mostly from a minority of people who want to be in a group of 100+ players all the time.

Will those old accounts be scanned and banned again or ANet will just forgive them and allow them to have a new life in Tyria?
(My friend is afraid that he will be banned again and confusing on playing new account or the reinstated account)
If your friend got suspended on accident they will unsuspend him. So he can play his account again. As stated they are trying their best to not suspend people wrongly. However there is never a garantee. Having a reinstated account doesn’t give you any more risk on getting something like this again, rather lesser cause it is showing in the accounts history and when under investigation a GM might see that and check even better.
Arise, opressed of Tyria!
I figure in this case the rule that apply and the actual reason are different. The objection is prolly that it is a spoiler for new people. This itself isn’t a good thing to do but not an offense that can be banned. The naming policy however says that: ‘Reference names of copyrighted or trademarked characters, materials, or products’ are not allowed. Normally they are rather with it but they are prolly using this rule to prevent you from spoiling more.
Arise, opressed of Tyria!
It is indeed not allowed to give away an existing account. If you want to give someone the game you have to:
1: Buy it
2: sent the unused serial code to the person who is going to use it
3: get that person to make the account.
From that moment on the game is given to that person and that person agreed with the user agreement. On of the things in the user agreement is that an account is personal and can’t be passed on.
Maybe next time when a friend wants to try out the game, you could wait till there is a free try out weekend again.
Also if you have bought the game directly from arenanet the accountowner can ask for a refund. If the game isn’t played much the refund can be granted. I’m not sure if the money goes to the account owner or to the person who paid for it.

That’s still not an excuse but a rationale. Is it better to have 1 false positive or to let 1000 hackers reign the game? That’s a though nut to crack, and I bet you it’s probably the first. Kittens to be that false positive though.
However I would personally give false positive 500 gems per day banned. Probably not possible though.
The issue is the FPs that are NOT un-banned due to lack of publicity like Reddit gave this ‘bug’.
The problem is that so many people are claiming to be a false positive while they are not and they well know it.
But guess you have to gain something by believing all those so-called innocent people.

Okay, that is pretty much the gist I got from them as well. Kind of a bummer since that was a decent amount of money spent. I would have been happy even just them telling me that is what happened (that I deleted them) and it wasn’t a bug or something. Makes me iffy about buying things on the BLTC as this was the first time I had tried it.
Thank you for taking the time to reply and at least give me a possibility to pursue. After 8 messages back and forth with 8 different GMs I was getting nowhere. I will attempt to do as you say and file a bug report.
Thanks again.
The likely reason to be somewhat cryptic bout it is cause some people make a bug huge issue bout being confronted with human error. I have worked some years in customer support and have seen that many customers do not like to hear something that they goofed up. So thats why they stay somewhat cryptic. You might want to share the messages you got and I might be able to help you to see if it is the polite way of saying that you did make a mistake or that they just dont understand the situation.
Keep in mind that support deals with people from all over the world from very different cutlures, that what offends you might not offends me and the other way around. So they often have to keep a formal tone.
Thank you very much for the offer. What would be the best way to show the communication here? It seems my issue is not going to be resolved but I would love to know if there is anything I could have done better.
copy/paste the text. make sure you censor any personal data like emailadress and real life names.

obviously you dont know your serial code so you can leave that one blank. Be prepared for support to ask you some rather strange questions. The will have to make sure you are you but after they have done so they will help you.
goodluck!!

I’m sorry if this has been brought up but I couldn’t find it. I did the AR dungeon several time and I like it. It is nice, challenging and refreshing. However, when comparing the diificulty level with e.g. other dungeons it is almost equal to CoE and Arah (explorable mode). This is no problem at all. I liked the challenge. But the up-leveling system to allow people below level 80 in is causing mis-conceptions in my opinion. The difficulty level is high. Someone who doesn’t have a level 80 character is having a hard time here. It is doable if you are practised in doing dungeons but that would mean you will have a level 80 character and there isn’t a reason to bring a weaker character (cause despite the uplevelingsystem your stats and traits will not be optimum yet). Players who don’t have a level 80 character and little to no change do not stand a change there in my opinion.
The flame and frost dungeon was different where it was hard but doable for a non level 80 characters.
I like it that you wanted to make it more challenging, but please consider to not make it for lower then level 80 if you make it this challenging. It only discourage lower level’s trying it to ever touch a dungeon again

It is not a change it never got into game like this, it just didn’t. all loading pages are concept art, so it is a long way from there to actually being in game. Some blades look a bit the same:
Crusader’s Sword
Ghastly Sword
Infinite Light

I suspect you want to put the skin on either the fractal capacitator or the karka shell.
If you do so you will loose the skin when you ascend it later from exotic to ascended.
The best way to do this is to put the skin on a different ascended item (e.g. a karma back piece form a temple vendor in arah) and use that for the looks. Keep the item you want to ascend till you get it ascended and use a transformation crystal afterwards to get the skin on it.

You can’t post replies to guild recruitment advertisement threads. The best option is to send a private message to the original poster. The FAQ stickies at the top of that section state that.
You can also use the posters display name to add them to your friendslist in game (CTRL+c/CTRL+v works). If you see them online you can sent them a pm saying that you saw the recruitment advertisement on the forum and that you are interested.
The displayname is visable before the persons post. Yours for example is Photosynthesis.3572 and mine is mercury ranique.2170

If they ArenaNet is offering refunds for their product, it should cover both digital and hard copy. There is almost no difference
Nope there is a huge difference. They offer refunds to who-ever they sell the product. In this case if your reseller asks arenanet to refund them so they can refund you they will refund them (if of course your reseller makes sure all requirements are met). Your reseller is however refusing to do so, so you should complain with them (and yeah, they dont havea public forum you can misuse to wine bout it forever, but thats not arenanets problem.
Bottom line your problem is with the reseller and not with arenanet. Please stop misusing this public forum for something that clearly is a problem for the reseller.

Hi Ayleid, if I understand you right your issue is that you choose displayname A, but ended up with display name B??
If have heard bout this before ( only one time). You should file a support ticket and ask them to investigate. If it is indeed a bug at your site they can fix it, if you did something wrong they can’t.
@Astral, please read his post and my interpretation. I do believe you understood him wrong.
