Don’t nerf revenant autoattack just to buff the kitten out of thief both dagger and sword autos. It’s disgusting.

I know thief needed a lot of love and revenant some nerfs!
However, this is the worst way to do it!
Also can you undelete mesmer?

Scepter was already fine in the current meta. They could add boon removal on 2nd skill not on autoattack.
You can’t compare it with mesmer sword because that one requires melee range.

Will necro be nerfed to the ground yet again because of random silly buffs?

Also maybe you guys should kittening rebalance the old 3stat amulets to be more in line. They give quite less points than the new 4stat ones.

So back when there was the 10$ sale for gw2 accounts I got a 2nd account for me and 1 for a friend.

I can’t remember with which credit card my main was acquired with and I read somewhere that if one account does something ban-worthy, all the accounts registered to the same credit card get suspended. I have to mention I don’t really care for my 2nd account, but I rather do about my main.

Now, I’m pretty sure my friend won’t do anything illegal(especially since he rarely plays at all) but the whole thing got me wondering.

He means you gain more pips by queueing as a 4-man group than by solo/duo-queueing, which arguably takes less effort because you have more control over your team composition and coordination.

Also, why do you get to decide his estimation of a normal person may or may not be flawed? Why do you get to decide it’s easier to soloq and being in a group means trying harder? l2english l2logic

This isn’t a raid problem it’s a pug problem and I don’t get why would you post a 3 year old issue as new.

It’s not that expensive though. Especially compared to other legendary items.
You only need to salvage like 2 ascended pieces for all 3 collections unless I’m missing something.

Yes yes you can go all 3 swamp or whatever but it honestly doesn’t seem much faster, especially with the kittening kittened instabilities.

It’s funny that story mode gives like 75s, like 3 times compared to explorable.

The rotation isn’t that complicated once you realize that all you have to do is prioritize highest damage(burns mostly).

As for surviving you have so many blind sources.
Apparently adrenal implants(despite kinetic charge being better but hey metabattle lol).
You can probably replace geomancy with energy without losing too much damage.

Removing the breakbar is pretty much deepfreeze that pugs can achieve by randomly mashing buttons(worse than deep freeze though).
There are also things you can do like kite and self-blast your water fields(you get 3 fields and 4 blasts).

Ignoring all the bad builds everybody seems the need to shamelessly plug in every time the word “build” gets mentioned, the engineer is fine.

Kits are a huge part of the class. They are designed to fill the gaps created by lacking a weapon swap and weapon variety.
Kits are used because even if some other utility is good, there simply isn’t a place for it on the utility bar.
Oh and the pvp meta uses like 1 kit only.

DPS check keeps them on their toes. Let me remind you that the main objective in PvE is to kill the enemies. Not to outlast them and see who dies first from old age.

The new fractals tend to disagree.

Not all ascended drops were nerfed guys.
I got at least 5 rings, maybe more, from daily chests.

Between ranger pets(bears and maybe even drakes), earth elementals, necro minions and even mesmer phantasms(lower hp but spammable) there are plenty of things to do the tanking for you.

The real problem with the new “content”(lol not real content though) is that it’s open world and anybody can join. This is the only hard part. The mechanics are easy, the coordination required is laughable and the damage, while being a bit high, is rather avoidable.

Obviously your average signet bearbow will struggle. It’s normal. But if it was instanced so people could remove the useless participants everything would be super faceroll.

I doubt condi necro is any good in pve except soloing high armor mobs.
The difference between necro and other condi stuff like ranger and engi is self-sustaining damage. They don’t have burns almost at all(dhuumfire lol) while the other 2 just spam so many with bonfires, sun spirits, napalm, blowtorch etc.

This fact is “balanced” by their boon conversion and transfers. Both of those are garbage in pve.

It’s the same with all transforms. Signets are active only when you have them on your bar. Same goes for certain elites like rampage/plague form/tornado etc.
It’s just that necro suffers the most since their class mechanic is a skillbar change “transform”.

Reaper isn’t the worst elite spec in pvp. That honor is received for berserker since the Warriors can’t adapt to playing without fast hands.

Because the whole class was balanced by having discipline in every build. Even before the 3-traitline change most ran 15(3) points into discipline for fast hands.
It was and still is mandatory.

Why does xp matter when there are only 3 mastery lines am I missing something, I haven’t even bothered levelling up pact commander because it’s useless, but xp seems useless as well once you have levelled up your masteries.

Xp doesn’t matter since you can cof farm it much faster.
Pact commander is the best mastery at the moment. You get autoloot from it.
The legendary one is garbage because you waste a lot of time doing all those tiers and everything just for a silly precursor. You save what? 100g but grind a bunch of kittened kitten.
Fractal one gives you some things you need like +7 infusions and “supposedly” more rewards(what??) but since fractals are much worse now it doesn’t matter!

You don’t need to farm achievements.
Just do the silverwastes ones that give points.
Doing dungeon stuff.
Personal story also gives points.

Rings only seem to give stabilizing matrices.

Given how I can’t level masteries because my game perma-crashes cuz out of memory “feature” and also given how you basically deleted the dungeons from the game for no reason except forcing people to play other stuff..well I decided might as well do story right? It’s not like fractals are rewarding in any way.

After enduring countless NPC chatter and slow walking I managed to reach the supposed dragon fight. It wasn’t really a dragon just a fat guy but I don’t care for such details anyway.
Amazing encounter. Unskippable cutscenes cuz you obviously want us to enjoy them hundreds of times. They are rather pretty so why not.
The boss itself apparently has various phases in which terrain breaks down, he blocks projectiles, he randomly inflicts torment and confusion etc.
These phases don’t occur in any order or logic if you fail the fight once.

The best part:
The super immersive gliding phase! I mean you obviously felt it was extremely important to the intregrity of the content to put it in despite being bugged. Ignoring the part where you simply die to passive torment from the eye thing(that you cannot avoid while gliding) and the thrown rocks that hit you even if you avoid them we get to the most fun thing ever.

The updrafts don’t lift you. Yes, I know you have to jump on them from a slight distance but even so they fail far too often. And you have to repeat the fight. Again and again.

Also only the opener can actually finish the boss off.

“fc”? Who even calls it that. I understand the germans with their “fz” but “cof” has been standard since forever. Not sure if that one is illegal but it’s pretty dodgy.

As for the new map masteries you gotta find the right events. Most of them suck, but some give pretty decent experience. Especially certain chains and those defend-an-area.
It’s been like 3 days? Give it a week and people are bound to find the optimal way to do it.

Somebody on reddit did the whole precursor crafting thingy and said it saves like 150g. I can’t recall which one.

So the options are train a mastery, complete 3 collections that require quite the investment or just farm 150g. Unless you are really into scavenger hunts or whatever the choice is pretty obvious.

If some of the precursors end up being much cheaper via crafting, then the TP prices will adjust accordingly in a while anyway.

240 ping is like nothing.

It’s pretty frustrating and from what I read around here and on reddit it is also rather prevalent.

“Try reducing the graphics”. I’m already on minimum. It doesn’t change much. Instead of crashing every 1min it crashes every 5.
And everywhere I look for a dev response, there is none. Pretending a problem doesn’t exist won’t make it go away you know.
The issue is very old I am aware of that but it wasn’t so bothersome until now. One random crash at tequatl is no biggie, however perma crashing in your new maps and major cities is kittening frustrating.
