The less damage you do, the higher you rank. This way casuals won’t feel like they’re being punished for being bad, because they’ll be the highest on the meter in the party! Being ranked #1 is always a good thing, right?

Unless you abuse economy thanks to some devs not balancing the risk reward in that (at cost of players not liking that minigame) you don t have enough gold for sure…..

I have 2000+ hours playtime….and i m considering quitting since i am forced to grind everyday in the hope to equip a SINGLE character…..(still need a couple ascended weapons and all www equip except rings).

But when i will be done with one we know already ascended armors will be released.

And this is way worse than lineage 2 well known to be a grind fest.

2000 hours and i can t have BiS equipment for WWW and pve on a single character…..

What is dumbing tactics?
Losing things to Death repeating the same actions like a Bot just to be sure to run 4 dungeons in the time a non stacking player would run 1.

Issue is everybody do that for the same reason.

LoSing is like a smart phone while not LoSing is like a 5 year old flip phone, get it? the tactics old and people have moved on, you obviously never played gw1 where the exact same thing happened and only got better (or worse for you) the longer the game was out

and @ more than enough gold, i have 5 full sets of ascended, multiple fractal backpieces ( i love these things), on my 4 main chars both pve and 2 wvw sets of armor, a legendary (mainly got for my account medals). If you dont call that more than enough your just greedy. Besides all I want now is 2 fractal daggers and a fractal sword which I cant buy.

You’ll have a much better time of things in Zerker gear. I would urge you to stay away from AH entirely, it gets you into a bad habit wont help you in the long run.

I’ve got another one on Wednesday though which is a nice 9am – 5pm office job though which means I would be able to play during prime time for WvW or dungeons since most people would be home after 5.

I got booted out of my house mid-July so I haven’t had regular access since then (about 3 days a week, 3 hours each day).

It’s why I just live on this forum in between searching for jobs, I’ve got nothing better to do since my laptop can’t play GW2 (it’s a 700mhz, 128mb RAM, 20gb HD ancient artifact) and I can only move back in once I have a job

I did, it’s just hard to take you seriously when you got an elementalist joining when they have both projectile reflection, higher DPS than warriors and some nice might stacking.

Then there’s the fact that you asked for a support guardian. Like… lol.

I would add you to my contacts but I haven’t been on GW2 for a little while. Plus since I’ve only ran Arah with a proper group like … twice (though I tell you what, in those two times I probably learnt more than 99.9% of PUGs do) it would be a way to get better while not playing with optimal parties.

How long have you been clean for? I’m getting the withdrawal symptoms and I’m only 6 hours in. -_-

Anyways. That’s GW2lfg for you. Ask for what you want all you like, but people completely ignore you and join regardless of whether they meet your requirements. They dont care, they just want a group to join and potentially leech off.

I always get tired when I advertise for a certain player and I get 5 or so idiots joining thinking I’m not going to gear check them( when I even say I am in the ad) and that they can just slip on in and go regardless of what’s specified in the advert.

I have the legendary shield also, but I don’t really care too much. Tbh if anything, they should make it a toggle on/off option to view in your graphic’s settings. This could possibly affect other effects that are leaning on the cosmetic side, like ele attunement indicators around the hands. There are times when I need to see it and times when of course I would rather not.. like when I’m away from keyboard in Lion’s arch or wanna take pretty screenies.

When I am doing dungeon clears, it’s good to be able to see aegis on myself and others when I am doing a quick scan of a situation, people’s positioning etc before checking party buffs up in the left corner. Same kinda deal with pvp/wvw, along with seeing enemy buffs.

People have done the math though, it may not be as easy to work out as if a parser had been used, but I’m pretty confident in the tests carried out by certain players.

I wouldn’t just recommend running zerks and then just winging it with w/e traits/weps u want if you want to optimize. There are clearly some weapon sets that are gonna do more than others.
