sPvP players don’t get experience by playing in it. In WvW, players gain experience from events and killing things.

I’m not saying it’s a bad idea, just pointing out that the two don’t really compare.

If you want to level an alt in WvW and in WvW only, you are going to have a bad time. The amount of experience is extremely low in comparison with PvE.

I am unable to log in, everytime I select a character to play it, I have to face an endless loading screen. It started randomly this afternoon when I DCd and wanted to relog. I have included a screenshot of the loading screen, note that the MapLoadState is STATE_READY, but the loading screen does not disappear and is stuck

It wasn’t really in one second, but a few ticks. I was watching the health, and noticed it bumped about 10%. A second later it shot up to ~75%, then again it shot up to full.

I even tried targeting it through all of the mess before it got there, but I couldn’t click on it. I tried tabbing, but it was already too late. Terrible mechanic.

I didn’t have him targeted for a short moment, before that he was 25% HP and when I targetted him again he suddenly was at 75% HP. Later it happened again, 50% HP and after a small moment back to 100% HP with only 3 minutes left on the timer

In case you can’t see what he’s doing: He just teleported himself waaay above SM, let himself drop down there and then he fell perfectly on the pillar without taking damage.

Thaumanova is very hard to do solo, and I expected it to be solo-able since all previous Story instances were made to solo. The worst part is probably the fact I just died, and there is no “Return to checkpoint” option, the only way to respawn is by using a Waypoints… Waaaaaaaaaitttt THERE IS NOT A SINGLE WAYPOINT IN THE ENTIRE FRACTAL

Why remove it? Just lower the stats so it’s equal to Exotic, but just with an infusion slot.

I have a resilient infusion and it costed me a stack of Armored Scales, what does this mean for me?

When I command I always shout to ignore roamers of enemy servers, but not this week.

Do you actually call out a server who can put 20+ groups into WvW couple hours a day that they steam roll something else than sentries? Get real man, your server does it way more.

I was both surprised and sad there were no nerfs with Twilight Assault…

Two WvW achievements that used to be impossible (just like all WvW achievements) are now plain easy. Master of Disaster now required 10 supply to be spent on siege to complete the first and only tier. Realm Defender requires the same, only not necessarily on siege. Each achv gives 15 AP and the titles they used to give are gone as well.

Is this intended or a bug?

This afternoon I tried the Tequatl again, Sparkfly was full, so I had to go to an overflow. We failed and Tequatl had 85% left.
This evening I managed to get on my main server and we got the Tequatl to like 0,1% but then his timer ran out. And what is frustrating me so much is that I didn’t receive any chest from that, because I failed on a random overflow a few hours before that

The concept behind the new Tequatl is really good, it requires teamwork and communication, it requires the player to pay attention and they will pay if they don’t.

Exciting, right? It should be, but it is not. The overall GW2 community simply DOES NOT want to do this, they want an easy fight where they can spam their auto attack 15 minutes long and then expect to loot a chest with the most awesome loot ever. They do not understand now, and they will never understand the mechanics.

Issues:
-Turrets will not have defenders and / or people to man.
-Skill 2 has to be used on the Tequatl whenever it’s not on CD.
-Many people ignore all new mechanics and keep hitting Tequatl’s feet.
-If you think there really would be commanders, each taking a part of the zerg, think again, most people tag up to show off, not to actually command, but even if there is a serious commander, the random people will NEVER listen to him.

Hard and challenging mechanics are good in low scale boss encounters, not 80 people.

Had some 5vs5 fights with some BB in SM, which the BB couldn’t handle, so they called the blob, 30vs5. And after they killed me, they started laughing at us? Seriously, little kiddo’s…

I’m officialy challenging the BB warrior and Twilight-wielder, Màximo, for a duel. After a BB zerg killed me he was laughing at my body, and when I invited him he called me a noob.

This matchup is lots better than I expected. BB has skilled guild groups where we can only learn from. Thank you, gracias.

If they would remove it, your FPS will drop. But, they won’t remove it, Anet will simply make it customizable and allow you to choose character render quality and how fast you want to see all characters on your screen

It’s not a bug, it’s a mechanic to temporarily make the field less visible for the player, the same mechanic has been used in the Sanctum Sprint as well

Completed two Krytan Torchbearer runs, did not count towards the daily Krytan Torchbearer, some guildies are having the same issue.

If you look at the avhievements, defeating Liadri is actually one of the easier things to do in the Gauntlet, for example, defeat a T3 Boss with 5 gambits on will be increadibly hard

Everything is very close to eachother unlike LA. Anyway, the purpose it probably to feel it like an exclusive area for people who want to feel exclusive. Tbh, I don’t mind, if you need it, buy it.
