as for dungeon tokens… i think dungeoning is not considered really pve by pve players…

the problem is, i had to purchase it in order to convert it in pvp skins…
what if i liked with my armor the other one? i cannot purchase preview than change my mind and purchase the other one…

in fact i ended up purchasing the radiant and previewing in pvp, they are ugly as hell with all my armors, and i’ll never know hoe the fiery one looked like.

lol… he already have 1 legendary and a second gift for the second one. on a side note i tryed the invders exotic weapon in the mystic forge and it worked.

yes, you fight a prestess of lyssa at each platform, but she is not that powered as the world boss is, or the arah one

well, if math didn’t change you had 2silver and 60 before retrieving your coin and 3silver and 9 after retrieving 49 coin… i don’t see the issue

for some reason when you open the achievement chest, before transmuting the skin, the skin is considered heavy, and because of this there is no way for me and for a lot of people out there that wears light or medium armor to preview it with the current set we are wearing.
can be this fixed please?

also, the phantasm you create when wearing gloves they have some huge squares as particle effect with your face reflected in it^^

sorry, you are right.
you have to stand on the platform. if you place your back at the wall of light, looking in the direction of the little pipe you came from, the place from where you have to fall is at your left, near the last little pillar of light in the platform.
you have to fall facing that direction.
there are video on you tube of the direction of the jump. the direction is the same, but i found falling the only one that worked for me and everybody else i was up with

i don’t like jumping puzzle but i completed all of them for the achievement and the fact that if i found some of them accidentally i was never able to give up if i don’t complete them.
i used a mesmer portal only on skipping stones (well most of it, not all of it actually).

anyway, the fact i don’t like them but i want to complete them is my problem, i wouldn’t say to delete them from the game. it’s not my place to decide and they offer a diversion to tons of players.

my only complaint in another thread related to jp was that new content sometimes don’t offer them as a diversion. the all botfw is a jumping puzzle just from a waypoint to the other, fairly easy to do (not talking about crystal collection, just go to first wp to the second) but still a jumping puzzle, also with skills that overwrite yours but not usable in combat.
so my complaint was the spersonifications of classes in the game and more and more jumped based content.
but people love it so i think i must love it too or just stop playing it or stop playing all together.

it is, but even the junk found there when you buy a lot is worthy some gold. also you can find lodestones and karma, the only useless things you can find there are the mini risen priest of balthazar and the potions that turn you in an elemental.

i didn’t have any problem too, i fought it with a ranger, and a guardian. in both cases though i was level 80.
i had problem with the champion risen abomination that was wandering along the path to come down the ossuary. i met it near a veteran risen night and it downed and killed me a lot. i could kill it only on the guardian though.

to answer your question, well help from a living player can really change every battle in the personal story or we need more details, i don’t even remember her attacks.
does she cast confusion on you? in that case it is very important stop autoattacking her when you are confused. if there are adds, i suggest you kill them first they can be a problem if left uncheck

we both have one legendary and a second gift of battle and 3k badges…
maybe some waste of badges in exotic weapons just to craft precursors for guildie is the reason he asked this question (that wasn’t what to do with the badges), we have bunch of guildies with everything crafted up but the precursors.

well, i like lore, if at any POI and jp there would be some lore to discover, it would feel better for me to do it (i would still rage and unleash my anger to my surroundings, but that’s just me).
i would like to know:
1 why is there? is it a natural formation (morgan spiral. dark reverie) or constructed by some mad asura (an asura did it is the new innuendo)?
2 why was build (in case it was build)? or why the rock float in the air in that specific zone?

and my suggestion would be. can you add enigma to solve in the jumping puzzle? or create more mini dungeon with enigma to solve? there are a couple of them (like the one in gendarran field with the torches and the underwater part, or the pirate jp in LA) that are very nice.
if i could feel more like a goonie when i advnture a jp than supermario i would be a little happier.

this is my fear:
if they ever add the wizard’s tower (the one you can see floating in mid air in kessex hill), despite the fact that i always been fascinated by it, it would be a mad jumping puzzle that i would never be able to complete because ine more person complained about mesmers portals

i would go for it if i can change the stat of trinkets at will, but i don’t really think they will implement any legendary trinket, what’s the point? they are not even visible…
and they give us only 2 gift of exploration for the map completion, how are we supposed to get a full legendary set?

the dyes are account bound only when unidentified, if you identify them than you can sell it, use it or give it for free to other players

maybe we can select the stat we want only once after the transition? that would make everyone happy i hope.

i really don’t know, (i trust anet common sense) but for me condition duration is useless since a single condition cleansing skill can cancel any condition despite how long it last.
for me boon duration would be much better

are you telling me that i can dodge and use a skill in the same time? because so far any skill i used that was no instant was interrupted by my dodge (i use v i cannot double tap faster enough).

when i dodge my character just dodge, which one are the skill that are not interrupted?

i’m not sure, but maybe at lv 20 you unlock all utility slots.
but i’m sure it’s only at 30 you unlock the elite skill.
also lv 20 is not really a point where you can realize if you like a class or not (according to me).
only at lv 80 you will have all the trait points you need in order to have a complete build of traits and skills

i think the problem would not be the animations, but the skills themselves…
i think, that the fact not every weapon is available for every class is a nice thing for class uniqueness… although i would add a signature weapon typical of only one class.
a fan for the mesmers, a cane for the eles, a schyte for the necros, a battle axe for the warriors, a shotgun for engies, a whip for rangers, a sniper rifle for thieves, a book for the guardians…

my bags are so well ordered that it takes one second to use the consumable i need, i know perfectly well where to look for it and in which square i can find it.

but yes, a consumable bar would be nice to have.

well celestial does have all stats, and it will still have all stats but no magic find, what’s the deal? it’s still a good balanced gear for the multibuilding

there is another mile stone at lv 30 when you unlock the elite skill. also lv 30 personal story quest is the end of the story about your race.
than it’s 40, and 60 for traits. and that’s it… there will be a bunch of skills you’ll still need to unlock on every toon as soon as you reach lv 80 unless you farm skill point in open world

i don’t know about faster, but if don’t have any you should be plenty of activities to do

so you are actually complaining about the fact that you can have one more stat (all your character in the account) without giving up anything hen you gear… you can have magic find along with a third stat, and you are complaining?

i love the idea of wardrobe, i don’t have a clue on how they will implement it since every armor and weapon has stats unlikely pvp, but i will look for it.

i got rid on my magic find rune in my berserker armor… replaced them with 6 superior rune of the eagle…

i use magic find, i’m happy i can have it as a separate stat from gear, it is really good for me because i’m tired of switching gear every two minutes according the content i’m playing.
magic find is not a build, there is no trait or skill associated with… so it has nothing to do with play style or build diversity. i’m not saying it’s bad or you shouldn’t use it, that’s up to you or your party, but don’t tell me arenanet is nerfing builds by removing magic find from your armor…

instead taking for granted that arenanet is lying to all of us because they don’t want us happy is a reliable point of view isn’t it?

ah i don’t know how long you’ve been in the forum, but people asked for removal of magic find from gear since the very beginning, every single post with magic find in it was endless pages long with people pro and cons to magic find, and all of them were agreeing that using magic find as a separate stat instead of on gear was a better idea.

now here we are, and before we know how this will change we are already crying, despairing, accusing of conspirations and lies, begging for loos of money etc etc. it is ridiculous but apparently nobody notice!

gold find is only an utility infusion slot + account achievement…
so… how can you even compare gold find to magic find?

making dungeon tokens the same for all dungeon would create a desert in arah and a lot of pressure in the fstest dungeons…
it is just an example.
the only way to force people to not run cof1 30 times a day is to cap the reward system, and that is ok, according to me, since there are a lot of dungeon very intersting to do.

about champion worth killing, i agree, i mean there are not only the champions in queensdale right?
there are also lots of champion in orr and they specifically said they are doing this to make those champions worth killing.
the reward for the troll in queensdale will be scaled to the level of the champion i guess? and even if it isn’t it doesn’t matter, it’s just mats that you can craft once a day, so no real need to farm the troll. the game is full of champions enough for all of us!

about ecto, my salvaging rate is just fine, sometimes is kitten and sometimes is rich

i feel like i have to clear something, i know there are people that play different game style, they know the class so well they can do a lot with pretty much the build they like.
i only said that because i notice that after some patches the population (at least at low level ranks) in the pvp arenas really change.
first you could see tons of mesmers all with the same build, i fought teams with 3 rangers in the rank, thieves are always there more or less and they all turn invisible, lately you’ll see tons of necros and of course most of them are using the same build.
and this happen despite the fact that all those classes are still viable more than enough and most of them still allow a lot of build diversity.

anyway, yes i agree both with the need of balance and the need of different play style.

i for example i’m happy to get rid of my magic find source as i got tired of switching gear between pve and istances.
everybody will have their bonus and we will all be happy, i need to say i’m quite excited by all the innovation this game will put us through, i’m happy with all i read so far in the blog

they are adding ascended gear only to finish what they started i think.
i don’t think they really plan to add other gears, they already stated this multiple times.
everybody should calm down and in time have their full ascended set and be happy about new skins and new shinies.
also as usual they will add multiple ways to get that gear and in no time there will be more of them than you can use…
