Well. The Precursor armor sets are already in the game. You can already preview them in your account wardrobe. Since the sneak peak heavy legendary armor is the heavy precursor skin with some added details and animations it is safe to assume the medium and light sets will also be the precursor skins with added details and animations. Thus you can already preview the armor and imagine added detail and animated parts and you get a good idea of what it will look like.

It’s been 4 years we are asking for trousers, no butt cape and no trenchcoat and what do you do for legendary light and medium a trenchcoat and a butt cape. all medium and light armors on male look the same all of them. i’m stuck with the ascalon light trousers for 4 years now they litterally are part of me now!

the story is not that terrible, although what makes bioware stories special is that they are character driven, mostly through npc.
they have the lore and everything but they tell the story by showing it and by how it affects characters. they manage to make the story always very personal for you, you want to see the end because you care.

for example in dragon age inquisition we’ve never seen the tevinter empirium, but they tell the tevinter empirium through dorian, through prejudice other npc may have, through the villain you encounter, from the backstory (and through the codex for the fan of reading parts)and this goes from the very first game up to the point you know a lot of the world to make your own idea although they also make sure that until you see it for yourself you can never be sure if what told is what actually happens.

i see a little of this happening in gw2 from season 2. the npc are becoming more lively, they have a way to react to things and to aid you in your adventure and it is great, i want more of this. also it is a pity you can’t meet them anywhere else than story instances because it would be good to be able to talk to them in between stories, ask them question, see how they feel, develop the relationship with them, maybe fall in love, make our character more part of this world through npcs.

maybe, if the problem is 2 sexes and 5 races there can be a solution:
1 eliminate gender diversity on the same theme (if i want to wear as a male something specifically designed for female i should be able to and viceversa)
2 make outfits like armor parts instead of a unique piece so we can mix and match outfits instead of armors

i don’t like it, nor the previous one, and shield since chronomancer is basically all i use…

it’s not the first time that skins are locked in blacklion chests, it happened with weapons before that are now acquirable through tickets.
also if you think 20c for instant sell is low ou should now that before they were sold for 2c. infact everytime i got too much of those i instant sell and be suprised how much people is willing to pay for this

you can, but you have to buy recipe of the insignia and the various pieces by the pact supply network and they are random. they can sell the recipe or you can buy the first object on the list, when you click it, it gives you something random that can be a zealot recipe.
also it can be dropped. in healer chests or raider chests (not sure about the latter) you can select the zealot stats.

edit: i crafted it for my druid, just bought the exotic insignia recipe and than i changed stats of medium ascended armour in the mystic forge

now i feel like i wasted my time never call him a name! i mean it is my favourite, i litterally love it to the point i have to kill it and i never bothered to knew how it was called. i feel guilty. and i’m sorry for cecil, but steve is so fitty i don’t even understand what we are talking about

yes please, would be perfect for legendary armor, but also weapons and build experimantation and class balance.

also eles are very squishy, and you need to be good at them to make them viable. depends on the boss, but on matthias you want a necro, on slothasor you want guardians, on vale guardian you want conditions etc etc.
i think diversity means versatility which means optimal conditions, stacking elementalists could mean ressing people all the time

i can only hope the light version won’t be the coolest thing in the world worn on a female character and the biggest meh on a male, like the phoenix armor and basically all light armors!

i remember during the crown pavillion event there were baloons, i got so hyped at the idea of flying in ne and than it was just a loading screen like a normal waypoint. but it was 3 years ago, we couldn’t fly back than

I am happy that legendary armor is something tied to raid actually. it is already frustrating that when you kill a boss the reward is just some exotic garbage unless you are lucky to get some ascended. otherwise raids would be just hard content for nothing.
also i don’t understand all the complains, i know raid is not just stack and kill and i am happy it require coordination and knowledge of the fight, just learn how to do it, gather 9 other friends and go do it. it is supposed to be frustrating at start and to fail a lot, you can’t just cry to make it easier or make the armor available elsewhere.

yes, learn how to cc is a good thing, some days ago, during hablion events or jade maw i don’t remember i asked for cc, and a lot of people just said that they don’t even bring cc in pve because they are useful only in raids…
and this is why we never manage to interrupt shatterer flying, the wyvern taking off etc etc… spread the cc culture please!
don’t be one of those guys who think their cc don’t matter and leave the job to others…

i use mesmer in my t4 fractals everyday i do guild runs usually, no pugs, i give them a lot of quickness and alacrity, and i know i am not doing that much damage, but i’m providing lots of utility. commander stats or berserker i don’t think make that much of a difference anyway, just use what you feel comfortable with

dont forget the rise of guards since the boon thief is gone now . guard is generally more useful for less skilled group now . mes is only better than guard when group can stack properly and get quickness . or for few rare cases where distortion works but block donest .

i ran mes even when boon thief is there , and i managed to maintain quickness for many boss fights .but currently it feels like when i have so many alts , mes is not that important for t4 fractal .

i know what you mean, i used mesmer even with boon thief. i guess i’m spoiled because i run fractals mostly with the same people, so whenever i call for time warp they know what to do and where to stand even if they don’t have lod effects on. also when the situation is dire, i can just get the quickness all for myself and than chase my favourite dps mate in the party for signet of inspiration and if cool down allows it, i’ll chase the second favorite dps for signt of inspiration on phantasm spawning. if they manage to be close.

i know it is expensive and hard to do, but i suggest commander stats (power precision toughness and concentration).
when you become comfortable with mesmer you can perfectly tank with less toughness (you can still round it up with trinkets if needed) and still have nice damage.
i suggest it because it provides also boon duration and as a tank in raid that is your job to keep quickness uptime as much as possible while you keep the boss focused on you.
if you decide you want go commander though remember not to craft the armor but just change the stats on your current one or on your spare one in mystic forge. it is so much easier

i don’t know if you already have a design for the legendary armor, but i beg you, please use the same effort you will use for the female version on male version.
please don’t give us a long skirt or a butt cape. don’t make the shoulder pad bigger than the moon. Don’t make an helmet that will cancel our hairs.
although i have no idea how a legendary armor should look like i know for sure that the feature i listed are something most players already complained about.
Or maybe make it just an effect that apply to whatever armor you are wearing or something like that

well most of the damage in cliffside with poison trail and agony is due to the fact that both impair your healing skills in a tiny places, so don’t tell me you can do it no problem with those 2 instabilities together, because at higher level with no poison trail but still social akwardness we just stacked and face tanked everything

poison trail + social akwardness= no healer can stand it!
we did it cliffside with that combo of instability and we couldn’t get pass the belly seal.
we had a tempest healer but there was no way we could do it. so we decided to do it on a higher level with no poison trail and we succeded. it was definitely easier

it was 100 gold when the game was released and than discounted to 10 gold (but character based), than it became account wide and so 300 gold, i still think it’s unreasonable. some people like me would use it for guild missions and to lead some meta events but not that often to justify the expanse

My theory is that Lazarus is after the power of the bloodstone magic and the dispersed ley magic to become a new form of god, he is all about us defeating the dragon so he can have even more magic to harness.
It may be a lot wrong but Lazarus is up to no good, he will not be an ally and thinking he could it’s delusional.

On our end we have glint egg we can make it absorb all the dispersed magic and hope it will be on our side.

Any way we are creating a powerful creature (i don’t even know if we are aware of it or not) and antagonizing a self made powerful creature, i guess the dragons are less frightening if what i think it’s true

I don’t know if this is already been suggested, but when you die during raid it would be nice for the dead to follow one of the team mates as a spectator. Because otherwise you just lie there with nothing else to do.
most of the time it is only a problem in the third wing during first event. makes you want to tab out and write a post in the forum about ^^

Seriously can people stop complaining about everything, Anet already handing grapes on plater to everyone. You want exotic armor, do dungeons or pvp reward or wvw reward tracks. You want ascended armor do fractals and in no time yiu will have enough armor chests to mf appropriate stats. Cheers!

I don’t know what fractals are you talking about, but if it is the same i’m doing everyday, Than no time means months to have maybe one piece that you can later change the stats to it. Or am I doing something wrong? i don’t see an ascended drop in months

I gave up the idea of dps with mesmer, but i would be happy when playing solo or open pve chains of event with an elite skill which spawn 3 phantasms all at once. I would stop complaining for ever

why is it possible for wvwvw and pvp players to get pve skins through reward track but it’s not possible for pve players to get pvp/wvwvw skins?

i am a casual gamer, i work 8 hours a day with only 2 days off a week. i can still raid with my guild 3 evenings a week and yes, maybe we are taking more than others raid groups to finish the raid content but we are still having fun and none of us are complaining this is too hard.

that is not a lot of work time. Heck I’ve seen people with 12h work schedules be hardcore. They simply sleep little.

I don’t know, those 8 hours feel pretty endless to me, and I don’t spend them in game.
Sometimes i don’t have time to do dailies. I still spend 2 hours 3 days a week to raid with my guild, i don’t know if that is hard core gaming, but definitely the fact that can’t play all day long doesn’t mean i cannot raid. And yes it is hard content to the point it can become frustrating and sometimes i have the feeling we will never beat the raid, but when you do defeat an hard boss the satisfaction is so high I don’t even care if I got a useless exotic for loot.
I guess my point here is the same as before, hard content can be done by casuals but not by solo…

asking to reduce unnecessary clicking is not a pointless complain.
some times i have so much to click i just want to cry in a corner

Please give us a build saver so we can switch builds and gear more easily instead of just manually.
Clearly the technology is there because the build will switch automatically when you go in pvp or wvw, so why don’t add this funcionality in pve?
It would be a huge qol improvement.
if you could also switch stats on legendaries with the same build saver would be just perfect!

this is my 2 cents of Taimi:
if we the heroes accepts her suggestions in solving some issues, we the heroes have to be strong enough to accept her decision making as her own alone.
I mean, we cannot consider her mature enough to help us and than not mature enough to help herself

i played mesmer most of my time, but since hot i had to try different class because my mesmer survivability in hot is very low.
the thing i don’t get with clones is that no mob will ever get fooled in to aggro them, they run straight to you. although there is a fractal level, the one with dredges and the suit or ice elemental at the end, that will always aggro my clones and instead i want it to run at us instead, and that is driving me mad because i do little to no damage without clones

it’s going to be kralkatorrik, to much hints to ignore:

2 glint’s egg
3 revamped shatterer

i wouldn’t mind to leave the dragon storyline aside, but the dragons are so in the lore of gw that we cannot pretend they don’t exist… so it must be it.

about palawa jogo i wouldn’t mind if he wasn’t a villain but a victim asking for help because his land are overrun by dragon minions instead of his own and than turned into a villain after (you can’t left palawa jogo unchecked)

It is probably already been asked and sai multiple times.
but when you have only lv 80 carachters it is almost impossible to get tier from 2 to 4 clothes and leather unless you mystic forge karma item and than salvage them.
so here are my suggestion to set this mats along the line of ores and wood:

1 drop from plants and animals
2 special open world nodes (it would be amusing to steal sheets freshly put to dry outside because sheets are more precious tha gold ores)
3 direct salvage of karma item (i don’t get why should i first mystic forge them and than salvage, it’s a long boring process)
4 loot find in low level map could give you low level pieces more often than your level pieces (there are so many lv80 maps, why can’t low level maps give me low level mats?)

i crafted my firts armor/weapon set for my main. now i just wait for a chest drop in fractals or somewhere else and change the stat accordingly to the build i have in mind for other alts. it’s not fast because you have no control over your drop, but i will not craft ascended anytime soon. you can also complete collections, some of those will give you ascended backpack and of course the specialization collection will give you weapons

i love them, i feel even more powerful now!

i think the next expansion will be in the crystal desert and the continent of Elona, i lo ved Elona very much. i don’t mind the claustrophobic feeling of hot since it gives a measure of the danger you are facing but more open world map would be definitely welcome

i explored a map, got 1 key, opened 1 chest and got a full ticket and a balthazar skin.
i felt like i was blessed

yes please, one of my necroes is a life stealer, i was geared P/T/HP so far, but if also the healing part is connected to power than there is no point in all this healing power

i’m using a scepter for a while now, the attack speed is finally on par with other scepter users and with quicness is even more satisfying.
it’s true guys, our condition or power damage is not comparable to most other classes and we became a support class, but as far as support goes, we are the best in slot, the boons we provide are unique and very well sustained, in the meanwhile we are still doing some damage, so let’s just start to appreciate this buff for now and let’s make some pvper cry their most salty tears
