I feel bad for NSP and BP.

I don’t know about you, but I had a blast last night in NSP Bay. BP from the south, FA from the north. Us in lords room. When the dust cleared only NSP stood. We know the PPT isn’t going to be in our favor, but if we can keep getting organized guilds to fight us, we will continue to get stronger.

Getting the people to spread out evenly over the servers is a lot harder then getting Anet to improve their game, at least Anet is trying.

+1 this. I’m on a Very High player count server that has a pretty low WvW population. When Devon said he was going to play on my server people stacked on servers that would get the chance to fight him rather than fight with him. We have very few Queues, the PVE players that are coming out are taking some time to learn some things. I have heard little to no complaints on the server outside of how badly we get rolled when the servers we are fighting roll over us with 2-1 or 3-1 odds. Balance is the real issue, Its not Anets fault bad players stacked servers to get the easy win. They don’t want to actually challenge themselves with = number open combat fights.

TLDR: Dont blame Anet, blame the bads.

If you were to transfer to a server like NSP. You you would get to play, work on the meta, farm lots of bags, and at the end of it all get the reward based on your origional servers performance.

I plan on moving my 2nd account into silver league. My only fear is having no one to play with as I’m an off hours player.

There will be people to play with, you just need to seek them out.

May the fraps be with us. May the zergs come in waves. May the bags be bountiful.

I’m having a blast in Silver. The borderlands tend to get a lot of action especially during primetime. My server is pretty low pop when it comes to WvW but we still go out and fight like crazy people. We may be last in our league, but we find challenging fights rather than fight the Queues. You will get the occasional skill lag in SM when the map is completely full, but that’s going to happen to every server. The borderlands however end up having some awesome battles. I’m going to try to avoid stereotyping a entire server by the action of a few bad apples. I will simply call out XOXO for being immature and unsportsmanlike in every single encounter this week. You /joined us once just to complain about us ‘bringing 10 people’ (they were randoms) to a control point. You spam emotes and corpse jump constantly. You act like you want a duel, then gank whoever bites with your guild ( a big difference from randoms showing up). You run from even fights and only attack empty BLs. I’m not even mad at this point, just disappointed that there are still people who act like this in WvW.

I too would like to know the names of these individuals, I don’t wish to call them out I just want to write about it in my diary. It’s just hard for me to beleive that XOXO would do this to NSP knowing how many of us care deeply about our reputation in the matchup threads. Idk I guess I just expected more you you XOXO, I’m not angry, i’m just…disappointed.

I have seen a few “troll” guilds popping up. Someone was running an Os tag yet it wasn’t the real Os. Wonder if they have moved to XOXO to attempt to slander their good name. NSP should not stand for this! I cannot believe real XOXO members would try and intentionally cause conflict outside of the normal GW2 intended conflict that is WvW. They are the true meaning of Hugs and Kisses.

I love it. So many Bronze and Silver league servers looking for guilds and have no Queues. Yet the band wagoners in T1 ruin it for many many others. Bandwagon away. I get to play the game like I want to when I want to, and have a blast doing it

NSP has a lot of spots open that need filled in every time zone. An Entire 80 man guild would be able to get in on 2 out of 3 borderlands during reset.

Im not a fan of the JP achievements (just hate jp’s personally) but so far they have been pretty easy to get. Bit grindy but when you have 7 weeks to complete they are probably on par with the PVE events that are done in 2 weeks.

There are a good deal of us that are less concerned about PPT. Lots are simply working on achievements. Others just looking for good fights. Even the video of the Os fight in Hills with IOJ and CD (IOJ BL if I remember correctly) we just saw an opportunity at a very good fight. We know we wont be able to compete PPT, But we can give and get good strong fights in Silver.

I am hearing and reading about the Queue problems. Just so people know. NSP had no Que for enemy Borderlands. If your a guild that enjoys a good fight, instead of a queue fight, NSP has what you need.

Im on NSP and haven’t gotten a single Merc Camp Vanquisher kill. What exactly qualifies for this achievment?

The guild I am in in NSP have maybe 30 to 40 mostly casual WvW players.

From what I read on our forums, many will not even bother to go to WvW if the server is in silver league

I bet it’s the same for most other casual WvW players out there.

Agreed, NSP is flying too close to silver league. The only challenge on NSP is going to be to see who can leave spawn the longest before having to go back to the invulnerable zone. 5 points if you down an enemy spawn camper, 10 if you do it and survive!

I’m thinking I might be able to portal bomb a camp or 2. Can we just agree though that the silver servers will let us have SM friday before reset so we can get our meta achievements done? Pretty please?
