I’m getting this error when attempting to log-in to the client, Guild wars 2 has encountered an error- The game client is unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time.

Anyone getting this error?

If the Ranger Profession was to be Replaced, which Guild 1 Professions if any, including other mmo’s Profession, would you like in its place?
It’s not easy to write this because no Professions will ever Replaced Ranger. I’m only throwing this question out there if Anet decides to scrap this profession entirely from this game. Obviously from the Direction they are going, most likely they will.

Ignoring the forums only will hurt you in the long run, the Truth lies within the forums. Let me ask you a question, if you want to know about something, would you just Act upon it or question it? And you just did that, you questioned this forum. The Rng class is unworthy playable since last patch so much, there are no pro’s for it, As much some ppl Desperately try to make it Worth to play, it still falls flat. No Disrespect to them as well but the truth is there. As the saying goes, if something is broken, it’s Best to leave it at that
The sad truth is, many of us will Desperately try to fix it or be Deluded into thinking it isn’t Broken, until worse gets the best of us; my Prediction – more nerfs coming.

I would suggest War, reason is, most recent patches they’ve been getting a lot of Buffs in addition to one of the game highest dps stats etc…

Delusion- which defines as belief held with strong conviction despite superior evidence to the contrary. The Superiority Evidence is obviously the recent patch we received on March 26, 2013.

After our pain-fall yesterday, i took some time into researching what defines and constitutes a Ranger. I’m sure the Developers took some insight in making this class close to it’s meanings. But after yesterday’s patch, not only our reputation was severely damaged but our psychological and emotional attachment to this class was severely hampered.

To Free myself a bit, i decided to do some research into a brief insight of the ranger class. My research lead me to Wiki.

A ranger isn’t meant for Only Melee, we are Rangers; that’s why we carry bows; we shoot at Range
Forcing us to throw our bows away and telling us No Need to use them doesn’t make us Worth calling ourselves a Ranger

To begin, I’ve always asked myself Why would a Thief use Stealth in this game? Thief doesn’t Stealth. Why would they? . I can not find any Mmo’s where a Thief uses Stealth abilities. The Only Class which fits that Profile and Attributes is Ninja a.k.a Nin.

Ninja fits your Profile and Attributes Perfectly except with the Nerfs.
So if you are concerned about Stealth being Nerfed or Crippled after this patch, why Not Ask For A Ninja Class? or to be Replaced by a Ninja Class?, Than you can have all the Stealth’s etc.. you want.

What is Awful Geshque? ,This Profession has been Intentianally Crippled so much there is No Feeling Of Worth playing it; A Ranger loosing their Mobility and strong attacks skills?. A Sluggish pet who can’t attack moving targets and enemy? A Stall Longbow ? Hence we don’t even have Camouflage skills or traits whatsoever which fits a Ranger Attribute, while a Thief not a Ninja Supreme Master of Stealth, gets Stealth?

I am unable to play WvW whatsoever due to high volumes of lagging. No matter what time zones i still can not play. Pve, Spvp and Pvp; I find no problem whatsoever. I hope this gets fixed soon. Because I like playing with my guilds in wvw and helping others as well. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

As Mesmer, my Concern is, I feel Persecuted and Brutally targeted for being a Mesmer class. Nearly every patch that are released, we get Onslaught of Nerfs, and more Nerfs.
Why so harsh to us? When will you ever be Satisfied with us? How much more Pain must we Endure? When will the Torment End? Haven’t we Suffered enough?

DanH, i have a question for you, would you ask the same question to a mes in your party or within the the same area how port is OP? Have you ever ported a Mes port? And if so, was it Beneficial to you to get from point A to point B, no matter what? It is hypocritical of your i statement if you did so. Each class have their strong and weak traits and skills utilities , one of our strong traits and skill utilities is Shatter. I have not seem much complaints in the forums about our shatter, yet they want to Nerf it? Sadly there will no longer be any need to play this class anymore. I Fear they will Never be Satisfied with Mesmer’s until this class is cripple to the ground into Oblivion.. Most Certainly I will not bear witness when that happen.. Which is why I’m Prepared to jump ship to my Nemesis, The All Mighty Invincible Thief. Why you ask? they have one of the best buff traits and skill utilities in this game in which will Never be tempered with into Oblivion. The Great Era’s of Mesmer’s will soon be Forgotten.
