The fact that you can transfer to a T1 server now, really says it all, after 3 years Anet finally killed WvW, id say that within the next 6-9 months they will remove the format from the game, stating it no longer fits their views of what WvW should be,
For those who did WvW, you will probably find more battles in EotM, smaller maps, faster to respawn and get back to the zerg vs zerg battles.
I was on a T1 EU server before the new maps, now we are T3, there is no one on the home BL’s not even after reset, everyone has stopped, unless they can get into EB.
At this point they should just cut there losses and close WvW down, admit they made a mistake, and either go back to the drawing board, or admit defeat and pull the plug completely, and just push EotM ( seeing as its seeing more WvW action than the WvW maps ).
Theres still the chance of reverting back…All of it,get the old bl’s back and get rid of that kittening kittened kitten automated upgrade system ( the one that thought of that,go kitten yourself ).Infract me,i dont give a kitten,you idiots killed wvw for what it was because you cannot for the kittening life of you communicate with your players or know what they want,even if you do you ignore it and go the complete other way.I really feel like ive wasted 40 bucks on Hot,the pve sucks,my warri spec sucks kitten and wvw is a kittening kittenhole.

Bolas is garbage against anybody who can strafe or is far enough to see it coming. It absurdly easy to dodge if you’re not in melee range and if you’re kiting, since you mention kiting you should be aware of how bad bolas is vs kiters. 3 condis every 2.5 seconds is amazing…I have no idea what you’re talking about, find me another class who can cleanse condis faster. Compared to normal warr’s 3 conditions every ~7 seconds with burst skills that are often more susceptible to kiting and/or telegraphs it is way more reliable, it’s not even something to compare.
Really, have you TRIED playing a berserker build at all? Because from those comments I’m getting the feeling you’re either not trying it at all and spewing back what others (many of whom also haven’t experienced it nearly enough) say. As for overly exaggerated numbers you can easily run the build I’ve linked above and see for yourself. The numbers are far from low given the consistency you can pump them out at. Asking primal burst skills to deal as much damage or more per usage compared to regular bursts (not that its something you’re explicitly saying but I see this everywhere so this isn’t specifically meant towards you) is absolutely kittened and shows how much people are clueless. You can’t have a 2sec AoE stun every 2.5seconds, nor a melee single hitter than can go as high as 10k in SPvP if you have a decent amount of might, nor a 3 sec single target stun every 2.5seconds, nor a killshot at the same cooldown. THAT WOULD BE BROKEN! Yes, the caps are needed because it’s beyond me how some people suggest that primal bursts should be “better” than normal bursts.
From my comments you say I haven’t played Berserker at all.. I’m such a terrible player too, from yours I see that you’re pro, you’re probably ruling the sPvP scene with your Berserker and are very famous and competitive, because everyone else who plays it is just bad and you can tell by their comments alone that they don’t even play the class and don’t put in effort. You made berserker work.. to the point where it is broken, hurrah for you then.. grats. =)
I made bolas work by the way, so have many other people I know, they’re a great 4sec cc and at low cd, nice to slot sometimes. Guess what, we don’t necessarily have to cast it from range so we actually catch people off guard much the same as how we land Bull Charge against any decent player who know their dodges!! but I guess we’re all garbage how sad..

Bolas is crap,period.It’s too easy to avoid/block/dodge/blind or side step.Signet of might would make more sense with the mount of blocking going on..considering you’re smart enough to slot for berserk + ep.

Hey there, I probably could have made it more clear that I didn’t mean to say that these are super amazing combos, just that they do exist and that saying that Berserker doesn’t fit with base Warrior (I’ve seen it said multiple times by different people) isn’t really true.
Most of the time, where these synergies fall short is as a result of the failings of the bade Warrior. Baseline Fast Hand? Suddenly a hybrid build using the first combo becomes pretty scary, the only huge weakness being the lack of Warrior’s Sprint (I feel that Strength + Defense + Berserker is optimal), and that’s fine. Every build should have some sort of weakness.
Strength + Defense + Berserker means your adren gain is aweful,the strength of berserker lies in it’s bursting.If you want to make proper use of berserk and it’s bursting Arms is the way to go with Berserkers fury and Furious you have an optimal way of gaining adren even when not connecting to a target.But going into arms means you have to sacrifice another better traitline..and that’s the issue with berserk.no matter what you try you always have to give up something better.
lal, why are people comparing Life Force to Adrenaline again? Because they both happen to be displayed as bars?
Try actually playing the classes for once, both mechanics serve different purposes, don’t be dense.
With that out of the way, I wouldn’t mind starting with at least enough LF to activate shroud, 15-20% should suffice. Although I don’t have that much problems anymore since thieves aren’t as strong as they used to be.
yeah much ""lal" because if something is to be buffed about necs lifeforce other things need to be changed aswell,especially when it comes to warri’s adren gain and degen.You guys are strong enough yet ask for more buffs,indeed “LaL”.
At times i notice after a fast weap swap and a gs whirl, that right after the end of my whirl i’m completely stuck and unable to move unless i use a mobility skill.It happens way too random to notice why or how it’s happening,but ive had it happen frequently lately.
Please look into it.
Edit: Also wanted to add there seems to be the same kinda issue with Hundred blades and Flurry,whereafter i cast the skill i’m unable to cancel it out and are stuck untill the entire animation is over.
Everything i try with berserk is weaker than with the older trait line setups.Unless i go full braindead burn build or gunflame one trick pony,both arn’t my playstyle and i can’t enjoy playing smthing like that for very long.Ive had some succes with mace/gs hybrid perplex and berserk traitline but again it means i have to give up something better to be able to burst more often.It’s just not worth it to give up traits that are much more useful to me,i switched back to my old setups and been doing so much better than trying to make berserk work,i’m not gonna bother with it untill anet pulls their head out their kitten and realize dmg buffing isn’t what warri needs,our damage is fine,the rest isn’t.
Just kittening lol..Give warriors full adren to start off with aswell with no degeneration and no degen on a missed burst…
Sure if we change lifeforce generation so that all weapon skills give life force and some skills can give 100% life force with a single button, remind you of anything?
If our skills are even able to connect to even start building up that adren which is currently slow as kittening hell or which after we have enough adren to make that one burst which gets randomly blinded for us to start building up that adren yet again….etc etc.Dont try to make it seem youre the underpowered class,you kittening aint.
@Sabre, can say the same to you..play warri without any adren gaining trait which are locked behind arms and tell me how much fun you gonna have and how fast that adren is gaining ! Without Berserker’s Fury and Furious our adren gain is abysmal.

Both so true,and main issues anet is completely missing.A warri without the 3 needed stances is a worthless warri and dead in matter of seconds warri.The adren building up is far to kittening slow,most of the times my adren is nearly full when the other guy is down or i’m about to die myself.Headbutt doesn’t cut it,the range is simply too short and again the issue of random blinds/blocks/ports etc.Grabbing sig of precision means having to switch out a needed stance which prob means you have to run def to make up for that..
The blocks/blinds/evades/ports are over the top atm,running a Double melee warri is nothing but pure kittening frustration.
I don’t mind the decay tbh,it wouldn’t matter much if our actual adren gain was higher.,which atm is absolute kitten if you try to run without cleansin,rage sig or any other adren gain trait.I think adren gain in combat or when being hit needs to be base.
My game seems snappier,loading times seems to have improved and my overal fps seems smoother,espec when there’s a large amount of people near.I had 2 dc’s ( No crashes ) so far,but could have been random as ever.
Ram usage was about 4.5g – 5gb maxed last night after playing for 2 – 3 hours.

People will continue going to Eternal Battlegrounds because its the easy way to farm. People like to blob zerg because its the path of least resistance.
Doesn’t make sense,as a roamer i dislike the new map,too gimmicky,too complex,too much pve trash,too much automated kitten,barricaded..too much walking around not finding anything to do.You can’t just snitch a map away people have been playing on for 3 year and swap it for this eotm v2 horror and expect people to all love it.The map in design and level of detail is great,but it’s not something people wanted..they should know if they had listened.
Again….Bring back the old bl’s and keep the new map as a playground,aka eotm v2.

Guilds arn’t raiding in the bl’s anymore in t1,so what they do is come to eb and start having closed raids.So the only fights happening is where the closed raids are,normal tags are barely around since not enough people,cus…closed raids.I can’t really blame them cus theyve been raiding on bl’s for 3 years now but the guilds that do so are being selfish atm,when there’s 20 – 30 pugs around and u start having a closed raid on the only map where’s action around,u’r just being really kitten selfish and don’t be mad when the pugs do follow you around,they wanna play as much as you do.If you do raid on eb be open,don’t be selfish and let pugs have some fun aswell cus you’re only destroying the last proper map left at this point.
I know that people have gotten it from the T4 Reward in Verdant Brink. When you get to that stage a possible reward from the end chest is a Box of Bladed armor, I’ve gotten boots from it and someone else I know has gotten the chest.

The verdant brick PvP track is non repetable and only gives a Bladed Glove box.
Thanks again..Been farming my kitten off for the past 2 days,got a bladed helm ( maybe from story mission ) + gloves from event chest.I dont really like how random this bladed armor coat drop is though and how it doesn’t really reflect to what you’ve personally have been doing if the entire map doesn’t cooperate well.I don’t mind farming or putting in some work for an item i’d love to have,but this is just all too random imo.

FIX: I closed Razer Synapse and it fixed the issue. Is this a compatibility issue with Gw2/Synapse? Anyhow, The problem is fixed entirely. I will try and redownload Synapse to see if it will work somehow with Gw2 again. Thank you for the response anyways.

That..still keeps on happening way too often.Was fighting some ranger yday where my rush kept on deciding to move the opposite way of where the ranger was moving,not landing a single hit with rush..if rush does work,it hits like a truck..But the IF is too big of an obstacle here.

I just moved my main account off T3 and the skill delay was a big part of the reason why.

It’s not running smoothly at all,been lagging my kitten off for the most prt of the evening in eb tonight.I doubt they meant that with what they said.
Write down the bluescreen error next time and google it.100% it hasnt anything to do with gw but your pc instead.You dont just get a bluescreen cus of a game,there’s either a hardware or driver issue going on.
I upgraded to Windows10 from 7 last week and hated it. I much prefer the look of Windows 7.
By far the worst thing was Windows 10 reset my overclocked i7 quad core processor back to factory settings and put some kind of lock on it so I couldn’t overclock it again, the options just weren’t available in the bios. I had to remove the motherboard battery and totally drain power so I could input the overclock settings again. This was after reinstalling Windows 7.
Due to this its my experience that Windows 10 drastically slowed down my whole computer and didn’t even warn me it was going to do it. I’ll stick with Windows 7 for as long as possible.

Sorry to hear that,hope your friend is ok now.Anyway,people have been asking for an effects slider since first year of gw2 i reckon..since its a clusterkitten of effects in boss events/wvw but even in smaller fights it can be a pain to see what’s going on at times because of all the flashy stuff.I would love an effects slider myself aswell.

Oh and plus why shouldn’t be able to stealth as a defensive measure…do you know how many times thieves do this….fight…stealth….fight…jump through ring to stealth… its crap you guys complained about PU so much but forgot about the bigger stealth picture as a defensive mechanic.
Does a thief have countless of blocks + invulns ontop of that stealth ? Thieves only defense mechanism IS stealth.
No they have countless blinds, teleports and evade frames instead.
While blind is a defensive mechanism,it’s not the same as a block or an invuln.The thief can still get hit while walking through aoe’s while the same doesn’t happen when you pop a block or an Actual invulnerability.
Character limit and Character quality are both heaviest on cpu i reckon,put those to low to avoid crashes from happening aswell when alot of people are in the same place ( WvW/Boss events ).

Shadows to medium might give you a small fps increase aswell.
You might want to oc your cpu aswell if you haven’t already,they’re made for it.

He gave you a couple streamers that play warrior. Tarcis and Rom at least are some of the best warriors there are, follow them on twitch and watch how they play it when they go live.
