Someone tell me how cud this player in top 20 ???? While my 41 Wins 15 losses only at top 600? Do u encourage us to do ranked pvp grind fest? To get into top 20s no matter how many losses u got? Like 600wins 1,000 losses at ranked #1? Sorry i cannot play and grind for 24/7 i have a 9-10hour job a day, i only play 7 to 10 ranked pvp a day but i will make sure i won’t fail my team 70% to 80% chance of winning..

@Sir Vincent i think you have a better chance of winning against bunkers when u use S/D like when fighting a d/d celestial ele. better chance of beating him using S/D acro build in my opinion and experience

ok never played GW2 for almost 1month and i tried SOLO Q (ranked) twice and we faced same team 2 d/d ele and 2cele engies and 1 thief and they seemed really organised they’re probably using vent/teamspeak or whatever. and i didnt try for 3rd cuz i know what will be the result
i recommend 6 points shadow arts trait D/P in WvW but not in PvP. watch this video to get some tips. and always choose low HP or squishy targets. if everyone in pvp match plays semi bunker condi then i think u shud switch build to S/D

im using this on my 2/6/0/0/6 D/P thief why in pvp? cuz it triggers necro well and traps during fights, rock dog can block classes with projectile interrupt while im stomping , and rock dog saves me alot during 1v1 downed situation. and rock dog is always a hindrance in smale scale fight 2v2 or 3v3 cuz rock dog a bit tanky. and rune of ogre stat is really good for power burst build like backstab thief same to rune of scholar
no point for removing shadow arts.. i think you’re talking about shadow rejuvenation trait? ya i do agree they shud remove or nerf that trait its kitten useless in pvp and it doesnt helping your team

and the PvP balance is just horrible and top tier pvp matches are full of META bunker/conditions where in thief has no place to go anymore in this current meta and there is no way any condi thief build viable in this current PvP Meta so we have no choice but to use Zerker + Conquest map is just horrible for thief in this current state of pvp
this is my last GW2 video before quitting the game thanks ArenaNet for this amazing game this game drives me crazy for 2 years but to be honest GW2 is not as good as GW1 which i played the game for 5 years until GW2 beta was released and lots of build diversity and hundreds or probably thousands of skills (+ the 3 expansions) to use regardless the graphics and character movements.

Your suggested changes are still underpowered and won’t change anything.
it is bro the 3secs quickness trait is really good for burst thief but 2secs does nothing and the gain initiative by infiltrator’s and agility signet S/D acrobat user will be more effective to compensate for s/d nerf

if u make it 2sec immobil. S/P spam #2 then #3 pistolwhip will be too OP

and also fix infiltrator’s signet and steal’s porting back to its previous location after immediately used like in this video
2,6,0,0,6 when u feel comfortable, u will hit harder and will reward u more then going shadow arts..
U can afford more mistakes tho with SA. .. Its up to you
hes right! 2/6/0/0/6 D/P really no room for mistakes! hard to reset your hp and reset fights so risky but high reward! unlike D/P Shadow arts when you’re hp gets low u just gonna go invi (shadow refuge w8ing for long invi to get your hp back) is not really helping at all in 5v5 tpvp you aint helping your team really and 26006 mmore bursty
i still prefer 2/6/0/0/6 . shadow arts d/p is good but not as deadly as 26006 build with fast steal CD +daze+steal boon is just awesome
and also had few duels with same 2/0/0/6/6 s/d thief build and the result is draw… we’re both just running out of initiatives and get tired of tryin FS>LS and the Auto attack chain and SB are my only source of damage lol

so i did 2 solo tpvp twice s/d 2/0/0/6/6 and it feels so so awkward half of my FS fail due to dodge,block, blind and i often land FS via precasting FS>Shadowsteps like steal or infilt.signet or #2 immobil cuz i need to catch em by surprise cuz smart players in tpvp can easily avoid (dodge,blind,aegis) Flanking Strike if u will just go near em and cast FS due to sound effect of FS and obvious animation
- Larcenous Strike
we cannot guarantee LS to land it by 100% or not even 70% during a high tier match cuz of SLOW casting time and it is easier to do a perfect backstab than to land your Flanking Strike>Larcenous Strike + u will just lose all your initiatives trying
- D/P still doesn’t have a solid place in team fights + the Black Powder Nerf LOL R.I.P. Thief (2014 september patch worst ever for thief)

No SB, so where’s the mobility? I mean, in a close environment of max 5 players, I can’t see how this build would justify the presence of such a thief instead of other classes/builds when we drop the mobility down.
