Id equate swordsman with someone who is lithe, dexterous and agile, a fencer almost.

The thief 1 hand sword, with either dagger or pistol off hand fits this aesthetic well, particularly when combined with a wide brimmed hat + feather. Very much the musketeer.

Just abandon the quest and move on. The only place I remember having to be in a group is in the beginning area in Ascalon where there was one “form a Party” quest and to get the gate open to go fight Charr in the north. Just work up to the level needed to trigger the NPC that lets you join the army and prepare to be “Seared”.

Hi Arena,

I find the new Lion’s Arch after a few days after patch 23 June 2015, we have to endure more load screens as there are so too few waypoints and too wide spaces.

But in a non-combat area, its just not practical.

Could Arena look into the following:

• More waypoints
• More Crafting stations at different corners
• More repair stations (near FoTM and WvW)

Because of this New LA designed. I only go LA now for FoTM. Other than that, I do want to avoid the load screens.

The old LA is a lot better designed than the New LA.

Shortly after the new Lion’s Arch was put in place I was abused by three or four griefers who decided to abuse me with dialogue which was frankly the sort of thing which in real life I would consider grounds for the cops, and what options did I have to deal with it? Well, blocking them made little difference as they simply chased me around the city, hounding me which I felt was very intimidating and teleporting (which seemed like a good idea at the time) made little difference for this mob was doing that too. I was forced eventually to leave, so they ‘won’ and that really irritated me. I knew there was nothing that could be done about it, until today when one of the same abusers who was involved in the above instance abused me again, personally today in Divinity’s Reach and this time when I was in company who found their actions both childish and unnecessary.

Because I had already blocked them I could not ’’hear’’ what they were saying but I certainly noticed their charging back and forth, attempting to cut me up. How can you not call that targeted intimidation? So, with that in mind I decided it was time to say something and with any luck be heard because I log into Guild Wars 2 to relax, to unwind and most of all to meet friends and adventure and certainly do not want to have to worry about being abused like this.

This is ridiculous. WP to somewhere else.. end of problem.

I had my best game as eng last night, without using grenades and adapting (slowly) to the changes.

Don’t use the kitten gay trait, but playing against it made me a better player.

Been one shotting guardians all week with their own conditions. Its weird but pleasing.

Its like they run up and explode.

I switched to minion 2 days ago and LOVE watching guardian zerkers one shot themselves .

Responsibility for anything that is broken in game is on Anet side. Without reading the forum or watching youtube, how do you know what is bug, what is exploit and what is intended?

So with the logic of punishing ppl responsible for exploitable bugs in GW2, devs should ban themselves. I don’t mind it at all. Would be funny to read “due to excessive bugs and exploitable changes made to the game, the developement team has been banned for 3 weeks. Hotfixes will be developed after bans expire. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation”.

You know what is the best thing not to present bugs and exploits to the game? TEST IT BEFORE RELEASING. And noone is going to convince me this patch was tested.
