Skritt, quaggan, hylek, grawl, these are called LESSER RACES. You can choose a racial intrest towards one of them in the personal story, eliminating any chances to be playable.

The ONLY race that has chances atm is the Tengu. And you can take it for granted that they will be the next.

Kodan is a small maybe.. maybe 1% chance.

Make 1 map tourny rated, and 3 round unrated. And also add automated tournaments.

Or they are just saving this army and story part for later expansions, maybe against Mordremoth.

I think Konig ment that they don’t live with the same food as the other species like human and charr by stating they don’t have a mouth.

They aren’t, stop the hype. I used to share the canthan pirate opinion, but this is busted.

I don’t think this has anything to do with the lore, just that all the fractals were made on the same map.

Or you could keep improving yourself, achieve r20, learn to pvp and re-think these things.

We have no healers, a good burst can kill anyone in 1 sec. This way, we can bring him back, and survive the spike. Otherwise, people would rush in, place down aoe, and see who has more damage in the next 4 secs. Other team wipes, game ends..

People would cry even more. Imagine, can you pick 8 teams of approximetly same-ranked guys? If not, at the end, for the first place a remaining r20 could be matched with the remaining r50. And tears would flow.

What if Djinns, just like dragons, feed on magic, thus keeping themselves alive as long as they have enough of it?

Zommoros runs the mystic forge, with consuming the items you give to him, and giving back an unknown part of the materials as something new, while keeping a portion for himself?

And a Djinn lives as long as he has enough magic absorbed.

It’s a win-win combination.

Btw, in GW2 atm, what can a real pirate do? Noone is unsing the waters but the undead and 1-2 sailors, and most of the goods are transfered with the asura gates.

Noone needs to cross the sea to trade btw. Maybe if an asura wants to trade something pretty huge to the Black citadel or Ebonhawke, and they can’t use the gates and decide ships are faster than the land-travel.

Pirates are attacking local merchants on the land only.

Some peeps were setting the mouse click to auto and dropping more than humanly possible. Hundreds of instances being spawned was causing people to lag, lock up and in some cases disconnect.

I wish warriors were able to pull off breathtaking “clutch” plays and pull off amazing unique teamplay combinations, just like the elementalist, guardian, engineer and mesmer. All without focusing on the damage.

I wish that tPvP was all-inclusive when it came to classes and “builds” and that teamwork/objectives was the driving factor.

Basically you want 8 same professions with different skill names. if you love the elementalist playstyle, you should play that.

Clockwork is more a charr thing, the asura are more into magitech and would probably use some magic-powered device to fullfill the role of a heart, assuming they could.

Because it would recquire some advanced surgery (at least for the heart, the body limbs such as arms or legs would be more practical I guess) I don’t see it possible with present Charr or asuran technology but well, they have tanks, airships and giant laser cannons so who knows?

Organs, don’t think so. But Tybalt Leftpaw is a charr engineer who has a mechanical arm after he lost it to an explosion. That is mostly charr technology.

Asuras don’t use bronze, copper, clockwork and other steam-punk items at all, they use magical energy and crystals.

It is possible to infuse an asura’s soul into a golem, as a personal sotry suggests, but that can’t be done back.

Well. A human settlement in Kryta. No seraph guard, true, but no Lionguards either. And in GW1 that was inhabited by Krytans, minor proof but maybe counts.

It is a party of the Krytan landmass, so I wouldn’t link this anywhere else.

Engineers can’t kitten a condi nec. Never. if you know your own class.

And condi is the best.

If someone could remove the cesnsore from tkittenon Vanguard (Ebon Vanguard), it would be great. Pretty annoying.

If your character or some NPCs “die”, they actually just get “defeated”, not dead. If someone actually dies, he can’t be brought back.

Logan is Captain of the Seraph and he certainly mistrusts the other factions in Divinity’s Reach (as seen in the human personal storylines). He can probably find plenty of reasons not to entirely trust the Lionguard and Ebon Vanguard too.

He doesn’t trust the minsitry guard, because they want to overthrow the queen. He trusts the Shining Blade.

The Lionguards are pirates, he has a reason not to.

But tkittenon Vanguard? His ancestors led the vanguard and established Ebonhawke… I don’t think he would have any kind of distrust.

Btw the Lionguard and tkittenon Vanguard aren’t Divinity fractions.

Noone uses up DS just to cast these (except for stability before stomping). Fury is useless as a condi nec, usually if you are using up DS you are in trouble. Tp proc weakening shroud means that you are in the middle of the fight which isn’t the place a condi nec should be, and even leaving shroud in that sitation is the worst idea.

If you’re a condi necro and are not using DS#2 and #3 in your rotation at some point (DS2 should be used on CD in most cases) then you are doing it wrong.

Thank you captain, but skill #3 is not a faceroll skill and should be kept for an important situation. And I don’t enter ds just to cast skill 2 (also because i won’t be able t cast skill 3 whenever i want), mostly if i don’t want to be teleported to the facerape party at midpoint.

Well, the Order’s base itself is a huge undergroud tunnel network, maybe they got a route under the sea. Would be a pretty huge tunnel But who knows..

As I told before, the last wave of refugees!!! arrived more than 50-60 years ago, but individuals can perhaps be smuggled out by the Order of Whispers, because they have a route to Elona to support the resistance and maintain the guerilla-war against Palawa.

In the patch notes they say its all single player instances. All the other things seem to be single player quests.

Its annoying, so far the best new content for me was the molten facility dungeon which was a forced group event.

I hope they try and bring in more dungeons and eventually raids but they have to get out of this mindset that everything should be able to be done without grouping with others.

Yes these steps are single player, and this will go on till a very distant future called tomorrow. The next living story is going to be about the Aetherblade, check the releases, we will get more info tomorrow, and I’m sure there will be a dungeon.

Khylo was the property of the legendary guild, Ascalon’s chosen, and the battle we live there is probably the “pre-event” of the fight (Mordakai is still alive and can be seen in the blue starter place along with his healer) that we can read about in the book of GW1, against the Zealots of the Shiverpeaks.

Niflhel is probably a North-Krytan fort between Giants’ Basin and the Shiverpeaks.

Capricorn - intresting one, because the architecture is Ascalonian human, however, they had no access to the sea. The ship in the dock is Capricorn, the lost magcal ship of a member of the Captains’ Council of Lions’ Arch, namely Captain Peter the Lost. The ship was stolen by Covington, but in lack of information about the magical ship, she couldn’t maintain a grasp over it and the ship got away with no crew.

Temple of the Silent Storm - ordinary Kodan iceberg.

Spirit Watch - ordinary hill dedicated to the 4 main spirits of the wild.

Legacy of the Foefire - an Ascalonian guild hall. Players in GW1 had the opportunity to buy this now ruined hall for their guild, many guild battles took place here. When the kingdom fell, charrs began to use this as a mining site, but the spirits of the old guild lord and his guard still watch over the place.

However, this was in the Batte Isles, on the open ocean and under Canthan/Zaishen reign. Charrs fit in because it is Ascalon-themed and they conquered it, but the isle itself is 2 continents away from ascalon. So.. bit of a lore collision.

I hope they will add PvP for everyone not just 8 teams and 4 shoutcasters. Because in the past months the whole game was built only around them.

Think about it. Tournaments with same guys every week, observer mode where only the invited few can watch the match and then twitch it, and now the authorized shoutcaster program. Rather than having in-game tournaments and an open observer mode for the top rated tournament battles, we are watching player made skirmishes through a non-in-game engine.

Awesome and community friendly for sure.

This armor is probably a traditional Sunspear Paragon heavy armor, i don’t think she would wear his ancestors’ armor after like 50-200 years. Rather say it’s her own one.
