An easy fix would be to make the first clone teleport to the target

I don’t think that would help. I’m guessing that the clone uses the same kind of movement that is used to find out if blink works on a spot or not. We can’t blink on stairs, after all and iLeap fails horribly there.

Incoming immobilize, chill, and cripple durations are reduced by 33%. Blind enemies around you for 3 seconds when you are affected by one of these conditions (blind can only be applied once every 10 seconds).

Actually, i think it should be chainable and put on 1.1. Confusion is a secondary class mechanic to the mesmer and the scepter is supposed to be a condi weapon. If the whole auto-attack cycle takes 2s to complete, put a 2s confusion on 1.1.

Scepter clones attack quite slow and this would finally make them useful. Vuln doesn’t do anything for condibuilds.

Well, no, that would be engineer. Warrior #2 may be bad, but engi got it worse and Vengeance is quite powerful if you live long enough to get it off.

unsure about necro. Since their downed hp got fixed, they are basically able to win every downed vs downed fight, but #2 is still single target, telegraphed and easily countered.

- Dead players can only be ressed while out of combat and will be forced to respawn after 3 minutes.
- Remove guard killer and defense against guards wxp traitlines or change them to not give actual stat bonuses.
- Gates can’t be damaged by anything except siege like walls.
- increased map sizes by 100% while keeping the population limit to stretch out zergs. This also means that trebs have to be built in more vulnerable places.
- removed the 30s delay before swords appear on the map.
- removed +25% movement speed signets across the board or give one to mesmers as well.
- some cosmetic stuff: new wvw exclusive finishers, siege skins, different commander colors etc available via wvw rank.

So, you want every class to have a trait like this? Better give it to none, then. Damage in this game is already too high sometimes.

/edit: And it seems you underestimate the 5 point trait. It triggers off Adrenal Health, Healing Signet tick and regular regen, giving a lot of additional healing for a mere 5 points. You don’t have to be “full Zerker” to do damage in this game.

//edit: It also triggers off every kind of healing you receive in a zerg fights, effectively making warriors unkillable.

Sadly, my warrior is just lvl 24 and leveling is boring as hell but i’m quite sure that the build would do alright. And if not for solo/smallscale, a build like this would probably be terrifying in zerg combat (using other weapons of course).

Hmm, i realize they are different classes and traitlines, but my heavy shatter mesmer build gets to 1.9k-2k toughness, 2k power, 50% critchance and 70% critdmg. Adding 20% critdmg on top off stats similar to this would be quite heavy, no?

/edit: Gear would be berserker weapons, knights armor + cavalier trinkets.

1% of toughness is given as a bonus to critical damage.
(100 toughness is 1% critical damage.)

So 2k toughness would result in +20% critdmg…this is huge, i don’t think that such a trait should be implemented.

Also the color of liadri doesn’t really make any difference when she’s cloaked in shadow basically the whole time…

2100 usually is way too high. After playing a bit around, i’d say that 1500-1600 condidmg is about right and the rest should go into condi-duration, precision, power to be able to fight immune opponents (like certain engis under 25%…i hate those) or more defensive stats.

I’m mostly at about 1800 with full stack (no signet, i’m using blink, decoy and arcane thievery/nullfield) which is more than enough to kill most opponents.

Yes, but if they get immobilized before they misform, they can’t move in that state.

Well, that’s kind of a hard point about warriors. They got the mobility and thus the right to use it. There are a lot of warriors who just run away, but not all of them do it.

As a mesmer i don’t really have the option to catch a warrior unless he overextends so i usually just let him go. If he heals to full due to being out-of-combat, that’s a win for me since the next time he engages it’s a whole new fight but if he keeps near enough to stay in fight, he’s kiting me and we’re still at it.

That’s my point of view, at least.

I often /wave or even /laugh after warriors to get them to stop playing it safe and overextend. Have to admit, it works quite often ^^

Don’t touch blink. It’s fine they way it is and a range increase would most likely come along with a cd increase as well, which would…not be good.

Never used it, but in theory it could be good against those people who run away when low. Won’t stop warriors as they are virtually immune against slows but could ruin the day of some eles who try to mistform back into a tower.

/edit: But just for you: Vabbi basically means fighting outnumbered at every given time of the week with skilled opponents against one. If there is no zerg to back you up, you have to get better personally, makes sense, no?

But i’m sure WBC will do their best to kick you butt a few times. They’re from WSR after all

Rabid gear is easily bought in WvW for badges of honor. The achievement chests should have given everyone more than enough badges to do so.

Change #2 to work without a target (not summoning a clone) and make both the clone and the real mesmer appear at the same time without that dumb arrow (or better, arrows above both).

With shatter i’m at 1520 toughness with ~18k HP, which is good in the current condi-meta, i think.

When playing condi, i have about 1800-1900 toughness, and my heavy shatter is at ~2k.

You Jd guys can always come asking for some fair 1v1-3v3 fights Takes a bit time to find someone to fight in this matchup but at least it’s a good fight most of the time.

Against Abaddon, you can be sure that they will hide in their tower when matched 20v5 (in their favor), which would never happen in this matchup.

/edit: And we got you guys quite hard in the camp right now, after having to respawn once ^^ Started as a 2vs…4 or 5, but i think we got 1 or 2 adds in the end.

Staff#4 got a bit of nerf with no on demand protection

Or better put: “The staff now has 4 skills instead of 5”. On-demand protection was huge against thieves to get back control over the situation. Now it’s mostly useless.

As a shatter mesmers I can easily proc 12 stacks of confusion in 1-2 seconds with just F1 and F2.

The main problem is that our confusion (or conditions in general) duration is really REALLY short. Just looking at runes of perplexity with this huge 10s confusion stacks makes me sob..

They should nerf the runes (hard) and give these effects to mesmers since we are the ones that are supposed to utilize confusion after all.

This is WvW solo/group-roaming only.

- escape button
- stomping
- porting people out of a tower shortly before we cap it
- recapping after i hid somewhere (4 towers and 3 hills this week)
- fooling around
- denying rezzes and lootbags for my guildmates

I really wish it had a shorter cd…90s is just way too high :/ Can be PvE only for all i care.

Condi necros are doable in WvW when you can kite them > 900 range and attach some phantasms to them. Won’t work in PvP, though.

Condi warriors ware way harder since they got a lot more mobility. The only way i can really beat them is with GS + Sword/Torch(traited) and cleanse mantra. But this very much means that i’m a sitting duck without any means to run away.

Well, mesmer timewarp is no glamour and moa is no manipulation skill…both would be as fitting as rampage for physical. Maybe for balancing, don’t know.

The Prestige should really blast on cast and not after you spent 3s in stealth and the field already vanished -.-

Also, GS #3 could be a blast finisher, but would need a higher cd.
