Not sure what Dulfy says, but here’s the walkthrough/tip from the Wiki:
This achievement requires you to use the golemites against their master. When the golem uses its spin attack, make sure that the golemites are close to the golem so they are hit by the attack. The golemites will then receive an electric charge. At that time, you want to lure the golemites even closer to the golem so the electric charge hurts the golem. With each charge that hits the golem, the stack is increased by one. After reaching a certain number of stacks, the electric charge will stun the golem, rewarding the achievement.
Good luck.
Welcome return.
Perhaps, you might find tips in the PvP sub-forum.
Barring that, I would suggest continuing to level up your characters in Core Tyria, then either acquire Living World Season Two, or, at least, spend a good amount of time in the Maguuma Wastes.
Good luck.
Why not just pick the 5 that seem interesting, and level up those?
Or, use the trial feature of the L80 Boost to try out each and every Profession.
Welcome to Tyria, and good luck.
If it isn’t the recent DDoS attacks, you can use a program like pingplotter to find out where the issue lies.
Good luck.
Have what? Verified your account? Your email? Contacted the CS Team?
What kind of error do you receive? Have you verified your account/email address? We, the forum-users, would need a bit more information to assist you.
For an official response, you can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Ticket’ for assistance.
Welcome to Tyria, and good luck.
Indeed. Make sure to add any account-wide item to the Wardrobe before opening subsequent chests (else it can not be determined that it was ‘unlocked’).
I would strongly suggest you level at least one character normally to L80 if you are interested in endgame.
You can do the Personal Story at any time, depending on level, and all other Stories anytime after L80, as long as you have them unlocked. You can do Dungeons starting with the first Dungeon at L30.
You get exotic armor which is fine for a new player.
Welcome to Tyria, and good luck.
Glad the mystery was solved! =)
Is this the Hero Challenge you refer to? https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Pristine_Chest
If not, perhaps you could be more specific.
You should not be getting account-wide items twice. If you have not destroyed the items, you can contact the CS Team and request the 2 Black Lion Chest Keys that are intended to replace any duplicates.
Good luck.

You said a majority of the players must complete Adventures. I doubt a majority of the players have not been around for Living World Season 3, thus they have access to all those Mastery Points (and can skip Adventures). No reason for them to have to purchase Living World Season 3 Episodes. No current player would have to purchase a Living Story Episode (any current player would have access to, at least, one free Episode; actually, two free Episodes, as there is another one on its way).
You can change servers to a non-full server by either paying cash for Gems, exchanging Gold for Gems or deleting all your characters and transferring at no cost.
Other than that, your friend would have to wait until your server lost its Full status.
Good luck.
You can use the ‘Releases’ link above to read broadly about major changes, or read the ‘Game Release Notes’ on the front page of the forum, or in the Wiki (link above) for a more detailed perusal.
Welcome return, and good luck.

Anet has gone the other route, adding more points in new zones than are needed to get the masteries in those zones. As time goes on you need to depend, for example, less and less on adventures, because there’s more masteries points to choose from.
30 of 185 HoT Mastery Points are coming adventures. 53 are from Raids and LW S3. Not everybody purchases LW S3 and even less people can get the points from raids. For a majority of players, there is no way to avoid Adventures if they want to max out the masteries. You need 137 HoT Mastery Points to do that.
Even if you get gold in all Adventures, all communes/strongboxes and even do all collections and crazy JPs, you still have to either do raids or purchase an episode LW S3.
It is not easy to max out masteries, that’s why we see much more players with 140 to 170 or less MPs than with 186. On the other hand we see much more characters at level 80 than <80, because maxing your character level is indeed easy. The surplus points in the new zones are a step into the right direction, but 30 points from adventures is a lot.
You really think the majority of players are from within the last week or so? Even that makes no sense, since Episode 5 would still be free, and not need to be purchased.
The only players that would need to purchase an Episode would be those buying the expansion after it launches, as every other player would receive at least one Episode of Season Three at no cost.
‘Support’ links are above (top left or top right [under Services]) or at the bottom of the page (under Services).
You could try a -repair of the client, in case of corrupted file(s). Instructions found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Search – Repair’.
Good luck.
You can contact the Billing CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Ticket’ for assistance.
Good luck.
Target, for one. I’m sure there are a veritable plethora of general merchandise vendors that rotate their stock.
You might want to familiarize yourself with the Stickies regarding ‘Searching the Forums’.
Personally, I don’t really care if you want to purchase your keys from an unauthorized site. I only post to warn others (that may heed your thread) that it may be more trouble than the money saved. /shrug
If an Official response isn’t telling enough, I’m not sure what would be.
Good luck.
I’ve been using Black Lion Salvage Kits for Rares/Exotics only because I have sooo many. I don’t think it makes a difference between those and Mystic, except for the guaranteed upgrade. I use either the Crude Salvage Kit, or Copper-fed Salvage-O-Matic for anything under Rare. (Really prefer the Crude; fewer upgrades.)
I also open all Champion Bags/Boxes on a L53, so to get the more valuable mats.
Bah, took a stab at it. I can never remember which one it is, as I’m not interested. I prefer your thread. =)
You can find one on the front page of Account Support, as we speak.
You can find multiples if you go back to the time around launch, as well as any time since then. Try a search of the forums and use ‘Account suspended/terminated/can’t log in/etc.’
Good luck. (I hope your CD Keys are legitimate.)
You can check the Sticky above for each day’s offerings, should there be any.
And, there is an app that will alert you to any returning item you may be interested in. I think it’s GW2efficiency, but I’m sure someone will post the correct one, if I have mis-typed.
Good luck.
The ‘Support’ link for the forums is wonky for some forum users in that the redirect gives that ‘bad certificate’ error. The ‘Support’ link for every other guildwars2.com site page works.
It’s been that way ever since the Support site changed, a year or so ago.
cd-keys.com are not a scam website they actually sell keys for consoles as well as pc. They have never once sold me a dud key and all of the keys I’ve ever purchased have been legit. I’ve not bought for this game specifically mostly for my console but they are definitely not a scam.
I’m happy you have had positive experiences. From what someone wrote, the site is akin to an eBay or Amazon, with individuals making sales. If that’s true, then there are a lot of variables on how a transaction concludes. Having been involved in trying to resolve issues, or communicate about risks in the past, I take a conservative approach to any seller that is not on the authorized list.
Legally, it’s expected that a communications liason aren’t allowed to endorse companies not listed on the official website, due to possible legal ramifications.
However, luckily I’ve taken the risk and tested them 6x times and I can say with full confidence the keys they sell are legitimate. I have yet to receive a fake/non-working key to this day.
4x 2000 Gem Keys – Successful
2x Heart of Thorns Expansions – Successful
You may not have spent much time in the Account Support sub-forum, where there have been multiple threads asking why their CD Keys only worked for a few days. Showing you successfully unlocked the account may not mean much, when it is terminated later because it was found to be a fraudulent key.
Best of luck.
Living World events such as those in Season One were replaced with permanent content due to popular demand.
I don’t think we will see ‘World Events’ like those in the past, again.
Good luck.
Because the composer stopped selling it through his website.
https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Soundtrack
You can get some tracks, at no charge, on the ArenaNet Soundcloud site page.
Good luck.
It makes no difference whether you are logged in when submitting a ticket, or not. In fact, being able to log-in is a recent addition.
The certificate ‘bug’ only affects some of the forum-users. You can use the ‘Support’ link on any other guildwars2.com site page to bypass said ‘bug’. (Something amiss with the redirect.)
Good luck.
Did you add your Daily Achievement Point and your (retired) Monthly Achievement Point totals? If the two equal 15,000 APs, then you’ve reached the cap. (You can find the totals by mousing over your Achievement Points in the Hero Panel.)
Good luck.
You can’t have friendly competition? Why would someone stop being your friend just because you aren’t temporarily allies in a game?
It’s just a game, after all.
Good luck.
Well, they are intended to disappear when using emotes, so that part is not a bug.
As to whether anyone else can see them when you are in first-person mode, I guess the easiest way to find out would be to ask a nearby player. I doubt it; it’s probably only client-side.
Good luck.
Just providing information to the other poster (and showing his/her issue is not a bug). =) I think the shield already shows if the backpack is hidden.
No idea about OP’s issue, or exactly what the issue is. I hope the Devs will. =)
Well, I’m pretty sure they do.
Ok, looked it up. From the Wiki:
While the shield is being worn on the back, backpack items will be disabled from view until the player enters combat, upon which the backpack will reappear. Upon sheathing the shield, the backpack will disappear again.
They were probably referring to the 9-month old necromancy from the OP date. ; )
I never think loot is excessive; it’s almost all worth some amount of Gold.
You might consider posting in the Sticky where the Devs are more apt to see your suggestion.
Good luck.
Don’t shields always remove the appearance of backpacks?
I use email accounts that go to the same email address, so yes, those work. I don’t know about gmail’s address+ system, though. You can always ask the CS Team.
Good luck.

Make sure to disable any graphics programs, and/or any third party programs you may have installed.
Good luck.
A speedtest tells nothing about your connectivity to a particular server. Try a program such as pingplotter.
Good luck.
Did you try contacting support? They might be able to give you the non burning if you have the burning backpack
That has been raised many times already, and supposedly support answered each time that since the second book was not an upgrade of the first, but a separate item, they see no reason to do anything.
One can only hope that one day they will change their policy on this (or make the quest chain available again in new halloween repeats) so that those less lucky can obtain this skin.
This was the policy when the Wardrobe was first introduced, but many, many of the policies have been changed over time (with the advent of new tools).
I would suggest anyone wishing to acquire these skin replacements give the CS Team a chance. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Good luck.
Perhaps, posting your area, or ISP, or Tier 1 carrier, or whatever you may have in common would be helpful, as some of us have no issue with connectivity or ping.
…xpakittenerally…
That particular kitten filter intervention took me a good 30 or 40 seconds to figure out. But it was worth it hehe.
Oh! I was thinking it was generally, but see it is literally. Duh!
Didn’t you have a post (now removed) lamenting the lack of responses?
Thus, my suggestion.
You can never go back and repeat any Story episodes.
You can create a different character and choose that arc, should you desire to play that story line.
Good luck.
Perhaps, they are using the in-game Bug Report tool, as suggested (and preferred). One never knows. =)
Region means the Data Center your account is stored in. It also means the currency the account will default to for in-game purchases. Two different regions.
Transferring will not change your account region.
You can contact the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link above/below and ‘Submit a Ticket’ to discuss the issue. You may need to acquire a refund from the 3rd party. Non-authorized retailers are not supported (and often sell bogus Serial Keys).
Good luck.
It must be only affecting some players. I’m not having any issues.
