I think his name was Tactician Coehl? It was a Vigil, male Sylvari. Becomes a Champion on death.

Which is the exact event name? Can we have a screen, please?

I know this might conflict with ANET’s original intention, but is it possible to have music in Cursed Shore? Currently we have some Kurzick-like music in Straits of Devstation and various other tracks, but we have ZERO music in Cursed Shore! (The zone players spend a majority of time in!)

Is it possible we could ever see an update in a future like “Fixed a bug causing music not to play in Cursed Shore”?

I understand Orr is supposed to be desolate, but Cursed Shore is supposed to be the “sunny” side of Orr with its golden hue, where the pact plans are working against Zhaitan. Why is there no music?

So recently I did Arah Explorable mode Path 3 and the Sylvari NPC was able to reverse the Risen affect on the chicken “Twitchy”.

Since the Sovereign Eye of Zhaitan stated that Tybalt is “under Zhaitan’s wing” (how does that work for Sieran!?), then is it possible to see Tybalt resurrected?

We know for a fact there there remains Risen after Zhaitan’s death. Their objective, we don’t know. But we do know there are risen, and that furthermore, we could resurrect them.

So, is it possible, due to popular demand and the puzzle pieces in place, that we could see Tybalt return in the next expansion?

I just don’t see Quaggan as playable. They’re more of a loveable mascot.

What do the Skritt, Ogres, Quaggan, Hylek, and other minor races contribute though? I’ve sometimes seen Ogres helping the assault on Arah but never else.

Long term we’ll absolutely be adding more activities as well, but we want to make sure we’ve got loads of stuff to do at level 80 in PvP, WvW, and PvE using your characters core skill-bar first and foremost, and we’re dedicating our focus in that area. Down the road, we’ll continue to expand on the scope of activities available in the game as well.

I agree the lovers fight is weird. We tried the boulder trick, but sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I think something is just screwy in the boss fight…

So we killed Lupicus on our first attempt.

For the first phase we bunched up together, with 1 melee killing the grubs and everyone else ranging him.

Second and third phases we simply scattered and DPSed him.

Seriously, he’s not hard! But holy kitten is it necessary to give him so much HP!?!?

I had heard Exotics have a higher chance of a precursor, so I figured “Why not?”. Didn’t get it in the end…

No, he doesn’t. Legendaries are supposed to be the endgame, but only a few players are able to play it unless they get very lucky. Why bother with 500 tokens from each dungeon, 2 million karma, and 100% completion if you can’t even start the quest?

Not everyone is lucky enough to get a precursor as a drop. And I don’t know what LFK’s super-secret farm is, but I only make 9g a day from farming Cursed Shore. This wouldn’t be as bad if it didn’t inflate 10g per day as well.

And think about this for a moment. Even if it didn’t inflate, precursor average sell price is around 277g. Do the math: 277g/9g= rounded up 31 days of straight grinding cursed shore over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again! And keep in mind that with prices of mats and rares going DOWN, you have to be lucky to even make 9g a day in the first place! AND that is putting aside any inflation!

If we’re honestly expected to just farm the money, then does ANET truly intend Plinx and Tunnel farm to be our only source of endgame?

And the biggest question of all: For people who merely want the exotic skins and NOT legendaries, why the heck can’t we have the complete set?! Why pay 277g for a Plated Sniper Rifle or Aegis if all we want is the exotic skin!? Since we have Naegling for the Greatsword, someone please tell me why we can’t complete the set!?

edit: I just put in 75g worth of exotics. No Hunter!

I also kinda want game controller support.. How will ANET do aiming though?

Magiofdeath, that would create a scenario where you’re kicked from a dungeon because you don’t have a legendary. It would also annoy perfectionists who strive for the most max stats possible. It’s not a good idea to give legendaries stat boosts, and GW1 was never known for BS like that outside the days of Ursan-spam, which they fixed quickly.

Hey, I noticed a Rifle skin in PvP called the Plated Sniper Rifle. Can we please have a non-precursor version of the skin in PvE, similar to Naegling?

ANET should check the magic find system though. I run with 175% and get ZERO exotic drops! And people with 0% magic find get legendary precursors? WTF?

They NEED to fix this!

It is also the last dungeon in the game it’s meant to be hard, the most valuable cores and lodestones drop from this dungeon as well which is why most people want to run it even if they are not properly prepared for it. Asking for it to be made easier is not exactly what is needed just fix the bugs and Arah is a fine dungeon.

Time!= Challenge. I’m pretty sure Arah’s bosses would be just as challenging if you reduced their health.

There was this one boss I recalled with a Warrior and Ranger who, once you position correctly, could barely do much to harm you. However, they just take SO long to kill, it’s nothing more than mashing buttons for 10 minutes! What kind of design is this!?

Unfortunately, it probably wont be worth it from a profitting perspective because GW2 is already able to be used with WINE. I would like to see GW2 further optimized, however.

As far as I’m aware, GW1 was the king of WINE games. Check WINEHQ!

Those ingame gold sellers usually just steal your credit card though, and get the gold from hacked accounts. Sometimes they get the money through botting, but everything still seems rotten. I could go on and on with complaints about gold sellers.

ANET is my reliable gold seller. And when I feel like getting a good deal, I buy from an IRL friend. But that’s a private matter which isn’t in any way comparable to “Gold sellers.”

I agree legendaries should be kept legendary, but should we really keep the precursor SKINS so expensive? If Dawn has Naegling, is there any reason we shouldn’t get a Plated Sniper Rifle skin besides The Hunter?

Hey ANET, can we please get “normal” exotic versions of the precursor skins? For people who want the precursor skin but NOT the legendary?

At most a very cool exotic skin should cost 33g. See: Charrzooka.

Currently you have some nice weapon drops resembling the precursor, such as Naegling resembling Dawn. How about completing the set and doing the other skins?

Dawn has Naegling. Why is there no Plated Sniper Rifle in PvE? Come on, the Plated Sniper Rifle actually exists ingame! Why is it PvP-only except if we buy The Hunter?

I know precursors should be expensive, but there are those of us who simply want the exotic skin! Why should an exotic be so expensive? Give us a non-precursor version of the Plated Sniper Rifle!

Use stones to pull the surrounding foes, then kill them one by one. Resurrect allies, and zerg the Mouth.

For a future Halloween event, please make the Risen do the Thriller dance and have a Champion Risen Mickel Jacksin.

I think this would be hilarious for an event, since it’s pretty well known that Risen can be humorous like that (the British-inspired ballroom in one of the story missions for example.)

Seeing the hype behind Halloween really makes me wonder what we can see for the Dragon Festival and Talk Like a Pirate Day! (Come on, LA in GW2 is THE pirate town!)

I’d totally get the glasses if I could wear them into combat, like a normal piece of headgear. I’m an Asura engineer— it works out perfectly!

We’re all fans of the reading glasses, heh…

If they could give the Engineer a rocket launcher elite kit someday, that could actually work REALLY well!

(Of course, we also need a Sniper rifle kit…)
