Adaptative Armor+Hoelbrak+Celestial gear+Alchemy are more than enough in order to tank conditions, while easily stacking 25 stacks of might in order to do awesome damage :p

I disagree. Its been very powerful. In fact, with a well coordinated team that follows the plan, a good Druid can lock down a spot.
With no stability and not great self survival they are easy to focus down/deal with.
Signet of Stone/G.Equality/L.Reflexes and gs#3 staff#3 should allow you to escape from any focus and then heal yourself. Also you can block projectiles and immob backwards with staff, and another block with gs, making it easier to run from a fight, and if using the right trait, stealth+superspeed after CA so you can reset your position easily.

I think Cosmic Ray from CA should do half of the actual healing, and convert the other half into damage, so even if CA its highly focused on healing, it can still do some symbolic damage while reducing a little bit the heal spam of the AA, making the other 2-5 skills even more important
Sword #3 is the only high-damaging skill of any sword weapon set, aka the only skill that will potentially kill you. If it was possible to avoid/mitigate the whole UA, Revs would simply not kill anything… You cant mitigate all dmg from an enemy. The only rational change (proposed on BWE2) would be to decrease the dmg of the first hits and increase the last one, so using one dodge at the end would mitigate way more than now

Only skills that do dmg on revenant, of course they are going to hit. Mesmers mind wrack hits the same as UA, with the same cd, and its instant. Also, is hard to land a full Surge, and it costs a lot of energy. Infuse Light is just a 0-100 heal most times, so here you just have to live with the fact that you need to down revenant heal two times.
Yes, it makes no sense to run shouts that give you auras, and Powerful Aura when they overwrite each other, its just stupid

I have to disagree here, never been flamed when playing Fresh Air :p
The good thing is that you can use this tomes with any character, not the one you use ofr PvP, so you can PvP with a character and after level up another to lvl80 in a few minutes (something you cant do when PvEing)

I find more condi rangers than power rangers. DD, staff and Fresh eles. The two soldier variant engineers, elixir gun engineers nd condi engineers. Maybe 30% of thieves I encounter are S/D. I usually find more bunker guards than burn guards, maybe in a 60/40 ratio. And a lot of warriors, both GS/hammer and shoutbow. I only agree with you on mesmer/necros, I rarely see power necros or lock mesmers.
The fact that d/d ele sustain was not touched is hilarious. They still will have perma vigor from water and Ring of fire even got a general buff. I guess we get to enjoy another 6 months of double/triple d/d ele.
Vigor is not that good right now, thats why people usually takes energy sigils, and still it has been nerfed. Also, even if this is not the change I would have made to RoF, yes it has been sustantially nerfed in overall

I dont think that Druid is poorly designed, I mean, in fact it has one of the more competitive and well desgined skills and traits of all the specs. Also, staff skills have some relation with plants, they look like roots and mushrooms and stuff like this. It doesnt feel at all as this spec was rushed.
I dont like this healing focus the elite has, but Ranger needed a good elite so hard

Well, I think it was a really needed nerf, it was facerolling an already facerolled combat system on PvE
it is not like retaliation. you do dmg to all enemies for all hits. Getting hit by rapidfire with retal – 10x retal dmg to ranger that hit you. Getting hit by rapidfire with SoU – 10x aoe dmg in 300 radius. HUGE difference. Think about getting focused fired by 3-4 people (with all their clones, pets, sigil procs, multi hit skills, shatters etc.) in a teamfight in pvp. Its only 1/2s cast too, so you can use it reactively.

Glyph of Unity: Tethers you to enemies. Any damage you take during the tether is propagated to enemies tethered to you. You are still taking the damage while tethered but you can use Glyph of Alignment for example to reduce the incoming damage to you without affecting the propagated damage. Glyph of Stone also works here to make you immune to damage while you propagate the incoming damage.
Pretty sure he means Signet of Stone, but I’m seeing possibilities of those hard-hitting, one-shot attacks being paired with SoS in PVE content to have bosses kill themselves.

Best elite in the game? Lasts 5s, 300 range (excellent), do dmg to 5 enemies for every hit you suffer (no ICD!). Everything shown from druid/ranger was great but this elite could be the top highlight (along with dragonfire
). This has so much potential and just look at that cooldown
. And you get to trait it for bonus effects too, plus the rune procs eventually. Great for every game mode
Please do not nerf this in any way, i wouldnt say its OP (it does have a pretty obvious counter) but it is brilliant, ranger needs some top tier stuff too

Thanks for the input, now I know it’s not just necros having this problem. It happened to me alot, by alot I mean probably 20 to 30 times already or even more. It’s already been several months since I last reported this, and it’s getting so frustrating. Can you make the change to downed state an interrupt, so whatever you were pressing at the time gets canceled, and we don’t trigger downed state skill 2 because of that?

- Improvisation, changed to “You can use Stolen items Twice. After stealing, your next utility has its cooldown reduced by 50%. I feel like this would reduce the RNG and the initial impact of certain resets while increasing the play. With the right set up and consideration, I feel like this could make for some better decision making and increase defenses in a more predictable manner. (Buff lasts 15 seconds.)
I want this so bad (it should affect too heal and elite), Im tired of the more or less gamechanging RNG and I feel that this change is so much needed. I’ve also thought about making your f2 skills last 20% more or something lile this instead of the skill recharge, but this change solve the problem too

It was 105 for swiftness and 470 from superspeed and yes, they do stack. So if you’re running Streamlined Kits, and swap to Tool Kit, you’ll get Swiftness (10s) + Super Speed(2s), and you’ll get a +575hp for the first two seconds, 105 for the rest.
He did say that it scales with healing power, but you know how healing power scaling is.The Master traits look really nice on paper so far. I’m probably going to be running Expert Examination over Rapid Regeneration or Mass Momentum (All that alliteration…)

TBH most of gyros are crap, you are going to tale this spec cause the traits
you couldn’t expect much of gyros. Most of new elite spec suck on skills on right side of health bar and mostly seen viable at this point because of the traits and some cool F or weapon skills.
Though. minor trait gyro – BEAST, stab stomp 8s stab to both or revive your allie. Stealth gyro is decent, healinggyro – doesn’t seem to be any good in my eyes. others..need to test in field more and see how it goes with other lines/skills.
Yeh, I think the only viable gyro is the elite, the other are worst than what we have right now
Obviously this build was not made for actual PvE, but the dev was saying stuff about raids, so maybe we can hope this spec can be useful there
