Well if you name yourself without the maturity of a 3 year old. You will never run into the problem.

All of the sigil’s that provide stacks have done that for me.

Perception (Currently use), Luck, and Demon Summoning for sure.

All of them function the same as far as I am aware.

Mystic forging items clears the item.

For example: Using the mystic forge on a soulbound ascended ring to get the infused version will unsoulbind it and clear out any infusion in it.

In essence the forge destroys what you put in it and gives you a brand new widget.

So my guess would be. Don’t transmute till you have the level of upgrade you ultimately desire.

Got 2 just now in Lost shore. Nothing changed. Random chance. Nothing more.

I’d like to know gear makeup as well. I’d also really like to see people with ascended gear in that sort of stat range. (3k Attack/Armor. 40% Crit and 70 Dmg with 18K health)

I’ve been struggling trying to figure out how to increase my stats. I have Vitality to drop but seem to always lose Pow/Precision/Toughness when I try.

Vine of the Pale tree and (Lost Seal of Usoku but will upgrade to Bagh Nokh as I get pristines.)

I got 7 ecto on 3 rares with a master kit.

It’s all random. Nothing was changed. Except perhaps your luck. Find a rabbits foot.

You can level while only doing The Watusi. Levels will never be your problem.

I wish you could trade them to an NPC for the one you want. Even if its an X:1 ratio of some value.

I’ve done level 4 at least 3 times this week. Mostly just cause I was farming relics and looked for any group 2-8 for the daily bonus relics.

Seriously. I don’t think you are trying hard enough to get a group. Are you at all trying to START one?

I find that posting that you are lfg really isn’t NEARLY as effective as “Looking for 3 more for…”

So look for someone who is lfg for lvl 4 on gw2lfg.com then post your own lfg as “Looking for 3 more for…”

Yeah. I meant to post that I am planning to upgrade my rings to Vine of the Pale tree and Bagh Nokh when I get the pristines/lucky with daily. I also switched to the Emerald pendant that I mentioned.

Those changes will put me at

18875 health
2862 armor
21 crit chance with 78 crit damage
2949 attack

Thank you for your input. Just swapping the jewels will only unfortunately be a swing of 450 health for ~2% crit chance. (Downside of ascended gear is less Gems. Only have 3. Two earrings and an Amulet.)

I was thinking that to obtain 9% more crit chance. I need to get ~189 more precision. That will drop me squarly on 30% crit. I could drop vitality to where I am at 18k health without too much problem. The problem is where do I drop it without losing too much in the way of armor/power…

The reason I want to keep a high vitality is that I play WvWvW in addition to Fractualizing. So I’m a hybrid of pvp and pve. Also too lazy to buy/store/switch gear between the two. The health combined with toughness and all our utility/blocks/condition removal are what keep me alive from the rogues and quite a beating from the rest of the zerg.

If I didn’t do wvwvw. I’d easily give up more health.

I am seeking some assistance by you knowledgeable fellow guardians.

I play a Greatsword/Scepter+Focus shout guardian.

I have a decent setup, but I am looking to get more out of it. I would especially like to focus on more crit damage and precision.

Any suggestions? The only item I can’t replace is my prototype back slot. Too much time farming put into it to change. It is currently a Power Toughness Crit Damage ascended. Soon to be Beta version.

Here’s my current setup and stats:

Knights Helm
Valkyrie Shoulders
Ascalonian Breastplate (PTV)
Valkyrie Gloves
Knights Legs
Valkyrie Boots.

All of the above are with soldier runes which I will be keeping for the shout condition removal.

Valkyrie Emerald jewelry with exquisite beryl jewels and karka shell with beryl as well. Currently with Lost Seal of Usoku and Vassar’s Band rings. (If I need to upgrade these no problem.)

Valk Greatsword with force sigil (Any suggest on a new sigil, this was just in it and haven’t replaced at all.)

My ultimate goal would be to maximize Crit damage while achieving and keeping 20k health. Ideally also keeping toughness as high as I can.

I know this is a lot to ask but my head is swimming from all the numbers =( Please someone save me!

(Note: I have an emerald pendant I in my inventory that I haven’t decided to use yet if I should. Was thinking that Triforge as my goal would be decent. But not so sure now.)

Worst part is that if you refuse. You run the risk of being kicked from the group making what you already did a waste of time.

Funny enough. Doing Ascalon Catacombs frequently gets you nothing but warriors and guardians that want to go.

It’s actually an amazing group as long as everyone knows how to use their skills, how to dodge, and communicate if someone hasn’t done the path yet or if they are going to skip stuff.

On a side note, it’s not about the character’s name. The name suspensions specifically mention that. So do the ones about botting and gold sale/purchase issues.

Good. So now you know WHY you were suspended. Now open up a support ticket and state your case. It may take a bit for a response. If you don’t get a response in 3 days, post to the sticky thread up top with the ticket number and when you submitted the ticket.

Yes. There’s a ton of people that complain about the 72 hour suspension.

Anytime someone posts in the account issue section of the forum about their character name ban, there’s a few people who also chime in about how they were also suspended for a name. None of them can understand why. Even “Unsanitary Napkin” couldn’t figure it out. (That was the second one for that person. I expect more in their future too.)

But on the other side of the coin. It’s up to Anet to actually suspend and force name change on those names. Just because you report something doesn’t mean that they will suspend and name change. Especially if it’s borderline.

For example: A player with “Gender Bender” got suspended and support is trying to allow him to get his name back.

So while there are people who would be offended by such a name. Anet has decided that it is not warranted. DESPITE one GM actually suspending and forcing the change in the first place.

Yeah. They really need ascended gear to be available in places other than fractals so those who don’t like dungeons can continue the karma trains in orr if they prefer.

But I would say that your server is an EXTREME version of that. It most definitely is not the same on all servers. Dragonbrand for example was not that way by a longshot.

When you try to log in. The screen actively tells you why you are suspended.

Try logging in again and find out what the reason is.

Then you will need to open a support ticket for whatever the reason is and state your case if it’s an error.

I suspect that your haste to play and renaming the character to something other than “Gender Bender” may have screwed this up…

And as a loyal customer, you have been given a halloween event for free, and a lost shores event for free. Lost shores has even added new content to your game for free.

You now have a new dungeon and new zone and new gears.

In a 1v1v1 it’s impossible to have 1v1. The third one will always attack one of the 2 and BAM 2v1.

Seems like a simple issue.

Item X transmuted with Item Y becomes Item Z (With Item X’s stats and Y’s looks. Which is the function of the stones.)

Of course Mystic Forge recipe requires Item X + Widgets.

Item Z is no longer part of the forge recipe because it’s no longer an Item X.

That indeed does kinda suck.

Edit: Solution is to keep the “Name” as a hidden attribute so that the recipe can utilize an item in place of X as long as at one point in time it used to be an X.
