There are several dialog scenes in the game where Zaithan’s minions talk about your fallen comrade (in this case Tybalt).
There’s even one i believe with a undead commander in the open world that says it.

For GS anything works for me honestly, but i guess I would have to give it to sigil of perception.
Rifle I usually go with bloodlust or force.
Sword I go with sigil of generosity, purity of nullification.
Horn is the same thing as the sword with just a different sigil.
Although honestly I don’t use the GS much in wvw, the mobility is nice but I prefer the Hammer and sword/shield sooooo much more.

The main issue with WvW has NEVER been people switching servers or guilds leaving. This is a GOOD THING because it adds diversity in your matchups.

You might want to add in tier 1-2 that the fights can be so bad somethings that the game actually crashes from the influx of people coming in through portal bombs.
Generally doesn’t happen to newer and better computers, but it happens on my laptop every now and then.

100b is broken in PvE
I’m sorry but in CoF p1 its hard to outshine warriors, I run full knight armor (toughness/power/precision) and my damage still outshines my glass cannon builds on my other characters with 20/20 in strength and firearm tree. With berserker gear warriors would be pumping out 17k damage every 10 seconds (8 seconds with time warp), I’ve been in runs where the boss died from full hp to 0 within the time frame of 1 timewarp.

The only PvE content update in WvW that I would support is changing the guard upgrades to being more effective and that’s it.
More bosses and etc would only serve to slowly kill out WvW tactics.
(Break out event being one example)

There is no tanking in this game. Theres control, but no tanking. Guardians cannot sit and soak up 100% of the damage from all the mobs all of the time, warriors cannot do it either.

Oh ho ho ho on the contrariety warriors specced correctly can very much tank for 11 seconds straight without taking any physical damage while standing still and drinking tea.

A dragon in WvW would be cool. It should just fly around and toss fireballs causing structual damage and blowing people up. It would occasionally torch the ground and roast players into charcoal.
It should only be targetable and brought down by balistas.
Yea, why not? I mean we only spent about 900 supplies on the oil,cannon and mortar just so a npc monster that takes at least 20 people 20 minutes to kill to blow everything up while our outer towers are getting taken….
Overgrown grub is already a big hinder for unexperienced players, its nothing but a fools trap, has a unholy amount of hp and only drops about 7 badges in a time interval where you could’ve flipped multiple enemy camps or take down a tower.
Another AI boss monster would only serve to further the problem bringing in PvE players the illusion that they are contributing while they are only serving to take up spot for dedicated wvw players.

Based off of gw2 wiki
it means that the damage is based off of power + weapon strength.You mean that >> 1000 ( power + weapon ) will cause 1000 damage , don’t you ?
No it means that 1.0 ( power + weapon ) * ( enemy armor coefficient ) = damage.
So the coefficient is essentially null in the formula.

Topic starter is right on this matter, WvW doesn’t give credit to those who actually deserve, running repairs, trebbing, reviving etc.

Thief death macro kills all no matter how your built what you are etc etc and they find a terribad engineer build that has damage and nerf it lmfao.
Yea I’m sure it’s so much worse than stealth stacking 17 stacks of might with signet and shadow assassin and delivering over 21k dmg in under 1.5 secs by an invisble foe is totally acceptable. And all everyone says on the forums is learn to dodge lol to explain why this is fair.

Great work, but I can’t help but wonder why the enemy didn’t just bum rush you all when the gate went down, they easily have at least 20 people they could’ve just trampled you all.

Open field monsters nor sentries will actually kill a yak except for the hylek/dredge/orge/skritt and hatarmi invasion mobs.
Those random kraits or bats and sentries serve to slow down the yak, if there is no actual inference then the yak will be fine. The guard upgrade serves to speed up the yak ever so slightly be removing the combat speed when being attacked by the standard monsters.
For actual defense though, they are next to useless.

1 small suggestion that I might add is replacing the strength shout with bullrush.

An affront to Thieves has been detected.
Sir, a little known fact even among Thieves is that the follow-up skill to Infiltrator’s Strike – Shadow Return – is an almost unlimited range teleport. This may look like a hack to those who don’t know about it.
Some Thieves have reported teleporting so far that they had to go through the WvW loading screen. Infiltrator’s Strike is no. 2 main-hand sword, so sword Thieves can do this pretty often.
Actually the range is 10000, it’s an extremely funny skill to use, and yes, it does give you loading screens when you go too far =D
Also, a weird glitch, sometimes if you place it behind an object that would normally block shadowstep, and you go far enough, you will go through it, I’m guessing because it hasn’t rendered any object while it’s loading. I don’t think it works with towers, but it’s interesting nonetheless.
So if we can load Trebuchets with Thieves and fire them, those Thieves can later Shadow Return back to the Trebuchet?

just to clarify that is more than 10000 range because of the height advantage.
This is still a bit longer than 10,000 range because the red keep is higher than smc wall.
If you took a ruler and measured the distance between the two, the one between garisson and bay is significantly longer because of how much more arc time it has.

D/D ele is easy to play, although honestly they take forever to kill someone if they have some built in resistance >.>
That is unless of course you are playing glass cannon elementalist.
Sure it takes a lot of skill to play a D/D ele to its highest capabilities but it doesn’t take all that much to play them competently once you got the mechanics of the skill down.
Want to know whats hard and takes a lot of skills to play?

2. Projectile angles (shooting into the ground unless you are looking at the character from a 90 degree angle is unacceptable) with flamethrower 2 and rifle 2.
3. Camera bug when using Elixir S
4. Rocket Boot distance (it often comes up short for whatever reason).
5. Subpar weapon kit strength (969 weapon damage with no stat bonus? really?)

If I ever saw someone demanding money for a siege equipment even if it was reduced price I would look down on them, this method is almost an assured effect of a jumping puzzler mentality, as I highly doubt someone would do this if they bought it with cold hard cash.
That being said you are acting as a free loading leech to those mesmers that camp in EB puzzles for hours on end without asking for anything in return. Imagine if mesmers demanded that you pay them 30 silver for each person that they are portaling up? What you are doing isn’t much different from that, sure you may donate free siege during the heat of combat every now and then, but you are still demanding money from people off of materials that you got for free, which comes off as nothing but greedy and selfish.
I feel bad for the commanders who have bought siege off of you in TC.

Hmmm.. after thinking about it, I realized that the temple debuffs in Orr and Agony are all conditions, if this grants immunity to them, then sure its OP, if not and you are relying on this instead of other condi removers…. you’re doing it wrong.
I never said I rely on this instead of other condition removers, and to everyone who commented “pre 25% condtitions will still apply”
Combine this trait With Elexir C or Antidote, and all pre 25% conditions will be cleansed.
Now you’re at up to 7k hp and conditions can’t do anything to you.
It would be more like 5-6k hp and that damage is easily achievable through means of physical attack.
