Btw gw2 have the best graphic u can find in any mmo even with dx11, the real improvement with an highter dx or vulkan is the optimization on draw call but ofc u also need an 64bit client…

Btw i dont think they will upgrade this on gw2, and onestly i dont care too much because i think is more important if/when they will make a new engine they will not do that on dx12, because win 10 is the worst os made by microsoft, no privacy, no a complete control on your pc, i dont like it, and with vulkan intead of dx the game should be compatible also with linux.

You should akso google vulkan vs dx12 someone say is even better

If all else fails you can add the microsoft ips to the host file so it cannot contact the update server (also good to block the other spyware stuff from W10) anymore.

They never were the best, even at release they were outdated. But any upgrade is nice, especially real anti aliasing and not cheap shader AA like FXAA and SMAA.
Oh and higher quality textures.

Its not Anets fault if people do not know how to configure their system. You can disable everything if you know how.

The queues were no were near horrible. Even SFR feels like a bronze tier server in WvW Season 1.

Massive wealth disparity is not a good thing, and it definitely shouldn’t be used as an excuse to create even more hindrances for average players.

The average player does not need the best cosmetic items. Or if they really want the best cosmetics they can trade gems for gold. After all this game is about cosmetic progression and not statistical progression.

The worst thing is they added achievements for old black lion weapon sets and never made them available again since then.

The worst thing is even relogging doesnt fix it. Say you level up from 1 to 80 in one go, you have to relog 79 times and click the message away each time.

Isnt urbandictionary like a wiki where everyone can post definitions for anything they like? So people can make up anything they want and ruin perfectly valid words and names.

As far as the emails from the CS Team show, your account has not been suspended or any action taken on it. Just warnings. The latest email indicates that you should block the sender (not sure why you didn’t before, but…), and report them.

You read wrong, he had a 24h suspension and gold removed from his account.

Maybe try asking for a Senior or Lead GM. This sounds unfair even though Anet has no way to see wether you or someone else ordered the RMT Gold for you. They should at least wait until a person took the gold out of the mail until they take action.

I had this issue with all 3 guild banks I have access to. One of the guild had only 4 log entries, but it seems they came back now. Weird issue.

I think I will go to the skritt and kill them now for a bit of fun. And also vandalise their “art”.

Anets metrics are unrealiable and they should be ashamed to use their useless metrics instead of making proper surveys.

Considering you have to wait in PvE or PvP to enter WvW, noone can be a WvW only player. Anets metrics dont lie

Well its clear the tech behind GW2 isnt anywhere near future proof. Other games auto scale UI but GW2 only has specific sizes, which is bad.

If you haven’t learned that deleting stuff in gw2 usually ends up in regret yet then by all means delete.

Be realistic, season 1 will never come back as we know it. It would cost way to many resources to reimplement it, many things changed such as a having a completly new lion arch.
If it comes back in personal story instances it will surely have a completly different reward structure.
And I never regret deleting anything so far, it always turned out to be junk. But often I regret not having deleted something.

Because minis are collectors items, they shouldnt be cheap to collect. and mini karka is still cheap compared to the most expensive ones in GW1.

I am doubtful the minis are still dropping. I am doing Karka Queen almost every day and never saw a confirmed drop from Karka Queen or the normal karkas people kill during the events to spawn her.
I saw people post them, but it always turned out that they used a chat code or already had one in inventory.

Or in 5, 10, 20 (double each time) and exponentially more rare.

In 100 tries I had 2x 5 (500g stack) and 1x 10 (1000g stack)

You need to write a ticket to the customer support for it. They will restore the recipe for you (at least they did for me when something similar happened)

For Anet everything is more effort than it seems to us players, I think many people who wrote the original code are not even working at the company anymore.

Superior siege is overpowered and should be harder to get if I think about it. Makes commanders think twice if they waste guild catas and superior rams for everything even if there is barely any defenders.

Sounds like an immersion breaking suggestion.

How exactly do camp defense events work? The camp defense achievement seems to be the hardest one to increase. The reason? Most of the time you do not get the event medal. It doesnt matter if you destroyed an attacking zerg or won a small scale fight, if you rezzed NPCs or killed mercenaries (Hyleks, Ogre, Dredge).
I would say I have less than 20% success rate of getting the medal, no matter if I did one or a mix of the above activities. Its most likely bugged and should be looked at.

[I tried this mostly on eternal battlegrounds, so I am unsure if it is an EBG related problem.]

They said they will rework the WvW achievements, but obviously it’s not a high priority for them since it’s taking a while, and that’s OK for me.
WvW itself is a lot of fun. The achievements are just a bonus.

WvW has been a lot less fun to me ever since they nerfed stability, so I just go there to increase the WvW achievements now. I do not care if I waste thousands of supplies on walls who get trebbed

It is morally fine, too. I have pity (actually not, it was their choice to waste so many hours on it) for the people who take pride in getting the achievement the long and tedious way.

The only waste I see is with your method. The Ultimate Dominator title is a very meager amount of AP and the title itself isn’t all that spectacular. The true reward of it is in growing as a WvWer and your experiences along the way. If you’re simply kill sharing for the ap then you’re being very inefficient and if you’re doing it for the epen then that just ends up making you look really petty.

What a philosophic view. The reality is, especially for guardians, it shows how many hours you pressed 111111. I would say even the worst guardians will only get it 20% slower than the best ones. Getting 250k kills is a group effort and as much skillbased as 99% of the other achievements of the game.

WvW was never supposed to be balanced, so I do not see how these guard stacks or food are any problem at all.

Banned people are not removed from the leaderboard. Anet perm banned me by mistake twice already and I stayed on the leaderboards during that time.
