No. It would probably include names. That would be not allowed here.
It is no bug. Some bags (for example the invisible ones) don’t show their contents on selling.
Selecting a guild leader is a private matter. If there is a leadership dispute and Anet gets involved, it can get really dirty. So naturally Anet is not keen to do something.
If a leader was banned, there is a different situation. Although the reason for the ban rests with the player, Anet doesn’t want a guild of innocent leaders crippled because they won’t do something.
Still the issue remains touchy – not easy.

Their is a limit to the number of private mails that somebody can receive. Officially it is 10 but in practise it seems to be 9. If some of the receiving players have reached that limit, they will have to delete some old mails before they can receive your mail.
Official mails for hearts or others from the game don’t count for this limit.
Let yoor friends check for this limit.
There has been an issue before about this neverending downloading.
One solution was to try the “-repair” function when within the link to gw2.exe.
The other solution was to delete the dat-file and to download all over again (which takes a lot of time, because the dat-file is the container for almost all game files).
If you would like more information, I would suggest you search the forums – especially the bug section.
Support account and game account are different. You may choose the same email, but still they are different.

No it had been a long time without special glitches for me. I’m on this forum at almost all times (sleeping problems). So I should have seen it, if it had been for a long time. It has been just the last 3 days.
Make a ticket with support. If the ticket is more than 3 days old and unanswered, get a post with the ticket number in the special “tickets older than 3 days” sticky thread and wait for the results.
Nothing else will help to improve the situation.

Better solution is to Ban MAC address of lan card ! Almost all user have integrated lan card.
You cannot collect any data that you would like to have. In some countries it is against the law, to collect more information than needed to running the game. And you cannot ban based on information that you are not considered to have.
We don’t like to have a police state or something like that in games. So lets stay reasonable.
@Bakamon: Stepping down is only possible, if there is at least one other account in the guild. If there is only a single account in the guild, stepping down is a guild delete. So such a solution is not working. At least I have read a bug report here, giving this story. So far I have not been able to read something officially on guild deletes or on the wiki.
My lost influence gathering due to log in was raised to 8,015 points starting since September 1 until yesterday. I have 2 accounts and 20 characters. My average gain is mostly 5 to 9 characters daily (2 times I got 10), inspite my logging in all 20 characters daily.
Today’s sum is about 5 or 6 again, but usually I’ll wait for the daily history message. That is the number that I use to accumulate the missing points.

From the character select screen, you can change your home server. It affects all characters on the account—no need to delete any characters. To keep people from abusing it in WvW, it’s limited to once every 7 days.
If the restriction is just for that, why penalise those who don’t WvW? Make it so that when character is transferred it can’t WvW until 7 days have elapsed from the date of the last but one transfer?

Just let us conclude that an IP ban will ban a lot of innocent people while the ones that are targeted will find ways to avoid it. So IP bans simply don’t work.
Players should not forget that other players might be travelling as well. If I take my laptop and go from Europe to any other continent for some time I would like to continue playing there. So even temporary IP bans are not working for the travelling people.
Just forget the IP ban idea. It will never work as planned!

According to what I have seen and read in this forums so far, there is an error window when you try to login the game after suspension / ban. This error window gives at least a hint to the reason for that special action.
A post on the forum won’t change nothing. The only thing you can do is to file a ticket.
Other players cannot know anything about it. We can neither say you are right nor can we say you lied. We simply don’t know.
People who have done wrong, do post here too. Thus apply for review with Anet and that’s it.

Those comments in favour of somebody does nothing to bring him back. The only thing that may bring him back is a review via a support ticket and maybe one post in the special “tickets older than 3 days”-thread. Anything else is a waste of time for you, the players reading it here or the staff maintaining and monitoring the forums.
Nothing can be achieved on the forums, except maybe to fill the forums with unnecessary stuff.

As email is the account name, you will have to change one account to another email. I’m afraid you will have to submit a ticket to gets this sorted out.

You need access to your GW1 account. As the accounts are linked email and password are the same. You need to know at least one character name. I had the same problem some time ago. Write a ticket to support. They will help you to gain access to your GW1 account.
Some inconvenience for some is more welcomed by more people, than the chance of loosing a lot of money on somebody who stole your credit card or it’s information.
I had the same mistake just a few minutes ago. The response time to my forum requests was extremely low. I guess it’s a timeout mistake. As I have checked with other websites, it seems that it is not my connection that is at fault. It must be something between my provider and Anet’s website or Anet’s website itself.
PS The time IS still very slow. While posting (and trying to read this) I’ve got the error 2 more times, but the post was made inspite of the error.

There is a report button on the PMs. Just as with the forums posts.
Maybe your account was hacked. That would explain the action by Anet.
Additional to the action WhiteWolf has been talking about, I started the HoM-Calculator from GW1. Then I closed GW1, opened GW2 and when I asked the guy in the HoM I got my rewards.
There has been a reboot or something like that, close to the release date of GW2. That made it necessary to start the HoM-calculator anew.
