yes, I use them as skins for exotic armor by transmuting them.

I had 10 months off and came back to discover the queensdale train, doing it daily for 2 months or so now.
I havent got any drops of note, certainly nothing at all like you got, i havent even seen anyone link those in chat.

OP, this sounds more like a Suggestion than a Discussion. Wrong forum.

But if you truly want to feel properly downscaled:

Look at the level of the map youre in and work out the average level.
Wear only blue armor of the same level or under.
Use only blue weapons of the same level or under.
Retrain all traits and only spend points up to that level or under.
Only use consumables of that level or under.
Only use skills that could be unlocked by that level or less.

OP, i did that exact same comparison, with the exact same npc, back at launch.
I spent a while rerolling until i came to the conclusion that the npc females have an extra size option that is unavailable for players.
As it is, the largest size available has tragic clipping buttocks on almost every armor, including the cultural.
None of this makes me happy.
I have 2 chararacters with the shape and both go without leggings.
It would be nice of anet to fix these armors at long last,
and even nicer if we got the npc shape to play.

i can get 80-90 fps pretty much anywhere in the game,
but i keep my fps forced to 30 so my fan doesnt annoy me.
I never see it below that, and i am also ATI burdened.

i found a lot of things in game have scant details on use,
the only way to find out is to use it
or
to search online for info from someone else who used it.
Now you have used it, i know what it does, thanks.
Is it a scam? No.
Just more of a caveat emptor purchase.

No matter how exacting or equal you think you are being with each of your character’s playtime, one of them has been played longer than all the rest.

Denying this is a bit like saying that the numbers 2-10 have nothing to do with the number 1, and saying “most people dont even use 1…is that even a number?”

False premise. Alt is just a term that is used to generically refer to people with more than one character. I have 8 alts, and no main. Or one character I play more than the others, but who that is changes.

If we were only suppose to have one character, and this game was not going to be multiple character friendly (it was originally, but it really isn’t anymore) then they should have made that clear upfront.

Without a main, the term alt would be superfluous.
You argue semantics, as do i, yet i use alt in its correct sense.
I myself have 9 characters, 1 is by default my main, 8 are then alts.
You say you play one more than the others and that changes,
yet one is definately played more than the rest,
most probably your first ever 80.
That is your main. The rest are alts.
The same is true of me and anyone else who likes to play multiple characters.

I’m not really sure what that last bit is about, something about someone not being upfront about something?

The bottom line is:
If you like playing more than one character you need to understand that it will take you much longer to do everything you want with all of them.
I dont understand why you are only just now realising that concept.

it is unreasonable to calculate x number of alts into the mix.

1 main and 19 alts will appear to perform creative maths.

it all amounts to redundant entitlement.
