We thank you a lot for the reports you are providing us about bots. We understand that the teleporting bots are a bit difficult to catch. You can, as well, take screenshots or videos of the bots and send the to the CS team – http://en.support.guildwars2.com/ – so they can have evidence of the bot. If not, or if you are fast enough, the report tool of the game also serves.

Again, thanks a lot for your help. The team must be very careful when dealing with these issues and anything you can help us with is welcome. That is why they might take some time to ban a bot, but eventually, all bots will be gone. We have done this before
