This question has been brought up before. Threads have been quoted with words from the team so we would like to make a statement about the issue. The quotes are correct.
Multiboxing is allowed as long as the player is actively controlling every single account. That means no automation, no one keyboard and mouse to control many characters at once.

Hi VoxShatterfall,

From level 15 upwards, the Grawl shaman that pushes people to the lava gets a speed boost as part of the fight mechanic. Hence correct use of CC (Cripple, Immobilize, Knockdown…) is requiered to beat the encounter.

As stated before by Colin, “there is no link between the amount of DPS you do and the quality of the gear you get”. Since the DPS threshold to qualify for loot has been lowered, people are getting now more loot. This can lead to the impression of getting better loots since the amount is bigger.

But that is all, there is no real link between DPS done and quality.

That is correct, you cannot equip ascended rings of the same kind. You can equip the infused and the non unfised versions, or two different with the same stats but you can’t, per instance, equipo two infused Red Rings of Death.

Please, be very careful when purchasing rings so you don’t purchase by mistake the same.

When a player chooses a server, said player will remain in it no matter if he is living in the UK, Spain, USA or any other place.
About your other question, the easiest way of course is to pay for a server transfer. Given that, you and your girlfriend could try and check during the server lowtime and see if she can log into your server. Might take a few, however, as it is not a magic formula.

The team is aware that there is a problem with loot and are working to fix it in the incoming patch. The damage threshold required to qualify to loot is being lowered, so even characters who are more specced into support will be able to qualify. However, remember that you will need to deal the mob a certain amount of damage.

What your guild member has explained to you is the Diminishing Return. It’s a mechanic with which when you spend a lot of time farming in an area, you will get less loot. It is there to prevent bots from farming. It doesn’t kick in at exactly one hour – a player playing normally may spend more than one hour completing an area – but it only kicks in after a criteria has been met. Sufficient to say, unless you are intensively grinding a place it shouldn’t affect your gameplay.

Hope this has been helpful. Remember, dealing enough damage to the mob will qualify you for loot, and with the upcoming changes, champions will always drop something and veterans have an increased chance to drop.
