The inbox can only contain 10 items. Have you tried deleting all read mail? Maybe they are waiting for some empty room, and this seems to be the most common reason when players don’t receive mail.

Hi Splaytooth,

Error 502 means that there is some kind of problem with the webpage. Unfortunately there is nothing much we can do from the forums, as we already have to endure it when it happens. All I can recommend is to have a little patience – hard when you want to play a game – and ask him to try a bit later.

In any case, the error shouldn’t be there for much longer, so have him try in a bit. It’s just a matter of patience.

Hi everyone,

Pulling mobs and separating them from their group is not an exploit. It has been done in every game, its just a way to control the battle with more ease. Before this, players used to pull Champion Rabsovich out of the room, but this was corrected and the Champion does not leave the room now. However pulling the rest of the dredge is an acceptable tactic.

Remember, always that you find an exploit or think that something might be an exploit, send a message to exploits@arena.net with as much evidence as possible so the team can provide an answer and fix the exploit.

Hi Wargon,

If he stole everything from the guild bank, meaning he took everything without permission then you could report him. When reporting, be sure to provide as many evidence as possible, such as pics of the guild bank log.

Asking your question, scamming would be defrauding someone. Like for example, in a trade, instead of giving whatever, just taking what you are being offered and disconnecting. Just an example.

So don’t worry if you are more support specced, as you will get loot anyway if you deal enough damage.

As you can see here, the guild armor is just that, the chest piece with the tabard and the guild emblem. It is sold by the guild amorer.

In short, Unshakable will grant the boss as many charges of Defiant as players are in the area. CC skills remove charges of Defiant. Once at 0 stacks the boss is susceptible to CC, after which the charges refresh.

As stated above the players can coordinate to have it at 0 stacks so they can prevent deadly attacks.

Hi Prezzy,

When transmuting items, you will get 3 options.

Which skin (and name) to transmute, what stats, and what rune/sigil. So you could pick the skin and name of the Corrupted Avenger, the stats of the Mystic Claymore and the rune of the Corrupted Avenger for example.

Just remember, skin and name, stats and rune/sigil.

Hi Xinterp,

First, I have to say that the team handles every report very carefully, and if they don’t see enough evidence they will dismiss it. Hence, if, for what you are saying, this player missunderstood your words and there was no actual racist offense involved you have nothing to fear.

If you ever get suspended or banned and you think that was wrong, remember that you can open a ticket to support.

In short, the player saying “you are reported” shouldn’t scare you if they don’t have enough evidence to support their claim. New measures have been introduced when dealing with reports asking players to submit as much evidence as possible to help the CS team.
