That’s the textbook definition of criticism.
Do you even lift, bro?
He is the Elder Dragon of Undeath.
He makes a living of taking body parts of different beings and glueing them together.
Thinking that he couldn’t remake his own broken body (which is already composed of multiple dead dragons to begin with) is rather naive, wouldn’t you say?
Do you even lift, bro?
Bro, if you can’t take criticism then don’t go making suggestions. I calls them like I sees them and your suggestion is really too close to what the Mesmer profession already does.
Do you even lift, bro?
If you’re insisting on yet another pet profession in light armour, I don’t see that happening.
Do you even lift, bro?
I’m mostly concentrating on drops, not items that need to be crafted with really expensive stuff.
Charged Lodestones are the hardest thing to farm in game, which is why you don’t see any Mjolnirs. I’d say it qualifies.
Do you even lift, bro?
so… it’s a mesmer?
Re-skin of a Mesmer.
Do you even lift, bro?
I question it, too. I’ve never seen it before, online or in-game…I wonder what it affects….
I’d guess Imps?
Then again, I always thought Imps were Elemental in nature, not demonic…
Do you even lift, bro?
Yepyepyepyepyep (Sesame Street martians)
1500 range is not to be underestimated.
Do you even lift, bro?
Obviously they were highly successful because I don’t see any demons around in GW2.
At least not in the quantities to cause a sudden rise in specialized Demon Hunters.
Do you even lift, bro?
1) World Completion
2) Gift of Battle
3) Warriors suck slightly less in WvW than in pure sPvP
Do you even lift, bro?
mesmer clones = living shields
summoned creates = absolute offense
Actually Mesmer clones range from being living shields to damage dealers.

Do you even lift, bro?
I dunno.
Are there really any demons out there to hunt? Van Helsing-esque classes don’t really fit within GW2 lore. Compare it to the Warhammer (both Fantasy and 40K) where daemons and other nasties make up a big part of the lore and Demon Hunters not only make sense, but are also an integral part of the lore.
Do you even lift, bro?
I prefer to be a constant annoyance with a Hammer, rather than kill someone once in a blue moon when my Frenzy is off cooldown. Without it, you’re not landing Hundred Blades.
Do you even lift, bro?
Mjolnir is pretty rare as well, due it it requiring 1400-1600g in Charged Lodestones alone to make.
In fact, it is almost non-existent.
Do you even lift, bro?
Elementalists also use summoned pets. We don’t really need three pet classes. Four if you count Mesmer.
these spirits will act as an extension on the player moving as far as 500 unit range to ensure the protection of their summoner.
these spirits only last 5 seconds each summon but can deal damage 3 times.
^Mesmer clone mechanic, anyone?
Do you even lift, bro?
It is so unfair. The Greatsword version costs only a fraction ’cause it uses Molten Lodestones which are dime a dozen these days, with everyone farming CoF and whatnot. If they made Mjolnir only require 50 Charged Lodestones, I reckon it would be about equal.
lol…
Do you even lift, bro?
10% to bleeding targets is huge.
I love it when they go percentage rather than fixed numbers.
Shame it is all the way up at 25 points!
:3
Do you even lift, bro?
Depends greatly on the class in question. Warrior have some of the two best 10 point Traits
1) 10 in Strength for 12% damage bonus at full Adrenaline.
2) 10 in Discipline for 9% critical hit chance bonus at full Adrenaline.
Those are great bang for your buck, really.
Do you even lift, bro?
Sounds like Necromancer and Elementalist had a baby.
An unnecessary baby.
Do you even lift, bro?
Im pretty sure the Sylvari don’t even understand the concept of incest or inbreeding.
That’s not the point I’m making.
They do not practice inbreeding as they are asexual beings and they do not practice incest because they are not biological siblings but from our perspective (and from the other mammalian races’) it most certainly comes off as incestuous.
I guess that’s the problem you get with having a race of living plants.

First you have to roll the dice to get a skin drop and then you have to roll it a second time and have it come up as a skin you want. It is random number generation within random number generation.
Randomnumbergenerationception
Do you even lift, bro?
I just might use that till i get Mjolnir, as for the fractal Shield and GS <3
Shame about the hardcore gambling that goes into getting the Fractal skins.
First you have to win the RNG lottery and have a skin drop and then win the RNG lottery a second time and have the skin being a hammer…
Do you even lift, bro?
Boons either stack duration, or potency.
One or the other.
Do you even lift, bro?
It’s Eir’s fault that Snaff died. She could help defeat minions with Logan and then attack elder dragon.
No. No she could not. The Elder Dragon would not just sit around twiddle it’s thumbs waiting for them to return after saving Jennah. It was a once in a lifetime sort of thing.

Make the Victory Token redeemable for one soulbound Precursor of your choice and have the Pact weapons sold for either Karma or Gold/Silver.
Two birds with one stone, boohyah!
Do you even lift, bro?
What can I say, Zommoros hates me. When I combine greens I rarely get a yellow. When I combine yellows, I rarely get an exotic. And when I do get an exotic it is a crafted version which is worth a lot less than a proper named exotic.
Do you even lift, bro?
They really should be bound on use.
Problem solved.
Do you even lift, bro?
Equip an Axe and spam the 1 key. The action is entirely devoid of sound. No “swish” sound that all the other weapons get when swinging in thin air. Then hit the 2 key for Cyclone Axe and you’ll know what I’m talking about; this ability (and all others for all other weapons) have a “swish” sound effect.
Do you even lift, bro?
People in this thread seemed to be taking the terminology used in the game way too literally, so I talked to our lore masters, and here is what they had to say:
ArenaNet Lore TeamSylvari don’t breed like humans do, so they can’t inbreed like humans do. When they call the Pale Tree “Mother” it’s more like Mother Earth—we are all “children” of this godlike concept, but calling them such does not make us all related by blood.
“Incest” is a very mammalian taboo and one that doesn’t apply to sylvari. Because sylvari don’t reproduce in the same hierarchical manner as mammals, they don’t have to worry about reducing a gene pool to dangerous levels. They don’t have brothers or sisters like humans do, nor do they have true parents. They are brothers and sisters in the same way we are all brothers and sisters within the human race, whether of the same parents or not. The Pale Tree calls the sylvari her “children” because they are born through her, but you can’t compare humans with sylvari in that way and extrapolate that all sylvari are siblings.
So there you go.
That doesn’t really change that fact that from the perspective of the other races, they do practice incest. If not technically / biologically they do it culturally / conceptually because as a culture they put a lot of emphasis on the whole mother and children thing they got going on.
At the very least it would raise some eyebrows here and there.

I just bought over 100k worth of Karma in green hammers and ended up with just one Rare.
And it didn’t even salvage into Ectos…
Zommoros is too much of a kitten for this to count as an exploit, if you ask me.

During “The Maw” event chain. No matter what angle you approach them, they just can’t be hit in melee.
Miss.
Miss.

Do you even lift, bro?
I’d bet no one knows for sure but the devs.
Correct.
And the devs have stated(repeatedly) that
1) Name change contracts are coming.
2) Race changes are not coming.
Do you even lift, bro?
Name, yes probably.
Race, no never.
Do you even lift, bro?
yes. both of mine. IMO pres are the first thing any legendary chaser should get. just doesn’t seem ‘right’ to have this long journey only to get the weapon last, never use it and suddenly ‘imbue’ it with legendary properties.
to each his own, though. some pres are just…not attractive so that might be a reason as well as their costliness
If you could give me 700g up front I’d gladly buy my Colossus right now. As it stands now, the Precursor is the hardest part to get. No way are people gonna get it as their first piece of the Legendary puzzle.
Do you even lift, bro?
Silly Asura.
Any Hammer is for Norns. Any Hammer is wasted on you.
Silly, silly Asura.

Ahahaha.
That one gets everyone at one point or another in their GW2 career.

Gap closer – Why do you want this with Axe?
Why would you not want a gap closer? That’s my main gripe with Axe. It feels so… immobile. Greatsword and Sword have spoiled me rotten when it comes to mobility.
I’d gladly trade Cyclone Axe for a Savage Leap knockoff.

Thick Skin: gain 2 toughness per level, period. swap it in the line with adrenal health.
Well, the problem isn’t really the toughness either, its the (If over 90% Health.).
The problem with Thick Skin is twofold:
1) The <90% Health is stupid.
2) It doesn’t increase Armour, it gives a 100 Toughness increase.
My suggestion:
Thick Skin: Grants a flat 5% bonus to Armour.
Nice and simple. Or if you wanna jazz it up a little
Thick Skin: Grants 0-100% bonus Armour depending on Health.
At full Health you get 0% and at 1% Health you gain 99% bonus Armour, i.e double your Armour. At half Health you’d get 50% bonus Armour.
Just might be overpowered for a 5 points Trait. It might be

Wouldn’t that make stacking Condition Damage even more useless? It would just make Power/Precision/Crit Damage even more common and make any gear with Condition Damage fall into darker obscurity.

Only thing I can think about is AFK people in those golems.
There is no realistic scenario where 10+ golems should fall to Oil before smashing a gate down.
Do you even lift, bro?
Staff Elementalist is more of a generalist, you can do a bit of everything such as healing in Water and controlling enemies in Earth.
Warrior is more of a front-line offensive specialist, granting buffs and curing conditions from your front-line pals.
Do you even lift, bro?
Just for fun
1) Despite all but the Trebuchet having wheels (or hover capability in the case of Flame Rams) they are stationary.
Do you even lift, bro?
I really hope anet doesnt go around nerfing everything based on every little complaint when it is only a matter of developing counter tactics. Oil is quite effective against a golem rush and scouting is proactive.
The oil won’t kill the golems in the few seconds window they need to bust down even a reinforced gate.

I’ve been doing the Borderland jumping puzzle daily in order to get my Gift of Battle.
I’ve never had to buy a single blueprint thanks to it.
Do you even lift, bro?
But lets look beyond Hundred Blades and Axe auto-attack.
Greatsword have many other great abilities. Mainhand Axe, not so much.
Do you even lift, bro?
I feel that Snaff’s death was pretty much a collective fail for Destiny’s Edge. I don’t see how she can logically put all blame on Eir.
Do you even lift, bro?
whats next siege is op or no wait superior siege is to good like the one stated learn to counter and they are nothing
All Siege is pretty balanced except Golems. Argument could be made about Trebs in Towers being able to hit other Towers/Keeps, but I feel that’s somewhat minor.
Teleporting in a couple of Golems and Timewarping down the gate in a matter of seconds just leaves the defenders without any chance at all.

Personally, as a Norn I would love a Tattoo Kit.
I hate having to buy the Make-Over Kit just to change such a small detail. Feels so wasteful.
Do you even lift, bro?
At least Logan and Rytlock’s bromance bickering seems somewhat appropriate. Zojja is just so extremely mean and kitteny towards Eir that I can’t stand her.
