Showing skin from an asura at all is kind of tripping on the “furry” side, which probably isn’t somewhere Anet wants to go.

That’s ironic because Gladiator armour shows male and female Asura topless. Now, Asura don’t have knockers or bazoongas, but still it makes you feel really awkward wearing it.

That’s exactly my point. The loss of Boon damage wasn’t my biggest issue with it to begin with because the damage bonus wasn’t that great anyway. The extra Healing/Vulnerability from a short cooldown on Reaper’s Touch, however…

So? The fact remains that they still left the Trait broken. Half kitten

Reaper’s Touch still retains it 18 seconds cooldown.

I love how they added that they fixed the Spiteful Talisman trait removing the damage per Boon removed on 5, yet they did not mention the fact that the trait does not reduce the cooldown properly on 4.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it still doesn’t; they only partially fixed Spiteful Talisman!

Oh please. Of course female Asura use “girly things”. Take a look at the female-only hairstyles with the fluffy bows and crap on them! It was just lazy design on Anet’s part. They could’ve easily made female versions for Asura equipment. Just because it is feminine doesn’t mean it has to go all stereotypical with cleavage and stuff; there could be subtle differences between the genders.

The saved password that the game client uses to log me in is far shorter than the one I log onto the forums with. Now the game client accidentally erased my saved one and the client will not accept the one I use on the forum!

The “Nearby Grawl have grown…” status of the event has been going on for days on my server, Fissure of Woe. There are no Grawl attacking at all and there is no way to advance the “plot” any further…

I’m crossing every body part that could possibly be crossed and hoping for a fix for Spiteful Talisman.

Because there is a difference between a challenging path and farm path. If you want to farm arah tokens, go for path 3. Its easy and its fast. If you want a break from the monotony, go for the other paths.

I just did p4 with some guildies last night and it was fun. I was the only one that did p4 before (even before the nerf) and i was surprised how easy Simin is now. I mean they really nerfed it. We did it the first try, even if the guys didn’t had much clue what’s going on and we had a few people being petrified for more then a few seconds. Now with this nerf, i think p4 became the easiest path for an organized group. Its still long as hell but the bosses are waaaay to easy and the trash skipping is easier then in any other path.

I can’t understand people that want every path in every dungeon to be farmable. Every dungeon has its farm path and its longer and more tedious paths. Deal with it.

The rewards should be relative to the time it takes to complete.

It is not rocket science. Apart from getting Dungeon Master, nobody will ever do Path 1 and 4 again. It is a shame to have content that doesn’t get used more than once simply because the rewards are not in par.

Compare it to AC how every path in that dungeon is worth doing. That’s how it should be.

You just need a big push. So the fight is still a DPS/burst check regardless of the intentions.

Which is what’s wrong with this encounter. You’re not supposed to need X spec or Y class to pass a dungeon. CoF1 is done best with ’zerker Warriors and Mesmers, but it can just as well be done with a mix of random classes albeit slower.

Dwayna on the other hand you can not beat unless you bring a certain number of damage per second. It goes against the core design philosophy of the game. This fight needs to be scrapped or totally redesigned.

A Kodan in Frostgorge explains that seemingly chaotic phenomena such as storms and whirlpools are necessary to maintain the Balance.
