The blue/yellow flames totally engulf the enemy in it making it impossible to spot any sort of attack, often with fatal results due to failing to dodge.

I now cannot attend any major event on my server due to guesting.

Whenever I attempt to do a Dragon or the Fire elemental or even the Maw I am put into Overflow due to the guesting problem.

It’s just tottaly nuts that I can’t even do the events on my home server because guesters are just pushing me out of the main zone.

You need to make home server people have priority over guesters. I can’t even do major events and that’s a huge chunk of fun gone from the game for me.

Reversed this is also a problem: try do those events on the “abandoned” servers, like FoW. Its impossible because everyone guests the more popular servers.

Doesn’t take a genius to see that it is obviously a bug…

I’ve actually gone all the way. 10% extra crit damage is not bad, and I find that the Adrenal Reserves Trait is pretty good. It pretty much guarantees you to stay at 1 bar of Adrenaline at all times.

Y’know, actually allows you to use your Burst without shooting yourself in the foot?

As a Warrior, I could teach you to use Hammers. If you in return teach me how to use Pistols!

Come on, this is a change/bug that’s not hard to adapt to. Use CC skills to tear through his defiant stacks and stun him when he uses the scream. People keep saying they want harder content, and when it’s released (although it was due to an accident in this case) it turns out they simply aren’t up to the task.

There is a clear distinction between hard and bugged content.

Someone got blown off by the statues, but for some reason they did a somersault back and fell of at that angle instead of the usual.

How about Burst Recharge rate?

Are the devs for real? 3% Burst damage for going all-in in Discipline? 30% Crit Damage is amazing, but really? 3%?

Its downright insulting.

Knight’s armour
Berserker’s weapons and accessories

Works out pretty well. Though when running with people who are full Berserker it gets annoying as you grab all the aggro and Warriors are not meant to tank like that.

In gw1, the norn would transform all the time, it was pretty much their fighting style. So why do most npcs just not do it anymore? I had almost forgotten they were a shape shifting race and not just taller versions of humans.

To be fair, Norn members of the Vigil do it all the time in the later part of the story.

Sadly, it makes them hilariously useless.

I don’t think he means that literally. He is wiser than he appears. I reckon he means that the Consortium does not give out of charity but has some ulterior motive. Hence why he instructs the other Grawl not to eat what they give them; he doesn’t trust them.

Grast doesn’t work.

He just keeps dying by charging into melee.

Which is another annoyance; it is impossible to melee Colossus anymore because each swipe he performs sends you flying 10000 meters though the air.

For the love of Cthulhu, make Grast invulnerable and make sure he always creates the kitten blubble! I just had a rage-quit run because he wouldn’t create the bubble, but kept suicidin’ it on Colossus.

Or better yet, change it back and never ever again make a boss fight rely entirely on a “stupid” NPC!

Wraithlord Crusher resurrects any Risen around him. Trying to pull him into the first room is disastrous now as all the Risen will come back at half health, too.

They ninja-buffed/changed that encounter without including it in the patchnotes.

You should be moving and watching the enemy’s attack patterns. Understanding how the foe attacks and what their animations look like can help you take no damage at all.

True, but unfortunately not always possible. I’ll give you an example (see attachment). I consider myself experienced in online gaming and gaming in general, but with so many spell and skill effects, I cannot see a kitten thing, let alone boss animations (I feel sorry for backstab thieves).

The worst offender, if you ask me, is the Guardian’s “blue fire”- effect. It totally engulfs it’s target.

AKA the “Arah Mace”. The particle effect on this weapon does not go away when holstered like all the other Arah weapons which only show their effect when brandished. Looks sorta weird if you wield two Arah weapons at once.

They’re very, very, veeeery rare. I’ve probably run hundreds of HotW runs and I’ve only seen it drop once from there (not for me unfortunately…).

So there was a decent number of players doing the CoF pre-event on the bridge. Due to our large numbers, the game spawned a lot of trash mobs. This caused culling to “cloak” all the Veteran/Champion Effigies which promptly nuked everyone down while being invisible.

It was the Karka event all over again!

Evon Gnashblade is actually two Quaggans in a Charr costume.

If you kept the stats of the Exotic, it should keep the sigil/rune slot as well…

The only one hit kill I can think of is the Crusher in Arah Exploration, and it has one helluva wind-up time.

As I am trying out a lolAxeDps-build, I decided against it. I don’t want the “extra baggage” of 200 Toughness getting my buttocks into trouble with aggro.

My Full GC mesmer Always get mossman aggro for the Whole duration of the fight……as happens to other mobs.

Its possibly more dps+armor or something like that.

Some mobs, bosses in particular, have their own unique aggro rules that deviate from the norm.

Well, Adrenal Health is always nice I suppose. But it was mostly for the Mace trait as Mace 4 and 5 have pretty long cooldowns.

Do you go 20 in Defense for Sundering Mace?

Not to mention that some bosses (Tree in TA and any and all Dragons) are immune to Conditions, as are all structures and objects in the game (WvW gates/siege equipment and AC Graveling Burrows etc).

As I said before, it is as if they designed the first lvl 35 dungeon for downscaled lvl 80 characters.

Not me personally(I didn’t get a Precursor…), but a lot of people who sold their Precursor they got in the Karka Event immediately afterwards. A friend of mine got less than 100g for Dusk. If she had held onto it, she’d be super rich today.

You do get small amounts of tokens from story mode, they’re in those bags.

I have never received tokens from doing story mode, in the bags you get coins and 400 Karma vial.

Really? I literally know of no-one who ever complained about AC exploration needing to be change…

Warriors and Guardians can only switch to the other.

All other Professions have two choices, i.e Thief can go Ranger or Engineer.

I’d say any Weapon-crafting discipline or Chef.

Weapon skins (Corrupted/Destroyer weapons), or weapon components and Food can net you a profit.
