I won all my ranked today. Can’t complain. Exploit the fact that there is so many bad eles today because of the daily.

Mawdrey II is one of the cheapest ascended back piece ingame. You just need to do a little scavenget hunt and that’s all.

Wow, you must be great at interaction with other people since this basic is unknown to you. I was trying to make OP better by saying that even if you play gw2 long it doesn’t mean you know everything you simply miss on some stuff, hence the mistakes.

I threw lot of ascended gearing because of that.

I use my ele for dungeons and fractals most of the time and have been playing s/f for a year now, switched from staff because staff bores me. Never have i recived a complaint about my weapon combo. Stacking might and providing fury for my party is allways wellcome. It gives decent dmg and fair range and great survivability.

Like miku said, my friend got banned twice for selling AC, but i doubt they ban people joining. But, they did warned people not to join exploited path and how to reconize exploited path because joining and knowing it was exploited can result you a ban? I think?

No, gold transactions between non bot players are not reportable nor bannable. Even from a"loan shark". There is no way someone can make you pay them back, if they threaten you you can report them and they can get banned easily.

I once transmuted my light ascended armor into low lvl cabalist one because i liked it, i run dungeons and fractals that day, and every time someone asked me what armor am i wearing. It’s not about expensive items anymore it’s about frequency of item usage.

1st of all, why are you interacting with that toxic bog that’s called pvp? Especially if they ask you for your build in spvp you can get the picture how elitist can that player be.

In orr there is a toxic behaviour events wise, i have came across a few groups that are trying to fail the event. If they report you for no reason, they will eat the ban themselves.

Just, hi and bye is my usual interaction wirh pug groups which is proven flawless. Try it sometimes.

If you played perfect a game but still lost, you should feel proud over your improving skill and know you will win more than you lose if you continue play on a higher level.

If you did well stat-wise, know stats is nothing.
Know if you keep 2+ players occupied you do well and the fault is not yours if you lose.
etc. etc.

Know you will play worse if you get mad/offended due to focus being elsewere.

Sorry to hear that, but yeah sometimes people can’t help themselves. I never whisper people in pvp, but once i found myself doing that because one of my team members was pretending to roleplay with no weapons equipped. We lost by a 20 points, so i whispered him asking him if he enjoys to ruin other people’s pvp experience and to be proud of himself. And blocked him just to see if he’s in pvp.

Just don’t let this get to you, sure, pvp has quite a few bad apples, bust best is to ignorre it or simply write a clever answer back and block. And keep on enjoying pvp.

Have you tried to point camera at direction you want to swim and just use forward key?

water + blast = aoe heal
water + projectile = healing bolt

FIRE (warrior, guardian, elementalist, ranger, engineer)
fire + blast = might
fire+ prjectile = burning projectile
fire+ leap = fire aura

LIGHTNING (Elementalist, ?)
lightning + blast = swiftness

DARK (Necro, Thief)
dark fields + blast = weakness

LIGHT (Necro, Guardian)
light fields + blast = retaliation
light+ projectile = condi cleansing
light+ leap = retaliation

CHAOS (Mesmer)
chaos+ blast = AoE chaos armor
chaos+ leap = chaos armor (tend to be usefull on condi warriors)

I really hate the light one though with blast, as it is used often Guard Staff #3 in combination with static fields (ligthning)… and you want the statics to be blasted for swiftness.

Oh and I know about whirls but I tend to ignore them….

I got this from the general thread, all i have to say is it took me year and a half with S/F to learn all the classes fields and when and how to blast and what to blast. Staff is aoe weapon, you basiclly create aoe for others to blast, ele has some other nice weapon combos to be better at more efficient at blasting than staff.

I don’t mind mai trin, but god forbid you lag for half a second during canon phase. Don’t forget she has to stay 2 years in lightning aoe on lvl50 to remove 1 shield stack.

But as coco said, i would take her over jade maw anytime.

Saving the money and buying off tp is safe longer version. Also the scavenger hunt for each precursor will be available when expansion arrives.

Gambling and throwing your gold into mf is a huge risk, you could end up getting absolutley nothing.

Its on you to decide which one you prefer.

I would craft myself immobulus and buy permanent gathering tools for all my characters and permanent bank, trading post and mystic forge conduit for all of them. Rest would go on skins.

As a person who plays ele as main since i started the game, it took me 2 years to blast proprietly. I switched to S/F year and a half ago and had a realisation how awesome this weapon combo works
But took me quite some time to learn aoe different classes drop (and what weapon drops what) and what field gives what when blasted.

If you are going to blast you have to, well,learn all other classes.

I think you don’t get it. I could’ve bought it 2 years ago when it was 1/3 of the price. But i didn’t like to play scepter then. It looked nice, but not nice enough. Now, when you have bigger chance to score a precursor then giant eye, the price spiked. And there is allmost never a stack of giant eyes to buy off tp. I could’ve buy 10 giant eyes a day and crafted 2 of them by now, but i was just lazy. I could’ve flipped too, but i won’t because i’m lazy. AND someone else wasn’t and he’s playing tp and making decent money. Can’t blame them for being smart.

Buy flare instead. I think it’s cheaper and better looking. But yea, qqing because somebody else has more gold then you and flipping the item…. yeah.

I wanted to buy immobulus 3 months ago for 1k something gold, but for 3 months there was none to be found on tp. Now it appeared, only 1 on tp for 3k gold. More expensive then legendary scepter.

Now… am i going to quit the game because someone listed it on tp for ridiculous price? No. Why? Bacause i’m not in kintergarden and i don’t have to throw a hissy fit when i can’t have something right away.

I guess you don’t run higher tier of fractals. Or lover tiers when you suggest this nonsense. So when you do fractals, you have to do complete 4 dungeons to maybe get a skin or ascended chest, and you think putting it on pvp reward track for all those lazy people who want skins but are too lazy to do actual fractal, and enable them to collect a skin of their choice for meree few unranked wins? Wow.
I have another idea too. Why not put fractal tonic on the end of the reward just for kicks. That’s two slaps in faces of people who run fractals.

I don’t know if you saw some pictures from scavenger precursor hunt, it has loads of stuff to to do but it seems fun, one of the tasks was dancing in front of queen i think it will be fun.

How do you count necros in your match before it starts?

Count the votes for skyhammer.

The similar goes for courtyard. You see, staff elementalists and necros are more likely to choose courtyard. Depends on the daily how much votes will it get. I allways pick it too because it’s faster, and refreshing, since every other map has the same strategy.

Be in the zone of the dungeon enterance you’ll get the pop up screen once one of your party members enter. People don’t spam map chat to get in groups, there is lfg tool now for every dungeon, create your own or join allready posted groups. Just read the description people put, and for now don’t join zerk speedruns just now.

I know the feeling OP. I have seen lot of people around me get fenomenal drops, several precursors, rare minis, BL tickets and so on. Makes me wonder if all of them are buying gems with money so they can afford the good stuff. Or getting the drop they want as teqatil hoard and such.

I have been hated by the rng since i started the game. Only legendary i could afford was minstrel. Only precursor i got was the torch one after i threw ton od rare swords and mf stones i got because i was too poor to drop only swords in.

That resulted frustrations so i don’t play as much i used to. I find myself playing less and less over past 5 months. My acc is apparently doomed to farm my eyes out and buy everything with my hard earned gold. I never had over 300 gold in my wallet. It took me 2.5 years to collect 10 scraps and make 1 ticket. It took me several months to make a cheap legendary. I know how you feel. Trust me.
