this trait needs to change.
wtf 3 games ago had 3 players atacking 1 ele and they didnt drop his hp at all.
this trait its such a hard counter , there is 0 counterplay 0.
i think every body should have some chance to win , why was automated response changed and yet this crap traits goes on and on?.
i also want a trait vs direct damage.
you can say wtv u want , this trait its op it counter full builds even vs 2 and 3 players, i mean is this fun?
u do all u can to drop him and after that he goes into water and heals back up.
the same goes to mesmers its crazy atm the amount of blocks it has can keep the point contested.
same as necro too much chill , needs to be tone down.
every 1 can see this things and devs take ages to make changes. took them almost 3 years to change automated response , and turrets to be afected by condies.
why so long to pacth the game?

i dont know why no solo que , premades vs premades , soo players vs solo players, doesnt matter if the premades are not pros , beeing in ts its a huge advantage, its bad enough the ambalance classes we dont need premades vs solo players, OR premades with 3 diamond division players + 2 amber on it, if u are division 2 , then you should have just division 2 players on the team.

maximum i ever lost in a row was probly 7-9 games , and i have over 20k+ pvp games.
so how about u stop playing pvp , at least ranked.
try www, or unranked .

i think there should be some builds that do better vs some other builds ,
but when you have a trait that gives imune to all the other players damage , something wrong, and ofc when you fac ea dps build then this trait is crap.

this isnt right when a player is IMUNE IMUNE IMUNE to your damage .

First the macth making is not working.
Second it doesnt matter what players do, if you try to advise or draw on the map or even telling them not to do such things, they will insult you and on top will call u a noob.
3 games ago i was on forest, i got close and a guard went chief , i drew on the map telling him to go mid to help mid, he took forever to kill chief and we lost mid, then he went mid and insta die 1vs 3.
I told him why u went chief and now u suicide?
He just reply that im a nab and e every one hates me.
And yes he was a legendary champ.
i just afk , lost all the interest .

wanted to let u guys know , that i have been playing for the last 4 h only in pvp and i didnt get a single crash , last pacth was better , now try not to mess up again.

just wanted to say that i just got the pacth , i press start unranked and 10 seconds after i got kicked to desktop.
now wtf is this really? how can we play the game? before HOT not even 1 crash for 3years and i have over 20 000+ pvp games and now every couple of minutes i get a dc!!
why do you release such expansion? every one is crashing , dont tell me its our computer, yes i have a 32 bit system but your game its a 32bit client , and what kittenes me of is that you not even reply to this crashes, the game is not playable atm, we cant play the game i crash every where even opening the trading post , how is this normal?

So many bugs loads , every pacth bring more bugs and insted or helping its actually doing the oposite.

I know its not related to crashes but , i just wanted to say that i have 5 caracters and i use 4 of them just to check animations and gameplay but i dont pvp with them , on my 5th (necro) i have over20k+ pvp games and i never got dishonor at least i cant remember in the last 3 years, a few weeks ago i was checking my caracters to check new animations on skills and i notice 1 of them (guard) has 20h+ dishonor, i hav enever played a single game with my guard i hav enever got dishonor before on any of my caracters and only 1 caracter got this 20h(i not even play with him in pvp ) i sent a ticket ingame and in email to anet asking why from my 5 caracters only 1 has 20h dishonor and none of others have .

they reply that its a bug, and the best i can do its to let the time pass, just to leave my caracter and go afk .

i was like WTF so its a bug and u cant remove the dishonor ? (not that i care that much since i never ever play with such caracter)

so if was 10000 hours dishonor?
its amazing that this guys care so less about helping , are they incompetent? or they just dont have time?
they not even apologise , they just mess the game more and more each time , there is no excuse for ths i payed twice for this game (original game + HOT) and what i got was bugs+ bugs + solo play vs premades (last 5 games 4 of them vs premades), bad balance and poor comunication.

the game freezes every 10 minutes or so, it crashes to desktop and sometimes i not even have a chance to send a report.

if i try to play in the new map then i dc every 2 minutes.
before this HOT i never dced , they just broke the game, this is unplayable.

It’s quite frequent to get these glitches and it usually happens after changing maps. It also feels like it’s crashing more frequently in bigger fights were many characters are present. If you play solo it’s not that bad.

Yes i can confirm this.
I dc every 3 maybe 4 games doing pvp atm.
In www i dc every hour maybe.
And in the new maps every 3-5 minutes.
Doing the beta weekends i never dc .
Im running a 32 bit client

this should be their top priority, players cant do events longer than 10 minutes.
and sometimes even freezes completly, this is crazy.

I just want to say that i still have this problem, i got the same email reply that u guys had.
I tried everything and no luck, i crash in www , in pvp and special in the new maps, sometimes just freezes.
Before hot no problem , but now its just unplayable.
Maybe i just need to get a 64 bit client, but looks like some of u are also having problems with it.

Why would u even ask that question? too many dcs, the amulets are not even working, poor balance etc etc.

Before hot i had a crash every 6 months, and was because was just after pacthes.
Now in the new zones i crash every minute, its just unplayable.
I sent a ticket to anet , and their reply was,that their servers are fine and i need to update to a 64 bit.

There is 0 chance for a condi build to kill an ele with diamond skin, ofc this is not a 1vs 1 game but still , this trait kill a full build, no counterplay.
I do play all builds on my necro apart from MM, but when im on a condi build and i come across an ele with such trait i just run and nex game i rerrol power or support, its very upseting this trait vs power is bad and vs condi is god mode.
This is even worse then the old automated response.
Zerker stance is bad also imo but at least its a 8 second skil.
I really hope anet gives some counterplay vs this trait if u r condi.

And why players leave games?
I sent a about 10 emails to devs , with dates of games i had ,like in 10 games i got just pugs vs 4 and 5 premades team, never got a reply.
how is this fun when u play vs premades game after game, then u get so bad team comps like double thievs and ranger vs double dd eles and such, then next game u get double cappers and players with 0 clue about pvp.
how do u expect players feel after suchs games?
Macth making is poor in my opinion, balance is poor, pacthes are so so poor once a year and always come with so many bugs.
Ofc players leave games , its not so bad if u just play 3 or 4 games a day, but if u r like me (trust me i do play more than a few games a day) then u will also leave games.

Hard counters shouldnt be in the game .
Well 2-3 seconds its not too bad but more than that its too much.
And yes berzerker stance shouldnt have so long duration, and diamond skin shoulnt be in the game.
I dont care how top player condi player u are,if u meet a ds ele u will never win , ofc im talking an ele that is not afk.
I know the game its not a out 1v1 , but u do have a few 1v1s and its so so anoying when u know there is 0 chance to win such duel as a condi player.

If we r talking a out equal skill players, dd cele ele will win vs condi necro.
Having 1 skill on a 40 sec cd doesnt do anything at all vs them, the necro would have to spec with cb+ woc+poc + 4 points in spite for spinal shivers and even so i dont know if the necro would win.
Dd cele eles can stack too many boons way to fast , by the time you corrupt their boons they crap a few more nps.
The only players necro hard counter is engies but eles they dont. Its just an ilusion thinking a condi necro would hard counter cele dd eles, again im talking equal skill players.

its just almost impossible to play pvp atm , its just luck if you win or lose almost , last 2 games had an ele going far he was there for 1 minute at least , ofc we lost mid because we had less players at mid even tho the guy at close rotate mid, we told him why you went far if u cant get it in under a a minute ?
He said he would get it but some one came from mid, then he just afk .

First this is an online game , and bad language is part of it, ofc when i say bad language i mean words like noob nab kitten idiot newb ….
I dont tolerate words like n………r or c……..t or any type of racism.
When u playing and u see that all team is double capping or dying to svanir or trying to stomp a thief insted of rezzing you , you know …things like that, i flame and i rage, i do the same in real life when i go see some football at the stadium.
my point is ( and this is the part that i will try not to sound too rude) if u cant handle " bad language" or being told what to do something , in a fast and more efficient way, pliz dont join a team and dont play online games, simple as that.

I played like 7 games today i won them all , in the last game we were wining like 400 100 and i dced , i was so upset first because it almost never happen and second because i knew that i would get an auto loss , i not even bother to come back to that game.
I ran some tests, to see if i had some packet loss , i called my isp, everything was fine.
i really think there should be a grace period to reconect.

What im trying to say is that what you wrote was not 100 percent correct, when 5 players dc and 5 dont , could have been a problem with the region ok , BUT .. NOT EVERY ONE DCED like you wrote.

I dont think this is 100 percent true… i had games that from 10 players 4 or 5 dced from the game at the same time but the rest of us stayed..

WOW again after playing 4 games today i need to stop playing pvp .
last 2 games were like this :
game starts i get close 2 from the other team come at me i duel them for 90 seconds untill i died , my team is all at mid 4 vs 2 (THEY ALL DIED ) we got triple capped and game end 500-100 no one afk they just suked

second game was exatly the same but with diferent players and diferent map, exatly teh same , i had players with 0 points at the end of the game and they didnt afk.

im sure anet can check this and see that what im saying is true.

its crazy how 4 players lose to 2 playing in 1 minute at mid , this macth making is behod stupid and i cant pvp anymore , its impossible how does this happen???

Today i actually had to stop playing after losing 4 games in a row.
Some games are just impossible to play :
I get players losing to svanir , or kiling svanir in 40 seconds then going mid to die in 3 secs or i get players double capping and zerging from one point to the other, i had a game that i capped close, then 3 came to me from the other team, i had 1 one of my team mates going far to die, 3 of my mates were taking like 50 secs to kill 1 of them at mid , so i lost close the guy that went far died ,my 3 team mates got mid AND ALL 3 LEFT MID TO GO CAPP A SIDE SHRINE the guy at far came mid and we got triple capped.
i still get like thivs and rangers and mesmers vs 2 cele dd eles cele engies and warriors.
The macth making feels like a lottary, premades should never face solos, new players shouldnt get in teams with experienced players, there should be some requirements to join ranked( like win 300 unranked games) .
im not saying only top players should join, but getting games 500- 60 its not fun to any one .
no wonder i dont see any top players joining, they play 2 – 4 games at day , this mach making really needs a lot of work.

I agree 100%, its bad enough having to play vs premades, and on top also getting players with only 10 games in pvp.
Theres only so much a guy can carry, also depends a lot what time you play, but playerz dying to svanir while we are losing mid and close its just sad.
And yes i say skipp svanir, but there is always some guy that decides 25 points are more important than mid AND THEN THEY GO MID TO FEED.
I actually stop voting for forest and legacy, if you get a new player in such maps you will lose and thats it.

The dagger auto-attack actually deals damage. Baits out dodges easy too if you stack it with locust swarm from horn.

Also, Necro kill potential is no joke no matter what build you are. Also, if you have a hard time sustaining when you have Flesh Wurm and Spectral Walk for a stun break with the highest effective HP in the game, then you are just bad if you’re implying that Necro is in a bad position.

Taking a lot of damage to kill =/= sustain. Or do Champion mobs in PvE have great sustain? Condition builds in particular for necros have horrid sustain, as life force generation is very slow and their only healing abilities are Mark of Blood (Regeneration boon) and their #6. Which is poor no matter how you look at it.

You can’t simply buff Necro right now, Necro is already stupidly strong at this current meta because their chain CC combo is so much easier to land than Warrior CC combo. Necro Boon Strip and untelegraphed CC is just braindead easy. I could even write out the combo for you if you’re just that bad.

Maybe learn how to count dodges better so you can make your power builds work. Necro right now is somewhat fine even if it’s power or condi. Just nerf it’s boon stripping so that stab doesn’t get converted into fear, it’s just so braindead broken.

Which is why Necros are oh so common like Eles, Engies, and Warriors right?

Let’s be clear: Necros are only in the meta at all because their boon corruption is so powerful. Nerf that, and no team has any reason to bring them.

Condition pressure alone doesn’t faze celestial eles, they need to have their precious boons ripped away. If you think condition pressure is the reason teams bring necros, I suggest you look at engies, which can do that and more with ease.

Necros could use some love on the defense/sustain front (and utility front for PvE). Offense is fine as it is, though.

imo i feel only condi necro is really viable atm, and one of the reason is because of boon stripping , and even so u really need to spec to boon stripping because of this eles and engies.
Having a lot of hp its not equal to sustain , im not going deep into this conversation again , but yes necros need some sustain and yes a killing a dd cele ele its not so easy like some of you are saying they cleance so fast condi and they crap boons way too fast .
I think necros are not in a bad place but they need a team helping them , yes this is a team game and balance is make around a team play not around 1 vs 1 .
If you are playing necro to win every single duel and sustain and do damage ofc you are gonna fail, necro is great to have in a party with players that can work together, but atm thats very hard because of macth making and premades vs soloers, maybe thats why some of you are saying the class is crap.
Again i say necro needs a bit more sustain and maybe some stab or a bit more swifness.
I also think cele dd eles and engies need to be tuned dow a bit .

i dont post much in the forum , but i believe this deserves some atention:
first i want to say that if you just play a game a day this will not bother you , but if you play like 30 ish games a day this will be a problem, again you will get punish for playing the game .
I do play a lot and i have a very good internet conection i dc maybe 5-6 times every 5-6 months, maybe , and i do play a lot .
The problem is the dcs i get its from anets server, last week i got 3 dcs in the same game , me and a few other players were dcing every 3 minutes of so , i even sent a ticket to anet, next game again 4 or 5 players kep dcing every 3 minutes some not even made back .
That means because of those 2 games i would get 20h dishonor? its ok if was a problem on my side , but it wasnt on my side , loads of players dcing in the same macth several times.
There will be no reason to come back after a dc because u will get a loss and dishonor , so why risk even more dcs?
Ofc everybody can say that was my internet conection , i can guarantee that it wasnt, but anyway , this is not a fair system i think we should get a 2 minute grace to comeback(remember when we got those dcs and got in the loop dcing every minute?)

Main problem here fix the 4vs 5 , i see this will be fixed well done

Fix the macth making , getting players with 0 pvp games or double capping or zerging from 1 point to other its crazy

Now another problem is the afk player that afk (for no reason ) thast a problem , ofc im not gonna say i dont afk (if the score is 300-30 after 3 minutes and no one as a clue ofc there is no reason to play ) but if the macth making will work , there will be no reason to afk , i hope there will be an option like in gw1 that u can get reported if you are just standing and not playing.
I see every 3 or 4 games players dcing , i really think anet shoul dgive a 2 minute grace .

I would like to let everyone know that i’m against afk for no reason, if you queue for a rated game you should play it , it doesnt matter you don’t like the map or you don’t like the classes you playing against .

Yes its not a lie i afk , but i do have my reasons to afk.
I afk the same way you afk , you just notice me more cause i play more often, there is 3 reasons i afk:

1- if i get 4vs 5 most likely i will afk , yes at start i used to try to win those 4 vs 5 but after a few thousand of games i kinda gave up (losing for 500-100 or 500-490 its still a loss) whos to blame? yes thats right anet is too blame 2 years and this 4 vs 5 still happen it’s crazy .

2- if i get the same player 4 or 5 games in a row that i know hes soo bad that we just can’t win , i mean we start a game i say ok i get close rest mid fast cause they have a bunker so get there fast and skipp svanir, this guy goes svanir we lose mid and he gets robbed, i still keep playing , then he’s on point im 3 meters away fighting vs 2 , and i say come and help he says i’m defending the points and he doesn’t move AND he keeps dying every minute , if i get such player 4 games in a row on the 5th or so game i will afk most likely (i told him to try hot joins cause i see he has only 10 games and hes top 20 in lederboard) whos to blame? yes thats right anet again , please make so you need like 100 wins in rated games so u get into the in lederboard there should be also a rank requirement to avoid this situations.

3 reason i afk , well not all the time but often if i get skyhammer with eles and rangers on my team vs necros and engies most likely i will afk or play like 2 minutes and after we lose all points and losing 100-10 i will afk (the map its bad enough i don’t need eles or rangers gimping the teams ) same as spirit watch even tho i dont afk at spirit i also think it should be removed because its a guardian and warriors map , last week was playing vs ROM and a few top 100 players in that map but i had Sampo (a guardian ) in my team so we won easy 500-350m or so same if i get The Titanium (guardian) also easy win its anbance the game in that map even tho i dont afk in that map its still crap. so whos to blame again? yea thats right anet because SKYHAMMER shouldn’t be in solo q anyway and on top i get this eles and rangers vs top engies and necros , come on you guys know the map its crap some of you even afk for no reason at all in that map.

-fix the 4vs 5

-make so you need at least 100 rated games to be in lederboard plus a rank requirement to join arenas(having 10 games and being top 20 its stupid , and make so if you don’t play for days your ranking drops and you don’t come to rank 1 in just 1 game thats also stupid , we get penalize for playing the game .(i was rank 68-69 before patch thank all rank 54 got to rank 80 and got even more chests than me )

-remove skyhammer and spirit watch from solo arena (make a vote system and you will se if players like this crap map .

-don’t put players with 10 games even tho there are top 20 together with players with thousands of games ) fix the lederbaod and matchmaking

- don’t stack classes, make so its equal to both sides like 1 warriors for each team a thief for each team etc etc

- remove hard counters and cheesy proc (diamond skin, IP, lich AA, nightmare runes and reapers protections (getting 5 k damage just for touching a necro its not fun) berserker stance (hard counter should be only 2-3 seconds) automated response was a good nerf well done , turret engies , MM etc etc etc

- fix all this bugs getting stuck and needing to type /dance its really crap, dropping down in skyhammer for no reason ,getting stuck in the walls, not being able to rez or stomp , lagg on servers etc etc .

I know its easier to blame some 1 than to blame ourselves or even see that anet its the one to blame actually , but anyway gl to all and see you in game (or maybe not )

the problem is not the player leaving ofc people some time have emergencies, but there should be some handiacp system kicking in like get more points for capps , or mor epoints for kills, the main problem is STARTING THE GAM EWITH 4 VS 5, there should be a ready option 30 seconds or 20 seconds before start , if you dont press then no game .starts the countdown again .
starting a ranked game with 4 vs 5 should never ever happen .

Its very real, i think a dev should even be ashame to post in here, because they can see that im telling the truth. To be honest the pvp its a mess and im sure they have they plate full, still its no excuse to ignore this type of situation.

You are considered Dishonorable because teammates repeatedly reported you for leeching, or because you repeatedly abandoned your team in Random Arenas, Alliance Battles, or Competitive Missions. You may not participate in PvP until this effect expires.

This is an effect placed upon an account that has accumulated ten or more dishonor points and lasts one minute for each dishonor point that account has received. Similar to most effects, it is displayed in the effects monitor.
Although dishonor points can only be bestowed while playing in Random Arenas, Alliance Battles, or Competitive Missions, the Dishonorable effect prevents you from entering any PvP mission, including Heroes’ Ascent, Codex Arena and Guild Battles.

Now i must ask , do they really read our emails? Are they playing the same game as us?

i would like to tell you guys what happen with my case, in case you will see yourself in the same situation.
Basically nothing happen , i got kicked from my games , got the dishonor status and had to wait the 3 days.
I sent a ticket to arena net (never got a reply , no apology no compensation , nothing) came here and posted also in the hope a dev would see and take action , also nothing happen.
what happen to me could have happen to anyone else , i think im a victim of this crap system, i’m very disappointed with anet.
well now you know if u ever get kicked and then get dishonor , dont bother sending tickets or come to the forum , just suck it up. pffffff and then anet wonder why people rage at them.

i have dishonor i see a red buff on my toolbar that says i have to wait 3 days to play again, before i could just join , now when i try it says i cant . i sent a ticket but by the time they read the 3 days will be over.

ok , i don’t know if this happen to anyone , but before the update i was in solo pvp and all of us got kicked from the game to the mists and couldn’t get in again, then again at around 21:30 + 3 gmt another small update and i got kicked again me and the others from the game , (to the mists) i loged out to update , then i logged in to see i have dishonor , i mean this is crazy , i got kicked from the games and on top i get dishonor for 3 days, now i sent a ticket but by the time they will read the 3 days would have passed . how is this fair?
Its not enough the unbalance in the game , the bugs and now this?
