Zhaitan needs retcon harder than ME3’s ending.
Tequatl is the monster Orr deserves.
Maybe the facemashing mapchat whiners will leave after a few days and leave it to coordinated parties to earn their unique drops with heaping helpings of persistence and effort.
transmutation stones FTW
Eh. Two bad people on turrets can screw you. Definitely a bad move, especially since they made it an achievement to get on and half the people AFK using them waiting for the spawn.
Allow me to clear this up.
1. The meta will be available for 2 weeks.
2. The Tequat’l fight is permanent content; Rox and the dragon clue hunts will go away after 2 weeks.
3. “Boss Week” is a Shark Week joke.Too bad you guys didn’t release this on Shark Week. It would have been glorious! xD
Sharks and World Bosses don’t get along. :P
WTB megalodon world boss underwater battle with a chance for unique ascended skins
oh the tears
Anet is conspiring against us, slowly taking away our sources of income until we’re forced to buy and sell gems. It’s the only logical answer.
Also, anyone know the forge recipe to turn this tinfoil tophat into a tinfoil kippah? Shalom.
The only appeal to Queensdale over Frostgorge is that each champ is a group kill event. You still make more from the guaranteed exotic boxes up in the cold, so the main attraction would be karma.
And since I need karma and don’t like Queensdale, I’m with Lambent on that Bloodtide suggestion. I know the terror and spider queen are close to WPs; shark and jungle troll are about as long a run as FG’s troll. Don’t know about the ooze.
I think gore is against forum rules.
How long ‘til some jolly forumites hop along to say Anet’s forcing them into WvW to avoid fractals/save laurels?
Scrub Fractals?
WE’LL MAKE OUR OWN SCRUB FRACKLES
WITH BLACKJACK AND QUAGGANS
Troll? That’s a risen priest of some sort, mango.
Mini Karka is the sexiest minipet and you can’t deny it.

“Introducing Infusions and Ascended Gear in WvW
Now you can purchase Ascended rings and amulets and upgrade your WvW abilities with six new Infusions that give your character special WvW bonuses! Just speak to the new Laurel and Badge Merchants on each map."
I’m guessing it’s a discounted amount of laurels. Maybe 10-20 laurels + a stack or two of badges.
Fascinating.

I will not be satisfied until I can ride a karka.
Let me die happy, Anet.
You’re the mount, karka’s ride you instead, and thus they die happy!
I will be the best mount and lover my karka partner could ask for, Based Col. v-v
Regular one definitely looks better.
Standard forum reaction to any change in GW2.
It’s especially great for commanders in WvW.

NORN SMURT
(Why yes, it was necessary)
With a drop rate like that you have to wonder what the point of creating a dozen or so new skins was — the only thing most players are going to wind up with is buyers remorse.
They’re still buyers; they spent money, which tells Anet that RNG is still successful and should be repeated for more profit.
But for how long?
How long will people put money into RNG, get nothing and come to the forums to tell Anet that selling RNG is wrong?
Crab Toss Champion is the only honorable title in the game.

Yeah, because running a dungeon I really enjoyed over and over because I wouldn’t get to later + decent loot/chance at limited rare items that would only be attainable for those two weeks makes me a terrible player and cancer of the game.
Wash the red out of your panties and quit the personal attacks, thanks.
Farming anything in SS is farming crates. They’re worth a good 50s minimum, potentially more (one of mine had four passion flowers, thirteen karka shells), so much better than a normal rare even if you get crap.
Gotten 20 so far, ranging 350-417 magic find, not hardcore farming. It really isn’t that bad.
Since they can’t be traded, ‘worth’ may not be the right word.
They’re definitely limited, though. A year from now someone can still forge any legendary; the same can’t be said for fused weapons.
They didn’t cost nearly as much gold, either.
A year from now, the event can be repeated.

If they could stop spawning drakes period, that’d be nice.
Stunlocked and slaughtered by another instakill GW2 AoE is just such an enriching experience.
I ran it 53 times and only once did someone in my party get lucky (jetpack).
Ten shouldn’t have given you anything.
There are 10x the nests/karka roaming around below the plateau. You never looked down?
The horrific misuse of a semicolon from OP annoyed me more than their whining about multiplayer in an MMO.
What Gin said.
Or, y’know, tag along with the people who’re paying the mesmers to port them up.
Spewing on the forums doesn’t get you the sample, sadly.
I got 203% due to a random piece of gear, but nothing from my food, so I guess it won’t stack with other consumables. If you have a MF set though…
I think the food just doesn’t show or something.
._.
A modicum of difficulty? Oh sweet Quag kill me now, this is completely against true gaming and GW2’s ethics. Brb quitting 9ever and devoting the rest of my life to crying on the forums.
On a side note, the last time I did this puzzle was on a character much larger than I usually jump with after two months between the last time I did skipping stones, and I did it the first try. It really isn’t hard. At all.
If that’s still not enough for you, Mesmers flock to the end to make money porting people up to it and it isn’t even necessary for the achievement. Although I guess even the illusion of minor challenge can scare some people.
Probably I’m just not good enough but I couldn’t manage it. The last thing I need is elitists telling me how easy it is. Sure you mastered it, but I didn’t. I would appreciate a bit of respect.
On the other hand, playing blindfold chess is easy too imho … I don’t trash talk others who can’t.
oh yeah well i can touch my nose with my toes
I can do that too
stop crushing my dreams
This is why I giggle whenever someone says GW2 favors melee.
Except Flissy is right; buying chests is no more gambling than putting a quarter into one of those press-on-tattoo machines and turning the handle; you’re gonna get something every time, just maybe not what you wanted. You can’t “lose” when buying chests, you can only be really disappointed.
Me, I don’t like being disappointed, so I don’t buy em.
Is it still tempting people to trust luck for the item they want? Yes? Then it’s still gambling.
Nobody went buying BL keys when the fused weapon skins came out for crafting boosters and merchant expresses. It’s still odds. There’s still a jackpot. You just get trash instead of nothing. It’s still a loss, as it’s not the item you were hoping for.
It makes money from the people more likely to spend it but gets them kitten if the RNG screws them over. They’re probably losing profits in the long run with all these real-cash gambling hooks from the people who blow a bunch and ragequit instead of spending 10$ on a skin and staying to spend again and again.
Now let the flaming commence
can you not

I’ve done that JP a total of three times. Which really wasn’t the point (see: ‘On a side not’). Said point being that it’s completely unnecessary and you can just take a portal up there anyway. Though, I already said that and you failed to absorb it, so really no point in repeating myself.
They put the funk back in it.
I really want to watch a huge Norn in a tiny bulging speedo /dancing in public.
The game is based on seeing where the crab is. If you’ve just a bit of lag, you can’t see when it falls. Thus making it impossible to play successfully.
I’ve already given up on doing achievements. I’ll never win.
It’s less about picking the crab up and more about playing keep-away when you do get it.
I usually just run up behind the person going to pick it up and jack it the millisecond they stoop.
RNG. Never trust RNG. RNG will kitten your brains out. Stay away from RNG.
Go farm CoF and other speedruns and then exchange the gold to gems and buy the boxes. It’s easier.
Better yet, take advantage of the +200% MF and straight-up farm them from SS. The boxes cost 4-5g in gems as is. You’re likely to get at least one an hour, in addition to all the other T6 mats, karka shells, masterworks and rares you’ll pile up.
STOP BUYING BOXES FROM GEM STORE, dont keep supporting this gambling
I’ll support what I want, thank you.
i wish you see my idfc face i have right now
You just contradicted yourself.
Are we getting rowdy and comparing internet weewees?
I wear my commander tag while out to gather nodes. My e-peepee is obviously superior.
You get them quite easily — and for free — killing in SS, especially with that magic find on. Definitely no reason to buy them.
The only time I give and buy RNG is when I have the gold to blow. Real cash gems are only for Anet’s non-kittenish sales. -.^
Lag’s my main problem with it (after the end of my last round I got kicked to Heart of the Mists o.0). Sure the rolling karka and whatnot are annoying, but they apply to everyone.
Took me a little more than a half hour to get the achievements, and for the last few rounds I was sometimes doubling the combined score of everyone else. I know it was hell for a lot of people (I was starting to hate it a bit early on), but it gets quite simple and fun (minus stunlock) once you know what’s going on.
Really only one strategy to win it. Gotta go fast :V)
Ehh. The sickle and hatchet are definitely coming out, just no word on when.
We didn’t get the pick first-thing, remember. I’d suspect the sickle is next in line, what with how prominent passiflora are all of a sudden (that or they’ll come out together).
So I can channel my PvE commander powers and utilize superior tier 1 tactics to lead all of our player vs. dumb AI conquests to victory.
EVERYONE STACK ON DEISEL
