1 more thing I now see that need to be fix is Camps in EB, they are way to Close, move them so it takes the Dolys 3min longer to walk to itch building, same with Bay on border maps.

I am on SFR and I want that you get Points for Active playing not as it is now, been here from nov 2012 so been with on its up and downs.

And as I wrote many times before I think the only way to go is that the reward for the server and players are set so you get nothing on a building that have no upgraded and no defense, something like 0-40% upgraded and 0-60% defends on players.

With then do if you have a weak night team they can all go to 1 building and defend that.

Ps remove tick points totally.

Been thinking about a change to Bloodlust that a-net can do and that is that you need to hold 4spots for 30sec then it is yours.

And then you will need to kick players, if 3 leave server b then 3have to be kicked from c and a, no Think that is a good idea.

Still think the solution is to give points/exp for battles not capping undefended places, that goes most defiantly for the new map, now its a zerg capping and getting karma and kitten for doing nothing, lower so they get 0karma 0 exp if its not defended.

Simple its so annoying to have some come in to TS or mapchat saying 15 must leave so we can get in and do GVG, with then mean that they will take 20slots doing nothing for the server only mess around doing kitten and then cry cry cry don’t come here kill our op. You have that jumping map you can play at for now, that anet should probably do some type off tournament for GVG I think is good, but it have nothing to do with WvWvW.

Scout mastery should se stealthed players to.

Why exactly? Right now there isn’t a good spot to do GvG. If anet ever does implement some different pvp modes (which I fully support) it will just pull more people out of WvW.

PPT is a joke because the population and coverage is so far out of balance.So if the game mode is broken to the point where playing for PPT doesn’t make sense, why not give people a spot to WvW? There is a very good chance a lot of those people will stick around to help the server when they are done with their match.

The problem with time limitation is some in EU works evening and then play at night when they come home from work, should they then not be allowed to play?

If you lower so servers and most important players get no reward if the building have no upgraded and no defense that would in it self fix it.

Like your server have 10player online, then those 10 decide we will defend Crag top and north Camp nothing else, so only way for the enemy to get points is to attack Crag top / north camp and that will then give the 10guys points for defending it.

Don’t Think removing White sword is good, change it so they only come if gate/wall is attacked is fine do.

Change so servers only get points when activity happens, defending building, capping building, kills and so on.

And bring back banner lord, that made fights a lot longer and harder for the attackers.

One more thing you can do Arena net is add lists, like most kills, highest damage, most heal, most scout points were you have 5 lists, 1 is from you login to you logout, 1 week from reset to reset, 1month, 1year 1 lifetime.

So you press a key and get to se list off top 10 “now” it count from the player login to map until he logs out, and there you can check all 3 servers, all different lists, also select class, that is something that players would have something to fight for them self.

Everyone want to se them self as nr1.

Fun to se Deso say same as SFR, we blame Deso for blobbing, the problem is as soon as we get resistance with usually is around 20.00 then we have queue on all 4 maps, yesterday at home map it was 1 guild group with 30-40players and one Pug group with around 40players then problem was Deso had 1 big blob and same with Elona so both server ran with ~80man group were deso had 3 guilds running together (close) so ofc it ended up with both commanders running close so you cod match, its normal and it would be stupid to not do that, when you know it will be 80 you face (for all 3 servers) that you don’t run as 1 group.

Only thing I see that can fix it is penalty’s, like bigger group then 30 then you take 10% more damage, bigger group then 50 you take 20% more damage.

What would you pay real $£€ for?

New score system, you get points depending on lvl and how many defenders:
T0 (Paper) you get 0points for all buildings
T1 Camp 3 Tower 5 Keep 10 SM 15 points for buildings
T2 Camp 6 Tower 10 Keep 20 SM 25 points for buildings
T3 Camp 10 Tower 15 Keep 30 SM 40 points for buildings
1 Tear is Reinforced gate and walls, 1tear Fortify, 1tear (Mortar tower) (Waypoint Keep/SM). (for supply camp T1 2 first upgrades and then 1 T ever on secund row.
And you only get points when it get attacked.

Then 2 part is how many defend, camp 10players then max point, tower 20players, keep/SM 30players, how much points it should give maybe as many as players so if you attack a camp that have no upgraded and 2 defenders the winning side get 2points, attack a tower that have 2 upgrades 5 players defending 15points to winning side, points only give when fight over, attackers capped or sword ended.

Defender is players that do damage, so you cant just stand watch and that way get points, like 10 stand next to camp let other take then change spot.

This way you have to think if you really should upgrade bay/hill on home map, you will give enemy points even if you dont defend it.

It will always be a advantage to have more players, but as it is now that you get full Point no mater how many players are in or if its paper or fully upgraded is bad, both for the ones that want to only kill and players like me that want to protect.

Read something that actually made me reconsider and that was instead off having tick point you only get points when you defend or cap, what the points should be then I have no idea, but you can still use something like this were a building is more worth the better it is upgraded for defenders/attackers and then take in the calculation how much damage the attack/defend do especially for the player reward. (like 0 defender 0 reward for the player) (changed to damage done so it will make it harder to cheat, then they cant just stand with 10players in a tower to get better reward)

My idea around dolys is that I know they removed all reward on dolys and then give a reward were you can carry more supply for a time I think is a good solution, maybe lower time like 30min and race how long you have to protect doly to get gold, something like 80-100% trip gold, 60-79% trip silver, 30-59% bronze, now you only have to run next to doly for like 10% to get gold.

This system would work ENTIRELY in favor of the PvD servers. The main complaint people have with off-NA coverage in NA matchups is that they go to bed with the maps looking relatively even, then wake up to find that the server with the best coverage has FULL T3 STRUCTURES ON EVERY MAP!

And then the most important part is that if your server have buildings for 400points you don’t autonomic ally tick that and how you solve that is simple, you count how many players there is on the 4 WvW maps and there you do 0% = 10% then for every 1% players you gain 1.5% in tick, so if there is 10% full on all 4 maps and your server have 400Points you will tick 20% of that with then mean tick is 80. When there is 60% full on all 4 maps and all 3 servers you tick 100%
Then to take a building that is fully upgraded and fully defended we say you get 100points (50k exp), then if there is 0defenders you get 10% 10points 5k exp and then race the points you get with how many defenders, say 10def camp, 20tower, 30keep/sm is what is needed to get to max.

First of all, this sounds extremely complicated, especially if the point tick is constantly changing every time a new guild decides to form up on a map, or whenever a guild ends their raid and starts going to bed. This is also one of those systems that would be easy to exploit, as the moment your main guilds start to log off or you see your server’s WvW population start to dip, you would immediately have Commanders yelling “EVERYONE OUT OF THE TOWERS NOW! Defending anything on this map only means handing bonus points to the enemy!” etc, etc.

Escorting Dolys should give a buff were bronze give you +1supply you can carry Silver +2 Gold +3 supply you can carry and it last for 1hour (only successful escorts), it don’t stack but the 1hour is reset/you get higher if you had bronze and then do Gold you get +3 instead off +1 if you Escort again within the hour you have the buff.
When queue on the map lower AFK timeout to 5min and if you run against a wall to 2min, if you have scout buff and are in scout area AFK timer normal 10min.
And add so you get 1point for stomp without any bloodlust then +1 for every BL your server have.
That way it will be much harder to gain points with PVD, you will need to hold your building until they are upgraded with takes a lot off time and a small group can take supply camp / kill dolys with then stops upgrades.

I’m going to assume that you were NOT playing GW2 anytime time in 2012, or near release, as there is a good (albeit sad) reason why escorting Dolyaks doesn’t give any tangible rewards… back when the game came out, and for several months after, escorting a Dolyak to its respective tower/keep gave essentially the same rewards as taking a camp, but was 1,000 times easier, and could be repeated over and over again on a set schedule, for as long as you held the camp. As a result, back in 2012 we used to have massive armies of 50+ people doing NOTHING but escorting Yaks for hours on end, in every timezone, in every Tier!

What you have listed here is different, and isn’t really a bad idea, but it certainly doesn’t address any balance issues. This would likely work in favor of the higher population servers, actually, as it would simply become part of the meta to have your full zerg escort a Dolyak once an hour along the shortest available route. Hello, 20 Omega Golem rush from the most stacked server in the matchup…

And I think its unfair that you have to run in pve map to finish it, live with it.

I’m not 100% sure if it’s just me, or a few people, but I’ve been determined to get 100% map completion, and it’s proving darn near impossible with WvW maps being included. I’m on the Isle of Janthir server, and every time I, or a group of friends and I try to roam the map to get these points, we always run into a zerg and die.
I find it unfair to make people who don’t like playing WvW to have to play it for map completion.
Is there any way in the possible future (you think?) that we can keep those maps separate when it comes to completion?
What is your opinion on the 100% map completion containing WvW? Do you like the extra challenge, or is it just incredibly annoying as it is for me?

Dont like Guild Alliances idea, still Think the easiest and best way is to weigh the Points the server gets with how many is playing at that time.

Like any work space if they at day have 1000works and night 10, the night time will not produce as much.

Problem with specific places for siege is that the enemy change were they attack so then you can end up were you cant build defense.

Rams its easy they can only be place next to enemy gate, but rest is hard.

They have super leap so they can jump in to Lord room, or they use so they can go under ground and that way kill lord.

Keep your eye on Lords HP and when it start to go down AOE floor in Lord room.

My way make it so defending is worth it, but building siege will not gain you any etra points, now its not worth defending Fully upgraded keep because you will get the same points when you recap it that you did when it was fully upgraded.

Preferably they should also then add so you get 1point for stomp without any blood, that way the main income to the server will be from Stomps, but we that want defend will give a incentive that before you done upgrades (wall/gate) you get 0 points in tick for building.

And then to counter the night capping will give a server a lot off point you way the real point the server get with how many player is in playing WvW.

Lunacy Solacio.6514 i don’t think you should be able to remove siege, or only the owner should be able to do that, i know you cant then remove trolls siege other way then now let timer go out, and I never sad anything about upgrades, anyone can start a upgrade even if it is 0 supply, what I want is limit so players can not remove supply from Crag (my home) under a specific number, so when it is paper it would be 60supply so the wall upgraded have a bigger chance off getting finish, don’t know how many time I been with that you know now with this dolys 70 supply Wall/Gate get finished and some **** come take 10-15 supply and the wall/gate don’t get finished and enemy come and take down the wall/gate and cap it.

Ps I totally agree that the name off the owner should stand on siege.

And that players that want to empty your tower would block so you cant empty it work against them self.

Yes trolls can then make guild and start buffs, but they will need to have buffs that help the server running to be able to mess with the server.

You can claim without any buffs. It doesn’t take much to be able to claim. So not only have there been troll guilds claiming things just so others cannot, now you are giving them tools to troll further. And with guild buffs working across servers… it is even easier and cheaper now. As for cursing out players, if you go to the extreme like it seems you do, then yes you could very well have a suspension, because that behavior puts you on par with the trolls, or possibly worse.

My idea around siege troll is that when you claim a building you can set a % off supply player can take when building is not in combat, something like 20, 30, 40, 50, 60% were 60% is highest you can select, so a fully upgraded keep can hold 1700 supply then players can take supply down to 1020 if it set to 60% after that they get warning and if they still take the guards see them as enemy and gate turn red so they can’t enter/leave.
For a guild to claim a building they need at least 1 buff running and when all buff run out they lose the claim.

Here you can also add a guild buff that makes timer on siege longer. (should be under Art of War lvl 3 or 4, cost 200points)

Then buffs guild can add on supply camp should be +5 supply, faster regain off supply in the camp (here you cannot set limit off how much supply you can take).
More a reward for Doly protection, were you get a buff that last for 1hour that do so you can carry more supply, bronze +1, silver +2, gold +3 supply and the doly must finish it run to get the buff.

If you build ram left, middle and right side off gate it should not be able to lock down all on 1 trap.
