Write it again, instead off having rotation on map do so every player that have entered a borderland map can vote with map your server should have as home borderland map next week. For the vote you simple go to a npc at citadel and place your vote.
I would prefer if you cod vote with map your server should have as it home border map every week, so you open a window vote sometime under the week and if Desert get most you get dessert, if Alpine get most vote you get Alpine next week.

Still think that going with Active points only is the best solution, remove automatic upgraded and revert to old upgraded system were a player need to start upgraded and have 9 upgrades, if you like keep it so it dont cost supply, it needs x amount off dolys to get in.
So points will be gain form kills, stomps, upgrades on buildings, defending of buildings and capping building, cap give same amount off points as defenders gain on upgrades done.
Still dislike it but dislike it less, the keeps are so confusing and to get to keeps or simple get out off midle is still to hard, they need to remove most off the walls that block you and make it like hills you can run up/down from.
A fix would be if you queue to EB and are in a Borderland map you get logout off that borderland map
EB = 350 queue BL = 5-15 queue.

Also happend on old map, the Tower South of hills if you hit in midle off opening it hit all walls around, Crag when they trebed from Camp to the east it hit all walls and so on.

Please don’t add auto upgraded on buildings in Old borderland and don’t change when you get WP it should be last in a line off upgrades.
And keep so it require supply to do upgraded, if you want to change do change like I suggested that dolys drop off 50/100supply Tower and half go to upgraded half to what players can use.
fine with me to lower damage on AC and fix so players AOE cant hit up at wall/Cliffs.
My home Dawn/Crag/Cliff hade a purpose so I cod be there scouting and feel that I did something good for my server.
Now I just hope they also fix Elementals and so AOE so it cant hit everything in the tower, so attackers are forced to use Ballista, Cat, Treb or AC to clean up defense.

Sad it before say it again, easyest solution remove PPT then only points your server will gain is from kills, upgradeds and capping/defending buildings. So if there is no enemy the only Points you can gain your server is Points that the enemy can get back when you leave.
Race how much a doly carry so it drops of 50supply to Tower and 100supply to Keep/SM (2x if doly is upgraded) and have to 2stacks in tower/Keep/SM were by default 50% end up in Building stack and 50% in play stack (this don’t have to be 2stack but you have 2 different number values). Building stack is for upgrades on buildings that then workers take from to upgraded. The other stack any player can take from to use for whatever they like. When a guild claim a building that guild can change % on what end up in Build stack and player stack from 80% to 20%.
And 1 every hour a player in the guild that own the building can move supply from 1stack to the other. The guild can also select if workers should repair building, by default the works repair Wall/Gate if they don’t have upgraded running, but you can
select, worked repair nothing, Gate, Wall, Oil, Canon, Mortar.
This way you also give use that want to defend something new.
That it feels like you do something to help your server.

With my solution i would play a lot more because then it would be worth my time to defend a building, if you only get points when upgraded is done or when you defend / take a building. And then the main Points would come from kills, if it is to defend, to cap or open field combat.
Stand The Wall no it is a map that is made to kill fighting. There is so many thing wrong with it but main is you cant run point A to point B, like from Keep a to Keep B in straight line (S/E), you have to run north, west, south, eats, north west, north, east, south, north, east then finally west to get up so you can run east again.
On old map running from Garry to Bay you jumped down sw and ran straight sw and you were at Bay.
If they made it flat and removed all traps, change Canon in midle so it can shoot max 3shoot at 1target were it makes 50% on paper/shoot, 40% on reinforced/Shoot, 30% on fortify/shoot, with would do so ión paper you can take down 1wall/gate and 50% off 2.
Use it as a PVE event map.

No tick points only points for active play, kills is worth 1point stomp 2points + 1-3points if you have bloodlust. The statue you now have on BL change them to “blood lust” so all 3 servers can have it on that map and add something on EB.
Then we come to buildings, I start with defense because there my idea is simple, don’t matter with lvl the upgraded is for points on defense and why it is simpler to defend the better upgraded the building is, so the points is counted on how many that attack the building and it is 3 lvl, for it:
Camps 1-3players lvl 1, 4-9players lvl 2, 10+players lvl 3
Tower 2-6players lvl 1, 7-14players lvl 2 15+players lvl 3
Keep 2-9players lvl 1 10-19players lvl 2 20+players lvl 3
SM 2-14 players lvl 1 15-29players lvl 2 30+ players lvl 3
(1 player should be able to put building in combat without giving enemy points, if 1 player attack east gate and 1 west gate without siege it counted as 1) what the points should be for the different lvl I leave to you at Arena net.
Then we come to attacking a building: here I think the points for upgrade off the building should be counted as 40% and how many defenders to 60% off the total points gain if you take it. And why I think players should give more points is that PvD without defense is easy, so it should give less points to cap a fully upgraded undefended building then capping a fully defended building that is paper (lvl 0).
The points defense get for upgrading buildings the enemy get if they cap the building undefended, if it’s defended you add points from how many defenders it was.
Points for defending should not be given out until battle is over.
3players feel like a low number so that i dont se any problem with.
1. Remove passive Points only Active Points.
2. Remove 80% off all AOE skills and make them singel target
3. Remake borderland map
4. Stop so damage go through wall, gate, roofs and smaller damage zone on Cata, Treb, Balista.
5. Change back stun skills as it was Before.

No, great idea you can destory the wall without taging a building, i guess you meen until x guards are killed, not not killed.

Think they will make a new EB that is a jumping puzzle like the new Ravin map they added as Borderland map.
All siege damage except AC should be remade, Cata, Treb, Balista should do damage were they hit not 100m around were they hit. And remove 80% off a player AOE.
Nice idea noughtyous maximus, maybe do so you Place it and then 5-10players can use it and when you Place it you select your Group, your Squad, your Guild or anyone and it will not work in to a enemy building if nothing is open. What i men with that is you can’t do it in lord room in Garry if inner and outer gates/wall are up. And maybe set a limit to 2 WP within a area and 10min CD.
Phantom.8130 2 map looks good (remake off first so not the 3) only thing i miss there is a road between middle camp to 2/3 servers North Tower.
The maps should be with few chock points and relatively flat like alpine map was.
They would only make it more laggy, then the computer/server need to keep track off players up in the air to and ofc new way to cheat.
Were bad idea, keep PVe things to PVE maps, we need less pve focus and more PVP focus.

4. Score bored with Points earned, kills, defense, caps and so on.
5. Fix Guild cost, like 2x supply should you be able to get in a solo guild, need some to make guild hall but after that.

Steelo if you upgraded “enemy” Buildings that are hard to defend it will be a +-0 Point game so you have to deside what Buildings is it Worth to upgrade becase them you need to defend so the enemy cant get the Points.
Steelo still do so there is no passive Points then you cant gain any Points for your server if there is no enemy’s except the Points you gain by capping buildings/upgrading them. And then the other servers can gain back the same amount off points your server gain under the night by capping the Buildings and upgrading them on the day/evening.
The problem with your idea is that then players that have there prime time at 12.00 to 16.00 will get peneltys, better to simple give Active Points no passive tick that way if there is few online playing you will gain few Points.
