Vampiric traits are not affected by healing power , however if you are a MM and have one hand dagger , you will have a very awesome life siphoning that saves your life all the time.
I’m a MM 80 necro and it’s rare to drop my HP under 90% thanks to my minions.

Got the salamander drake as main pet as it got the strongest skill , but what about a secondary pet ??
I use it in dangerous situations when the drake dies , so I want it to be a defensive pet that heal me alot till I kill the mobs.
Does Moa have the best healing skill ? if that’s so , I will get the blue one for its protection.

The best way to do it will be the torch , it can have 2 summoning skills that summon flame minions ( like Hounds of Balthazar ).

lifestealing build without a full MM build – Vampiric master trait , is weak and unreliable.
With 6 minions + this trait , your healing will be wonderful.

Hmm I like the idea of having some weapon based minions, but I don’t think we should be changing the staff for this kind of thing. We MM don’t want to force our type down other Necro’s throats :P
However, I do agree that this is one way we can get a bit more minions out in the field. If perhaps the torch was added as another off hand weapon for Necro, maybe something like your idea could be implemented. That way, we have a weapon for us, yet it doesn’t bother other people’s playstyle.
With the lack of a full set of summons, there’s always the option of having a DS summon skill in there too. I mean, with only 4 skills, there is an availability to add a bit more

Here is my idea >>
1- MM should have the ability to use a weapon which summon minions through all its skills ( except the 1st one of course ) , so totally he will get 9 summoning skills.
The weapon may be staff or something else , don’t say anything about Lich Form as we want a permanent one not elite skill.
2- With Vampiric master trait , minions should be able to heal them selves too which will increase their survivability much more.
Minions AL and Vampiric skills should be fixed so they will be affected with healing power.

But you can slowly make gold by selling the ingredients for crafting, because many people craft to gain levels to 80. And since the drop rate is so low, i only see the prices going up for ingredients.

I have reached level 25 , however there are not any recipes to get or discover atm .
All items that get me some profit are grey ( won’t get exp by crafting them ).
The others ( orange , yellow ore blue ) will cost me more than their profit.

Jewlery will get you the most money back whereas cooking will get you the least amount back. Crafting is always done at a loss, unless you gather materials yourself.
But the difference between the cost and the profit is small , isn’t it ?
Depends on the crafting skill, cooking can be maxed at a cost of around 2g while others will run you as high as 6-8g.
Anyways , I have figured out a way that always makes the profit more than the cost.

If I got level 20 character , how many levels will I reach by getting 400 exp in cooking ?You gain about 10 levels by crafting to 400 in any craft. So, if you are level 20 and get 400 cooking, you will level up 10 levels to 30.
There are 8 crafting disciplines , so this mean that I can reach level 80 just by crafting. ( As you said that each crafting discipline will get me 10 levels )

I’m a pure MM and I think that it’s the best build even with their AL and the other bugs. ( Many players share the same thought )

IMO power. It would synergize better with what you’ve already got going between your bombs, mines and grenades, all explosive weapons and all benefiting from power.
So I should not get condition damage at all ( just increasing power and other stats ) or should I be a hybrid ?

I will keep my off hand dagger for bleeding and blinding.

I’m hybrid ( power and condition ), My main weapon is staff so I land my marks then switch to DD any keep fighting till the 10 seconds end.
I’m a MM so power just affects my daggers . Do you advise me to replace my one hand dagger with specter ?

My set focuses on condition damage and power , ( toughness and vitality as well ). I use staff 1st ( landing the 3 marks ) , switch to daggers which will give me 3 stacks of might for 20 sec and + 5% damage then use death shroud to use Life blast ( will give me 1 stack of might , total will be 4 ) . Now I have powered up the Life Transfer so I use it to damage my foes and heal my minions. Finally , I use all my dagger skills till the swapping cool down finishes then use the staff again and so on.
If u played MM well , you will rarely die or even be in downed mode.

With power shoes and speedy kits , no one can catch you while you spamming bombs.
Bomb got the strongest normal attack and the best survivability ( if played well ).
I got 2 pistols just for the sigils as I use the kits more often.( the 3rd and 5th pistol skills are very useful for bombs )

1) Mutations – for minions and their summoner. That is nothing else than a customisation option – for visual impact and, more importantly – ways that skills work.
For example – mutation for flesh golem to have 4 legs and better armored hide, plus charge skill and more aggro on attack. Or some ugly hive-thing on back which would give him permanent desease/dmg aura.
Blood fiend – let him have 3 heads so he could attack faster but heal for less or let him have one big eye which can heal and stun opponent.
Mutations for playes – axe hand – Let main weapon merge with flesh and bone to have more powerful attacks but lesser range (each weapon could have this option).
Lungs’ methamorphosis – make players able to spit something disgusting but very effective and combo-able with other skills.
This could make MM builds alone very diverse and add usefulness of minions to other builds.
5) Armor should have unique skins for necromancers – combinations of flesh, bone, blood, spider webs, decayAll in all necromancer should feel evil. Mine looks like ambassador of trust and honor Even in all his dark-red-and green colours.
And really, no – whoooosh, whoooosh sounds of attack. Staff should send raging and agonising souls of slain enemies shrieking, screaming, roaring as if they have their flesh ripping from bones.
Necromancer attacking with axe should groan, howl and wail as if only his hatred for living things was giving him strength to swing one more time.So, these are some ideas to make necromancer a little bit appropriate in my opinon.
