Need some oppinions
The shield Eidolon

What sword and mace skins go well with that shield?
Besides Jormag’s breath
http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Jormag's_Breath
oh wow, well… god forbid you make some friends in a mmo or ask for help or anything. Perhaps the next legendary (armor or weapon or any other colleciton achievement ) should be you just clicking next next yes yes accept accept install give me my precursor reward type of achievement…
People these days in their ascended zerkers gear cant solo a champ and qq about it on forums…
Meanwhile, canthas 10th anniversary is coming soon. Nudge nudge, hint hint, wink wink.
and what would be the point in buying bag expansions or having 20 slot bags if you could simply buy a 20 slot account wide inventory slots?
its ment for a few convenient items that you can usually use on all characters at any ponit. Such as salvage kits, gizmos and such…
yes you can make 1 legendary and transmute its skin to another weapon and “dual weild” legendaries.
Can also make a new character and transmute the starting weapon into the legenadary and run around the tutorial area with one
in my oppinion you are comparing 2 very different things.
You are comparing farming which is focusing your entire time and attention into doing repetitive specific things in the most optimized and fastest way to gain profit with exploring which is simply going to wherever you wish, perhaps a jumping puzzle, perhaps a mini dungeon, oh wait lets jump on that nearby event and after that we might go to a point of interest.
And if you are comparing only the profit of farming vs the profit of completing 100% map for its bonus map rewards…well…again its 2 very different things as you can farm SW, mats, dungeons, fractals ect infinitely but can only finish a map 100% once (on a character).
As for maximizing your gold per hour well… there are multiple “official” ways that anet gave us that we can do daily (2g from daily achievement, 10+gold from doing 8 dungeon paths, tons of SW rewards and other new hot map rewards).
You can also experiment with the trading post, perhaps also with turning karma into gold (but once you exausted all of your karma you need to farm more), or perhaps upgrading a material into higher tier for profit, perhaps opening bags or maybe salvaging, farm events for bonus rewards on certain maps (frostgorge gave powerful bloods, giant eyes and charged lodestones one after another a couple weeks ago).
My suggestion is to try all of them and take notes how much it took you and how much you earned. Then combine them into a hour or two of your gameplay time and there ya go.
Do note that farming can exaust a person and make the game seem boring…
Should any skins be exclusive?
Yes, they should be exclusive skins only available from and or during certain “events”.
Dungeon skins are exclusive to players who play the specific dungeons, nobody is complaining about that (yet….)
Karma vendor skins are also exclusive.
Annual festival skins/minipets are also okay (as long as they are within the normal limits… getting 1-3 sab skins per year (realistically) form the available 68 is super bad…and then theres also those radios and moto backpacks and minipets that take away my baublebubbles…
Old pvp skins, and other skins that got removed from the game should be re added into the game via mf (the simplest way) or via karma vendor, or via laurel vendor, or via wvw token vendor.
Seriously? This thread became a he said/she said argument, because someone shared an opinion? Yet the comment wasn’t rude, wasn’t negative, didn’t call someone who liked the gloves a name, or impugn the reputation of those who choose to wear them. If someone had done any of those things, we’d hope that a forum member would report it using the handy flag to the right of every post.
But in this case, someone simply indicated that they weren’t a fan of that particular item, and really, that’s ok. While I personally wouldn’t have posted because I would not see such a comment as making any sort of valid contribution, the comment wasn’t acceptable, and it sure as heck wasn’t worthy of a whole argument!
welcome to the forums… where people just love to bandwagon the qq train, smash on everyones opinion while thinking their own is perfect in every way, find excuses about everything and ofc, throw hate on everything thats good as well as bad…
All for no apparent reason besides bitterness, cynicism, sarcasm and ofc having nothing better to do than analyze every single word someone said quote and bash it to bits.
Btw , loving the gloves!
We will know at the end of living world season 3.
Unless they decide to ignore the dragons completely and drop the expansion No2 with dragon related content only in 1 loooooooong eeeppiiiic personal story. Separating the dragon fight within the personal story from the expansion No2 zones.
That way we get a dragon hunt saga and a dragon fight that we deserve, without the weird timey-wimey wooblydoobly mess we got now.. maybe?
not more spamable, just increase the wind up time a bit
i ment it already is spamable.
i think it would help both, cus in pvp for example, condition get cleaned quite fast and bleeding isnt able to do its full damage most of the time
except people have only so much condi cleanse while the encro has a endless amount of spamable bleeds that hits you from left and right. A necro in a pvp match doesnt need to get to a point where he can stack 30 bleed stacks on you to 1 shot you with his 20k dps ticks. He is there to put pressure on you and whoever he sees fit to focus on.
why would it change anything on those bosses? the overall damage on bleed would stay the same if you reduce the duration by the same small amount the damage goes up
It changes dramatically as more dmg comes in shorter time by 10-100 people, again the bleedings are spamable via so many skills and traits unless you dramatically lower its duration to that of a burning 1-3 seconds. But at that point the dmg of the bleed will be on pair of the burning and essentially you will end up with 2 burning conditions. Except one has tons of traits and spamability via skills and the other does not.
if you consider that burning deals like 3 times the damage of bleed and your skills can stack up the same amount of stacks with the skills and sometimes even more stacks of burn than bleed, a 30% shift from duration to damage is fine in my eyes.
unless you count guardians (who dont even have bleeds) what profession is it that you mentioned that “can stack up the same amount of stacks with the skills and sometimes even more stacks of burn than bleed”??
Burning = Short duration ,higher dmg
Bleeding=long durations, “low” dmg (compared to burning)
i understand your idea of “concentrating dmg” from the duration by each stack, but that still leaves us with lots of skills that are quite spamable and that stacks bleeds from here to heaven and that would end up dealing significantly more dmg than burning…
Power +precision is for those who want a steady and or bursty raw dps
Conditions are for those who want to build stacks of conditions in order to keep a steady amount of damage ticks (depending on your build they can go even higher in dps than those of a bursty/ raw dps build).
I know its said tons but i feel the need to say this again “they all have their strengths and weaknesses”.
While one is much better for clearing trash mobs, the other is much better for champions and bosses.( in general)
When it comes to bleeding vs burning you also end up with the same saying. One is short but burns faster, another is long but cuts weaker.
Except that long duration cuts enables you to use your SPAMABLE bleed applying skills to stack bleed higher and higher, increasing the dmg of the bleed.
This is why you cant stack burning for prolonged periods of time unless you use a very specific profession with super specific gimmicky build that has multiple skills (that have long cooldowns for a reason) which apply burning.
so make bleeding into another burning but more spammable?
Are we talking about pvp or pve here?
Are we talking about not being able to use the full potential of a condition build by fighting common mobs because it takes mobs with much higher health pool such as champions and bosses in order to maximise your condition stacks and its dmg?
Dont forget conditions stack waay above the 25 cap now, imagine how op would bleeding be on world bosses, champions and raid bosses (something that people actually ask for bleeding necros…for a reason no?)
If you want bursty dmg go power and precision, lots of precision and even more ferocity.
If you want a “slow” build up and the ability to dot something for 20k+ dps from a nice safe range, and not loose that much dps when you need to dodge, heal up or go reposition to someplace else and still ignore the targets armor then go condition dmg.
You could also always go hybrid.

The FREE exotic gear EVERYONE is getting via the boost is there so you people who DONT HAVE 3 ascended armor sets and a bunch of ascended trinkets and back pieces to use so they can get better gear with it on their brand new character.
You cant complain about free stuff that everyone who has hot and who will buy hot will get, seriously. If its bothering you that you cant profit out of the free 14-15 pieces of FREE lvl 80 exotics then just delete them and get your legendary twighlight up with your ascended armor on your char from the bank.
jesus crist whats with you people. I come here and i see 3 posts about this topic on the “front” page"!?
There has been other threads of giving us the ability to save specs/builds.
…. If you’re talking about those pesky AFK farmers in Dredgehaunt Cliffs….
Ive seen about 5 in total necromancers in that zones afk farming. most of them were farming dredges in one of their camps togeather (most likely for the bags) but one of them was also farming what appears to be vargs or whatever those hellhounds are called.
I assume they also pumped out their auto loot pact commander mastery to be able to pull it off.
So in short, some people got access to info or datamining info about some new cool collection achievements and before the patch hits in they buy up all the items/mats needed to get that achievement and gain profit when the achievement goes live?
Well that sucks, go and “disable” datamining , and monitor the people who you give access to patch previews or testing
Press B to open your wvw panel, then on the left part click on the chest icon with the reward track window. This works exactly like the pvp reward tracks so go ahead and activate the Triumphant armor reward track and keep playing wvw
lvl 68 rares give the chances as vl 80 rares
The best way to improve your ecto drop chances is to use the best salvage kit possible (the one with 80% drop rate)
I never salvage exotics for ecto, i find selling them on tp gives me more gold that i can use to buy more ectos than i would get via salvage(0-3?)
1) They stoped making dungeons ages ago. They improved fractals, they also improved dungeons (both rewards and some mechanics) with the last update. And why not raids?
2)Dragons stand i guess, among other meta events.
Oh and also, the pve mobs in general are buffed up compared to your regular moas you encounter in the “old” tyria world. People who go full zerker glass cannon builds still try to face a group of raptors as if they are a group of bandits from queensdale. They quickly get downed and complain its too hard and it is imbalanced for them to get downed in 2 seconds (even tho they have 0toughness and 0 vitality….)
3)Some bosses gained more mechanics as well as more options and ways to fight it. Yes people could still stand and hold 1 on shatterer, but they have to deal with few mechanics to prevent him to heal up to 100% via cristals. I assume ,with time, some other world bosses will follow such changes. Currently we are expecting the final raid wing, after which we can expect the living story season 3. Im not sure about adding even more raids or more stuff like that. But im pretty sure they will modify and upgrade existing things like they have done with the last quarterly update patch
4) As said before there will be no new dungeons. New fractals might come tho.
As for LFG. It all depends. When it comes to dungeons everyone expects people to do speedclears. If you dont want speedclears then dont join “lvl 80 full zerk only” parties. Instead just make your own parties ,or simply tag it with “everyone welcome”.
It really is that simple….but ive seen far to many “shy” people who arent doing dungeons or even fractals cause they are afraid of them being rejected…
5)They are working on expansion No2. No idea how it will look like but we might expect something similar to hot (when it comes to story at least). As in we get a personal story , a story that goes on in the world, and later a living world season.
I suggest you log in in the starting window when season 3 kicks in. That way you unlock it permanently for your account. Season 1 is said to be implimented as season 2 some day….someday.
6) While you do have the option to spend real money to gain gold, you would have to pay a TON of money to “win” (by buyng out…idk..cultural armor for skins? or a legendary ? Is that wining? You spend 360$ for a 4000g legendary?)
The gem shop always offered conveniences. Besides the skins and outfits that offer no upper hand what so ever, i only ever bought a few char slots and bag slots. I also bought silverfed salvage kit (same stats as a regular one from the npc vendor) and permanent gathering tools (also same stats as oricalchum ones from ncp vendors) and i bought them all with my gold.
I dont see what great advantage i have by having 10 characters instead of 5, or having
180bag slots instead of 100 (honestly 100 is plenty. people slavage, sell and deposit mats all the time form their inventory that they never actually need more than 100 slots.
Exp boosters can be “countered” via in game tomes of knowledge, lvl 20-30 level scrolls, writs of experience, 15% exp boost from food, 10% from utility, 10% from guild exp buff…
And the permanent home instance gathering nodes are only giving you a bunch of nodes ( expensive ones ) that everyone has access anywhere else in the world (and much more of them as well)
Hope that helps.
Another note that id like to mention is that the game is free to play, and since you already bought it you have access to everything for your whole life. I highly suggest simply playing it by your self or with your friends however you like.
Unfortunately there are too many players out there that do nothing but whine, complain and bash the game and anet for the dumbest reasons you can think off….and they can seriously wear people down.
I dont claim the whole game is perfect, but the things they complain about is mind numbing.
For example:
-Legendary armor will be DLC (and they kept going on and on and oooon how they think it will really happen and anet is bad because they will do that.
-XYZ profession is OP in pvp, and then you hear that the same professions suck and need a buff because they get 1 shot and cant kill anyone when THEY play it….
Seriously tho. Ive been playing for more than 3 years almost everyday. And theres plenty more for me to do in the game. For me it is fun and completely worth the total of 110$ i spent for the original deluxe and now HoT expansion.
But hey, if you dont like it nobody is forcing you to play it..and youre not rly loosing anyhting by not playing it
(edited by Vukorep.3081)
I feel like you should change the title of the thread as it is mostly about how they treat the visual nerfs forum thread…
I dont know how long have you been on the forums but people tend to complain, spam and bandwagon on anything that theres to Q_Q about… over and over and over and over and no matter what change, what buff or nerf happens they always find a “thing” to complain about and off goes the Q_Q train yet again.
And im not over exaggerating… im actually making a list of dumb things people qq about.
here are a few snippets form the list:
-lvl 80 boosters will probably end up in the gem shop (they wont…they confirmed this on the AMA reddit, and even on some forum posts about it…but people still hammer this idea over and over and over)
-Legendary armor will be a DLC (im not making this stuff up..)
—2 gold for dailies will inflate the economy and ruin the entire game for everyone.
-Daily log in rewards will inflate the economy and will ruing the entire game for everyone. Also, free stuff for everyone is bad because of xyz (too many various nonsence reason to count on this one…)
As for them not replying…
1) have you actually read the thread? It originally began on the famous fireballs and people ,later on auras, but after that it just got bandwagoned on qq about everything that was true and that wasnt.
It got necroed so many times even grenth is facedesking everytime someone posts a new post on it.
2) the posts that date back up to 3-4 months ago have nothing constructive or helpful what so ever. They started arguing and quoting one another and telling each other they are wrong about xyz and that they think it should be zyx. Not to mention they just stopped showing screenshots with the nerfst and started posting gifs and memes…
Colin replied here 2 months ago about the issue, yet people kept qqing and complaining about it all.
4) Numerous changes happened to fireball, auras as well as other visual nerfs trough the last 5 months but hey. Its much easier to keep on the qq train rather than actually do some gameplay or read the patchnotes…
5) Currently elementalists got to keep their fireballs but only for them self, if i see another ele casting fireball i will see a pingpong ball. So they are actually exploring those systems where YOU get to see the good stuff from your skills, but not as much from other 150 people around you.
In conclusion: Yes it would be nice to get a response from someone out of anet DIRECTLY at that 5 months old thread. But in the end it wouldnt make much difference as people will just continue to complain whine quote one another and post gifs and memes….
We stated in the Q&A after the April 19th update that we have no plans to sell the boost.
Thank you.
Also, no. Please lets not. Dont be lazy. There are already (compared to the global amount of players) a small portion of players who complain about having too many lvl 20-30 scrolls, tomes of knowledges and writs of experiences. And now another (most likely not a majority) group of players who have the cash to spend on supposed lvl 80 gem shop boosters.
If you think a gem shop lvl 80 booster is the same as exp boosters then go buy exp boosters.
So 50$ is too much for you, but making it 10$ less you would consider buying it?
meanwhile youre spending money on gems more than 50$ by now trough the years and you do have a nice job… idk man… i never gave much thought about the price i just wanted hot and all its content on my account and i bought it simple as that.
sooo you want to play a sylvari character…but you want it to look like a human?
Only players who own hot get to see hot related dailies.
As for needing more daily options to go to…why do you even need it? just go to wherever you wish…
Do you really need 4 different dailies with 4 different zones that tell you to chop down lumbers?
I use zerker armor with soldiers trinkets sometimes when i feel like not being on the edge all the time.
If i need more power or more defense i tweak it with my class specific utilities/traits/weapons.
so all races share the exact same story at those early levels with a single mastery point. okay tnx alot
so just finishing the entire zhaitan personal story will grant me all mastery points , and making a new character of a different race (asura and charr in my case) and finishing its racial storyline will not as i already got them from the others?
does every racial personal story reward me with a mastery point?
I already finished human norn and sylvari stories (up to lvl 25-30 i think, till the point where you join a order) so the asura and charr ones are open. But they dont have a red mastery star icon on them?
however the wiki says all of them grant a mastery point…
so do all of them grant a mastery point ? 3 per race for a total of 15?
or is there a limit of some sort where one can get only a few, so you dont need to make 5 different characters?
It’s kind of fun to think that you may be the only person in all of GW2 history this has happened to.
Actually no. Ive seen this happen before. We were running around in wvw as a 20ish man guild group.
after a few fights we waypointed to another border and had a small break for mercs, drinks and chips. Suddenly someone started screaming on teamspeak and spamming squad chat with links to his rodgort and dreamer precursors.
What can i say. rng is rng
Its not a crisis, its a great time to start chopping down wood . 1 node = 10 silver, go get them tiger
since you exit the tutorial you are being hit with signs all over the place. There are tooltips that pop up regarding some parts of your specializations/trailines and skill points and hero challenges. You are also standing next to a scout npc that opens your map, and draws circles to nearby renown hearts that are close to your level…
How much handholding do you want?
As for runes/sigils/jewels i do believe they all have “armor upgrade, weapon upgrade” ect on them no?
I
Even if my health suddenly drops from 20k to 1.5k, I would expect a low level enemy to struggle against a level 80.
except you arent a lvl 80 anymore at that point.
If you have a hard time then try playing a lvl 80 in blue or green gear, heck try it on white gear. After that go to a lvl 80 zone with the same lvl 80 white-green gear and see if it feels similar.
The core tyria zones and mobs are as easy as they get considering most of them dont even have any kind of special attacks and just attack you normaly once every 3 seconds. And those who do apply a single bleed stack that deals no dmg for 1 second.
You also forgot to mention you most likely play in a full glass cannon (no additional armor or vitality) build… i dont understand people who have 0 armor and 0 vitality on them complain about getting 2 shoted…..
To sum it up; Level/stat scaling is great for this game. Get some toughness and vitality and learn to dodge what little hard hitting attacks those slow dumb ai(compared to hot mobs) mobs have. Also change your build to have a few defensive abilities with cc, protection, regeneration, stealth ect. And perhaps also stop pulling 15mobs on you at one time.
oh yeah sure, i can already see horses , charr metal batmobiles and punny moas storming the canopy in the new hot zones.
Whats that? limit their use in specific zones? Sure thing!
How about also replacing gliders with flying vyverns with 20m long wing span and pegai that pop out of thin air and disappear after falling from a 2m height..
where would it display? on your boon/condition bar? along with hero banner, sigil stacks spotter like traits?
With all that on your screen would you even notice some of the more vital icons showing youre chocking on enviromental gas thats around you, that youre being targeted by a mob that will kill you, that youre standing in some light that might also kill you..
Yea we could separate them all somehow…. but honestly it would look like a mess in certain situations and people would still complain about it
that way everyone will use the lvl 80 booster on a lvl 80 character instead of on a low lvl?
should also rename it “free stuff +lvl 80 booster” then…
I believe its fine as it is now considering lvling isnt really a issue here in general and then theres also the tomes and scrolls.
sooo a druid cant be a beastmaster and a tempest cant go into arcana magic? meh, why put more limitations on build diversity
i disagree . Paying cash for instant finishing content such as waypoints in areas your character isnt in pair with its lvl, or even buying gift of explorations is not a good idea to have for sale.
Whats next? Gem shop dungeon box with RNG exotic dungeon weapon/armor?
Precursor crafting collection achievement booster?
Please stop this madness. Anet has been doing a great job keeping such items from the gem shop so far. Lets keep it that way.
Norns were the way to go because of shapeshifting lore/flavor (not necessarily the best elites to use)..
except druids in gw lore isnt the same as druids from wow..
https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Druid
Nothing to do here with shapeshifting, unless you count shedding your mortal physical body to become one with nature permanently shapeshifting.
This is another reason why im considering human ranger/druid…cause originally and lore wise they are humans. Tho unfortunately i dont see much similarities between the gw2 ranger druids and the original lore druids :/
I mean cmon… asral wisps, celestial forms, cosmic rays, lunar impacts?
I did wish for a more supportive/healing specialization for rangers…
PS: Sylvari count went down to 76% on the poll.. human rangers showing up?
(edited by Vukorep.3081)
So the results are 92% for sylvari, with the mention of norn being more tuned with nature, pets animals and hunting.
Heres a few aftermath questions if you dont mind.
1) Dont norn lose their pets when they shapeshift trough their elite skills?
2) Has anyone tried to combine "normal leather " armor with sylvari cultural homegrown armor?
3) Besides kudzu, heritage shortbow, TA and cultural weapons. any other honrable mentions for a sylvari ranger/druid?
I have no idea how to make a poll on this forum or if its even possible so if you would be kind to vote on this poll here
http://www.poll-maker.com/poll661290x4D384FE1-27
Question is in the in the title. What do you guys think about human rangers/druids, or sylvari ranger/druids?
Personally i think sylvari fit rangers better..but humans fit druids better.
Cause idk… i always have the humans that went into the maguuma hundreads of years ago and left their mortal lives to become the druids.
On the other hand sylvari have much more cooler “home grown” armor, as well as various weapons that fit them better as a ranger.
730g/year isnt that much….
and im sure people will use it to good use on all the mats they wanted to buy for scribing, but didnt cause it was too expensive. and also on wood, wood prices went up. and then there would probbably be more gold sinks incoming such as the wintersday/haloween shoulder auras.
Maybe people will donate more to ho-ho tron for wintersday this year as well
but noone is going to level up anymore… They made this game, all this locations for YEARS and for what ? for making a skip after few years ?
seriously? they gave us to try out new classes people might like and the opportunity to instantly start playing it at lvl 80 (once, yes only once, just once, a one time deal) and you think that is a good reason for EVERYONE to not lvl any other character or even go explore the rest of the world that isnt hot?
Yep, you should just try them all out..
The “whats the best class?” question is kinda dumb anyway..
some people main thiefs, other people main warriors , some eles, and they all do it for various reasons. Then theres also your personal preferences with pvp, wvw, pve, dungeons, raids, roles…
Technically all classes have the exact same base stats (except armor and health pool) and they all have access to all the stats in the game trough gear (a heavy zerker plate has the exact same stats as a light zerker cloth shirt)
And all classes have pure bursty damage, condition (dots) dmg, defensive abilities as well as support abilities. Its their class mechanics that change and alter the feel and gameplay of the class.
You should simply try them all out considering you have the option to do so now. Get some gear and gold while youre at it in SW
i never understood the need of a dps meter in this game. And the only places i ever kept hearing about it is on youtube. It all started when 1 youtuber (who is missing for months now) made a 3 parts very long videos about how the min/max dps burst zerker meta is wrong and fake, and later on another youtube started using those 3rd party dps meters on raids and fractals and what not.
honestly is it really that important? If you want to deal lots of dmg learn your encounter and rotation. Add power/precision stats and stack might/quickness with party. Who cares if youre missing 2 might stacks or have 5% less stats cause youre missing a ascended boot and glove…
oh and lets not forget about how people arent bothered with a dps meter when it comes to encountering a herd of moa while exploring the world, comparing dps as you lvl up or underwater dps or any other 90% of the content that isnt raids, dungeons and a few fractal bosses..
(edited by Vukorep.3081)
its not everything and its not handled out for free, stop dramatizing
you can still equip other weapons if you find them via loot, or just buy them from the weapon npc..
But yea, use the trial on all professions in order to decide. There hasn’t been a better thing in the game than this now.
agreed. you cant put skins that you earn via gameplay and achievements into the gem store. I thought we all agreed on that when they released the t3 human cultural armor with a few flames attached to it as a gem store armor skin.
if for some crazy reason everyone’s character was wiped, and they had to start over from day 1…. do you think most of the people that didn’t leave would start over ?
that would be the real gauge of how modern day gw2 is performing.
would gw2 hot survive a total reset ?
i dont think the problem would be to start over, but the problem would be that they lost everything they had for the last 3 years.
tons of people “started over” as new players, new f2p players ext.
and lots of other people ,me included, still make new characters and “gear them up” from scratch (2400h)
The reason why there are no pvE builds its cause for a very long time we had core tyria where mobs attack you once every 3 seconds and if youre using full zerker glass cannon builds and skills they wont even get the chance to attack you with their winding up special attack that applies 1 confusion/bleed for 2 seconds on you….that you can also just dodge or run away from.
Generally speaking in pve, anything works, play as you wish.
Note that tons of power and precsion(dmg) swiftness and other movement skills are excelent for runing around and clearing contents in the pve world.
Drytops ,silverwastes and hot maps in general have better ai and stronger mobs that have more abilities that hit hard.
People still go full zerker in those areas cause they know their enemies, they know how to dodge and they still kill them faster.
Personally i set up my pve builds as following:
Gear: I mostly use zerker armor with soldiers trinkets, having a nice balance of precision, toughness, vitality but still high power. I gain more power trough my traits, bloodlust sigil, and passive skills.
Weapons have stats coresponding to their skills, if the weapon has only skills that deal base dmg i go for zerker, if it has conditions on them i go condition stats for weapon.
Traits are there for me to enhance my skills, or fill the gaps what i cant do alone with gear and weapon skills. Such as healing and suporting others around me
