I doubt it. I did not buy that but my non HoT account cannot make use of anything but the crafting station, the merchant function of the artisan crafter is not accessible.

Hello all. I have a few questions and this thread actually helped some. I did previously make a post asking about a more supportive role but u guys pretty much answered that in saying their is no dedicated role for that option. So imagine ask a question as well, revised. So I main thief. I have several 80s. I enjoy the fast paced complex skill. But I don’t seem to feel the team play of it so I am looking for a new class. I have been gone for awhile but now that I’m back i don’t seem to be enjoying my thief as much. But I do want a class I can play with great team play and more survivability with being a more viable member of a team. I have put so much focus on thief that I haven’t given much learning in other classes. I did recent make a guardian which I am enjoying but how is late game and is it a good class overall for all aspects that gw2 has to offer. I don’t mind it being a dull class if I am team viable. I don’t see myself enjoying necromancer or ele much and haven’t given much thought to others. How is the Druid and what’s main roll of one?
You might want to check out mesmer/chronomancer. Druid while I love ranger I have not even given a chance so can’t say. Many people find it useful especially if you are interested in raids.
Interesting possibilities in this. The bank idea is probably a no go since potentially having 500 private banks to track I personally believe is not something that would be beneficial to the game.
The permissions for large guilds would be a nightmare as well, who gets to build a house, how big do they get to build, where do they get to build etc.
Why I have private guild halls so they are one big private housing lot.
I have seen it done without commanders, I have also seen full maps empty because people taxi out since there are no commander tags up. I have done it so many time I usually just land on a map and attack when the time comes. Mostly succeed but if you are not getting successful maps then follow the crowd.
It added absolutely nothing to the game when they did this for traits. It was make work for no other reason than to please a vocal group of GW1 players. Don’t want to see it again.
^ if you go before meta and join a squad you will be able to follow the commander to a new map and people will join any map with at least 1 commander. I usually jump to the map right on the time the instance kicks everyone and use LFG, have never missed one yet.
If no commander tag is up 5 min before Teq LFG out to another map. If there are commanders on the map and the switch prompt shows up ignore it, you have an hour and the boss lasts 20 minutes at most. Commanders do absolutely nothing but they are a psychological crutch people need. I have seen 3 commanders go to the same defence location and still things work out.
In the preview section of gliders there is a Bubble glider. This is as far as I know not in game yet.
Is bubbles going to make an appearance?
Warrior seems to be what you are looking for. It is the basic go to for that type of play style.
From what you have written I would just take both warrior and guardian out and play with them in the open world. Personally warrior and guardian are fairly flat for me just didn’t get a lot of joy from them, the elites of both are fun though. The Revenant so much more fun than either warrior or guardian that I would personally take it instead.
Necro I hated until I found builds to completely remove minions, they are more trouble the way I play than help. The elite Reaper is amazing.
Mesmer I loved from the start and still one of my favourites, greatsword is the ranged option if you want to try it.
Ranger is also one of my favourites, don’t know why but I can take on things I can’t scratch with some other characters.
Hated thief, love daredevil took a while to get a handle on staff but man it is fun.
Ele is fun with or without elite spec, very squishy so takes time to get the hang of.
You have 5 character slots, if you don’t like something either delete it or use up another slot. Also the price of buying a new slot is 800 gems which can be bought with in game gold, they also go on sale about 4x a year.
Also make sure you don’t park the same character at one event all the time. It will hit DR after several days of only doing that event and not leaving the zone.

I can’t think of any promises backed up on. Maybe legendaries are not out as fast as people hoped and season 3 is slow as well but what they said they did come through on. No promises of easy mode where made for the self proclaimed nor super death for those others.

Sounds like your husband needs to get more vitality stat armour and a pet class. Toughness pulls like a magnet so avoid that. If you can survive and his pets survive his chance of survival is basically guaranteed.
I really hope they do not reduce the mob difficulty. Even the last remaining champs at HP sites while a pain at times I truly believe removing them would not be a positive step. I personally can not solo them, don’t have the patience frankly but getting others is not a huge and impossible task as made out to be on forums.
I also enjoy DS the way it is set up now and can’t see how they could reduce it unless they got rid of a couple of wurms on the way to the final zone, if they split the map up it would be not as enjoyable, for me anyway.
With event completion rewards you can get linen on select maps. Hover over the map names to see where it is on the days you want to farm some.

I have a full set of each weight and 2 are sitting in the bank because there is absolutely no point in wearing them with the way I play the game. It is a purely personal decision, if you play or plan on playing high level fractals, yes make as much as you can. If you do not have any plans to do fractals but want some anyway sure go for it. If you don’t want to do fractals and can’t be bothered with the item, don’t make them.

I really liked Scarlet but no, she can come back as a flashback or a spirit but not as a main character anymore. Would not add anything to the game except more whinge.
I agree that the priority should be changed with interacts of this type being something that if anything at all is present need to be specifically selected (including chatting with NPCs when you want to use a bank or anything else).
I remember years ago a skit on SCTV that captured this. Even in this day of access to everything though I can’t find it, I wish I could. In those days it was TV but the more things change the more they stay the same I guess.
the weapon itself is only part of what damage comes out. Next is profession, traits, armour, sigils, runes lots of thing contribute to what damage comes out in the end.

The bronze and iron greatswords are to scale from what I can see. The Ceremonial sabre is a nice sword and is fairly to scale. There are several others in the rapier line, the impossible to find meta needs some work.
I forget when running around in a panic about things that have no panic value do you run clockwise or counter clockwise?

Nuhoch stealth detection will take care of the mobs vanishing, it takes a bit of time to get but not much. Frogs can be ranged down I have done so but you need to be very careful to move before they let go a volley.
All are fairly solid even in the new maps. Of the ones you talked about ele needs a bit of care to survive but not a huge amount, change to a more defensive build/armour and good to go. Necro can survive anything, personally I hate minions and only began liking the proff after I stopped using them. Engie use bombs and strafe and you can survive anything on this as well. All in all if you die find out why and either change build/armour or get your timing changed to avoid the damage.

As above, you should only notice which server you are on with WvW not PvE. A map opens, if it fills a new map opens. If a large number of people arrive for an event or series of events and then leave multiple servers open and then close as the population goes back to what it was before the event(s).
Best is relative though. Real world examples are these endless talent shows that are in every country. The winner is often less successful than the 2nd or 3rd place or even someone further down the ladder. A huge number of successful sports stars will say they where not the best. An interview with Jimi Hendrix where they said he was considered the best and does he agree, he answered no. He said he made too many mistakes. Again being the best is not a solid thing.
