Transnational Syndicate [tS] and Happens [hP] are some good ones.
Right, let’s see. In a casual, relaxed duo I will finish Arah P2 in 35-40 minutes. We’re talking duo, since you know…the title of the thread and the entire thread is about duoing. On average, I find it takes me 20 minutes to sell the 3 spots. Sometimes I sell them for 3G, sometimes for 4, very rarely for 5. I’ll take the average of 4g per spot, which would mean I make 7.5G in an hour it takes me to do this. Your numbers are 15-20G, anywhere between 2-2.67 times higher than me! So this either means you sell the spots for ~10G per (I don’t believe it) or you finish the path + selling in ~25 minutes (I don’t believe it). Either way, I’m calling BS on that number.
I thought we were talking about solo at this point, my bad for that.
But still, even if it takes you 40 minutes to duo the path, you should still be able to sell it for at least 5g, maybe even 6 or 7, depending on the market.
That’s 4×5g/2 per hour (assuming 1 person leaves to open his spot).
That still puts you on 10g/h, while factoring in 20 minutes of waiting for the party to fill, and the absolute minimum sell price, because i rarely sell for less than 6g.
Now I’m no SW expert, but I’ve never made 10g/h in SW
Also, why does it matter if he does it for fun or gold?
Idgaf if my duo partner does it for fun or not, I have fun, and its a nice extra bit of gold.
And I want to add that if you don’t sell Arah because you enjoy duoing the path, you might as well sell exploited P3 and make 40g/h

I’m sorry arguments confuse you.
Obviously, you find ~6-8G/h profit, while I find it a loss of gold, since I could make more in this time. It’s a different perspective, you just settle for less, that’s all.
You’re not making 6-8G/h while selling Arah, its at least 15-20g/h if done efficiently.
Also, if you rather mindlessly farm SW for gold instead of selling dungeon paths, go do that, but don’t comment on a post about selling dungeon paths
EU, late afternoon. Can’t play earlier ’cause work yo.
On topic: CM and AC also sells poorly at these times, EU at least.
I’m on EU as well, and I usually sell paths between 8PM and midnight.
Can’t remember the last time I’ve had to wait longer than 20 minutes for the group to fill up
Nobody buys Arah anymore. Sometimes I find it hard to find people to leech from me, let alone buy. Last time I did it I was able to sell 2 spots for 2.5G (so that’s for profit of the buyer) and give 2 spots for leech to guildies.
Do you understand better now, or do you require further explanation?
I sell arah multiple times a day, and if done at correct times the party usually fills within 10 minutes.
Are you on EU or NA? lol
The new warrior specializations are amazing tbh.
Running 66060 with Berserker’s Power and Phalanx Strength at the same time will be great
A few 8 gold exotics and a black dye, other than that I never really got anything of value
There are tons of videos on youtube showing how to solo arah, then you just need to practice. And i dont think soloing arah is that much profitable anymore because you can get griefed a lot, and it can take quite a while to fill up a group.
So if you duo an arah path in 40 minutes on average and takes 10 minutes to fill a group and if you take into consideration that you get your instance stolen on 50% of the times you will see that selling arah is not worth that much.
Just use fillers to prevent people from stealing your instance
You honestly shouldn’t really worry about what type of gear to use until you’re level 80.
If you really want an answer, power/vitality is usually decent at low levels, and always try to get at least rare quality gear
Today I learned that killing the triple golems in se1 while stacking in the corner is easier, faster and allows for focussed dps and shared damage.
You don’t even want to know how many times I’ve been kicked from pugs for fighting them in the open….
Lupi, hands down.
Although I somehow also really enjoy Berserker Abomination, and any boss in Arah (except Grenth) for that matter
Its part of a jumping puzzle they wanted to implement, but it didn’t make the final cut.
No idea why they didn’t remove it
Start gearchecking. I didnt like it at first, but its extremely efficient filtering kittens from your group. Trust me when I say that the gear they use defines how bad they are.
You can still suck at the game when you use good gear
Reflecting her orb, while she has a reflect up will probably kill you since reflects cap at 2. Generally avoid reflecting the very first orb she fires, bad things usually happen.
Projectiles leading there targets has been around since release, any slow moving projectile can be avoided by changing direction after it is fired, this allows you to kill the arah turrets without a reflect, chill at cm p3 end boss, fight risen elementalists without taking damage on a class without reflects, etc… It’s one of the reasons they updated necro staff, the auto projectile speed was so slow pvp players could completely avoid it with direction changes, likewise with the ranger trait for longbow velocity, the projectiles move slow enough without the trait that you can avoid them at long ranges, especially when the ranger picks up the +300 range trait..
And what does that have to do with the original post?
From my experience the fastest way to earn money are dungeons.
If ran with a good team, all usual dungeons paths, excluding the lesser ran ones (SE p2, CoF p2 etc) can be done in about 4-5 hours, and this will get you at least 30g, not even calculating in the loot monsters/bosses drop
Like most projectiles, it tracks player movement. Which means if you move towards her as she is firing the projectile, it can land much closer, such as right on her. This is a novice mistake that generally occurs after someone gets knocked back by her.
With that said, the projectile is also buggy. However, this occurs very extremely rarely (I can’t overemphasize how rare this is) so there’s nearly a 100% chance that your problem is the intended projectile tracking, and not the bug with the projectile.
As you can see if you look at the cooldowns of my skills, my GS rush is already 5 seconds into cooldown, and whirlwind even more.
She just randomly fired the projectile in between her autoattacks while I was already in melee range again for a while.
If this occurred due to projectile tracking, it would have tracked me for 5 seconds before she actually fired the projectile.
I wouldn’t say this isn’t possible, but if this was the case, I would say that projectile tracking itself is bugged.
Also might worth noticing is that when I get knocked back by her, I always dodge before I use GS rush to prevent kitten like this from happening, but I’ve never seen the projectile so close to her before
Over the past few days I have noticed multiple times that Belka fires her blue projectile thingy even while you’re in melee range.
As you can see on the screenshot I included, the danger indicator circle of her blue projectile is on me while I am standing against her.
I am the only person in the dungeon, so it’s not because there’s somebody ranging her.
I hope somebody can look into this, because it makes fighting Belka a pain
I would prefer if they fix oneshotting and his bugged shadowstep, and keep the autoattack hitting in melee
Still looking for people
I already know how to solo him and I know how to avoid his fireballs. What I’m looking for is a boss I can literally stand still and browse the TP or something.
If I wanted to bore myself to death, I’d just do world bosses all day :P
Then I would suggest doing Arah P2.
You can easily bring Brie to 1%, and then just stand outside the bubble, and she won’t regen, or attack you.
It’s also one of the easiest paths in the game to solo imo, and if you can’t pass lupi you can always make a kek LFG like “WTB guard for oneshop lupi 1g”
Bump, really enjoying the guild!
If you’ve got the patience, a few of my guild might be intrested in learning it
Just let them send me a message when they have time, and i would be more than happy to teach them!
After mostly doing Arah with the LFG tool for months, I’m getting kinda tired of it, and I want to find some friendly people to do Arah with on a (hopefully) daily base.
I have a fully geared level 80 warrior, ele and ranger, and experience with running Arah in different group settings, as well as solo/duo.
I don’t care if you’re experienced or not, how high your AP is and which class you play.
I don’t mind teaching stuff, as long as people try to listen.
If you’re interested in chill, fun Arah runs, you can message me here, or in game.
Looking forward to hear from you!
Just some LFG’s I came across today.
Can anyone tell me where I can buy this new “zerck” gear?!?!?!?
1: roll a guardian
2: push lupi to wall
3: get him to phase 2
4: consecrated grounds WoR on the Wall
5: JACKPOT!Why would I do that? it’s way more efficient to just join a random PUG and let them do it for me!
i was just trolling O:-).
So was I :)
I don’ think specializations where really meant to fix current dungeon mechanics. I think its worked to focus on new/upcoming dungeons.
As if Anet cares about dungeons enough to make new ones…
1: roll a guardian
2: push lupi to wall
3: get him to phase 2
4: consecrated grounds WoR on the Wall
5: JACKPOT!
Why would I do that? it’s way more efficient to just join a random PUG and let them do it for me!
For warrior just use GS rush away and run around like an a__ whenever you need to wait for endurance to recharge.
Seeing you solo lupi + a champion risen knight, while I can’t even properly solo a champion risen knight hurts my ego.
But in all seriousness, the running away to regain endurance might actually work really well for me, especially since I can just let my pet keep him busy when I’m on ranger.
Love your streams by the way
Didn’t you guys know that AP is the one and only true way to gauge one’s personal skill level in this game?
Yeah I agree, when someone has 10,000ap because he does dailies/monthlies/PvP, he’s suddenly better at dungeons than someone with 2000ap that does dungeons every day
Looking for friendly, English speaking people on EU to do dungeon runs with.
Experience doesn’t matter, everything can be thought
I mainly run Arah, so it would be great to find someone to do duo runs with.
Contact me here or in game if you’re interested
After trying for hours and hours, I’ve pretty much ragequit and ended up here.
With his autoattack hitting in melee now, I simply can’t figure out how to solo Lupi.
I know all it’s mechanics, I even know when to dodge the autoattack, but my problem is that I don’t have enough dodges.
I use endurance food, endurance regen boost traits, leap attacks as dodges, lightning reflexes as an extra dodge, and I still run out.
I main a ranger, and have a warrior alt.
If anybody has some tips, I would love to hear them <3
