Yep, after playing all evening, I can say I got less ectos with the Copper-Fed Salvage-o-Matic (it seems the more you use it, the less you get).

The only real difference (almost 100% secure) is you’ll get a lot of sigils.

OK, after some test yes, the Copper-Fed Salvage-o-Matic is now working as a Master/Mystic Salvage Kit.

Now just need to wait for an official response to see if this is a bug or working as intended (in which case definitely I will buy another one).

Well if you got the cash just get some rares and do 50/50 salvages with masters/salvageomatic. Shouldnt be hard to see a pattern since basic would be considerably worse than rare. I’m sure someone will easily drop 200 rares on it just to try, lol.

Already did that. Don’t use the Copper-Fed Salvage-o-Matic on rares. I lost like 20g

Also, I have 2 chars, one with Mystic Salvage Kits and one with the Copper-Fed Salvage-o-Matic and my char with the MSK always run out of inventory space really fast. My char with the CFSoM never have that problem.

Edit: I just saw other posts with the same doubt so maybe I need to test a little more (still, I don’t recall filling my inventory with sigils but I was sick so maybe I just didn’t paid attention).

I wasted 1.5k gold in 3 months (750g I got selling a precursor and 750g I made playing pretty much all aspects of the game).

Now, for some reason, I can’t even get 100g I need so don’t tell me gold is worthless.

There is always something to do with your gold and if your gold is worthless, well, if you enjoy the game just ignore it. If you don’t want every single legendary or any other expensive thing and you have everything you want, I don’t see why you should be bothered with the usefulness of gold.

In zergs: You aren’t going to kill anyone if everyone else is running PVT (max health+cond. removal = yep, you are useless).

In 1vs1 you are probably just fighting skilled players.

The whole idea of the flamekissed armor is to get money. ArenaNet is not going to make this for free when they can charge a little for their work (and since people can buy gems with gold, they are already cutting their revenues).
After all, this is why we have a Gem Shop, to get shinies and support the game.

So my suggestion would be: Sell a recipe to update our armor in the Mystic Forge (I would like if this apply to any armor but since ArenaNet did the human T3 already, they should keep going with the rest).
Of course, they can make more people happy if they also sell recipes for each individual piece.

So lets say:

Full set (6 recipes): 800 gems
Individual recipe: 200 gems

The recipe can work just like an Ascended Inscription, example:

Recipe: Flamekissed inscription.- Using the sheet will bring up a menu allowing you to choose a specific recipe (helmet, shoulders, gloves, etc).

Now the recipe may include mats or things we can get from Miyani (since people will buy this with gems, there is no need for excessive/expensive requirements) and of course, the original T3 armor.

So at the end we throw at the forge: 1 flamekissed helmet recipe, 1 cultural T3 helmet, 1 Molten Lodestone and 5 Philosopher’s Stones.

And of course, the idea to use different Lodestones to get different effects is great.

I just find this issue on my char. This never happens before and I don’t know if is related to the new running animation.

Note: This is more noticeable when using a speed boost.

Also, I wasn’t affected since I didn’t get my T3 armor when I had the gold but still, I’m glad to see ArenaNet care enough to admit their mistakes (not all but still, every bit counts).

So how do I do this? I have to exchange them? I have an extra pick I wouldn’t mind getting refunded. I also had a sickle on a toon I ended up deleting, but I’m guessing that one is just gone. Since mine still say souldbound I just need to figure out what to do before opening the ticket.

2.- Wait for response
3.- Delete the unwanted tool(s) as indicated in the mail

The original set were thematically linked only by the special effect. The tools by themselves are quite different and totally unrelated.

As far as I’m aware yes, you can use your soulbound precursor.

I know: Put her in a cage, we throw eggs at her and then she “escape”.

Then, she gets her revenge and throw fused-aetherized-toxic-eggs at us in some kind of a dodge game.

Then the players should throw eggs at her to knock her down (the knockdown part is important for comical effect) and use wooden plank to beat her.

Of course is just an idea, after all, I’m pretty sure she would enjoy that :P

All those events has been reported for more than a year (several times).

Some work only a few hours after a server reset, other may work a little longer, some times, they may or may not get stuck at all and sometimes, event get bugged after a Living World update.

And no, there is no other solutions but wait until a server reset and rush before they get stuck again.

And don’t wait for a solution. Just, let it go.

If I understand correctly, you applied a "Cover " (like the Holographic Dragon Wings) on an ascended back item right?

In that case, you will get your ascended back item and another back item with the applied skin and random stats (you will not get your free-to-apply cover).

I could easily play for another 1-2 years without an expansion (and without any new content).

I got Dusk from a random mob during a Scarlet minions invasion (with like 2600 hours) and YES, precursors can drop from mobs, even yellow mobs on starting zones.

Yeah I did the fire shaman the other day and it was a nightmare.

What I’m getting at is I think the world bosses, since the Teq update, have been tweaked enough to make them decent encounters. Problem is that for the encounter to work properly it seems to require a group that’s “just right”. Too many and it’s just a traditional zerg-fest, too few and you get face-rolled.

Oh yes, I know what you mean. I did the Wurm with only 5 persons (maybe 2 or 3 more at the end) and it was awesome.
However, I hate it when there is more than 15. As you said, just a zerg-fest.

The fire elemental may be bugged.

I did it once with only 3 persons (during the pre-event only one was fighting, I was just watching and the other showed up after the FE spawned) and it was REALLY EASY.

However, on another occasion (no new update was released), only 1 did the pre-event and again, I was just watching, and when the FE spawned, nobody else showed up and IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE (tons of ember, AoE everywhere).

And the Shaman is definitely bugged. He keep resetting regarless of the number of players in the zone.

In my experience, ArenaNet Support has been always AWESOME!

I have had several problems with both GW and GW2 and every single time, the assistance has been flawless.

I suppose most of the people complaining are those who don’t receive an answer after 5 minutes OR very unlucky people :/

Actually I do that all the time (obsessed survivor from GW1). Just last week, I deleted 2 chars; problem is, I only play with Abyss/Celestial dyes so every re-roll cost me 60/75 golds Q_Q

I already re-roll like 15 of those chars, not counting the previous 50 cheaps re-rolls (no expensive dyes on them) and 2 very expensive ones with more than 100g invested on them (lvl’ed to 80 with crafting).

Also, I have 1 char with over 750g invested on her and although I’m not planning to delete her, she has been degraded to a simple alt.

I don’t see the point of this post but I agree with all but the new content, not against it but hate the rush or lose policy. The whole point of B2P is not to be forced to play to avoid missing content.

Anyways, the dodge system, the ability to fight while moving, the lack of endless LF DPS/Healer and WTS spam, the stunning graphics/animation (though the seems to screw a little that) and the “we will not milk you like a cheap cow every single month so you can kill the same re-skinned mobs over and over” is what keep me from playing other games.
