Also spvp players got everything unlocked except certain rune/sigils for gold.
adding things like that could break existing things, it’s not as easy as you make it out to be.

I’ve done the event, it’s pretty great to pull it off, the treb knockdown is very important to stop the centaur’s trample so people can dps them down.
It’d be nicer if the knockback was more reliable, directionwise. Losing attunement bonuses on transforms is still the worst thing ever :/
Without some form of a raid timer people will just go full defense and facerole it. And that hardly sounds like CGC.

They didn’t say tank, full defence specs are incredibly unlikely to die.
I think you might enjoy dragonhunter or ranger, ranger even gets ranged pets.

The low level items are not unfarmable, you just buy karma items , mystic forge them and then salvage.
It’s fine, the heals put us back above it quickly too.

huh every other game does this.
I was fighting a thief in PvP who was doing 1.5K crit per hit from pistol unload, 8×1.5K = 12k damage for a full unload. I think it is way over the top.
Why would you stand in the entire unload?
You only see it because normal groups get filled very quickly and only the unpopular groups stay in the lfg for a while.
in guild wars, Elite just means “you can only have one”
It’s just the style of the time.
Maybe you shouldn’t play the same thing every day if you’re looking for variety.
Ranged revive will definitely change my support engi’s playstyle so i’m not so fussed.
Well charging terragriffs are weak to soft CC so the mechanic is there to be used in more enemies.
Not every enemy has a defiance bar so it’s not that big a problem.
If the fear is that sharing Quickness and Resistance is too strong, I can somewhat understand. But the skill needs to at least be able to share the boons that Ele can already self-generate (Might, Swiftness, Regeneration, Protection, Vigor, and Fury).
Eles can also generate Stability.
@Sir Pizza, the trick is not to be surprised.
Be careful with G2A there are some stolen keys there that will be banned if you buy them.
What’s the rush, hearts take barely any time to complete and most of the actions are instanced or you just attack the same mobs.
I wonder why it wasn’t 2 weeks like events used to be. I’m not really around on weekends so it’d be nice to have the full size events back so everyone can play.
Very much enjoyed the invasions though, some great mechanics in the events.
Would be nice, wouldn’t have to redrink them on map changes.
Could maybe use the finisher interface.
PvE is fun, PvP is also fun, that’s why I’m still playing :p
I think the main mechanic in Zelda games are the “areas locked behind certain abilities/items” and GW2 doesn’t have anything like that until HoT
Maybe that’ll push it in that direction.
Spend the gold on the dye instead of the gems. Dye packs are more for newer players with few dyes.

I’m glad you can remove the helmet, the rest is really nice. Specially if you want the heavy armour look on a non-heavy class.
I think Anet said they’d add some kind of trader for them, it’s not in at the moment but it’s probably coming in HoT.
I lost a bunch of chests when I was in the Silverwastes and zoned into a story instance, that was painful.

@SHM if you think paying keeps the “riff raff” out then you’ve obviously never played WoW.
Terrible communities are nothing to do with the price.
Zerkers will still be important, remember the enrage timer. Just that the rest of the team will have to keep them alive to maximise the dps
The necro downed-pull is pretty wonderful, though it seems like it’d be really good for trolling, specially with all the cliffs in HoT.
Remember there aren’t any abilities that directly target friendlies.

As much as I’d love more outfits, anet is already evidently very busy. Doubling the number of outfits would detract from other development.

You’re still sacrificing an item you could have sold.
It should just remove the cooldown on the next skill (maybe not elites) cast.
You don’t need to be top dps, you just need to be fast enough that finding another class will take longer than just starting the content.
If you don’t like condi you have many other options on Warrior.
Being able to send to 4 people by default instead of 3 so I can give consumables to my instance party.
I’d be happy with just that.
So bring a necromancer to strip boons.
Instances aren’t a good thing in an mmo, we don’t need even more.
I’d think the mordrem have been killing a lot more people than thralls, the undead were way easier.
