I never had any problems with jumping on my charr, you just have to have a feel for your hitbox.

Armours are a pretty big deal though, my main characters are asura and charr and I do miss the more feminine outfits the other races have.

I think if you play the harder fresh air build that will increase your skills, since you have less room for mistakes.

The next warrior specialisation will probably be magical like that, only so many different takes on a warrior you can get before you get to magic :p

I think eventually all classes will have access to all weapons, through specialisations.

Yeah it’s one of those animation things, where they break a model to make it flow better in motion

Mystic forge should have a similar interface to the improved crafting one.

You can do fractals and pvp and some world bosses for ascended too. Those aren’t time limited.

All my ascended gear is from spvp.

Never had any problem with it, though my first character is an ele. You just rebind the f key abilities to something easier to press.

If things are balanced you should ALWAYS lose a 1v2, bringing that up is irrelevant.

I always found it easier to do jumping puzzles on my charr, though I am not a large charr :p

Let’s take Dawn for example:
Lowest selling offer is 899 gold, highest bid is 790 gold. If I sell at highest bid, I get 671,5 gold, if I undercut the highest selling offer, I can potentially make 763,3 gold. Since I cannot come up with the 44,9 gold needed to make that listing, I try a different approach.

I put on LFG that I’m willing to sell Dawn for 850 gold. I find my buyer, he puts his bid on TP, I sell to the new highest bid, we’re both happy: I make an extra 51 gold, he saves 49 gold.

Risk of getting scammed? None at all. 127,5 gold was paid for this safe service. I wouldn’t call that “a small price”, but it’s still better than losing everything.

The other spear attacks used are nothing like a hammer style, there is a forward thrust that is nowhere on the hammer or staff animations.

There’s no need for levelling in pvp. The genre works fine without the grind phase.

Guardians with 1hander main hand spear as a Paragon would be interesting.

Would be awesome if all weapon types could be equipped 1 or 2 handed, Dark Souls style. Would add a huge bunch of skills

The damage doesn’t go up from it instantly hitting, just removes the change to dodge, though really you’re probably not that worried about dodging the auto attack.

I’d wager that we won’t get anything that we can already conjure, but maybe the specialisation will have the other conjures we don’t have now.

I’d love a more tech focused version of the elementalist, I’ve always seen the class as being at the cutting edge of research, combining our spells with guns would be awesome.

@Nutshel, since we have the only 5skill shield in the game, and that’s not really very static aside the skill 5, i’m sure they’d do fine :p

No they aren’t, you can do all the new content in a party with someone that has it. You just can’t get the achievements. All the open world stuff is open to all too.

A solo instance isn’t “being separated from the community”

I have a feeling anet would cater to this if it was feasable, they’ve done a lot so far. MMOs are a numbers game though. I have a feeling if there was a survey it would disagree with our human style femininity option for charr and asura.

Also breast shapes in armour are a terrible idea that counteracts its use as armour, thanks for funnelling blades towards my heart.

Agreed. I realize they are supposed to be lovers and Caithe cares about Faolain greatly but it’s obvious that is the only appropriate option for someone who has a shred of decency. The only excuse I could think of for her actually going through with the murder is if Caithe was certain that she would lose in a fight against Faolain

The harder content that you need to time things for is not for new players, and not a part of the NPE.

Just watch the mobs carefully, do some spvp too, that will help.

D/D is fine, really the most trouble will just be not having your traits in the early levels.

If you’re dying a bunch the focus has some great defensive abilities. If you’re still having trouble you can just stay in pvp and skip the annoying levels with tomes.

I have never noticed the map shape while actually being in it, you don’t normally have the ability to walk straight over to anywhere in the zone.

The mordrem enemies are also well designed with a lot of variation, although personally I’d like something between the original version of the wolves and their current one. Their howl went from close to OP in large groups to meaningless.

I think combined with teragriff charges it’d be too much to have the heavy retaliation on everything. They still do huge damage while flanking if they manage to sneak in unexpectedly. The frontal immunity was also removed from the thrashers, probably for the same reason.

Latest EVE trailer says it all really, I can’t not vote for EVE :p Sent 1 vote for GW2 though, Love both games for different reasons
