Hit me up. I’m a pro rank 14 with top 75% soloq and top 57% teamq. I charge 2 gold per game and if we win, I charge 4 gold. My win loss ratio is negligible as losing is more common amongst good people where it is very common in my ranking.

I’ll usually be on every night but am usually busy carrying teams. If I am busy and you need me, feel free to double that price and I’ll be at your service.

They made it so you don’t get stacked/lopsided teams, its more even now. So if you are still losing 70% of your games then it could mean you aren’t pulling your own weight. That, or stop queuing for a bit after you lose so you don’t get the same people again.

EZ fix from the user perspective, but depending how well the devs coded their existing stuff it could be actually very time consuming. 2015 they will iron out all the issues =]

I rather the devs spend their time actually coding features that will bring the population and all those messages wouldn’t be needed.

Can you seed R1-10 players below the default starter MMR as a special case? That way they are more likely to match against each other.

Yes, we know rank doesn’t mean much, but there is a big difference in playing abilities for R1 players in their first match.

If you sit in queue long enough it will eventually just throw you whatever team that is available.

The scoreboard pts system is a poor measure of game performance.

One simple scenario: Whole team zerg together, kill the same target, and all stand together capping points. You get high pts, but always getting 2capped and losing.

Punish too severely and people will QQ. That or people who legit have terrible connection and shouldn’t play anyways won’t complain.

MMR for teamq and soloq are different. If they were the same win/losing on one would affect the other which you can observer on the leaderboard.

Minions size need to be bigger like lich form sized.

Good, then you understand why scepter+staff is a good idea on a power necro.

Despite the fact dagger is designed for power necros.

Its decent, but going full condi would be better if using scepter/staff.

Dagger auto attack is faster than scepter and actually does more damage as a power build. Dagger#3 + wells + auto can burst kitten squishi professions. Play style is more inline with being a thief without stealth. Works well roaming and 1v1 encounters.

Using a scepter as a power build you are sub par on both condition and direct dmg, might as well go full condi. Play style is basically that of a condi build for team fights but much less condi dmg with a touch more direct dmg.

You didn’t take into account timezones. You should do so many happy hours the whole purpose of them would be destroyed.

Yea, if you do too many happy hour time slots the concept loses its intended purpose. So it will be up to Anet to look at their user statistic to see when certain people are online from different regions etc. (3-4 happy hour time slot wouldn’t be too bad.)

But, for people who have limited time to play, this happy hour would give them a target time to plan for. They would get better quality matches and more matches in because the queues are shorter. Sucks if you only have 1hr to play, but have to wait 10+minute only to get a 4v5 or something.

Skyhammer is fun! Only map that actually changes your play style or gives us any chance of different game mode.

Won’t work people play at certain times of day because there life dictates it. You can put all the incentives in the world in and during the week you will never be able to get me to log in before about 10 p.m. est. I am sure there are many people in the same boat. Unless these periods will be fluctuate then I am all for it meaning no time slot will be discriminated against.

Doesn’t have to be one happy hour time slot. Could be multiple ones spread out through out the day.

1 thief is good because they have high mobility and can decap points fast. Having any more would be a negative to the team.

Be cool if new players have to play a game against BOTS and win.

Workaround:

Change character after match is over and before it starts. Duration timer is paused when switching to another character.

You can use multiple glorybooster in a row up to 9-10 i think for 9-10hrs of duration.

Hi Kirito long time no speak , erm i think you make a valid point erasing everyones rank and rebalancing it on on games played/won would solve the skyfarmers rank exploiut also , as the genuine players with 5k played and 3k wins would have earned there rank

Every new player has to do his first match on some placement. Unfortunately it seems you are currently ranked at exactly this entry level. ArenaNet is currently think about adjusting the entry level to a lower mmr.

Until then… increase your mmr, and you won’t have this problem again.

When the queue time is past 5-10minute mark it usually will gives up and match whoever that is available since there is no one to match near your mmr. You can increase your MMR how much you want won’t change it. I get r1s in top50-200 numerous times a week.
