You already got a very big compensation. Your worthless 10k points were buffed to an impressive 5k points. While that may sound contradictory, I invite you to think about it for a minute.

Daily achievements already do that. By doing them you can get up to 30% bonus xp. It makes the first hour the most valuable one.

As for logging out in select places, please no. That’s just annoying, having to backtrack all the time. More time is lost running from Inn to a remote location than you earn by being rested.

Besides Legendaries/map completition/completiting all jumping puzzles.. what are the long term attractions to the game? Where is the GRIND that takes so long.. the painstaking hardcorness of gw2 to be complained about? Is it because it can’t be all done in 2 weeks playing 1hr/day?

As a casual, I think the amount of content is just right. Ascended isn’t too crazy to get and gives a realistic gearing goal. I sincerely hope it’s the last step ever though. Legendary weapons are extremely long-term cosmetic goals with are also exactly what I want as a casual. There’s plenty of achievements to spend a lot of time on too.

I’ve been playing almost daily² since release. I’ve barely scratched the surface of the game.

² daily means 5 days a week, about 1 hour a day max. Weekends are almost impossibel for me to log on. Some days I go on a binge which leads to an average 3h daily in lifetime.

April Patch - Dubbed the "sPvP patch"

I really, really want to get into spvp but there’s just one big barrier, and that’s pve. As much as I like pvping, I like pve more. If I could get meaningful pve rewards from pvp, I would be far more inclined to be pvx.

If you make a pvp item, you should get a skin item for pve too. Furthermore, wins should reward a reasonable amount of gold.

As far as balance goes, I think implementing a vast array of new skills would really benefit the game. That way, a real meta can start developing. 3 more heals, 10 utility and 3 elites per profession would be a bare minimum. Weapon selection is fine. That was, tweaking one skill or trait won’t destroy an entire profession.

Capture points was the weakest pvp already in GW1 so I really hope more interesting win conditions will be added in the future, hopefully on the same maps. Eg Caledon Forest should merely be deadmatch with extra points for the 2 bosses to create a focal point.

I wasn’t going to even buy the game, my friend convinced me. I LOVED gw1.. Saw gw2, watched streams (most of which are gone now) & decided wasn’t a good sequel to gw1.. Only came cuz my friend. #5 applies to me, i’m too skeptical to spend my money on this game.

I’ve been playing for 6 months straight now because this game allows me to progress with minimal time investment. I’ve got too much other stuff on my plate to play a videogame as if it were a second job. If you stopped after 1 month, you bought the wrong game. You knew GW2 would be a casual sequal to archcasual game GW1.

Didn’t know anything about the game really, saw it being played & the mechanics weren’t for me, so I think from my prior post, pretty much sums it up. So unless you’ve really invested a lot of money into this game, should I say you’re part of that casual group that feels spending money on a game is a waste?

I’ve bought several gemcards myself + my fiancée gives me one from time to time. Spending money on a game isn’t waste. Spending money on subscription is a waste.

Would you sell an RV to a person who travels once/3yrs or a person who travels 2-3/year? Who do you think is more likely to make a better sales pitch on? Since we’re talking business. Over 6 mo you have spent.. $100? on gems… for a “video game” of little priority?

I don’t know what an RV is but lets turn it around. An oldtimer car you’re only allowed to drive at happenings in Belgium. That means you pay over 10k for a cool car+maintainance, only to drive it 4 times a year. Many people love doing that, many people spend a lot of money on their oldtimers. But renting an oldtimer … not really.

Not to sound overly negative, but if it’s one thing GW2 has taught me, it’s that catering just to casual players is a big no-no. Why? casual players don’t require a lot to be happy.. give them something capable within a 1-2hr window and they’ll be fine. The other players who spend more time on the game suffer. It’s been a huge learning experience for me.

Sure but that one percent of hardcore people sure don’t matter in the equation.

As much as I like GW2, it’s last on the prio list.

Go do the math. Which’d be the better market to cater for from a business perspective?

  1. If the gem store had worthwhile items more people would buy them.
  2. Check the forum, most of the “casual players” wouldn’t play the game if it was subscription based. They don’t like to “pay money to play a game
  3. Last on the priority list meaning you may drop the game at a whim, because you have a minimal investment.
  4. Do you know people make enough money playing video games to not need a typical job. If the game is interesting, people stream & others donate, it attracts more clientele.
  5. People don’t invest a lot into things they don’t feel aren’t going anywhere. There are a lot of skeptics.
  1. I agree but the in-game store in GW1 hardly had anything worthwile for years. It takes time to flesh out a business concept.
  2. Casuals don’t want to pay a subscription for the 5 hours they play in any given week, but they’re more than happy to catch up with hardcore people through money. Important distinction.
  3. GW2 is my primary hobby. Yet with fiancée, job, friends, sports, chores … all those are important in that they’re not optional. GW2 is my primary optional hobby. Again, you’re not seeing the distinction between optional things, which are last on the prio list because real life takes precedence at all times. At the end of the day, someone has to do the dishes, someone has to buy food. All that eats into GW2’s time.
  4. That’s a very small group of professional gamers and aren’t a valid point in this discussion. Most people who stream don’t earn enough to cover their internet costs, let alone build a living out of it.
  5. I will never do a full ironman, yet I bought myself an expensive racebike. People love to spend money on hobbies that go nowhere. The entire entertainment industry is built around that premise. Fun is worth something in its own right, there isn’t an expectation it should go somewhere.

Personally: I bought the game $60 I bought gems twice $20 – I’m done. after 1 month I’m bored of the game, I’m only playing for my friend’s company, I’m not spending another cent.

Sure but that one percent of hardcore people sure don’t matter in the equation. On average following sentiments play:

- Casual: I don’t have much time so I’ll buy some gems to get a nice weapon. I’ve got a good income and I want to spend it on the hobby I love.

- Hardcore: Buying gold through gems is cheating and people who do so make my legendary worthless. Gold buying is bad because people don’t work for their items.

So on one hand you have a casual group willing and able to spend money. On the other hand, you have a hardcore group which is usually not willing to spend real money on in-game stuff.

To most people, spending two hours on a videogame after work, chores, kids and hobbies is quite a lot. As much as I like GW2, it’s last on the prio list.

The Pacing of the Living Story

Meanwhile, that Karka event had to have some of the most ridiculous schedules ever. That should be pretty obvious to anyone who was participating. And our current Living Story is just being dragged out for far too long: those refugees could have built a second Hoelbrak by now…

Rome wasn’t built in a day. Have you ever seen RL disaster/war refugees build replicas of their original home town in 2 months time? No, even after years they still live in provisional tent camps. Your sentence just doesn’t make any sense.

I like the pacing. It is slow, doesn’t involve too much grind nor overall time. As such, it doesn’t interfere too much with other activities such as dungeon, daily etc.

On the other hand, the few zones affected by this living story really feel more alive now than before.

Non-Jewelry Celestial Items

marnick.4305

You need to remember, that not all stats have equal usefulness. How much each is important depends on the specific build and your preferred gameplay.
For example, unless you specifically build for conditions, few points in Power might mean more for you than few times as much in Condi Damage. Survival builds will be more interested in Toughness, Vitality and Healing Power than Power or +Crit Damage. MF in any build other than MF-specced is completely useless.
And so on.
Balanced celestial builds might have more overall points, but some of those points are always wasted, and those builds will always be mediocre at everything and inferior to specialized/hybrid ones within their areas of specialization.
There are some classes and builds that may benefit from celestial eq, but in general going monoset or hybrid dualset will have better effects.

Not necessarily. As an engineer, damage is spread over conditions and direct. Focussing on either is a form of gimping yourself because neither scales particularely well. Precision makes a lot of traits work. That means for damage, you’ll want, at least, power/precision/condi damage. That leaves engi without any surivability since it’s just a squishy profession.
A bit of vit/toughness is nice, while the healing skills tend to scale very well. As such, a bit of +healing is very nice. I’m of the opinion that V/T leads to increased DPS because you aren’t on the ground nearly as often. Unless you’re using exploits, avoiding all damage is impossible on dungeon bosses and fractals.

For engineer, I feel celestial does far more to increase long time damage output against dungeon bosses, than any other set could.

It very much depends. In GW1 a big problem existed with ToPK rank that was discouraging for new players. If players have the decency to not exclude people on achievement score, it won’t be a problem. We all know how theory and practice works in this scenario …

As far as “catching up” goes. Every new player should have reasonable expectations to get the top rewards in a few months of playtime. That means, getting every non-repeatable achievement should lead to the top available gear.

Price keeps Legendary…. Legendary. Skill at TP is just as valid as skill at adventuring.

Very true…but both should be equal in the amount of gold you can get for the time put in.

The guy flipping burgers for 12hrs a day 6days a week should not make as much as a surgeon who saves people’s lives working 8hrs a day 5 times a week or a stock broker who’s mastered the art of buy/selling shares.

Agree on the burgers and surgeon. Disagree on the stock broker. Shares are a form of investment, a token of trust to a company you want to support. That’s exactly what shares are about. Imho, a share should be held at least 24h before selling. Day traders are disastrous for healthy corporations because they influence the market price of shares without participating in the company.

I like capitalism, it’s a good system. But shares have a different function than daytrading.

Some of the logical errors made in this thread:

1. equating the deep GW1 pvp with the so-called shallow GW2 pve, while in reality GW1 pve was about c-space sabway, 55 and SF SC. GW1 pve was extremely shallow, GW2’s is definitively an improvement. Apples and oranges.

2. implying that healers lead to more depth, which is a non sequitur. Healers reduce player skill for everyone except healers. Needed for depth are more utility and elite skills and an overall direct damage nerf.

3. equating COF1 with entire PVE, which is a strawman. Doing a proper Arah, HotW2, SE guildrun is where the PVE really shines. An overall buff to combos is much needed though.

4. equating bad pug experiences and zerg mentality with skilled guildplay. Tu quoque is the proper term. Guild play is vastly different from pugs. In guilds engineers and rangers definitively have a spot. On the other hand, good pugs exist too.

There’s more but these are the most blatant.

Healers have nothing to do with deep combat or teamwork. Healers reduce combat depth to dps races and gearchecks. Healers reduce teamwork by covering up your puppy. Same goes for tanks.

End-game is the point where one of the teams has definitively won, and the game merely has to be played out. it is common courtesy in games like Chess, Starcraft and Magic the Gathering to simply give up once a decisive endgame has been reached.

In MMO games the meaning is changed to repeating the same content ad nauseam in the vain hope to get that 1% drop. If that would be the case, the endgame would be extremely boring.

GW2 has traditional endgame. It’s called alting. It also has MMO endgame in the precursor hunt. Pick your choice.

Also, I have checked up on the Dev Tracker from time to time, and if I was satisfied with what I saw there, then I wouldn’t have taken the time to add my thoughts to this thread. Most of what I see on the Dev Tracker are a select few threads that get a ton of dev feedback—mostly threads about billing/purchasing errors, login and disconnect problems, hacking, and player misconduct. There were also a lot of posts where CCs are deleting unproductive comments or closing threads. But as Essence Snow has said, “the major [threads] really seem to lack in any communication,” and those are the places where I’d like to see it.

Except, that isn’t “dev” feedback but support and community management. I’m a support engineer myself for a mid-size firm. Whenever a customer asks to speak with a developer, I simply tell them that’s impossible.
Mind you, customer in my case means multi-million contract instead of 60 euro videogame. These are multi-million clients featured in every magazine have no problem accepting that.

GW2 is basically a complicated game of cops and robbers for adults. The people on this board apparently can’t accept what I just said to a very big name featured at least ten times in an average household. Seriously …

Wat.

Jeffrey Vaughn, Robert Hrouda, Johnathan Sharp, Roy Cronacher, and Habib Loew are Content Designers, Game Designers, and/or Programmers at ArenaNet. Colin Johanson is the Game Director.

All of these people have accounts on the forums, and they actively participate in forum commentary. Without pointing fingers, some of their commentary is what I was referring to in my previous posts. I think that qualifies as “dev feedback,” and those names don’t include the community-targeted roles, which (in my mind) also qualify as devs for the purposes of the forums.

These people are already active, so that isn’t even the issue at hand. I’d simply like to see commentary in a wider variety of threads.

That’s their privilege to give, not your right to ask.

These guys are extremely time-pressured. Every minute they have is valuable, and every forum post is essentially wasted time. I would expect them to not post at all, but I’m happy they manage to find the time to answer a few key questions. All others are handled by the CC staff. That’s how any company works … How often did you see Bill Gates or Steve Jobs posting on the MS/Apple forums?

Just thought of another idea since the topic is about different ways of getting precursor.
if Arenanet wants gambling to be part of the game then why cant there be something similar recipe as clovers. with much better chances! gambling is evil.

something like…
[rare mat][rare mat][rare same weapon][exotic same weapon]= chance of a higher tier exotic maybe a precursor maybe something a little lower.

I’d assume its anet solution for getting rid of exotics and rares. if thats the case shouldn’t 4 exotics equal to higher chance like A LOT HIGHER than what it is now…

I hate that fact that rich people are wiping out the exotics and thrown into a mystic toilet. soulbound is bad enough but re-gearing has gotten expensive imo. when it first started re-gearing wasnt that bad.

It’s part of the plan to keep crafting materials valuable in a game with flat gear curve. Smart thinking imho.

Suggested Missing Features

marnick.4305

There’s still a lot of features to the UI and overall gameplay that are missing. I remember reading that anet wanted their game to be ready and done on release, but recent updates such as previewing items on trading post that was JUST added really shows there’s still so many basic features missing.

I’d list what I can think of in terms of ‘baseline’ features that without a doubt should have been already implemented long ago:

Alliance/Raid UI - 5 man grouping is not enough, why is there still no raid group options. Whether it be required to have a commander, or just anyone as raid leader, there’s no reason to not have raid group UI.

Agree.

Internal LFG gw2lfg does indeed work just fine, but we need an LFG channel that exists in-game.

Why devote precious dev time to something that already exists, and by your own words works just fine? I see no reason to make this a priority.

Currency Tab - I understand Anet’s reasoning behind not having this – no tab for tokens/relics/commendations/etc creates a need to buy bank and bag slots. But how about getting over it, and allowing these tokens to be held in an unlimited tab slot in banks similar to collectibles.

agree

Forums - There are no server forums, or even WvW tier forums.

Community things should be left to the community. I personally feel like the official forums should be removed altogether.

Precursors - Spark has reached 700g, The lover is almost 700g, Dawn/Dusk 600g, legend 700g. Why is there still no other option to acquiring these beyond pure luck. The mystic forge is a complete crap shoot, chest drops are 1 in a million, and outright buying it costs about the same as the entire recipe combined; there’s nothing ‘legendary’ about any of these options and are really just huge wastes of time – a legendary quest line of some sort needs to be added.

I agree but only when implemented very, very well. I’d rather wait another 6 months for a good precursor hunt, than have a bad one next patch. See my sig.

Inspecting Players We still cannot view what players are wearing. Whatever reasoning is behind this? All I can think of is trying to avoid having gear ‘requirements’ put in place as we are able to view gear sets – but is that really valid? If a player is wearing full rare magic find in level 20 fractal without us knowing it, should we be carrying them? Also, just a general interest in other player’s gearsets and armor stats is always lingering without any concrete way to find it out.

I’m on the edge. I’m inclined to say yes to gear inspect, but only names. As far as stats go, only +AR and +MF are relevant.

“/Search” Command for Players The only way to view a players class is through guild/contacts/party without them being right infront of you. There should be a command to search a character for their class, level, guild, location. For example: /search playername would produce a line of text of said information.

No. It was a gimmick feature in WoW, pretty fun to play around with, but pretty much useless.

Saving Gear Sets An option to save sets of gear for easier interchanging between armor sets.

Absolutely, but it isn’t a priority.

Linking Trading Post We still cannot link items straight from the trading post.

not a priority.

Traits While allocating trait points, currently if you screw one up you must respec. We should have a system that only saves trait points once we are confirmed finished. It would allow us to add/subtract points at will until we confirm the traits and they become active.

Yes!

Guesting Players of the server need some kind of priority over guests with respect to ending up in overflow.

I don’t believe it’s nearly the problem people make it out to be. Most players just play on their home server and most people causing overflows aren’t guests.

Wilderness One of the major things I would love to see is a wilderness style PvP area. A large map that allows for open world non team based PvP. Whether it be server exclusive or another WvW form, an open world PvP area is needed for a long lasting game.

Consider it done. WvW is open world PVP.

Comments and other suggestions are welcome, I love hearing what people think in terms of ideas and suggestions.

You suggested several quality of life improvements. None of those are priorities, yet all of them would be good when implemented. I really hope A.net takes it’s time with those, make sure they’re really, really good.

Wallah…

http://grammarist.com/spelling/voila/

Saying “wallah” instead of “voila” is simply wrong. When using a foreign language word in english context, it’s best not to screw it up and say something that you don’t mean at all.

Wallah is an arab word that means “I swear to god”. Voila is French, and the correct word to use in the OP’s message.

That’s like saying OMG isn’t a valid expletive since it’s a christian abbreviation in a contintent that’s mostly atheist (Europe)

Looks like a complaint about guilds, more than about the game. Don’t let the crisis follow you in game. Don’t let socialist puppykitten about banks get into your head. Play the game and don’t focus on the ferrari your boss drives.

Seriously …

I don’t know why I continue to bother with this kitten. Really. They said publicly that they want to improve communication, be more open going forward… all crap. THOUSANDS of legitimate questions being asked on the forums daily, about important things, things that matter to players. Without reply.
And the questions, like the one in this thread, is not earth shatteringly difficult to answer.
Yes, we’re still looking at it. – or – No, we’re not doing that anymore. – or – Soon, you will see it soon but not within the next x months.
It’s really easy to keep people semi-informed without giving too much away.

But what do we get? We get ignored. Over and over and over and over and over again. Hit a nerve, however, and the nearest mod/dev is over you like a rash.

So, you just don’t care Anet. Is that it?
K I T T E N. I did it again. Another question, never to be answered.
./sigh

They’re silent because they care. Every minute spent on the forums is a minute not working on the game. Whenever we get information, it is very concrete and to the point. Furthermore, A.net acknowledged concerns, but also wants to release a proper solution in due time. Beyond that, silence is a form of communication too. Wanting a status update every other day is just asking too much.

All the vague tidbits exist and you can form an educated opinion around it. A.net cares more than any other company. That doesn’t mean you should expect developpers to lurk on the forums. That just doesn’t work.

Risingashes himself suggested a linearily increasing salvage title which would drastically reduce the amount of achievements it gives.
tier 1: 100 salvages
tier 2: 200
tier 3: 300

His 25k points would be nerfed to 8000 or so. Personally, I support his suggestion.

You have any idea if you guys will be able to save the actual salvage amounts even if they aren’t counted towards the AP score? Would be a shame to throw away 1.5 million salvages even if it’s just something people can see themselves. (Would be a nice idea to apply this to all capped achievements as well.)

See how much I care………………

Game Improvement - Difficulty

marnick.4305@ the hardcore players are way more relevant than those who dies fast and then ragequit game. We hardcore players want challenge and not just stand in the same spot and shoot skills blindly and get crap loot.
We want the dragons to wipe the whole group easily with fire/ice/scourge/laser breathes, move like a real reptile without hesitation and destroy everything in its path.
And we don’t want any safe spots but always to move just like lupicus in arah path 3.

Casual doesn’t equal bad. I’m an extremely skilled player, yet very time limited. I fall in the casual range. I have 1 night a week I can do FotM and I usually faceroll it without repairs. You’ll understand I don’t ragequit over that. I might quit if GW2 becomes more hardcore though.

The only thing hardcore means, is time commitment. While I’d like your suggestion of a difficult dragon, hardcore usually requires gear progression in order to kill said dragon, which I can’t and won’t support.

So please don’t mix up time commitment and skill. You ask for hardcore content, which, by definition, is high time requirement content. I already have a few hardcore hobbies called fiancée, friends, work and triathlon. GW2 is my casual hobby, the only MMO that mixes well with important RL things, and I’d like to keep it that way.

The game is great I will admit but it is quite simply way too easy I find myself hardly needing to pay attention to play.
With that being said, instead of nerfing all the loots just make stuff harder and more rewarding.
On that note, I find myself taking a fair amount of time to kill a champion simply to get terrible loot. Why not add veteran slayer? Champion slayer? Better loot?
The game is fun, yes . But it’s way too simplified. I understand they want everyone to be able to play but what about us hardcore gamers? We can play this with our eyes closed.
To conclude I will just say where’s hard mode? Or just a harder island maybe where you can’t enter without a certain gear level.
-thanks, Nick

The 1% hardcore public is negligable in terms of revenue. You are not relevant for the development of the game, nor should you be. The game was marketed as a game for people who can’t and won’t be hardcore. You knew that before you bought it.

It’s like buying a ferrari and complaining it’s not as slow and ugly as a peugeot. Yes, I consider casual games superior to hardcore games.

WvW map completion VS PVE map completion

Here we go again …

There’s a few ways to get WvW completion:

1/ take your time. Eventually your world has all three colors. Explore to your hearts content depending on the part of the map your world controls. May take a few weeks.

2/ Gather a team. Storming a keep can be done in a very short time, explore and get out. With my old guild we used to do this pretty often. Just say on TS which points you need.

3/ Organize the zerg. Maybe even get commander so you can pull most guildless people to yourself and have them cannon fodder the keeps you want to conquer.

No one said it was going to be easy, getting the star next to your name. On the other hand, it isn’t really difficult either. I’m not big into PVP and still got it with minimal effort.

I joined a pvp zone and was killed by another player. This MUST be changed by a.net.
/sarcasm

How about a few constructive tips:
- gather a team and pwn the gankers. They’re usually not prepared for a teamspeak team that has a clue.

- l2p. There’s probably a skilled way to get through, even if that means saccing a few of your own team and taking advantage of the small window it gives.

- conquer all 3 keeps so the JP is empty. Requires skill and a team, but shouldn’t be too difficult in lower tiers.

- accept that you won’t get it. Seriously … giving up is a legitimate choice. No one requires you to go into the EB puzzle. This is PVP where other players decide whether you win or not, it’s not decided by a.net. Sometimes, the other player wins.

If guildwars 2 had monthly fee

in Guild Wars 2 Discussion

marnick.4305

It is one of those very interesting question because it is a double edged sword.

GW2 is a very good game, but let’s be honest here. There’s only room for one p2p game in this market and that’s WoW. All other games are either forced to quit or forced to go f2p. At the very least GW2 didn’t fall into this trap which allowed it to focus on non-grindy content. In the end, grind is the hallmark of p2p games.
- flight paths taking ages to cross a continent
- mounts because there’s no instant waypoints
- absurd crafting systems
- tedious levelling
- weekly raid locks
- reputation dailies
- gear destroying tiered “updates”
- and yet paying for “expansions”

Those are all symptoms of the core MMO problem, not features you’d want in a good game.

Alternate Use for Skill Points

Okay, so I’ve been lvl 80 for awhile and I have, like, a bajillion skill points just sitting, worthless, on my character because I don’t craft. Could we please get something for the non-crafters to spend these points on? Let us convert them to karma, maybe? Or use them to buy things in the Black Lion TC? Or trade them in for buffs like you could do in GWEN?

I just hate to see them sitting there doing nothing.

You’re letting them sit there, do nothing.

Without crafting, just buy the following from the TP:
5 orichalcum weapon part X, eg sword blade
5 ancient wood weapon part Y, eg sword hilt
30 mystic coins

Go to miyani and buy an Eldritch scroll for 50 skill points

Throw these 4 things in the MF, sell on TP, 4g profit.

Any weapon will work, and if you can craft, it’ll obviously be cheaper. But even at TP prices, 50 skill points are basically worth 4g.

I guess "grind" is a matter of perspective

in Guild Wars 2 Discussion

I’ve played Aion(for about 1-2 months), WoW(6 years), WAR, SWTOR, Eve, Tera (3 months), Rift, and now Guild Wars 2.

I know Aion has an insane grind at higher levels, and so does Tera. But this game is nipping at their heels, maybe even passing them.

Whether or not you think people like me are misinformed or dilusional, the fact that so many people feel GW2 is a grind when the game was highly touted as a non-grinding game, is a problem. Perception is reality. If a large portion of the playerbase feels that the game is grindy, it probably is.

Among other reasons, this is why I have stopped playing. I don’t need a second job. I have a regular 9-5, then upkeep at home and a family to spend time with. I don’t need to feel compelled to log into a game to do dailys or dragon chest farm just to keep up with the masses.

This is not why I bought the game.
So disappointed.

I was used to doing a normal daily, crafting daily, anywhere from 1 to 5 faction dailies, dungeon daily, pvp daily, raid weekly, and anything else I forgot an it definitely felt like a second job. Here my one daily takes 15 minutes, I never dragon farm, and really don’t NEED either to keep up with anyone. Tbh, I am a little surprised that after 6 years of WoW, you would call GW2 a second job.

As far as “perception is reality”, a lot of people used the perceive that the earth was flat. :p

I can do the daily in less time than it takes for my fiancée to watch her soap opera. Such a grind omg :p

And ye “perception is reality” has no merit amongst rational people. Facts are used to define reality, and factually this game doesn’t have much grind. Sure there’s a few optional grindy things but none of those are necessary to enjoy the game.
