I’m a big fan of the salads, but I do have 3 now.
I’m also a big norn fan, so likely a norn. It would depend on the class though. If it was a “heavy” class or some sort of magical/spiritual class I would go norn. If we got another agile class though, maybe sylvari or human.
Female, of course!
Whoever contacted me in-game today, I lost your details because of a DC. So please contact me when you can.
You can get exotic gear from the dungeon vendors too by doing dungeons and getting the tokens. If you’re into that you don’t even have to spend gold.
Also as said before, some stat combos are garbage and therefore very cheap. You will notice that after the harder to obtain stat combos, berserker (power, precision, ferocity) will always be the most expensive.
The attitude of this thread surprised me.
I think naturally new dailies will be added, so other than that this system is great. The PvP dailies allow you to get 3 track rewards from 1 game if you win sometimes! This system is slightly more effort with much greater rewards.
And to have stuff handed to me when I log in that I used to have to play for? That’s enough to make me smile.
Literally the only other thing we need than new additions to the dailies is being able to access that daily log in reward screen manually.

Hello! Here at Fiery Legion [FL] we are recruiting! We are primarily based on Far Shiverpeaks, EU. All EU servers welcome!
What we offer:
- Teamspeak
- Forums

We would request that you state this when you join, not repping without good reason isn’t accepted.
ABOUT FIERY LEGION
We actively run dungeons and participate in world events. We have a mix of those dedicated to dungeon clearing and those that just do it causally; and the two groups mix. We have weekly guild missions on Saturdays, and we also have weekly missions with our ally guild on Wednesdays if you can’t make ours.
We do PvP casually and are also in the process of setting up a fun for all PvP tournament in our custom arena. Our PvP community is also expanding as of late.
As for WvW, we are primarily based on FSP. We don’t consider ourselves a guild particularly dedicated to WvW, but we have several members who avidly participate in WvW. We regularly have members particpating in EotM.
We also avidly use Teamspeak and our forums. We hold many fun events both in game and out, including Hide and Seek, quizzes with prizes and many more. Teamspeak is not required, but we welcome you to join it if possible! Our forums are: fierylegion.shivtr.com

I have noticed it’s almost impossible to join a group posted in the Open World tab of the LFG tool. The entries are constantly flying in from the right because it gets updated so often.
I’m pretty sure it resets your finisher when you consume those temporary finishers (aka the Snowman present temporary finisher) for some reason.
Apparently you get your utilities unchangeable in ac p3 with the ghost transformation super immersion magical effect.
Yes this is also where I experienced this. Annoying to say the least.
I have to repeat myself than:
- You may have arrows in combat.
- You may have arrows out of combat.
- You may have no arrows in combat.
- You may have no arrows out of combat.
It is not consistent. “You always have arrows in combat” is not true, that’s my point.
So they have broken something then?
I didn’t make this thread about the bug.
It’s about the UI change made to the arrows in and out of combat. This it what it now looks like in combat. Before, the arrows disappeared completely.
They’ve made a backwards change to intuitive UI for no apparent reason.
So… now we see the little arrows despite being in combat? That’s… an unnecessary annoying change. Myself and a party member then had the arrows disappear and we were stuck unable to change skills even ooc for the boss. I assume it’s a related bug.
Anyone know why they made this weird change?
I dont quite get the rage against this feature. Im completely indifferent about it. What is so bad about it being prof-specific on lvl80 and how does that effect the economy of the game so badly?
Silk scraps are the most expensive out of it’s T5 other weight equivalents (mithril and thick leather sections). Silk is used in the crafting of all armour weights for ascended armour. Therefore, it is the most in-demand T5 material out of the three.
Silk scraps come from light armours. With profession-specific loot at level 80, light armoured classes are much more likely to get light armour – and therefore silk. It is economically beneficial to play a light armoured class in this case.
If silk was only required for ascended light armour, then the price difference between it and leather/mithril would probably be smaller, and this would be less of an issue or no issue at all.
There is no need for profession specific loot at level 80, as you never have any intention to wear blue or green armour at level 80.
Probably was too confusing for new players so they removed it.

:D
My issue here is how is this a legendary tutorial when it’s nothing like making the “real” or"ccurrent" legendaries?
It’s remembered, but it doesn’t show how many characters your password has. It shows 5 greyed out stars as if your password isn’t there – but it is.
I can see how this is annoying.
I personally never double-clicked because everything in my bank is organised into rows. Double clicking puts things into the next available slot, which was no use to me most times.
^ Yes you can destroy it, but if it’s like the Fractal and Taco spoon, they merch for 10s.
The Fractal spoon will drop from any fractal it appears. They also aren’t rare, and neither is the Taco spoon.
To people moaning about collectibles – they were a great addition for collectors. Now I want every piece of dungeon gear and all the weapons. Maybe I won’t use the ascended trinket, but I still want to do it.
People saying “but experience scrolls/tomes!”, that is NOT an excuse.
So what? You can’t say the faults of the new levelling don’t matter because a lot of us can get to lvl 20 or more instantly. I could also go leveling in EOTM or swapping in dungeons. But that’s no excuse for the basic levelling system to be kitten.
I can second that packs of mobs in CM do appear to continue to follow you in stealth.
I start my dungeon run with 3 guildies and a PUG. The PUG turns out to be an kitten. They’re angry, aggressive and won’t cooperate. We want to kick them and 4 man it. We can’t, and the path takes over an hour because of this PUG.
At the end we vote them down, they gets suspended. What are we gonna get out of that? We will never get our wasted time back, and we may never see this loser again.
Nothing wrong with kicking, we just need majority vote.
Two things.
1. Overcrowded? lol
2. Being kicked earlier than the given time limit sounds like a bug. This is clearly not intended.
Proposal Overview
Improve guild mission management.
Goal of Proposal
Preventing guild members from starting challenges, puzzles etc, whether it’s a misclick or they are new, or even if they’re trolling.
Proposal Functionality
Only ranks given permission can start the event. Therefore leaders can ensure only themselves and their trusted officers can start the event to ensure it is only started when the guild is ready to do so.
Associated Risks
I don’t see any risks.
Imo their position in Queensdale was weird. I remember playing my first ever character and being confused at why these merchants were the first I came across instead of merchants directly selling me starter weapons and gear.
Idk really.
I am fairly excited yes. I want to try out the new TP and start hunting the new achievements!
Non-repping isn’t accessing your personal guild bank or forgetting whilst key farming. Non-repping is not being involved in guild chat a lot of the time, not attending guild missions when you are online, missing out on guild dungeon runs because we asked in chat and you couldn’t see it. If a new member joins and doesn’t rep half the time it’s unlikely I’ll get to know them.
Just how I see it. People are welcome to not join if they have other guild commitments, and they are welcome to leave if they find another guild without the policy.
I am confused about the OPs point to be honest, was written weird.
First of all there is nothing wrong with a personal guild bank. Any guild leader/officer that kicks on first instance of non-repping is a terrible leader/officer. They should whisper and ask why. When they find out you’re just accessing your personal guild bank, they should jist be fine with it. In that situation your are not hindering your guild.
However 100% rep is completely valid. People who have a guild with friends as well are unlikely to rep or join in with your guild dungeon runs or other events. Most of the time they will only be contactable through a whisper, and we don’t want to be chasing new members up. By joining a guild you are joining a community, and we want you to rep 100% so you can see everything and get involved in everything. You can easily contact your friends throug whisper.
Then ofc there’s all the technical reasons mentioned in the post further up.
Errr, I personally believe the materials needed to get it are very reasonable and easily attainable. The only issue is the Foxfire Clusters with their RNG aspect, but their prices have gone down enough now. Also I tend to get 3-4 every day with my chop chop chopping. The timegated stuff is okay too, I don’t mind waiting.
I know what spoon feeding is lol.
I just didn’t get the OPs point from their post. I get it now though, they’re saying the new levelling system means newbies won’t ask veterans questions? Meh, they still will. The new system isn’t that much of a hand hold. This game needed more guidance.

Female ranger obsidian. I only owned the torso but I loved it. <3

Wait, I don’t get what your point was? Are we referring to spoon collecting here? Or was that just a poor choice of words?
I like it. It’s a simple incentive to go back and explore older zones. It’s not a damaging update at all so all good there. Us vets will always welcome a new goal.
I’m thinking ALL finishers, gem store or not, will probably be previewable via the wardrobe.
It’s just a fact of life you make your complaints louder than your praise. When you’re happy with something you’re playing it, and probably saying to your friends/guild “This is great!”. You don’t really think to come to the forums and start a discussion on how great it was. But when you find something you dislike or think could be improved, you come to the forums to start a discussion about it.
It’s just the way it’s always been.
There’s still time, however the last week only had 4 days so maybe it’ll be Tuesday – Friday?
Yeah… how about some ladies’ T-shirts and Tank Tops? Not that there are any for men either.
Very disappointed with the lack of merchandise as well! You can get Guild Wars 2 T-shirts at several sites online. Just need a quick Google search.
Still, a range of licensed merchandise would be appreciated. =)
I own a GW2 t-shirt, but the small is still too big for a woman of my size. It’s also a terribly uncomfortable material. I’d like to see some good quality female size shirts! (:
The figures you mentioned – OMG YES.
I would buy plushies, t-shirts, huge art canvases in a heartbeat!
Wow! Very impressive! Want one of my own now.
All of the slayers are 1000. It’s meant to be on of those “Omg how” achievements. I don’t mind really, I ain’t gonna farm it.
Thank you very much for the clear answer.
I think we’re talking about the achievement rewards here, the gloves in question being Hellfire and Radiant.
Short answer – yes, you can get the other one. But the bad part is you can only get the one you didn’t choose at 12k achievement points (you chose your first one at 3k).
Considering you haven’t played in a while and you don’t consider yourself ‘hardcore’, you may probably be quite a distance away from 12k.
I couldn’t find a clear answer to this from surfing through current related threads or google.
In the China version of the game, I think I am right in saying personal story starts at lvl 10. By this, does it mean you have to be level 10 before you can start playing the personal story (e.g. it unlocks at lvl 10)? Or can you start it at lvl 1 if you like?
For Magg defense sword is preferred, max cleave damage to avoid getting overwhelmed with the trash.
Fair enough. ^^
I got one yesterday. Sorry. ):
Sometimes you over shoot too. The initial jump you are given to use it on in Dry Top – I have gone over the rock even though I targeted the rock. I had to WP because although I hadn’t hit the ground, I was on a part of the rock that wouldn’t let me jump back to it’s top (and you aren’t yet given an air crystal here).
I tend to hold W every time I use it. I don’t know if it actually does anything but it makes me feel better hehe.
Would CoF P2 defending Magg before the boss room warrant GS? I haven’t played mesmer in dungeons for a while now, so I’m unsure how necessary being at range at this point would be. But as far as I can see you can deal enough damage to help take down the assassins and use skill 5 to defend yourself. How easy it is for mesmers to die here?
I think the difficulty of this path is far higher than the other dungeons, but I think that’s okay. This path is very fun with an organised group with voice communication, but I would never touch this dungeon with PUGs.
But there should definitely have been better rewards. There should have been a new dungeon vendor, and unique tokens for the path, and the gold reward should be greater.

I’m not sure I support any suggestions for making the Graveling burrows more difficult on Paths 1 & 3.
I’d say P1 burrows need no change at all. You are right in saying with little organisation they are hard, and even with slight organisation you can still mess it up sometimes. They are fine as they are. But I have done P3 burrows without an ele and they’re still really slow and dull. It’s not so much about an up in difficulty, more just an up in activity and interest.
