This album shows my trading post items I have sold, the profit I am able to pick up and the Vials of Powerful Blood listing for: 62 at 37s27c gone. I should have at least 19 gold to pick up but only have 1 gold, not to mention the fact that I sold pages of other items too yet no profit is being made.
I picked up the profit after seeing my items were continuing to sell with no impact on the funds I could pick up. This bug has cost me a lot of gold, I have submitted a support ticket and to anyone else with a similar problem I suggest you do the same, hopefully it gets resolved. I’ll edit the post with the outcome.

From your screenshots, it appears that your pick up tab is very full. If you clear it out and collect all your items waiting to be picked up, the rest of your gold should show up.

Sorry, no, there is absolutely no way to transfer characters to another account. It is not possible in a game-code sense.

You need to update the ticket that was used to return your account to your possession, that is, the ticket about the hacking incident. The team will see your update and will help you.

Unfortunately, we haven’t found out why the Berserker isn’t consistently hitting and are still investigating what could have caused this skill to break. This is still a high-priority for us, and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to work on this issue.

Some days ago i had to change my first char because someone report me. Everyone can consider “Blastardo” offensive. I had simply use a combination between my account name and an italian word. I though perfect name for an ugly norn warrior.
Then set a new name and call him AAron Deepneau, a (secondary) character name from a S.King book. After two days, yesterday, i was suspended for 72 hours… why?
Other names seems offensive? Or there are some rights on other char name?

Just discussed the first censor with the team, and we agree, that was an erroneous block. The name has been freed up, if you choose to use it. The second name appeared to two agents like “creative spelling” for a name that wouldn’t be appropriate. I did not agree, actually, but we go with consensus, so we’re going to leave the second name blocked.

this is the second time in 3 days ive been suspended for the same reason. at first my thief was named kitten palace dance, which is offensive to overprotective parents, but in context was referring to a boning knife and not an erect kitten. I understand why they made me change it, and it took half a day for me to get back on (youre suspended until they change your name which can take up to 72 hours). The second time I was suspended was totally unnecessary and annoying. I renamed the thief to spanking monkey, which is no vulgar in any sense and it has been 2 days since they suspended my account. while censorship is unnecessary (and i am personally completely against censorship), I agree that suspension is not a logical penalty.

Both your names were offensive, and all protestations of innocence — as shown by your fellow players — are bogus. If you continue to intentionally skirt the line, or purposely choose offensive names, you’re putting your account in jeopardy. For yes, as a certain point, the account will be terminated for repeated violations, and that’s not something you want to have happen, nor something we want to be forced to do.

I made a change in the upcoming content update that should make the cowapult much more accessible. We’re still trying to track down the bug causing the NPCs to stall after the event runs (but before the cowapult is usable) but the upcoming change should allow you to use the cowapult unless the event is actively running.

Yes, the actual repeatable achievement counts will still be tracked. Unfortunately you won’t be able to see your totals in this upcoming release. We’ll make it visible from the achievement panel in a future update.

I don’t know where these comments are coming from! It has never been 9 to 5 for this team, ever. We have agents working 24/7/365, yes, including weekends and holidays.

Now, if your issue requires a special review, it may be escalated to a specific agent. If that’s the case, that agent will have a 40-hour work week, and a ticket may await his/her return to work. But even “weekends” are staggered, so there are senior agents and leads available around the clock.

(1) You purchased from an unauthorized seller. That company or that person gave you a bogus code. You may not have been involved in the fraud, but the code is fraudulent and you need to get in touch with your seller to get your money back, so you can purchase a legitimate code. We cannot replace you code, because we never got paid for the game. This matter is between you and your (fraudulent) seller.

(2) Alternately, you attempted to purchase directly from us and you were not allowed to do so. Perhaps the CC details didn’t match up, or perhaps there were other issues. If we are concerned about fraud, we do not take the money so you were not charged for the game.

In either case, please contact Support if you need to discuss.

I’m aware you are all posting about public chat but I just wanted to post a reminder that commanders are never suppressed in squad chat.

The addition of the WvW progression system doesn’t impact regular character leveling at all. Characters will still get regular XP in the usual way and they’ll also get WXP so characters below level 80 can be leveled simultaneously while they advance their world rank.

Well, it wasn’t me who made the loot changes or make the decisions concerning loot, so it’s certainly not my intention to see dungeons deserted in such a way. We are aware of the reward discrepancy between dungeon and open world boss loots, and we’re trying to resolve things. As you may have noticed though, the new open world chests caused a problem with our economy that we are trying to fix, so bringing dungeon chests up to that level would only further hurt the economy.
We are looking into that issue though.

Hi AfxTwn – In this type of situation, Error 10 is typically caused when you click the Join or Invite button without putting a name in the character name field.

Please try the following steps and let me know if you are successfully able to invite another member to your party.

Click on the party icon in the upper left of the screen. You should see a box that says character name with the buttons join and invite underneath.

In order to invite someone to your party their character name needs to be in the character name field. You can either type the characters name in or target them. Once their name is in the character name box, you can then click the invite button. Doing this will send them an invite which they can either approve or deny.

Doing something fun on April 1st is a good idea, hmmm…

I would like to suggest to add ability to track these NPC that are active similarly to achievement tracking (IE you activate guild bounty tier 2 and u will see list with 3 NPCs on the right side of the screen with timer).
Guild menu is little rusty for this since it has to load your members and then u have to move throu few clicks (nothing to say about its size that is huge just for listing active NPCs)

I’d like to get this added but that portion of the screen is getting a bit crowded. We’re looking into other options as well, such as moving the missions panel to the top level list of tabs or somehow displaying it on the main page.

I’ve read every post in that thread, yes. Please stop trying to fling it towards my face. I share some of the concerns, but I don’t agree with everything every player says (EDIT: and neither does the feedback or the metrics that help us make these determinations).

The new guild training mission is meant to alleviate accessibility issues for smaller guilds. We’ll continue to look at methods of making sure that everyone can access the content and has the necessary tools available to complete it, but I don’t believe that down-scaling the challenges to accommodate for one-person at a time is the right solution for group content.

A couple of you are hitting on some big points here and I wanted to let you know that you’re on the right track.

There’s some assumptions that the first time you run one of these missions you should be able to finish it right away with no issues. But it wouldn’t be much of a group activity if it were that easy. The expectation is that you’re going to have to practice. Learn the enemies, learn the mechanics, learn how to work together, adjust your strategies, and try again. That’s why the activation costs for missions is pretty low. You’re probably going to have to try more than once.

Komali and Sotzz are good mentions because they reinforce this on the encounter level. You have to learn Komali’s mechanic and how to search for Sottz. Reading the guide doesn’t help because once you know these things, you still have to practice the execution. Even once you’re good at it, you have to continually adjust your strategies when these guys appear in your list.

This is unlikely to change. In fact, the new content is only going to take us further down this road. You just can’t pre-scout Big Mayana or Yanonka. 2-MULT will anti-zerg your faces off.

As far as 30 vs a T3, yes they were coordinating over voice and guild chat. They absolutely failed plenty of times and they tried lots of different tactics before they found what worked for them. But they were mighty pleased with themselves once they got it done, and that’s exactly the kind of group content that we’re aiming for.

• There’s lots of things that guilds do other than guild missions.
• You can be one person, but that doesn’t change the fact that you’re going to have to work with other people.

I tried it with larger time periods, but the quantities at each price point needed to be accounted for in a moving subtraction, it would take more time than I currently have.

As a quick aside I ran the numbers by day on the maximum and minimum prices ectos sold are per day for the first two weeks or so of the month. Remember that this is the theoretical MAXIMUM profit percentage one could make at the tipping points, not including the tiny quantities as the maximum prices and a million other things:

Thanks. Also it may be pretty close to medium. My point was that the norn heavy looks pretty medium to my eye, which is part of what makes it cool to me.

All of the missions are designed to be completed in the fifteen minute window. The pre-scouting methods were never used by the testers. Most found it far more efficient to start the mission and the search the map by dividing up our efforts.

Some of the new bounties are designed to actively encourage this approach instead.
