We know that RL comes first and stress that fact.
We’ll still be there even if you can’t for a bit of time. Just leave a little note to let us know you’ll be away, and all is well.

We do not demand 100% representation.
It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone.

The long wait for the big update took it’s toll, but now it’s time for rebuilding. if you’re looking for a place to call home where you feel like part of the family and not just a number, come give us a try. My guild, The Gryphons Aerie [REST] is also having the same issue. We’re at lvl 28 and the bar is filled at 5760xp. Did two upgrades that should have pushed us to lvl 29. Nothing happened (other than the upgrades being functional).

I went to go craft some more brown dyes to salvage into pigments for my Scribe to use only to find that the recipe was missing from the list. Searching for it came up with only the Master and Rare versions. I’ve used it many times in the past several weeks, so I know it did exist.

Anyone else notice this?

If you have multiple hard drives, try installing GW2 on a different one. I once had a drive go bad on me and do something very similar. I had to repair the .dat file almost daily after a while, even though my other games ran just fine.

I’m noticing this too, now that my guild got our NPC upgrade.

Happened to my guild today as well.

My guild also just tried to do this with 10 people. We were in a squad and divided into 3 teams within the overall squad. Upon entering, nothing happened. The NPC states “Mission Closed. Please try again later.” even though we just started it. The only option we have when interacting with the flag is to exit the instance. I can’t say whether or not it has anything to do with the Squad UI or not.

There was another guild also trying theirs and having the same issue. They had 30+ people trying to do the mission and no commander/squad.

Yes, very much. We were talking about this in my gchat earlier today even. It’s really inconvenient to have to keep bouncing into the Guild Hall and back out to grab materials for the upgrades from our banks or trade post.

I love this idea! I have a feeling there will be some more fulfilled dreams of those posting before me soon.

I don’t really want much of anything. Can always use Black Lion Keys and maybe a Shadow Dye Kit. Or for the longshot option, an Identity Repair kit.

I’ve had my G600 for over a year and a half now, and I love it. It did take me a couple days to get used to it and tweak the key-bind profile to perfection. I find it very comfortable in my hand (I have average size hands for a woman, I think?), and can reach all the thumb buttons I need to, when I need to. On rare occasions, a button will decide not to work. Just go into the Logitech software and manually switch to a different profile and then back to the primary one and that will fix it. (it’ll make more sense when you get it and start setting it up )

We do not demand 100% representation.
It’s not our business to tell you who you can and cannot associate with; that choice is yours alone. All we ask is that you give us the majority (only 51%) of your time, if you can.

We are focused on providing a place where people can feel comfortable and as though they are more than just a name on the roster. We want everyone to feel like family.
We are very LGBTQ friendly and do not tolerate any sort of derogatory words, comments, bigotry etc. toward anyone regardless of nationality, race, religious beliefs, gender identity or sexuality. Anyone violating that policy is subject to immediate removal, no questions asked.

We’re willing to help out with any and all questions as best as we can, whether it’s dungeons/Fractals, builds, and other general game questions. All you need to do is ask. We also don’t do the “speed runs”, exploits, etc, nor require anyone to bring a specific class or build for any dungeon run. Bring whatever you want and we’ll have fun regardless.

We also have a TeamSpeak 3, but it’s use is on a purely optional basis. Most of our chatter is on the guild channel.

Maybe my little home will be of interest to you. We’re called The Gryphons Aerie and we’re a smaller, casual/semi-casual yet social, 18+ PvE/Light RP family on Tarnished Coast (though as long as you’re on a NA server, it doesn’t matter too much unless you plan to WvsW heavily). Our peak time tends to be in the mid-late evening EST, though we have a few others from various time zones.

Knowledge of and/or participation in RP is not required.
We’ll teach you if you want to learn, but there’s no pressure.

To change your voice settings from voice-activate to push-to-talk (and vice versa) go to:

Settings > Options > Capture (icon of a mic)

From there you can change things around as you wish to suit your preferences.

In regards to the whole community being on TS3, the answer is yes and no. Some guilds prefer to use the TS3 hosted for their respective server (IE: there is also a Tarnished Coast one, i think), and other guilds prefer to keep a private one for themselves (I keep a private one for my guild). Overall, it’s a matter of preference for the guild(s) in question.
