They NEED to allow us players to DODGE the cannon. That promotes skilled game play, if you can fight 2-3 people juggling dodges and endurance then I think you should be rewarded for that by evading the hit like the Treb in Khylo. As it is right now the cannon is waaay to strong and most of the time the map can be decided in the first few rotations on if a team can hold the cannon.
A few quick questions Phaeton, I have TPVP’d with you before with lyss and cutsu, so I am putting it out there that I respect you a lot as a player.
So few things I see you are running both weap swaps with good adrenaline skills, but you don’t have cleansing ire (for the adrenaline on it), how do you feel your upkeep on adrenaline is is the one bar saved from burst mastery enough to keep using them?
Also you are saying its a cleave build, with the long cool downs on hammer skills without merciless hammer, what are you cleaving with? Mace auto? Or hammer auto on node? Both sound rough and unpleasant, and don’t seem to put out much pressure. I can see earth shakers on points as a cleave, but a lot of blinds and guardian stability floating around, how do you play it in point?
Also do you get kited hard with no gap closers? It definitely seems like that would be the case, especially without siggie of stam for condie cleanse, and if you are using the 30 sec heal to do cleanse the cripple chill and immob has that presented issues with sustain?

OP does sound like most people saying the warr is top notch and that he has the key to life.
With all the recent boon stripping added to a lot of the classes, I’m finding my signet of rage is getting stripped really quickly. Necro focus offhand counters our elite and thays just one examplelol. I do like signet of rage, but it’s just getting eaten up waay to quickly.
What’s clear is you, Lighter, and Dooger are just flat out whiners who have no desire to improve on their own, and they would rather join the circle – jerk. What game type do you play? I looked up the 3 of you on the leader boards to see if any of you played tpvp, but I found nothing. Hoelbrak runes, Cleansing Ire, Signet of Stamina, and Berserker Stance are all great ways to deal with the condition meta. Contrary to what you may believe, Warrior does have condition removal. If you’re not using Longbow with Cleansing Ire, you should reconsider. If you’re still using Bulls Charge + Frenzy + 100b, then yes, it will miss 80% of the time. Running full offensive build relying on that one maneuver is going to get you no where. There are some players that have builds around here that do work, and they can be personalized to work even better for YOU.
Sure mats its just us 3, not the 14+ pages of SPVP players ranking warriors Dead last. Which you completely dodged in my first post of the SPVP RANKING THREAD.
I played TPVP when paid tourneys were out and we played hard, I played warrior in the meta with few warriors. When the seen went to kitten our team imploded, and i became frustrated. I have 250+ tourney wins under my belt (not bragging because I know that’s not a lot now, as I have taken a break from TPVP, until recently) but its enough to know the difference with the warrior class and the rest. I played WvW hard core for the time in between, and just recently started getting back to the TPVP scene, and I am not running full glass now. You know hoelbrak runes and me laundry runes are available to everyone right? Naming it off like it is warrior specific is not helping you. I always run signet of stamina. Considering the fact that there are Countless threads on the SPVP forums complaining about conditions, from classes such as ele and guardian (good condie removers), shows that you don’t read the SPVP forums which is the pulse of pvp.
I have played my warrior, as well as EVERY other class, in all types of pvp, and I have a well rounded view of the warrior in all aspects of how it performs. I have every class minus engie at 80 and it’s glaringly obvious to anyone with experience, the huge difference in response and animation times from the warrior and every other class.
Also I’’m not sure what some of you guys are on about. The devs communicate with us rather well, and the game is more balanced than it has been in the past. Maybe i’m just a fan boi, but I enjoy the game, and I think it has evolved nicely since beta. You can’t expect dramatic changes with the snap of a finger.
So what do you do in your employment at arenanet?
No the devs don’t communicate with us well, its called not at all, zero zip.
Dramatic changes at a snap of the fingers? the video is over a year old.Will it take 4-5 years to give the warrior on par survivability? 7-8? 100? we dont know as we have heard zero, zip, nothing post patch.
I swing my sword (and wait for the broken animation), I swing my sword again (and wait for the broken animation), guess what? thats not fun.
I like the game despite its faults, if they fix the bad game play I might even be able to get my guild to come back. Something is wrong when highend hardcore pvp/rvr guilds just laugh and leave.
Perhaps you’ve been living under a rock so I will enlighten you. Every month we get a video stream hosted by a community member named Grouch. It’s called “State of the Game” which features at least 1 dev. They answer all types of questions, probably even some questions that you would like answered. I’ve only played a hand full of MMOs and some other games, but I have never seen developers actually communicate with the community as well as Arena Net does. Maybe what they talk about is not what you want to hear, but it’s communication nonetheless. They also let us know that they see our suggestions and complaints on the forums, and care about what we have to say. They just recently announced their team will be working on content patches with turn around times of 2 weeks. What am I missing here?
I’m aware that video is over a year old. There have been many patches and balance changes since this video. Yes it has it taken some time to get Warrior into a competitive place, but Warrior is in a very good spot now. I’m confident we will see real viability shortly. They know our #1 problem is sustainability. In the last State of the Game they mentioned some ways they will help u with this issue.
I don’t know which high-end PvP guilds are laughing and leaving the game. You might not know this, but the community plays almost equally important part as the developers do in growing and maintaining a strong community. These high-end players sound very low-class. Yes there are bugs in the game, and some quirks during combat, but I have faith they’ll be ironed out. Nothing worth throwing a fit over.
Lol this is pretty funny, I was going to respond with a long explanation of things, but it’s clear you don’t have any idea of how the warrior class performs in Any type of pvp or WvW, with all the teleport, evasion, blind, and condie spam.
Did you watch the last state of the game? Please enlighten me on what communication you saw about the warrior. I saw devs tryi g to completely ignore the class as they were embarassed, and move on.
Warrior in a good spot eh? To look at a 15 page thread in the SPVP forums called class rank list. You will see the warrior at THE BOTTOM for every post for the last 8 months. It’s embarrassing what this profession has become. You would think the devs would at least bump us up Into viable tier BY ACCIDENT.
This profession as of now feels like it doesn’t even belong in this game, with the long slow telegraphed attacks, and the terrible pathing on our gap closers, that completely miss 80% of the time.
Warriors are getting shafted hard by everyone.
The best thing the “balance” team could do for us is to hand out some free anal-lube.
I was going to laugh…. But it’s true, just infuriating.
- Still no source of condi removal. ( Removing condi’s through burst skills is not what I call a viable option. Especially if you have to spend 20 points into defense which is basicly the worst kittening tree ever for warrior. )
- No kind of sustain what so ever.
- Only a handfull of builds we can go since we are forced to use berseker amulet
- Barely any usefull utilities. Since we got stability/stunbreaker skills left and right on every class it’s nearly impossible to land a bulls charge now. Not to forget the frenzy nerf that happend in the past which is basicly just saying to your enemy, “I’m taking an extra 25% dmg for the next 6 seconds so all you have to do is kite me a bit and I’m a free kill !”
We are a melee class yet we can’t even hold our ground for more then 5 seconds when we are in the middle of the battle cause we just melt instantly.+Why is it that a melee class that is forced to engage into combo to hit any of his skills has no source of condi removal or sustain ?
Either make the warrior his skills hit targets easier or do something els. As how things are right now the class is unplayable.
This is our issue, along with slow and clunky animations and weapon skills.
Just infuriating. Necros were in the same boat as us, and now they are having their time in the limelight. While we needed as much help and got kitten on. (I don’t want to be as strong as the necros are now) but kitten our combat is so kitten slow, clunky, and blatantly inferior to classes like Mesmer, guardian, and engineer.
Does anyone know if we got mentioned in the SoTG? I was at work and had to miss it, but I am kitten ED to know what the devs have to say about us still being the very bottom.

God this times 194$2@481. I am literally floored when I play my other classes and then play warrior. kitten seriously the warr class feels like it’s from a completely different game, everything is slow and clunky. Response times of skills are terrible. Serious problem.
But yet the devs continue to ignore it, and nerf our damage (lol, all we had).
These are great ideas, but we also have A lot of issues stemming from our weap skills as well. I think savage leap and rush on GS either need a small Aoe at the end or WAAAAY better pathing. I think Final Thrust needs either a quicker fast time or a shorter cool down. The responsiveness of this ability needs cleaned up. If they don’t like your thoughts on shield block bring the cool down down a bit.
Anyone have a brief breakdown of the SOTG for professions? Very interested in what they had to say about the warrior and the others..

The devs haven’t even acknowledged how this last patch put the nail in the coffin for the warrior class in any type of pvp, and it’s infuriating.
OMFG So this is been what the kitten has been happening to me? Every time I pick up a kitten bundle and drop it full weapon cooldown! kitten this kitten has gotten me killed repeatedly.
Uh, you can move while using final thrust, so unless your opponent dodges/blocks you should land it. And its huge damage so the windup is understandable. I’m landing 5k crits with it running a knights setup.
I don’t want leap changed either, yes you can miss targets below you, but I use this skill combined with death from above to blow apart groups of people. If anet changes it to angle the skill down it will lower the effectiveness of the skill for me.
I do agree that the rush style skills still need cleaning up, but I don’t find it nearly as bad as you make it sound.
Then again I find GS a rather selfish weapon to run in WvW, and I prefer Hammer by a long shot. GS offers no blast finishers, no stun, no knockback, and a single cripple.
I ran hammer in WvW and SPVP for a loong time I love hammer, but now it has even bigger issues than greatsword, blinds destroy the weapon, especially the now super buffed blinds. The cool downs on hammer are too long without the trait merciless hammer, and now with Cleansing Ire being in the same tier, the hammers issues really come to light. Hammer without the merciless hammer trait just feels like an incomplete weapon, skill 4 is worthless excelt in highly situational situations, and 30 sec cd on a single target backbreaker (obvious animation, with a huge wind-up) feels out of place. Earthshaker is amazing but the amount of blind spam, teleports, evasion spam, and stability going around makes it feel like a guessing game on whether the targets will be stunned or not.
Of course you can move with Final Thrust, but that doesn’t mean a clunky bad skill is ok. Try landing final thrust on a Mesmer, or thief, or any class kiting you with ranged or cripple, and chill. It’s not happening.
I do agree that blind really cripples warriors, but is that really a problem? Or is that a balance consideration and acceptable counter play.
IF your playing a GS warrior you are going to go in and out of combat and kill someone someone else is already fighting – not sticking around for long duels with an enemy. with the final thrust addition it added more burst on sword if you were using that weapon (bulls charge, HB, swap, burst, FT).
I don’t particularly have a problem with FT as long as it retains high damage. Its fine to be hard to land on good opponents.
Warriors issues come from an overall weakness to conditions, and low sustain in fights compared to other classes. Combined with weak evasion options warriors simply die too soon and too easily.
Here’s the thing, I’m absolutely positive none of the warriors would mind blind being a skilled counter play option to the warrior class.
But.. As it stands now there is no skill required to counter warriors with blinds there is a difference between a thief using signet of shadows when he sees the earth shaker animation start, to a thief spamming blinds every 3 seconds he stealths, or with ever black powder shot (nothing personal against thieves just using them as an example).
There is no skill required now to completely shut down a warrior by just spamming low cooldown skills.

I’m running the sword with a leg specialist trying to take full advantage of the cripples.
Final Thrust cast time and animation are infuriating, the skill in combat just seems terribly unresponsive. THE ONLY way to land this skill is to hit flurry first. There is no kitten way you can land this ability on a moving target, its not happening, let alone someone spamming blinds and teleports, which makes this laughable at best. The cast time is to kitten long and the wind-up ( like ALL of our skills and nobody else’s) is ridiculous.
I have been nothing but frustrated with sword, savage leap jumping way the kitten over top of the target, or just even the target running towards you makes this skill miss all the time.
RUSH is completely pathetic as well on GS 5, it wasn’t fixed, in fact this skill almost never connects now.
ANET this is ridiculous.
Our animations are stupidly obvious when NO other class has such obvious animations. Our survivability is kitten, blinds are out of control.
This class doesn’t even belong in this game of teleport, evade, cripple chill, and blind spam. In fact it is embarrassing to be teleported around running around like a kittening dog trying to land these worthless gap closing abilities. It’s embarrassing chasing a thief or Mesmer while crippled only to finally get there and have the target teleport 900-1200 range away from you and by the time you fight through the Aoe and conditions they teleport back.

Anyone have any critiques of my suggestions? I know its very long sorry about that lol (maybe just check out your favourite set?). I just wanted to give anet some more solid feedback instead of the usual qq found here
Flux, Wow mate I am REALLY impressed with these weapon suggestions. I love every single one of them (except kill shot might be to strong). Seriously though +1 well thought out, and exactly what we need with our weapons, utility and damage as we don’t get the luxury of teleports, evade spam, blinds chills and cripples.
Like them all except for one thing, the hammer is amazing but it really needs some sort of defense against blinds, how about either adding a blind to number 3 (to try and mitigate incoming blinds) or adding earthshaker (or another skill) also makes the warrior immune to blind for 3-4 seconds afterwards. It’s just completely shut down by being kited and blind, especially without a movement skill, same with mace.
Aw man I was just thinking about how amazing 2 handed axes would be, then I stopped and realized if they add them in there would probably be a legendary version! I was so stoked thinking about this.
What would you guys like to see concept and design wise for a legendary 2 handed axe?
Personally I love hammers, but I’m just not a fan of how plain the juggernaut looks, I wouldn’t want the axe to be plain like that. I was thinking some kind of Reaper theme to go with the death and destruction a 2 handed axe would cause, or maybe blood puddles when you walk.

your arguement is absurd, if anyone is pigeonholed here its guardians, they have one or two builds and all the others are gimmicks or solo specs at best. warriors have multple effective melee builds and multiple effective range builds.

Lol no sympathy for you OP Demi-God Guardians. I have a guardian I know. QQ more on a clas that has High up times of protection heals, blinds and teleports lol.
I used to /laugh in the middle of fights with thieves and warriors.
You guys have multitudes of builds, Right Hand Strength glass cannon, which is amazing, monks focus glass build, monks focus bunker, AH Dps, AH Support, Virtues support builds with stability and condition removal, spirit weapons build (before this patch were laughable I know, now decent) Plus great utility skills.
Guardians are always welcomed and never shunned in PvP, WvW, or PVE.
We all know Guardians are the best bunker, and here proof of the Insane DPS builds they can also run.

This is a really good post for a few reasons, the first is that it highlights exactly what kind of conditions warriors or any melee character is fighting in.
It shows perfectly how ridiculous retaliation is and further makes axe off hand and other skills completely useless.
3rd is just how strong Aoe is.

Lol I was just going to say that. Not a chance Darnis guardians are still a must have and can bring many different options
Tier S- +Guardian (Have a lot of good builds now, and damage to boot with survivability) access to protection, retal, regen, and specific class heals, blinds and teleports to keep from being kited) with right hand strength for high damage as well, there is not much a guardian can’t do, and bringing one never hurts the team.
=Mesmer- Phase Retreat on the staff is really strong for in combat moving and clone spawning, can kite melee classes easily and decent reflects (depend on spec) for range. Good boons and good team utility. Excellent at removing boons, and just adding chaos to the battlefield. Illusion of Life is a big help for the team.
Tier A- +Necromancer the necromancer has been on he bottom of the barrel for a while now, good to see them receive some strong buffs, power spec now viable, conditions are monstrous. Class feels out of balance towards offence now, strong offense but bad defenses, death shroud gets eaten through quickly qnd no vigor or source of endurance regen makes survivability low. won’t rate them S get until I see how the buffs turn out.
-Engineer- Has always been strong with survivability and conditions, gear shield is better than warriors block, and elixirs now have the potential to remove Boons. Would like to see more rifle builds.
=Elementalist- still good survivability and decent movement. Phoenix is really strong now.
+Thief- this new change to blinds has added a whole new source of mitigation for the thieves, they are the class that can take full advantage of it. Without blind change I would say a strong B.
Tier B- Ranger longbow didnt get much love, and rangers still feel in a choke point with build options. Pet nerfs felt right as there is too much reliance on NPC’s in pvp. However the damage doesn’t look like it was out back into the ranger.
Tier C- Warrior, comparing to the other classes right now doesn’t even look like the warrior is from the same game. Spammable Teleports, evades, and blinds and cripples, really shows how out of place this class feels. Still relies heavily on cc to land damage, huge sweeping animations for abilities makes countering them feel easy. Axe changes hurt axe in pvp, hammer and mace is out of place with blinds, cripple and chill with no movement skills.
Disclosure I play every class in the game and enjoy them all, no real attachement to any, trying to objectively and without bias label the professions.

After watching the S/D thief duel video floating around, with all the tele spam, evade spam, blind spam, (nothing against thieves not personal) there is no way that warriors are from the same game.
Exactly blinds destroy the warrior. Shield bash eviscerate anything we have has huge wind-ups that in that time someone is going to skill spam a blind without even realizing it.
Hammer lol GG weapon is non functional against a team.
I Main Warior, and I think Blind is fine the way it is.
It’s just a ‘reverse’ Aegis, and I’ve trained myself to always look for Aegis before I use any long cooldowns on my target… and Blind is even more noticeable because it actually has a visual indicator which borders your whole screen. C’mon people.
I guarentee you’ll see an improvement in your gaming if you just paid a little extra attention now and then. It’s not hard to look at your boons/conditions every few seconds.
PS: If I had to make a change to Blind though, I would make it so it doesnt affect ground targeted abilities, that is all.
Mate it doesn’t matter if you look for and clear blinds before using big attacks, the point of my post is that Blinds are slapped onto multiple low cool down abilities with no thought or skill needed. It’s to the point that if you clear a blind purposely then attack, the chances of you getting re-blinded by errant skill spam without thought is high.

Pretty much warriors are still bad, and how are they supposued to be better if they buffed other classes?, well for someone with a little common sense would know that if you buff every class the situation its going to remain the same as before the buffs, even then the changes did to the warrior are hardly buffs necros now they recieved buffs warrior dosent.
Well this was very predictable, they are making the balance towards thieves in pvp its pretty obvious, they stealth buffed the blinds… oh surprise!, thieves can spam blinds…
They are making warriors a pve exclusive class.

Seriously, watch 30 seconds of this video, it looks like the Warrior class is from a completely different game stick a warrior in that fight and watch him run around like a dog. Teleports all over the place, blind spam, serious evade spam and spike damage. Lol we are so far behind these classes with teleports and blinds its not even funny.
No pity to whiners, at least not from me…And best Warrior in NA o-O? I would love to see you fight Kpop for that title instead of putting it up yourself.

Pity me or not I don’t care. At least with this patch, War comes with buff too. Back when they nerf RtL, is there any buff to compensateNot once but twice (change to 15s to 20s, then kitten 40s for a simple moving skill), tell me if you are not mad with this change at all,do you, do youOfc, I forget you are not playing Eles. And you can dig up my past all you want, this is the only complaint I have about, freaking 40s RtL,as if it can kill any people with that.Duh.And we only complain about that,any other nerf to the class, Idon’t complaint.
Also, with this patch, Cantrip also getting nerfed further, but I don’t freaking QQ because Eles also got some buff. So it is time for something different.
Psh remember when warriors only viable pvp option aka Frenzy got nerfed, still kept the extra damage that we took, and completely gutted the warrior with no viable options. Oh yeah and that ANET stated that the warrior needed help but that it wasnt coming the next patch. ANET didn’t give us anything for 2 months?? I remember.
Either way don’t be a hypocrite calling people out for complaining when you do just the same.
Just SPVP, WvW uses PVE ruleset
Blinds are slapped onto everything, they are always present in fights with 3 or more people, which is murder on us. Waay too much blind in this game.
Our heals are pathetic lol. Healing signet specifically even when ARENA NET stated it was terrible and needed a change (and nothing has been done with our amazing 200hp /sec beast mode LOL)
3 or 4/10 hammer is still getting wrecked by blinds which are even stronger now. No heal changes, main and axe nerf, (worthless in pvp now) offhand axe buff for SPVP only (cuz it’s OP in WvW/PVE lol), damage nerfs, with defense trait line and discipline trait line too condensed with all the good traits. They need to be spread out more to other trait trees. Choosing hammer trait (which makes the hammer) or cleansing ire (which is now mandatory) when the strength line, and tactics line not having enough good traits.
The hell is up with Shield Mastery and missile deflection still being separate traits, and now in the same tier.
Berserkers might and HF now I reachable just like DOTE was made last patch. They moved to it to mastery after they realized nobody was going 30 points into a bad trait line, I now feel the same about Beserkers might and the STR. Tree.
They haven’t touched our heals which Arena Net specifically stated that Healing Signet is terrible and needs to be buffed (200hp/sec at 80 with a 3k active is laughably the weakest heal in the game).
Frontline fighter with no access to sustainability. Lol.
I am happy with the after cast changes (lol), the endure pain change, the longbow change, and cleansing ire, (even though its pretty much mandatory now) but that’s about it.

As long u don’t fight with thieves that used to spam blinds.
How does one spam blinds? Explain.
Thieves have a trait to blind every time they to stealth, which is/can be every 3 seconds. NOT TO MENTION dagger pistol thieves have a no cool down blind ranged shot that also spawns a spamming blind field, called black powder shot, Infiltrators arrow on shortbow, plus blinding powder utility, signet of shadows….

Except for one thing.
Blind completely shuts down warriors. Hammer and mace, is a joke against blinds, all of our class mechanic burst skills minus sword are a joke from blinds, eviscerate, earthshaker, skull crack, kill shot, arcing slice (lol) shut down. No one else’s class mechanic skills are shut down by blinds (shatters are multiple hits, and steal still gap closes). Not too mention blinds are slapped on to to a of skills. Thieves can spam it on stealth and with pistol necros plague form and wells, guardians spam blinds, and the issue is Exemplified against multiple of these classes.
Burst mastery is a flat 10% increase. But if you are taking cleansing ire, burst mastery works against this trait by causing you to only spend 2 bars of adrenaline therefore only two conditions removed.
No it doesn’t. Test it before you make an assumption. It still removes 3.
I did test this in WvW it was only removing 2 conditions for me.

So I just tested out cleansing ire and burst mastery in some WvW to see how well it works hammer still has the blind problem of missing the burst not removing condies, but besides that these 2 traits work against each other.
Cleansing Ire removes an amount of condies on adrenaline spent, burst mastery makes you spend less adrenaline on burst.
Anyone have any thoughts or input on this.

1 BLIND will ruin it because it removes the conditions after we lose adrenaline (meaning after it hits.)

The funny thing is..for whatever reason i don’t have problems with blinds. Maybe bc i don’t faceroll keyboard i don’t know..if ur blinded press 1. The olny time its can affect u is while casting skill, but if u used ur burst when u got closed to ur target its was a mistake as in many cases they simple just dodge away, block, blind or whatever.
Lol if you don’t have problem with blinds then you must be playing straight hot join with rank 5-10’s. Anyone that pvps at all knows that blinds are EVERY WHERE, tossed onto weapon attacks, utility skills, elites.
You clearly don’t pvp. If you even pvp in the slightest, you will know that thieves literally spam blinds, with no cool down, d/p thieves spam blind fields and a blinding shot, not to mention most thieves run blind on stealth every 3 seconds, necros plague form spams blinds for 20 seconds, well of darkness spams blinds, guardians SPAM blinds, there’s plent more but I’m not going to sit here and list them. not to mention these effects are AMPLIFIED with multiple classes in group. Blinds are slapped onto ridiculously low cool down or no cool down skills without any thought.
So if you don’t have a problem with blinds you obviously do not pvp.

why becasue they feel the need to buff other professions that don’t need buffed in addition to nerfing warriors and and giving them minor tweaks to warriors that don’t make the class and better. All i see this patch is a nerf to warriors no buff at all too compensate for buffing other professions and nerfing warriors in the process and buff they gave warriors doesn’t compensate becasue they did that.
Then they will say lets sit and wait and see if the changes they made fix it ya right nothing will change becasue u made warriors worst. Then they will decide to make some more changes to warriors and buff the other professions again keeping warriors at the bottom its bull.

And yeah it looks like they removed the longbow buff.
Beserkers power and axe nerfs frustrate me the most (and i dont even use axe that much anymore) not too mention the lack of sustain changes, and cripple chill and blind still destroying us. (Cleansing ire sounds like it is only going to remove condies if your burst lands blind is going to be even stronger).
That it doesn’t fit in your build doesn’t mean it is useless, there are plenty of ranger warriors out there that like to keep their distance. .

I have been playing warrior since launch and have tried almost if not evey set of combinations of traits and gear.
Whose ignorant? I am saying for most warriors kick is the opposite of what we want. Of course the ranger warriors are going to use kick. Seriously don’t try and be all high and mighty, and talk down to people spewing false information about them, when you don’t even know the person.
These changes still do nothing to help us with being kited, lack of sustain, and being blinded to death. From what I have heard about cleansing ire and what common sense tells me that “Cure a condition for every bar of adrenaline SPENT” adrenaline is not spent when we use burst it is spent AFTER the burst lands and hits a foe. This just makes blind that much stronger on us, using a burst skill to clear condies, but missing due to blind causes 0 adrenaline to be spent, therefore 0 condies cleansed.
Not too mention the new condie is going to FURTHER put pressure on our sustain and we can be really shutdown. Cripple or chill plus a few stacks of torment, and we are going to be meat shields.
That’s only if these patch notes are true.
