Have a lot of screenshots of tPvP matches where one team level sum is about 150 (all players about lvl 30) and the other team is 75 (no one higher lvl 20). Really nice team balance.
I don’t have a team to tPvP. And it is really very very fun to play in a pug group against premade. I love these 500 vs 35 games.

Nero did try to force them to specify what they meant by “we’re looking into it”, which made me feel this perverse sense of vindication when they couldn’t properly answer it (because it’s their catch-all phrase that means nothing but takes pressure off them). What I would have a problem with is how both of them are Mesmer mains. It would make a lot more sense to have the weaker pvp classes get more in-depth talk-time during interviews like these.

there is a tutorial when you go in to the mist the first time… and it’s pretty good xD

False. They told us they currently not comfortable splitting the player base into solo and group Q. They will however be “watching” player feedback and assessing its possibility as a separate entity. In the SotG Jon Peters mentioned a trend of “organized” solo Q members forming groups to beat established teams (rare).

The point is to have competitive matches. If you are so good that you beat every other solo group. Then yeah you should have at least a reasonable shot at beating the lower tier premades.
