This is such an amazing tool that I feel more people should be using that I decided to make this guide for it. I am aware that the Veterans wont have a need for such a guide but people searching for ways to make their crafting more efficient could make use of some of the information in this video. Feedback is welcome as always and thanks for watching!

The ways content creators can use an API like this are endless! just imagine how many apps can come out of a chat log, pretty please!

I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I made an interesting observation. When you launch the game, on the character select screen, hit F11. The 3rd checkbox under “User Interface” should be “Autoloot: Quick Interact,” but it isn’t there. Only when I login to the world do I see that option. Then, when I logout to the character select screen (don’t relaunch the game), that option is still there.

Maybe this is somehow screwing up the save order of the checkboxes?

Im getting the same thing but mine should not be grayed out because my mastery is maxed.

I’ve seen a ton of people asking how to get here in map chat and I’ve help as many as I’ve seen so I thought a video would be helpful, this method doesn’t require the chopper and you don’t even need jumping mushrooms, keep in mind that while it is easy to get up there alone, it is almost impossible to kill Vamp mob without some help, enjoy guys!

I asked the same question in guild chat and they told me that the guild armory had to be upgraded to level 3+? The also said it would be some time before anyone had this armor

I seem to be unable to continue after the first tier.

Put it back into your norn and transmutate the skin into something universal. I would use hall of monument skins or AP skins since they are free to apply, move it back onto your human and transmutate to whatever you like

Edit: I just realized you deleted your norn. I would contact support it go the slightly more expensive rout of using the mystic forge as mentioned above.

But, surely, with a physical, perishable item, like a food item, it’s a somewhat different situation?

Because, it is more efficient to make a big batch of McRibs up, occasionally, in the knowledge that they will probably all (or almost all) sell; than it is to make them in relatively small batches, continuously and have them hanging around in the hope that a few will sell, before they go bad.

Whereas, with a virtual gemstore item, once it is produced, that is it – it no longer has to be reproduced and can be continuously on offer, without any fear of wastage.

Actually the nature of the item does not affect the consumer response, it’s the Scarcity of it that pulls some kind of trigger in our minds. I could quote great articles all day but here is a rally good one that goes into detail on why this works.

Ps: Anet has seen the demand for the bunny ears and that is exactly why they are waiting… Once it comes back it will sell more than it would have the hole time it’s been gone.

From experience SW is the best way in the form of chests farms, however, it’s all RNG, you could get 10 out of a chest and than you could get none for a while, in average i would say u can get 50-60 every hour or two, on the plus side SW constantly has events which turn into karma which in turn turn into shards.

Maybe this is the very old news during pre-release of the original game: they had this idea but never came to fruition. Hence they allowed to use their API.

I think this was the original idea, to provide an Api that the community could use to create content, unfortunately up to now the api that they have provided has been very weak.

I hate the idea of outfits as well, there is no prestige, costumization or flexibility to them, however, I feel that they keep coming because people keep buying them. I am also aware of the fact that anet needs to make money and this kind of things do just that for them. In one hand It’s a difficult dilemma for them since the complaints about this topic are abundant, on the other hand, I also believe that a big majority of the complainer turn around and buy the items any way

Hello my fellow Tyrians! I seek your expertise. Recently I came into possession of a PC from a person who no longer wanted it, the machine has some components that are newer than the ones in mine so I figured I’d merge the two into a more powerful one and keep the rest of as spare parts. Now my question here is about the CPU, currently my computer has an i7 870 while the other computer comes with a I5 2500k, now looking at the price difference at the time of purchase I’m inclined to look at the i7 to be the better choice, however, the i5 is a few years newer so this tells me that is better instead. This is where you (my fellow DragonHunters?) come in! Lend me your knowledge! Thanks in advance!!

While I agree with a lot of your points what’s the point of this post if you have left the game already for something much much better it seems.

As far as I know there will be no progression to your account. In other words it would be like playing on a brand new account for the beta, this is good news for you since you’ll be able to take turns without missing out on any type of rewards for either account.

Correct, if you look at your character’s face their lips move when said voices show up, so it is actually coming from them.

If anyone here listens to WoodenPotatoes, he states on one of his latest videos that Specializations will not only give you more traits but it will also remove some of your existing ones. I don’t know how this will play out but it sounds like if you wanna play a staff ranger you’ll have to give up something else? i cant wait to see what happens. Stay positive guys.

History repeats itself, gw1 veterans will remember how hard anet tried to balance pve and pvp together for years only to realize at the end that it made more sence to balance them separate, hence pvp and pve versions of skills were born, I really don’t understand why that lesson wasn’t learned and we are back where we started, trying to balance both game modes together.

You can’t expect to beat new content after a few days back. Keep at it, you’ll get the hang of it and when you do you will come back to this conversation and laugh.

Lore doesn’t go away just because some people don’t like it.

I went back to do some seeds of truth achievements after episode 8 and it does indeed make more sense… Like Steve Jobs once said, You can’t connect the dots looking forward, you have to look back.

Gonna go ahead and assume that the OP thinks exotic gear is the last tier of gear and that is why he is so surprised that it’s so cheap, well it’s not, after exotic comes ascended and that will set you back more than $35.

Have you checked that when you gain the 10 points for the daily the monthly points go up (since your daily is maxed)? I’m thing that’s how it works, either that or it’s definitely a bug because I too think it is meant to work the way you are describing it, otherwise it wouldn’t be fair for everyone
