I like this idea, But ONLY if the damage reduction from Armor/toughness + endure pain works togethers.
Lets say you have 35% damage reduction from armor/toughness.
+ 50% from Endure pain = total 85%If its after the armor/toughness reduction its sucks.
Lets take a look:
you get a 10k hit (yeah kitten thiefs haha)
- 85% (armor/toughness+endure pain) = you get only 1500 damage.
Now this would be sweet because now you get 8 sec 85% damage reduction.But if its after:
you get a 10k hit
- 35% from armor/toughness = 6500 damage
-50% from endure pain = You get 3250 damage..Get the point? :-)

Warrior healing isn’t fine at all. They go down way too easy and this was the only thing really keeping them up.

To be a bunker you need three important things…
1 Protection
Protection is the most powerful boon in the game, it is almost like having a second set of armor, without protection don’t even attempt to be a bunker.
2 Condition Removal
The second most important thing to a bunker, this is very important. Conditions are really bad. Often in PvP, many condition users will focus fire on you because they know Warrior cannot do anything to remove conditions quickly and are very “easy prey” to them, as a necromancer player I usually focus on warriors (I can tell if they have a signet) for epidemic, because spreading his conditions to the entire raid is always good times, I mean what is he going to do about it? Lol.
3 Self Healing
We don’t really have many unique options for healing, and our healing is pretty much subpar, Adrenal Health should be healing for twice as much as it does now. I suggested awile back that we should gain health for each strike of adrenaline, this would allow new builds and abuse our “gain extra strike.” traits we have all over, however this just makes the hammer/mace even more worthless then they already are, because of slow attacks and the fact blind wrecks our day.
This is why warrior will never be a bunker and will never have sustain.

Give up some condition removal
10 seconds instead of 7 second recharge means cleansing ire will heal less.
Give up our stun and CC
I can only stun you every 10 seconds instead of every 7 seconds. This also again lowers our damage, because the less time your stunned the less criticals I can hit on you.
I see are a very uneducated whiner and complainer, your post shows that you know little to nothing about the warrior, game mechanics, and the game.
Shout Warriors are an entirely different spec that NEEDED love, because its an entirely different type of warrior and playstyle.

Also consider the damage to PvE when you nerf healing ability’s. One of the builds i enjoy is a Bunker PvE warrior (just for fun) and i rely heavy on the sig for sustain.

We don’t have skills/traits that heal us heavily.
We don’t have class mechanics that heal us.
We don’t have protection. (an extra 2750 armor, stupid ain’t it?)
We don’t have aegis.
We don’t have stealth.
We don’t have perma-vigor on-crit traits.
We can’t spam blinds.
Our minor traits are very lack-luster compared to other classes.
The reason healing signet gets so much attention, is literally all of our sustain was put into one skill, rather then giving us new traits that heal us.

It sounds like you need some toughness, Steal only hits me for 3.7k and i’m a thief. (the weakest class in the game to burst damage.)
I suggest using Knight’s Gear.
Also, you died in four hits, not two.
Steal and Backstab hit you for 22k damage and you survived, How did he steal and then immediately back stab you, he would of had to cloak and dagger you between that, then waited a couple seconds to do it again, and you survived and didn’t expect to see this coming?

Instead of 100% damage immunity, 50% damage Immunity that lasts 8 seconds or 25% damage immunity that lasts 16 seconds, this means boons like protection/and stats like toughness work for it better so people who just go full zerker and win don’t get to win anymore.

- The thief beats terrible players
- The thief quickly beats uplevelled players
- The thief admits that smart players give him trouble
- The thief admits that many duels with dagger elementalists can last up to 8 minutes
- The thief can trait for different things (shock, horror!) and one of those includes initiative regen
- There are a TON of really bad players in WvWvW
- There are a TON of really bad players who regardless of the ways to counter a thief and regardless of how many times you tell them still won’t get itHonestly, I hardly even need to mention some of that zerg (which in actual fact he barely annoyed) killed themselves going over the cliff. 99% of them didn’t even care he was there at all.
I’ll quote Jonathan Sharp here:
“Thieves are the masters of mobility, stealth and high single target damage. They can be very fragile if you counter their stealth with area of effects or large stacks of conditions, but they trade this fragility in order to have some of the highest burst damage in the game.”
Exactly what you saw in the video – mobility, stealth, high DPS burst and taking on chosen targets which are natuarlly squishy, uplevelled or… I dunno, maybe just there to make up a zerg and get some karma or something. Anytime anyone with any clue at all turned their attention on the thief he was in trouble.
Still, I guess he doesn’t post videos of himself getting his kitten handed to him. I mean it doesn’t take much, you can see his health and sats. I have similar armor/toughness on my thief and let me tell you I fold like a wet paper bag against good players regardless if I’m in stealth or not.
ok so highest dps, perma stealth and best mobility? if so, that’s broken. It’s always the same thing with you guys. Anyone who questions your god mode needs to l2p. why is it that thieves get 10x+ the complaints of other classes, and we don’t see these players complaining about other classes? logic disconnect.
That does sound broken, I wish I was an elementalist with warrior dps and some how the ability to ignore revealed and use stealth forever.

As a roleplayer the /emote system is horrible, all the colors are the SAME, you cannot even click peoples names…
Instead of grey, the names of players should be in a different color then the emotes, and YOUR emotes should be a different color then other players.
The current system is horrible for emotes, some times we get stormed with so much grey we don’t know whats going on.
