You can always place an order for them at 50s. If someone agrees that it’s a good idea, they’ll sell it to you.
Failing that, consult guildies, friends, and other trustworthy individuals that think similarly so you can trade internally. A pool of 10-20 people is more than enough to generate the coins needed.
You’d have to wait for the tens of thousands of buy orders with higher prices than 50 silver to be filled before someone would fill yours. So this doesn’t actually work
Oh, so you mean these tens of thousands of people think a higher price than that is reasonable?
Just because you have a buy order out does not mean you think the price is reasonable. If you need coins you need coins, and since its just not practical to gather them yourself, that means resorting to buying them. And if you have to resort to buying them, you have to put up a buy order that actually has a chance at being filled.
That need is purely subjective.
It is not about needing coins. It is about needing coins now. The game gives you coins for free. You can also get 1 a day and from the occasional daily. You can also get mystic clovers from the track.
The problem actually fixes itself
No, it doesn’t. You people really need to start letting go of this notion that you can gather the coins you need yourself if you are just patient. If you want just 2 HoT legendary weapons, that requires a bare minimum of 500 Mystic Coins. With 20 guaranteed each month, assume (lets be extremely generous here) 5 MF dailies each month, that’s 25 guaranteed MC each month. At 500 needed as a bare minimum, this is almost 2 years worth of waiting to gather the coins yourself. That’t not acceptable to wait for 2 skins. It just isn’t.
You want 2 legendaries and you’re basically asking for a discount of 400 gold because you don’t want to wait. It’s flat out disingenuous to just call them “2 skins” because you know they’re not just skins.
Somehow I am being unreasonable.
There’s no option like waiting for a few months and buying the rest, and thus cutting on costs, or getting 1 a day https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Defeat_the_Ley-Line_Anomaly_to_disperse_its_destructive_energy_before_it_overloads
Let’s be generous and assume there’s no mystic coin dailies ever. You only do 10 of these events every month, for a total of 30. In 6 months, you have 180 coins. Now, let’s say you had the foresight to place an order for 70 coins for 85s and sit on it for 6 months That’s 59.5g. Repeat again for the 2nd one. This is assuming mystic coins are your bottleneck, to begin with.
I would say First World Problems but it would be trivializing them.
(edited by ArchonWing.9480)
Well, I’m actually pretty impressed by the conversation here. Didn’t think there’d be so much to consider. Thanks all.
It’s terrible stuff.
Maybe it’d be sorta cool if you could stockpile these things, but otherwise this makes me avoid that area entirely.
What’s even worse is that your inventory gets spammed by all that elixir materials crap.
I mean, I like Bitterfrost Frontier, but that one thing about it does suck.
You need to gain XP to fill that bar.
For Central Tyria Mastery, only XP gained in Central Tyria zones will apply. XP in HoT zones goes to HoT masteries.
I don’t get how the Mystic Forge Conduit plays a role in this vs the regular Forge. They both do the same thing, and clearly the very existence of the item is for convenience. If they didn’t want you to forge items away from the mystic forge, then they would have never made the item in the first place.
Also there’s a number of soulbound items that can be forged into something salvageable, so karma gear isn’t particularly special.
Every couple of months I sell 100-150g worth of leather I get from playing wvw to players with no patience. I have 5 characters in full ascended and have max all crafting, some even duplicates. I’m really not sure why leather is so expensive but it’s kind of nice for me to make some easy gold.
2 month of playing => leather worth 150g => 2.5 insignias. 2 months of playing = 2.5 insignias. Yeah. Just think about it. Its ridiculous.
Here’s a hint: they’ll adddress the issue eventually and the economy will rebalance.
That is the problem: we don’t know if they will fix it. They already tryed, that failed, and Anet stays silent since then. What I personally whant at that point is someone from Anet to show up and just say something on the topic. They are working to fix this kitten? Great. They don’t care about leather economy cause they don’t have spare resorses? Okay. They are happy with current state of the market? Just some communication, please.
Insignias don’t cost 50-75 gold. Please research the costs.
Referring to ascended insignias.
Though I don’t think it’s ridiculous by any means for ascended armor. 150g over 2 months is 2.5g a day, which is really casual. That amounts to doing a set of dailies and chopping 10 trees each day. That’s barely playing the game. Not to mention the leather being sold is in excess, and we haven’t even counted the value of anything else earned.
And of course, hardened leather isn’t even a big deal in these cases. Thick leather is a bigger deal, and that, as nobody would like to admit, isn’t that hard to get. So that’s almost another issue.
Of course, WvW players such as Justine and myself are going to be extra cynical when it comes to these complaints since WvW doesn’t make nearly the same amount of gold as PvE.
But hey, for the sake of comedy

/met with a huge shrug
As of the April 19, 2016 update, a reward of 2 Gold coin was added to Daily Completionist.
Login rewards were introduced with the December 16th, 2014 update.
In other words, Ascended armor hasn’t really gotten more expensive than it has since 2014 yet there are more ways to earn gold. This isn’t even accounting for when the prices spiked during HoT release, when it was heading towards 1000 gold.

Hey at least you guys can still play. ;;
They can also be swapped at a small cost.
AFAIK it’s only the Bloodstone ones that can be statswapped after the initial choice.
Well, that is weirdly inconsistent

The price of Mystic Coins it fine on its own, the MAJOR problem with MC’s is that they are used in an RnG recipe for clovers that is the problem, Anet need to make a dedicated recipe,
10 Coins, 10 ecto 10 Crystals, 10 Obby Shards = 7 clovers
The last time I made 77 clovers it took me 370 coins to make them, this is NOT ok, its the RnG in that recipe that keeps them prices high.
And that is why I refuse to partake in this nonsense. They’re not getting a single copper from me.

I have a 6500 and the 1060 6gb but this is irrelevant for Gw2. Your gpu will work as good as mine. Your computer will do a little better because of cpu— maybe a few more fps.
Here is an Eotm sample because no one was in wvw at the time but wvw is around the same.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6WaoUJlhFcs&feature=youtu.be
It can drop to 30 fps but it never gets any lag besides server lag. Keeps 60 fps in anything that is not zerg, including cities.
Edit: misread cpu
Edit 2: Since things have changed so much with Ryzen being the big thing, here’s what I would aim for now:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/f3yNFd $800 I5-7500
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/73yNFd $1000 Ryzen 5 1600
I really wish my old computer lasted a few more months before it croaked, but oh well.

Unless you realy need obsidian shards, it is quite harrd for me to imagine spending gold to get more karma, especially when it is map specific.

It’s one of the easier ways to get ascended backpieces (any map), and also Bitterfrost Frontier offers an ascended aquabreather which isn’t exactly a common thing.
All LS3 ascneded trinkets also have free stat picking, which means you can try out many things. They can also be swapped at a small cost.
I think the karma armor forging method is too time consuming, due to the mystic forge interface, even more so without a mystic forge conduit.
It definitely works during downtime though if you can’t get a SW train going, though. So say, you are eating something and this is a low effort activity that can be done in the meantime.
Nowadays, beyond the “open bags on a mid-level character” method. I just wait annually for Wintersday since they have lots of karma sinks— including a vendor that sells the t3-t4 mats for karma. It’s not as good value and the clicking is also really tedious though but at least it’s once a year. Granted, this isn’t exactly helpful to tell people to wait a year to get things you need now, but I will say this method has gotten me pretty much all the mats I want for future ascended crafting so it’s a thing to keep an eye on.
https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Festive_Bag_of_Materials
This should be around 5 million karma.

The client runs completely independently. You don’t need to do any install/registry/w.e
Why though?
Mystic Coins are used for legendaries and niche high end skins. Obviously those things are highly valued, and thus it only makes sense they’re expensive. This benefits anyone that’s not into high end goods such as these, and thus benefits a disproportionately amount of poorer players who just sell them when they get them for free so they can gear and stuff which is apparently impossible given other threads.
What they probably should do is look at Mystic Clovers again.
And honestly, what would be the point of these things if they weren’t expensive? It’s the same thing in real life where fancy cars and gadgets carry a huge price premium for no reason other than to show that you are very rich. Unlike real life, there isn’t a constant stream of huge expenses one has to keep putting out. Your toon doesn’t have to pay medical bills or the rent. (Though I suppose they don’t actually live anywhere.)
There’s going to come a point in the game where you will have acquired everything you need to perform in this game and the gold you earn isn’t going to do anything by sitting there. It’s not like you can transform it back into real money.

The gossamer patches are a killer, even for basic insignias. I feel for any of you guys that use medium armor.
Last time i checked, gossamer insignias cost the same for any armor weight.
Yes, I just meant that medium users will be having to use leathers to make the insignias + the armor which is more expensive.
Anyone starting the game and wanting to craft is gonna be a little daunted. Lol.
well, if its about the price of leather, you should say so in the topic and not pretend to be talking about insignias.
And i dont know why you would craft basic exotic gear (with vanilla stats), as those exotic stats can be acquired quite cheap compared to crafting by other methods.
It’s not healthy for the discussion to be deliberately obtuse. -_-
Insignias are a part of the armor-crafting process to get to 500, making Ascended gear available. Even for crafting Ascended gear, the Ascended insignia requires the Exotic one. Even getting a loot box from a fractal, conversion through the Forge requires an exotic insignia.
Kuu’s statement happens to drive home the point that the leather component is entirely too costly and affects the entire playerbase.
The ascended insignia requires the same amount of hard leather to make as the exotic one. Compared to the total cost of ascended armor, it represents a relatively small portion. Aka, if you can’t afford the insignia, you can’t afford ascended armor to begin with. Even if I were to send you all the hard leather you needed, if you think 90g is a lot, it would still be a bad idea.
And of course, for crafting itself you can use soldier/shaman/etc standalone insignias.
http://gw2crafts.net/leatherworking_400.html
Essentially, all problems are artificially created. The total cost of 0-500 is 30 gold more than what I spent on it, and gold was harder to come by back then.
Yea, the price for leather is beyond ridiculous, yet Anet refuses to address the root of the problem.
INB4 someone says “Leather is fine. You should be buying all your gear instead of crafting it anyway”
We don’t like the high price of leather. That’s very different from it being “bad” or “ridiculous.”
Further, what’s wrong with buying gossamer patches on the TP? The price is 2.4 gold, compared to crafting which is over 10g.
There’s nothing wrong with crafting, but there’s nothing special about it either.
Those patches get crafted in 5’s per craft.. You can’t do anything with a single one.
(edited by ArchonWing.9480)
There’s also some WvW commune points as well.
But really, 200 CT +5 Points in VB are easy. Auric Basin has a few as well.
The worst case scenario is on my warrior which had (and still has) 1% map completion. In that case I did all of them down to tangled depths, at which point I asked a friend for help. =p
Also note that once you pass 225 or so, your elite is practically complete save for the elite utility. Depending on the build this can be sooner….
(edited by ArchonWing.9480)
I actually love that map. It was the first “difficult” map I came across. That escort event used to be intense.
That being said some of the HP, most notably the balthazar one is annoying to get. And the statues suck. I suppose it was planned for zergs in mind and….
Against an organized group head on? Probably not.
For everything else, there is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kite
And after all this complaining nobody has even stated the class they play….
I was wondering about classes too; I found Caudecus much easier on my engi, using flamethrower and juggernaut for almost permanent stability (had to remember to grab the flamethrower again after throwing shards.)
I had a harder time on other classes, but I’ve seen so many videos of people breezing through on all different classes. Also, if you kill his minions, the npcs in there with you will help break his bar.
It was a hard fight and I died a few times, but I didn’t think it was too hard, since you could get back in to the room easily without him even regaining health.
I get much more annoyed when there are serious bugs as there were in the final HoT fight, or in that stupid silverwaste labyrinth fight. But I’ve read that both of those were fixed recently.
I also used juggernaut. That definitely makes things easier and these fights are annoying for kit using engineers.
Weirdly enough this last chapter made me use thumper turret a lot and made earlier fights easier because of how it breaks bars and gets the minons off you. I almost never use turrets period. They also attack the tutret a lot, but of course not every class can make extra targets like that.
Do you have all the tracks done or something? it doesn’t go back to a finished track unless you pick it, otherwise it goes to the next unfinished track. So if you want to stop “accidentally” getting gift of battle reward track make sure other tracks you want are open.
I pretty much have done every track. And this was back when it kept defaulting to it. And no , finishing a track doesn’t help. I got the track simply from overflow from the previous.
It doesn’t do that anymore. Now it keeps defaulting to bittwrfrost frontier or lake doric. At least those are good tracks.
(edited by ArchonWing.9480)
Ranger is definitely the best. I would use the beastmastery line for stronger pets and also improves your shouts to give swiftness because mobility is king in Open World.
You can easily solo champions. And yes, other classes can too, but it’s much more forgiving.
That being said, anything is good really.
That “abuse” is a ridiculous fear. Wow, someone can reorganize their bank until they leave the map. That’s so OP. Let’s not add anything to the game then because someone might derive marginally more benefit.
A bank express should be that good. The other expresses last a few minutes and benefits other people. A bank express only benefits yourself. And when you use it, it’s gone. They don’t rain out of the sky so any form of abuse is going to be expensive.
I used to hate the temporary ones because I would accidentally move a bit and waste those things.
(edited by ArchonWing.9480)
There’s no need to split any maps.
All that needs to be done for a challenge mode for a NPC to offer you a handicap debuff. Like Fractal instabilities, you will have various disadvantages piled on you based on certain conditions, enemies will put a bigger focus on killing you, and you will get additional xp/magic/gold find/gathering/map bonuses The bonus increases the higher level map you go.
In addition, if you go down or are defeated, you lose this effect, and must wait 15 minutes to reactivate it again
This will not increase the rewards from world bosses, in order to stop people from activating this buff and leeching off of other people. In addition the threshold for tag credit is increased as well.
This could work, but I don’t really see a point to it honestly.
It’s about choice. It’s not supposed to be meaningful to the map in general, because that would have adverse effects on other people, such as segregrating maps. That’s why I put in things to curtail abuses.
Now, I suppose someone will bring up that it’ll make open world mobs slightly harder since someone has a handicap, but lol.
Does that mean the masochism has to be equally shared?
Why not find a way to make this behavior consistent? If they don’t want to WvW to get a legendary, then those of us that don’t want to pve should also get something in return. People that support either stance are really the same shouldn’t just hate on the game mode they don’t like. Work together….
Personally, I’m shut off from any of the new legendary, because I refuse to deal with Central Tyria garbage points (which is far more terrible than any GoB reward track OR map compleition), so whatever. I should really vendor these 187 mystic clovers since they’re not going to do anything for me anyways. If I had my way, I’d sell these Gift of Battle I accidentally got.
(edited by ArchonWing.9480)
Well, everything does matter when you can’t do it.
Obviously if you are good enough, you can do it with anything blindfolded. Then, your choices aren’t relevant. But since every class (and even weapon set) plays differently, some people might have a hard time than others.
But even to the more basic of details, in your case say, you can range the boss.
If the difference from success and failure is just another utility skill or nice to have trait, I think it’d be less painful. As for having a decent enough grasp on the encounters, that may not be the case given the very existence of this thread.
Though my main point is just to show it’s possible to actually take both weapons instead of being forced to deal with one or the other. And a ranged weapon is just easier when you’re not familiar with the fight.
(edited by ArchonWing.9480)
My favorite map is Bloodstone Fen. It looks the coolest and makes great use out of gliding, and is pretty straightforward to navigagate.
Second would be Bitterfrost Frontier. It has variety, and berries are the best. However, I do not like the elxir/junk materials.
Third is Lake Doric. It’s…. alright.
I don’t like Ember Bay. Something about the zone makes me feel like a bother to play with it, and it’s quite annoying to get through. Could have been mistaken for an Ascsalon zone
For DH, you don’t have to pick between scepter and LB; just use them both. scepter+focus + longbow.
http://en.gw2skills.net/editor/?vVAQNAT7dn8cCFdilCBWdCEEhF9hSO9X/6vKASyxN7C7wQE-w
(equipment is w/e; I didn’t bother including it,) I use this for pretty much all open world/story content though I use Greatsword in place of either set if I want to race past a map. I usually don’t do dungeons/raids/fractals and don’t really care about dps races.
If it doesn’t work:
Take “indomitable courage” trait in virtues
Take Shelter over the heal trap.
In the last fight specifically, you can take “Bane Signet” or “Signet of Judgement” over test of faith.
As always, I recommend this cheap and effective food: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Scoop_of_Mintberry_Swirl_Ice_Cream
Haven’t really tried it on ranger, but I can’t imagine it being too bad; I can always go for a run though,
And I will admit: Some parts are looongggg which is pain for those on bad connection.

It’s pretty choppy today. ~150 ping constantly.
Oh, getting new players to gamble.
Seems legit!
Gift of Battle interchangeable with Exploration.
Legendary crafting mastery possible in WvW instead of Tyria Mastery.
Pls.
Insanely hard to cap objectives favor blobs. When HoT came out, structures automatically upgraded and trying to solo/small group cap anything was a horrific pain. And then there were the barricades….
A few defenders that know what they’re doing can already made an upgraded structure much harder to take.
OMGGGG!!!1111111
Now, I don’t have to ever deal with Job-o-tron ever again.
An option called Disable Player Item Chatter has been added to the Sound Options tab. Enabling this option will disable all chatter voice-over from player items such as the Replica Job-o-Tron Backpack, tron-themed salvaging tools, and tron-themed gathering tools.
https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Black_Lion_Introductory_Package
You know, I’ve seen this thing for a very long time, and even when I was new, I was like “Wow, That seems pretty useless”
I mean, it gives an 18 slot bag, Some boosters, and a few keys. I guess the speed and xp boosters could be good if you were starting out, but it’s not like the BL keys are going to help.
I’ve never needed a train either, though there are definitely a few HP which I will skip if I’m not going for map completion. The pile of guano is one where even a few players can have trouble with, plus getting help up there isn’t very convenient.
Fortunately, if you say something like “can I have help with this point. It is terrible and I’ve been trying for the last 30 minutes”, you will generally get some people agreeing either out of pity or because they need the point too.
(edited by ArchonWing.9480)
It shouldn’t.
Pretty much all content in the game is to make sure maps are populated. This includes even cities being social areas. Allowing offline content would simply be counterproductive to this cause, especially given this is an aging game. Yes, a lot of people don’t really communicate, but if they’re not there, then it removes even the possibility. Even basic social interactions like saying “ty” after you get res’d is a way of breaking the ice. I mean, sure most of the people on the street don’t talk to me either, but I think it’s a bit safer if the street has many people than opposed to a deserted street in the middle of the night.
Also, not every map is that densely populated anyways, plus given the tendency to LFG the more popular maps, there are plenty of quiet maps.
Now, I will concede that modern gaming requiring “always on” even for single player is more annoying than anything else— my internet connection is poor, but unfortunately that’s just something we have to accept.
Ultimately, the grand majority of deign mechanics was put to encourage group play. Thus, you really can’t expect them to do the opposite.
(edited by ArchonWing.9480)
Well, that’s good to know. Though I think it’ d be a matter of semantics anyways since if you negate the attack, it implicitly protects anyone that happens to be behind the shield as well.
The shield is a separate entity from Aegis. The Aegis that you see from the tooltip is from the passive effect which has a cooldown of 40 seconds.
Also the shield is for you only. It doesn’t block attacks for allies.
Wait what? So it only protects me?
Gear is fine, but WvW just need legendary armor reward track. Exotic actually give you advantage because you can make new optimal exotic set for every FotM build. I don’t have motivation change my ascended gear stat because i lose runes and sigils so i don’t never use optimal build.
Hell no. Raiders have to put in a kittenton of work to get leg armor. A reward track will come nowhere close to that and will just cheapen it for the people who actually worked for such a reward.
WvW’ers have to put in a kittenton of work to get nothing though.
My first and only raid experience against the first boss netted me an Elonian Leather Square among the rewards. So, I think they are doing fine.
Perhaps the reward track should be multipart involving components, and then you’d have to mystic forge up a bunch of stuff? It doesn’t just have to consist solely of an 8 hour reward track.
But you can AFK your way through reward tracks. To my knowledge none of the raid bosses can be AFK’ed through, and even if 1 or 2 could, it would take you years to get your leg armor by doing that.
There is going to be a way to abuse any given system, or get carried in some form regardless of what criteria you use. There are probably many players that have gotten carried through the grand majority of content to get many of the high end rewards in this game. How many people get carried through Octovine/DS/World Bosses while being dead 90% of the time and making it harder because people need to res them, yet still get loads of chests that they can use to gain wealth to do whatever they want, including using it to get legendaries.
That’s not an excuse for legitimate players to be punished because of that. Yes it’ll lower the prestige of the item. Better than nothing though, I would think.

I don’t play PvP so this is WvW only:
1.) What about hammer scrapper feels under-tuned to you? What would you change?
We have lackluster mobility and no chase potential. Before HoT, Engineers were sorta fast due to either streamlined kits or Mecha legs, however passive movement boosts or easy swiftness were doled out to everyone (well, except Guardians which still gained an extra disengage) meaning that it was no longer special and Engineers were left in the dust. And then you have daredevils and druids even having more mobility.
Rocket “charge” isn’t really gaining of any ground, while the only true movement skill “Rocket Boots” is so ridiculously clumsy for a movement skill that it’s almost never worth taking anywhere. In fact our “best” movement skill isn’t even a movement skill in the form of Acid Bomb.
Furthermore, this would not be a issue if we have a ranged option. Hint: We don’t. Rifle has been fortunately balanced lately to be not completely garbage, but since we’re talking about hammer, it’s outside of the scope of the discussion. This leaves our kits. Magnet bugs out half the time, elixir gun isn’t really for direct damage, and Mortar is really only good in big groups. And then not really.
2.) Do you feel at a disadvantage vs particular classes? Which ones?
Necros, mesmers. Fortunately, it is easy to simply leave.
3.) It’s pretty obvious via Wooden Potatoes recent youtube video that power engineer/scrapper has some really wonky traits that need changing: What would you change?
Engineer traits suffer from a horrific lack of synergy. This is why condi builds don’t even see scrapper. This is why we have traits like “Expert Examination” that is based off things that were really removed. The one exception is probably alchemy, which is hugehly popular.
Over specialization is a great problem with the scrapper. One good example is the function gyro which is excellent in some contexts, not so great in others. Gadgets are also suffering in this.
Finally, it seems only engineers are saddled with ridiculous mechanics that serve to do nothing but make it impossible to use your abilities. This includes tossing elixirs being subject to reflects and blocks. The closest is the necro corruption abilities, but oftentimes even the cons can be used otherwise (condi transfer)
4.) Is there anything about power scrapper you feel is OP? Would you nerf anything?
They are still rather implacable and are able to utilize stealth/counter stealth very readily. I also think hammer is an overly sufficient weapon which has almost everything on it; this might be because they were moving away from kits when designing scrapper. I wouldn’t really consider that OP. If this had been at HoT release with 20s insta-cast stealth gyro, triple leap finishers, dazes everywhere, and that hard to avoid hammer 5, then I would say, yes, there needs to be some balancing. But honestly, I think every needed nerf has already happened and then some.
That means at this point I think they could take nerfs, but need to be buffed in some area in which they are lacking.
Overall, I think scrapper is carried by the hammer. Gyros seemed like a fun idea but then they get complaints about passive play and eventually the balancing act makes them more useful to be cast and the immediately blown up for some effect. Just like turrets.

Hello! I’m planning to return to Guild Wars 2 very soon since I have friends who are only playing just now. However they made their characters in one of the EU servers, and all of my characters and progress are in NA. They are asking me to change to their server.
Sadly, NA and EU are separate “universes”, and you can’t transfer from an NA server to an EU server to the best of my knowledge.
Your best bet is to contact support in a ticket and see if there is anything they can possibly do.
https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/World
Players can transfer from NA to EU worlds and vice-versa, but not between China and the EU/NA regions.
Also, honestly, depending on how new your friend’s accounts are, it might be more effective for them to delete their characters and come over here. Worlds don’t affect anything besides WvW and if they say, haven’t even hit 80 yet, then anything else is easy to rebuild…
If you don’t feel comfortable with the armor, you can always take soldier rings. I have 2.8k armor/22.6k health and feel plenty tanky even without Retribution. If you’re in a group that can provide you offensive boons and swiftness, you can also opt for Dwarf over Dragon.
Since you’re going for damage, take Swift Termination. You have like 2 1/2 CC moves in the whole build and the chances that taking off an extra stack of stability is going to matter is probably nil. Not to mention you have to save your juice for resistance.

Server-wide achievements that reset weekly, and another that resets on a longer time period. Eligibility for these rewards depends on an arbitrary level of participation. Moving forfeits these rewards. Players killed seems to be an obvious one. Some of these should be repeatable and new records should be displayed in some kind of hall of fame.
The reason I bring up this is to introduce long term goals which everyone on the team shares, instead of just fill up a bar for yourself and jet that moment out. It also gives people things to do even if the matchup is lost, or getting rekt or whatever.,
Why the 1600x over the 1600 though? The later comes with a cooler and is like 10% less clock speed, but that seems moot with an overclock.
Is there a single modern MMO with “challenging” leveling? FFXI is the last one I can think of that could be called difficult.
The definition of “challenging” varies from player to player, so we could talk about it all night. I’ve found Wildstar quite challenging for me, yet for many people out there it could be a piece of cake.
Every game I’ve played starts from easiest things and gets harder.
Personally if things are too easy, the challenge switches to doing it as quick as possible.
