Yep, the supply depot granted by eotm is the wrong colour and not pickable. Piken for example in blue has a red supply depot in their Homeborder Citadel.

Thanks for bringing this topic up. People cry around about staff 5, and dont realise that it DOESNT TARGET. So you are either lucky and land all 9 hits, or you whirl some air while hitting maybe once, you hit in an unlucky angle which simply moves your enemy on the side (ok, which is helpful on bridges in WvW for example). Atleast they should fix staff2 for a bit faster attack than this turtle slowpoke hit. When staff2 is done, the enemie wrote his masters degree and even made a sandwhich in the time its casting. Atleast compensate the not ending nerfs.

Ye, I’m als unsatisfied with the recent server merges. You are on a high populated server? Well, now feel free to get
- zerged down by 4 servers at once on every kitten map even more than before
- ganked way more often than before since you cant see which guild (pug guilds, not the known ones) is on which server, so no loss of reputation
- constant lagspikes even with a highend PC

You are on a low populated server because you had a friend there, the server name was nice, or you transfered because of constant zerging and lagging to a more roaming server?
Well, now feel free to get
- zerged down by 4 servers at once on every kitten map

The server rankings werent much representive for skill, it was mass only. So people who transfered to their prefered server/mass of players they can handle, now suffer like hell.
Servers werent like families, but like friends which you could choose.

But back to the numbers: The actual differences between low pop servers and high pops arent THAT big, so now let a very high pop server fight 2 high pop servers + 2 low pop servers is just unequal like, gosh, I cant find words.
I thought the merge would be so EVERY server gets a partner, not that the very high pop servers get left out like “well you got a player base already, lets see how you handle to fight 4 other servers with 2 teams”. But like this, well unbalanced. I still dont know how the populations are made, like overall pop? Or pure core WvW-player pop? THATS A HUGE DIFFERENCE.

Yes, you can see it makes me mad. Like every day since merge. I tried different servers, looked for one where duelling is mostly accepted, the commanders prefer fights over PPT but still have the mass to do huge zergVSzergs. Found it, but now. Meh.

Sounds like you aren’t built to counter conditions so someone took advantage of that.

Every class has access to multiple condition clears/heals, why are you only using one?

Were you using condition duration reduction food? Condition reduction runes? Condition reduction traits?

Well, im playing powershiro Rev, so its kinda difficult. Going anti condi also means going mallyx which is condi aswell. I dont want to counter kitten build with cancer. Got the food and the runes, but since there are viper builds etc. its hard to sustain it.

Ah, didnt know. Maybe then we should get rid of waypoints, healing skills, every other non physical skills, potions which give you 10% attack vs a special race, hammers dropping from harpies, harpies, I never saw an ambulance ingame-we need one because the real world has. I also want all dragon NPCs to be deleted BECAUSE THEY FREAKING DONT EXSIST! I cant facepalm that hard.

Also, they sell a gemstore item that greatly extends the food’s duration. They want you to buy that, they’re not going to make it unnecessary.

Oh, sentence no.2 has actually a real sense. Food duration extenders are usefull if the food is expensive. But clicking the food 10 times still means you have to freaking buy the kitten food.

I cant be the only one who is annoyed to watch the buffs for the food duration. In wvw I got other stuff to care about, why cant we just click 30min food 10 times to get 300mins? Such a simple improvement which helps so much.

Im on the same server and can guide you around a bit. If you dont like lags and want to melee, you should be searching for a GvG guild on Piken with 15-25 players per raid.

Yes, this may sound like crying around and whatever. I just needed to say that out loud. With the start of GW2 conditions were a “nice to have”-thing while cutting the physical damage. Both were in great relation.
Now conditions are main damage in WvW for example. In PVE it doesnt matter at all, both fine. But having a full condi warrior jumping on you putting up 25 confusion stacks, bleeding and torment while only one of those would kill you alone, is really annoying. Its just unloading and kiting. Warrior is only an example, every class got that. When I try to remove condis, and have bleeding, cripple, chill, torment, invuln, and 25 stacks of confusion, 2 condis get removed: NOT confusion, the heck.
There have been some really nice WvW changes, and yes this might sound like grandma-talk but: back in the good old days it was better to fight condition builds.
I made a condi thief with dagger3 spam + perma dodging and kill almost everyone on the map with just 5hours playing thief, cmon, its too easy.
I know many people got a different opinion, just had the urge to state mine.

Just let people do their duells, whats so difficult? If you have the urge to interrupt a 1on1 without asking, then you should handle getting insulted and killed by other watchers. But of course you wouldnt kill duellants with watchers because you can only handle fights 2on1 etc. If you dont know about sportsmanship you should atleast google it.

Edit: The “I do what I want”-behaviour doesnt do well with “Dont whisper me”, if YOU do what you want, cant others do aswell?

If you do (like today) swampland fractal on level 77 you get scale 1-4 chests as reward. But the additional “Scale 4” reward for which the choice of fractal shouldnt matter doesnt grant a reward for swamp 77.

64 bit client in WvW

the freezes are known, but there are so many issues with the 64bit client, I dont know they are even aware of that issue. Same happens to me. for like 5 seconds the game stutters at 1FPS and I’m back again. Very annoying in WvW. Also if you got a movie running besides or music, it stutters aswell for that time.

Every day there are some people just passing by keeps or SM, and tag it on purpose. They just need to pass the guards and get aggro and run away. This is seriously annoying. Ok, mostly happens when your blob wins the fight anyway and some guys are angry. But still, annoying.

This needs to get fixed seriously.
Keeps should be contested when the wall/gate is damaged by a certain percentage like half a ram/cata-hit.
Also the keep should be contested when there are enemies are inside.

I guess this could improve the issue about perma-tagging. What do you guys think?

Dont forget that they still didnt fix that if you get interrupted/soft CC’d right after sword3, the camera doesnt follow your character anymore and you cant control it. sounds like outer space stuff, but isnt. Happend to me twice yesterday in pvp. Just wtf.

This is a stupid post. Hammer too underpowered, it needs bouncing as well. Also, it should give 5 stacks of burning per bounce.

5 stacks of burning is too easy to cleanse, should be 2 stacks burning, 2 stacks poison, and 2 stacks torment as well, per bounce, with a small AOE of say 1K damage, 600 radius on final bounce. Also blocking is just annoying, should be unblockable as well.

well now we’re onto something. I think we’ve finally got anet level balancing here guys. I would like to add boon corruption on the auto attack as well. I mean, ranged boon corruption is all the rage these days, we should get in on this while we can

so the staff 5 ability from revenant counts as 1 hit only:
- if getting blocked by the engi (Gear Shield) or other similar blocks, you see one “block”-message comming up, not more. so even if you hit half a second before the block goes down, and you keep casting staff 5, the target wont be hit.
- when using Shiros enchanted daggers -> if all 9 hits land, only 1-3 daggers are used, instead of all 6

yea the 64bit client is the best solution for disconnects at Dragons Stand. It may stutter sometimes, but doesnt disconnect.

Who doesnt hate it when zerg meets zerg, and 10 guys are dead because they got 20 burning stacks by mortar. You stand range 500 from the little firepit away, and still getting burned. So please make it more visible, add the orange indicator, or just make the firepit the same size the actual damage radius is like.

Same goes for the cows from trebuchets, even if you have the graphics on ultra, you wont see the green dust every time and be like “byebye sups”. Just add an indicator.

There are many nice Builds without Glint, it’s not necessary. You will get to the point at duells for example where you use shiro 90% of the time.
Mobility? Yea, one stunbreaker. Wow.
Survival? Yea, one easily interruptable Heal, and protection if you want to use all your energy, lel.
Damage? yep, if youre not alone. Alone its mediocre at the same level with other classes.
Glint, more pure dmg than shiro? nah.
Spamming weaponskills? Yea if you switch stances constantly, using glints skills only isnt very effective.
And Glints skills DO need energy. Facets? Ever heard of? Theyre up most of the time if you want to provide buffs to your party, the more buffs the less weaponskills can be used.

So, the Facets got fixed, so that after leaving water the Heralds Facets wont reset after 2 seconds anymore. This got fixed. But if you are in the water, and waypoint it still bugs it out so Facets deactivate themselves after 2s.

-Enchanted Daggers: sometimes theyre flying with a huge delay, so that the next hammer autoattack hits directly after the dagger

-Punishing Sweep doesnt activate against for example Guardians Renewed Focus
-Surge of the Mists: Interruptable in mid-animation, goes on full CD + energydrain

Really enjoyable how all those glasscanon builds cry bcs CoR hits 14k+. With my def/atk hybrid on full ferocity i do not hit over 10k (WITH 50% dmg buff). Also, the Target number got fixed, now finally the CoRs per character gets fixed again so everyone can hit BUT you cant get doublehit anymore by a single CoR. So stop crying, I’ve met enough people in GvGs who got only 2-3k by my CoR, those were eles, necros and whatever which were NOT using glasscanon build but still strong ones. So please. Stop crying. With 4s the skill isnt spammable anymore by a single person, in duells its easily dodgeable bcs of the slow animation.
And btw: Put lines to avoid CoR? Are you kidding? The kitten skill gets interrupted by some gravel and you… gosh. Gimme that palm to bash my face in it.

Yep, thief got indeed buffed like hell.
Yep, it seems to be good and helpfull for PvE. So now thief can autoattack and be afk.
Same for WvW, just go on tight, autoattack, dodge, pistol4…4…4… … … 444444444444. Yea, since I’m playing herald, I just get perma slowed, p4… 4… 4444444.
This cant be, yes thief wasnt that nice for PvE before, that doesnt mean that WvW should be completly ignored.
Yea I’m honest, it’s a whine-thread. I lost all the joy, you just cant go roaming anymore without having 80% thieves around.

the 0,5 sec only 1 hit per target PER REVENANT, that was what they tried to do. I think. If not, then thats completly destroying zerg fights for me.
“Hey, your guild has many Revenants using hammer in GvGs, lets cut that out. Go use more thief, or no. Please use daredevil. Wait you dont want to? Ok we will buff it up like DonaldTrumps wig”

Ye, since sword 3 got “fixed”, everything got better. No, wait. It didnt.
So:
The fix for the animation slowdown so the attack doesnt even hit: not fixed

And Facet of Light now makes it impossible to get a nice heal-timing, which is kinda needed since now thieves can perma interrupt it with gun4.
Also, on interrupts it goes often on full cooldown, it doesnt even activate quite often. Just the unactivated Facet blinking around in midcombat.

Both skills will take full energy costs when interrupted. Also Phase Traversal will go on full CD when interrupted.
If theres a line on the ground, Phase Traversal will fail, even though its supposed to be a shadow step.

Seriously, there are a few thieves out there using the condi trapper cancer. They dont get revealed by attacking, they have infinite stealth and wont stop ganking at every spawn nowadays. What is this fudge? I hope this gets fixed in the balance patch.

Another Bug for Sword skill 3: If the enemy is stand close to a wall, it will only teleport 1-2 times and stop afterwards. Ye, because theres a wall. Also if standing next to a WvW wall, player is hitting the enemy, then the wall, the enemy and so on.

Heralds Facets reseting

Since 3 days Heralds Facets, all of them, are resetting after you active the passive effect. like, 2 seconds later. This happens every time after I waypoint on WvW maps, I get teleported, want to activate the passive effect, and it goes off right again. This only get fixed by waiting 18 Seconds for swapping my stances 2 times. Really annoying if you forget about this bug, WP, go into fight and wonder why the heck your buffs arent filling up

I probably forgot to mention that I’m barely using it in duells, only when I get annoyed. I’m using it for zerging and GvG, where 5 seconds do a huge difference. So keep the “L2P” in your pocket.

Seriously. The increase of Rampages CD from 150s to 180s is just terrible. And then 25% less duration of the skill? They made up a nice and new build with recent changes and now destroy it again. CD or duration nerf, ok. But both. Thanks for ruining another build.

Since the huge bug-marathon Guards are bugged aswell. They spawn twice for different teams. If you walk past a tower you can see them fighting. Sometimes they can even take the gate down.

No, all the other commanders I met enjoyed it. They called it a nice idea. Not one disagreed or smashed us. I guess there are fine people around. Sadly not many of those are on the forums.
